    On 6th of July 2022 Whirlpool's Technician came and repaired the single door fridge. He changed the freezer and filled the gas. He charged 3600 excluding 354 amount as a service charge.

    He said that cooling will start properly after 3 days but no response. No cooling was made. When the call was made again he didn't pick the call and finally complaint was registered through customer care toll free number of Whirlpool.

    Today on 11th of July 2022 no technician came and he technician replied that he is out of station for 14 days.

    Again call was made to customer care and got the reply that due to system's updation call after half an hour and repeatedly 4 times calling no positive response.

    Now my service charge amount will decay soon and this system will be followed. It would be better If I would call or go to any other Technician, he would come again and again and amount I paid which was 3600 + 354 would be around 2000.

    Nonsense and wastage of time and of course money. The very worst service I had and will not recommended to anyone. Not completely satisfied.

    Today is 14 July 2022 and since 9th July 2022 no Technician has been come yet. Whirlpool is a malice practice company. Their service centre is such a wastage of time. Their service centre is absolutely good for nothing. Even their bill that they charge is too high and only and only for looting the customers.

      We bought whirlpool washing machine in 2015, PCB of the machine stopped working on 26th june 2022, on 9th july service centre informed us that the part is discontinued and the only option is to buy new washing machine, the machine has warranty for motor for 10 years yet other part are not available in whirlpool so we have ro buy new machine for PCB?? What kind of resolution is that

        Regarding complaint number- AGR, [protected].

        Kindly note that we had purchased whirlpool IF-INV-CNV-305-Alfa-Steel refrigerator product number-21271 on[protected].
        This product is having issues from the very starting.

        In first year itself, we had already raised 6 complaints and each and every time the interior part of refrigerator is changed by the technician but still the same issue persists. In month of May 2022 we raised many complaints but technician didn't visit and after calling many times and following up on helpline mail IDs the technician visited then he changed a part but issue is same as before. Now refrigerator is not working since 2 months and we are fed up of this whirlpool refrigerator. And we called the technician again because the issue was not resolved and this time he told us that this refrigerator is not going to work any more not even after changing all the parts and if we change the part again it will again get damage.

        We had a conversation about the same with ASM Agra. First he stated that he will replace our refrigerator and now he is stating that company is refusing to replace and we will change your PCB on next monday. And he also said that you can have your refrigerator's part replaced as many times you want but we will not replace the refrigerator.

          Friday, July 1 2022:
          - Service person namedIkrama Faiz, visited on Friday, July 1, 2022.
          - After diagnosing, he said that there's a problem with the washing machine gearbox, took Rs. 4, 500 payment via UPI for Annual Maintenance Contract and said that I will receive SMS confirmation the following day (on Saturday, July 2 2022) for AMC activation. Post that, another person will come on Monday, July 4 2022 to fix the issue.
          - No SMS confirmation came through on Saturday or Sunday

          Sunday, July 3 2022:
          - After repeated requests on Saturday (1 day earlier), Ikrama Faiz gave me the mobile number of Ajith (manager at service center) and told me to talk to him as they are not responding to his requests either
          - When I spoke to Ajith, he said the person will visit on Monday and fix the gear box

          Monday, July 4 2022:
          - Ajith is effectively non-responsive now. I have reached a few times, once he responded via SMS that he's driving and once he said he will call in 5 minutes. for that 5 minutes, it has been over an hour now. 😥

          Requesting help, thank you 🙏

          Finally, It is sad to see representatives / contractors of such reputed companies like Whirlpool, turning non-responsive on their customers in today's day and age. Quite a poor experience.
          Even if money is foregone, it leaves a lasting experience to never come back to companies like Whirlpool again. Finally, I hope this leaves some meaningful remarks on your conscience.

            I brought whirlpool refrigerator from doon music centre dehradun on 7th May but it has big scratches inside.installation guy came, took photos and send it to office for replacement of refrigerator.After 15 days on reeptitive calling they told refrigerator has arrived from ncr in depot but it's dented so new one will come.After one week new refrigerator was send by their auto who charged 500 Rs but that was also dented and he took it back..Since then nobody is responding and neither call is coming from their side..We even requested that we are ready to pay extra if higher model is also present and in good condition but they refused for the same at that time...My replacement request is by ne Prakash Mahara

              I have purchased a refrigerator online but I have received a defective one so I raised a ticket for replacement and received a replacement after paying ₹500 for transportation but the replacement unit wat also damaged so again I raised a ticket for the same and now whirlpool is again forcing me to pay ₹500.
              My concern is why should I pay transportation charges multiple times if whirlpool is not able to deliver me a quality product?
              They keep sending defective/damaged item again and again and forcing their customer to pay transportation charges.
              Why should customer pay for the failures of whirlpool logistics team?

              I'm tired sending mails but I'm not getting any revert.

              Whirlpool has updated non serviceable e-mail addresses over their website l, [protected]@whirpool.com and [protected]@whirpool.com both E-mail addresses are not active.
              This clearly reflects the intention of whirlpool to not serve their customer complaints after sales.

                  We raised a complaint on 2nd June 2022 to Whirlpool service centre located in Thirumullaivoyal, Saraswathi nagar. Service men came and said that wiring has to be replaced. He requested to pay the amount initially and we paid 5700. It is been more than a month, the guy is not reachable and the service centre is cutting our call from last 1 week. This is really annoying from the Whirlpool service. It’s already been more than a month. Kindly help us to fix the machine asap and take an strict action on this.

                      I purchased a refrigerator in Oct 2021 and its not working properly since last 3 months. Recently i had lodged a complaint on 18 May 2022 with complaint id AHM[protected]. Technician visited and told that the fridge need to be replaced . Made some videos and told that he will put replacement request. Its more than 15 days from that day and whenever i call the service centre or their area manager, they say only one thing that it’s pending for approval. They are deliberately delaying everyday by saying that wait for two more days.

                        Hi, I would like to notify you about the service failure of such a refrigerator since purchase.First of all at the time of delivery/installation I found a damaged chill tray which was replaced after a long time.Within a few months we raised a complaint for less cooling and again a device fixed below the freezer was replaced(under warranty).Recently in winter 20/11/21 we raised another complaint GHA[protected] for over icing in the freezer then your technician visited on chargeable basis and told us that the freezer is empty and the rest of freezer is loaded hence the freezer is icing due to under utilisation and suggested to keep filled ice trays always there .
                        ON 15/05/22 WE NOTICED FREEZER IS NOT WORKING AND RAISED A COMPLAINT ON 16/05/22 WIDE GHA[protected] IN THIS REGARD. YOUR VERY WELL QUALIFIED AND TRAINED TECHNICIAN VISITED & INSPECTED FRIDGE FOR 02 HRS THEN DECLARED ABOUT PCB FAILURE AND ASSURE TO RETURN ASAP PCB AVAILABLE. ON 25/05/22 HE AGAIN VISITED NEW PCB AND AFTER REPLACING FOUND ITS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MODEL AND ASSURE TO COME BACK NEXT DAY WITH ANOTHER ONE. ON 26/05/22 HE ASKED ME TO SEND COMPRESSOR PIC WITH STICKER ON 26/05/22 TO CONFIRM REFRIGERATOR MODAL ON HIS WHATSAPP NO..
                        AFTER A LONG WAITING AND NO RESPONSE FROM TECHNICIAN WE AGAIN RAISED VOICE TO CUSTOMER CARE ON DATED 19/06/22, GET SHOCKED ABOUT MY PROBLEM SHORTED OUT AND COMPLAINT CLOSED FROM YOUR SIDE WITHOUT ANY DOCUMENTATION AND VERIFICATION.SAME TIME ANOTHER COMPLAINT NO. ISSUED GHA[protected].
                        SAME DAY AGAIN SAME SUPERMAN APPEAR ON DOOR WITH NEW PCB AND AFTER REPLACING IT DECLARE NOW COMPRESSOR FAULT AND LEFT TO KEEP ME SHOCKED. NEXT DAY 20/06/22 ON MY WHATSAPP WITH DEMANDING ORIGINAL PURCHASE INVOICE OF PRODUCT TO REPLACE COMPRESSOR UNDER WARRANTY HE DID NOT REVERT.IN BETWEEN 20/06/22 TO 30/06/22 WE GOT A LOTS OF CALL FROM YOUR TEAM REGARDING PARTS CHARGES VISITING CHARGES AND I AGREE TO PAY THEM AS IT WAS MY NECESSITY TO STORE AND KEEP DURABLE FOOD ITEMS IN SUMMER.
                        ON 30/06/22 TWO WHIRLPOOL SUPERMAN APPEARED AT 3:30 PM AND FIXED PCB, INSTALL NEW COMPRESSOR FILLED WITH GAS, PLACED ANOTHER FITTINGS AND IN BETWEEN THEY CALLED ANOTHER SUPERHERO FOR HELP AFTER WASTING 04 HOURS UNABLE TO RESTORE SERVICE AND LEFT ALL THREE MY HOUSE BY MAKING REFRIGERATOR OUT OF SERVICE AND NOW ITS SCRAP ONLY FOR US. EARLIER AT LEAST IT WAS COOLING AND KEEPING FOOD ITEMS SAFE AND WATER CHILLED FOR CONSUMABLES.
                        YESTERDAY ON 01/07/22 MYSELF MADE HUMBLE REQUEST TO WHIRLPOOL SERVICE DEALER MR. SEVARAM [protected] TO TAKE PROMPT ACTION AND HE ALSO SURPRISED TO KNOW SUCH A LONG PENDING ISSUE, ALSO ASSURE TO RESOLE IMMEDIATE BY SENDING SENIOR ENGINEER AFTER SHARING DETAIL ON HIS WHATSAPP NO BUT ALL WASTED.
                        TODAY AGAIN MYSELF APPROACHED TO MR. SEVARAM AND URGED EITHER TO PICKUP OR SEND WORKSHOP ADDRESS TO DUMP USELESS SCRAP, AGAIN HE ASSURED ME TO SORTOUT ISSUE WITH IN HOUR BUT REALISED IN EVENING AS FAKE PROMISE.

                          I am writing to inform you about a dangerous experience with whirlpool purasense water filter.

                          I respect Whirlpool as a brand and have been a loyal customer for decades and this is the first such issues, however the magnitude of this is so huge that I am disappointed. Attached invoice for your reference.

                          The filter just after a few days of installation, started giving me a plastic taste, i raised a compliant after drinking the water for few days. The technician visited and informed that the UV light is so compactly packed that the heat emitted from the light is causing plastics to heat up - which might be the issue for plastic taste. Although, he fixed it but i am facing the same problem now within 3 weeks of that being fixed.

                          I am not sure, how to resolve this, but i am certain that drinking water which smells is never healthy. Specially water that gives plastic like after taste cannot be healthy, rather life-threating. I understand that sometimes products can cause such issues, but now I don't want to own this product. I have lost my trust on this one.

                          Hence, i would request you to please give me a replacement or ensure that this issue never crops up again and plays with my family's health.

                                  Dear sir/ ma'am

                                  I want to inform you that I buy a 6.5 keg top older washing machine in January 2020 as a faith on your company but within two years warranty period it is created a problem. I called customer care and they provide a technician. He resolved the problem and charged Rs 2400. Therefore within two months it has the same problem and again calls the technician from your company and he said that I have to pay rs 6500 again for the repairing. So as a customer how much money do I spend on the washing machine and what is the quality of a renounce company's product like yours? I do hope you handle my case in a top-urgent fashion and provide an adequate solution fast. I have attached all the bills below for your reference.

                                  So many times mailed them and talk to customer care but they didn't reply through mail or contact personally.
                                  This is the way a renowned company behaves with the customer?

                                    Hi,

                                    This is Srikanth from Hyderabad, i recently ordered Washing Machine from Whirlpool India Store Online on 19th Jun'22 and on inspection during delivery i rejected the product as i felt its not perfect externally and till now i don't see any refund initiation nor any status update.

                                    Also i tried to call the customer care team many times for which there is no direct call to the WStore Dept (Online Store) which they say will get back but i don't receive any call on this incident.

                                    Please take the necessary action to bring this under process and also the refund to get initiated without any delay from the Whirlpool India Store

                                      Since today morning at 11:56 am I called whirlpool fridge company customer care about fridge related problem to resolve but I got the answer I will get the call by whirlpool electrician but still 5:00 there is not any call I do not get a call from anyone again I still done the call to whirlpool customer care but she has not given me the solution and I asked to please connect my call to her manager but she replied me the manager also not give you the solution my request please done give poor service to the customer and close your customer service if you are not able to resolve the issues of customer and I will give negative feedback to whrilpool fridge company

                                        I recently bought a washing machine from Whirlpool India website. The installation guy made me pay Rs. 2585 for extra products like scalegon and calstrait saying that only then they would provide me warranty for the washing machine drums. He charged Rs. 2000 for Calstrait which costs Rs. 500-600 online and Rs. 585 for scalegon which actually costs Rs. 300 online. He wasn’t ready to do the installation until I purchased the products. I wasn’t even provided any invoice for the purchase.
                                        Whirlpool India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
