Purchase double door refrigerator 292L 3 star rating from Whirlpool website. It was delivered next day. Immediately called customer care number and registered request for installation and Demo. Even after five days no installation/demo done. No one contacted. I called customer care many times, each time they say they will make this high priority and installation will be done immediately. But no one contacted back.

On 12th April 2022 I have purchased Whirlpool double door refrigerator from my hard earned money which cost 30, 000.I am using it store my Dairy products and Medicines. I have a refrigerator with the freezer unit at the bottom.
It stopped cooling in the upper unit, freezer works fine.
I had third party extended warranty from onsite go and have raised several service requests to have this issue fixed, every time they change one part or the other, still the issue remains, motherboard, cooling fan, some sensor has been replaced but the issue remains.
The technicians are clueless about this...

I’m terribly disappointed with your after sales service.
I purchased a new refrigerator in Bangalore May 2022 and notice that the cooling is very low. The food kept in the fridge gets spoilt.
Your technician visited my home on 4th June and confirmed that gas is low and it has to be filled by another person.
I made lot of calls to customer care and they assured me that someone would visit within 3-4 hours. No one has...

The fridge was purchased in Aug 20 and since the time of installation it was not cooling properly. No ice was formed in freezer.

Complain was lodged and the technician advised for voltage stabiliser, which was installed with our any effect.
On consultation it was told the fridge is OK and yo be set to setting for better cooling.

No repair could be undertaken because of COVID . Now the warranty has expired,...

Purchased in 2018. Stopped using in 2020 due to covid. Again now started to use. Now it has a problem and has to replace full bearing set worth 5800, that to with warranty of 6 months. Hi, I bought a refrigerator on April, 2019 but within 3years it has started malfunctioning.

Dear sir, i have taken amc for my whirlpool washingmachine for 3 year via iccs service provider (Nominated by whirlpool).
but whirlpool customer care says AMC is not being shown to their system. thats why i am getting charged for every service visit and getting fully charged for any part replacement.
After contacting so many times via phone no reply from ICCS.

I Purchase whirlpool washing maching 4 years back. Now its prime mover is not working which company claimed under warranty for 10 years. They are not responding and giving silly excuses and asking for 7000 .

Whirlpool and its service centre are cheat dont trust them and buy any product....

I had lodged a complaint regarding an under warranty whirlpool fully automatically washing machine that the water heater is not working.

After visiting, the technical team confirmed that it needs water heater replacement but in spite of that I had waited for 3 months but did not get any replacement.
