    I purchased a refrigerator in Oct 2021 and its not working properly since last 3 months. Recently i had lodged a complaint on 18 May 2022 with complaint id AHM[protected]. Technician visited and told that the fridge need to be replaced . Made some videos and told that he will put replacement request. Its more than 15 days from that day and whenever i call the service centre or their area manager, they say only one thing that it’s pending for approval. They are deliberately delaying everyday by saying that wait for two more days.

      Hi, I would like to notify you about the service failure of such a refrigerator since purchase.First of all at the time of delivery/installation I found a damaged chill tray which was replaced after a long time.Within a few months we raised a complaint for less cooling and again a device fixed below the freezer was replaced(under warranty).Recently in winter 20/11/21 we raised another complaint GHA[protected] for over icing in the freezer then your technician visited on chargeable basis and told us that the freezer is empty and the rest of freezer is loaded hence the freezer is icing due to under utilisation and suggested to keep filled ice trays always there .
      ON 15/05/22 WE NOTICED FREEZER IS NOT WORKING AND RAISED A COMPLAINT ON 16/05/22 WIDE GHA[protected] IN THIS REGARD. YOUR VERY WELL QUALIFIED AND TRAINED TECHNICIAN VISITED & INSPECTED FRIDGE FOR 02 HRS THEN DECLARED ABOUT PCB FAILURE AND ASSURE TO RETURN ASAP PCB AVAILABLE. ON 25/05/22 HE AGAIN VISITED NEW PCB AND AFTER REPLACING FOUND ITS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MODEL AND ASSURE TO COME BACK NEXT DAY WITH ANOTHER ONE. ON 26/05/22 HE ASKED ME TO SEND COMPRESSOR PIC WITH STICKER ON 26/05/22 TO CONFIRM REFRIGERATOR MODAL ON HIS WHATSAPP NO..
      AFTER A LONG WAITING AND NO RESPONSE FROM TECHNICIAN WE AGAIN RAISED VOICE TO CUSTOMER CARE ON DATED 19/06/22, GET SHOCKED ABOUT MY PROBLEM SHORTED OUT AND COMPLAINT CLOSED FROM YOUR SIDE WITHOUT ANY DOCUMENTATION AND VERIFICATION.SAME TIME ANOTHER COMPLAINT NO. ISSUED GHA[protected].
      SAME DAY AGAIN SAME SUPERMAN APPEAR ON DOOR WITH NEW PCB AND AFTER REPLACING IT DECLARE NOW COMPRESSOR FAULT AND LEFT TO KEEP ME SHOCKED. NEXT DAY 20/06/22 ON MY WHATSAPP WITH DEMANDING ORIGINAL PURCHASE INVOICE OF PRODUCT TO REPLACE COMPRESSOR UNDER WARRANTY HE DID NOT REVERT.IN BETWEEN 20/06/22 TO 30/06/22 WE GOT A LOTS OF CALL FROM YOUR TEAM REGARDING PARTS CHARGES VISITING CHARGES AND I AGREE TO PAY THEM AS IT WAS MY NECESSITY TO STORE AND KEEP DURABLE FOOD ITEMS IN SUMMER.
      ON 30/06/22 TWO WHIRLPOOL SUPERMAN APPEARED AT 3:30 PM AND FIXED PCB, INSTALL NEW COMPRESSOR FILLED WITH GAS, PLACED ANOTHER FITTINGS AND IN BETWEEN THEY CALLED ANOTHER SUPERHERO FOR HELP AFTER WASTING 04 HOURS UNABLE TO RESTORE SERVICE AND LEFT ALL THREE MY HOUSE BY MAKING REFRIGERATOR OUT OF SERVICE AND NOW ITS SCRAP ONLY FOR US. EARLIER AT LEAST IT WAS COOLING AND KEEPING FOOD ITEMS SAFE AND WATER CHILLED FOR CONSUMABLES.
      YESTERDAY ON 01/07/22 MYSELF MADE HUMBLE REQUEST TO WHIRLPOOL SERVICE DEALER MR. SEVARAM [protected] TO TAKE PROMPT ACTION AND HE ALSO SURPRISED TO KNOW SUCH A LONG PENDING ISSUE, ALSO ASSURE TO RESOLE IMMEDIATE BY SENDING SENIOR ENGINEER AFTER SHARING DETAIL ON HIS WHATSAPP NO BUT ALL WASTED.
      TODAY AGAIN MYSELF APPROACHED TO MR. SEVARAM AND URGED EITHER TO PICKUP OR SEND WORKSHOP ADDRESS TO DUMP USELESS SCRAP, AGAIN HE ASSURED ME TO SORTOUT ISSUE WITH IN HOUR BUT REALISED IN EVENING AS FAKE PROMISE.
      SUCH A POOR SERVICE NEVER BE EXPECTED WITH ANY LARGE CONSUMER APPLIANCES COMPANY, REALLY IT'S A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND SEEMS YOU ARE HAVING UNEXPERIENCED TEAM WHICH IS UNABLE TO CARE PRODUCTS AFTER SALE.
      NOW I AM GETTING HARASSED AND SUFFERED A LOT AS WHOLE SUMMER SEASON HAS BEEN OVER IN WAITING.

        I am writing to inform you about a dangerous experience with whirlpool purasense water filter.

        I respect Whirlpool as a brand and have been a loyal customer for decades and this is the first such issues, however the magnitude of this is so huge that I am disappointed. Attached invoice for your reference.

        The filter just after a few days of installation, started giving me a plastic taste, i raised a compliant after drinking the water for few days. The technician visited and informed that the UV light is so compactly packed that the heat emitted from the light is causing plastics to heat up - which might be the issue for plastic taste. Although, he fixed it but i am facing the same problem now within 3 weeks of that being fixed.

        I am not sure, how to resolve this, but i am certain that drinking water which smells is never healthy. Specially water that gives plastic like after taste cannot be healthy, rather life-threating. I understand that sometimes products can cause such issues, but now I don't want to own this product. I have lost my trust on this one.

        Hence, i would request you to please give me a replacement or ensure that this issue never crops up again and plays with my family's health.

                Dear sir/ ma'am

                I want to inform you that I buy a 6.5 keg top older washing machine in January 2020 as a faith on your company but within two years warranty period it is created a problem. I called customer care and they provide a technician. He resolved the problem and charged Rs 2400. Therefore within two months it has the same problem and again calls the technician from your company and he said that I have to pay rs 6500 again for the repairing. So as a customer how much money do I spend on the washing machine and what is the quality of a renounce company's product like yours? I do hope you handle my case in a top-urgent fashion and provide an adequate solution fast. I have attached all the bills below for your reference.

                So many times mailed them and talk to customer care but they didn't reply through mail or contact personally.
                This is the way a renowned company behaves with the customer?

                  Hi,

                  This is Srikanth from Hyderabad, i recently ordered Washing Machine from Whirlpool India Store Online on 19th Jun'22 and on inspection during delivery i rejected the product as i felt its not perfect externally and till now i don't see any refund initiation nor any status update.

                  Also i tried to call the customer care team many times for which there is no direct call to the WStore Dept (Online Store) which they say will get back but i don't receive any call on this incident.

                  Please take the necessary action to bring this under process and also the refund to get initiated without any delay from the Whirlpool India Store

                    Since today morning at 11:56 am I called whirlpool fridge company customer care about fridge related problem to resolve but I got the answer I will get the call by whirlpool electrician but still 5:00 there is not any call I do not get a call from anyone again I still done the call to whirlpool customer care but she has not given me the solution and I asked to please connect my call to her manager but she replied me the manager also not give you the solution my request please done give poor service to the customer and close your customer service if you are not able to resolve the issues of customer and I will give negative feedback to whrilpool fridge company

                      I recently bought a washing machine from Whirlpool India website. The installation guy made me pay Rs. 2585 for extra products like scalegon and calstrait saying that only then they would provide me warranty for the washing machine drums. He charged Rs. 2000 for Calstrait which costs Rs. 500-600 online and Rs. 585 for scalegon which actually costs Rs. 300 online. He wasn’t ready to do the installation until I purchased the products. I wasn’t even provided any invoice for the purchase.

                        I have whirlpool AC which I bought from flipkart on 26th March 2022 Order ID OD[protected] and it was installed on 13th April 2022 E8 ERROR came in my AC on 31st May 2022 I called constumer care the same day and got complaint 3 In June the technician came, he opened the outdoor unit and said that a wire has been cut and he added the wire and burnt my PCB board while making the end, now called the whirepool costumer care and talked to the technician, all these are saying I have to pay pcb board money I said my product is in warnty and technician burnt it while making it so this responsibility is company fault technician so why should I pad money please help us

                          Details of First / current AMC running:
                          The initial payment of the currently running AMC from 12 Feb’22 to 12th Feb 2024 for 2 years
                          Invoice No: AMC - 50265, dated 6th Oct, 2020
                          Amount paid: INR 4858

                          Second AMC that was given by Customer Service agent stating that my AMC is expiring Was a clear misrepresentation of facts – Falsely to gain advantage – not sure if they get commission… poor customers like us listen to them and pay!!! My bad that I could not check my old AMC papers then and trusted them!!! Details below:

                          Invoice AMC No: 79050
                          Date of Payment: 9th Aug, 2021, 3.44 PM
                          Amount transferred: INR 4858

                          You never sent me the AMC contract neither do I know the validity of the new contract as the old one is valid until 12th Feb 2024…. Long time to go!!!
                          Therefore please resolve this issue. Either give me a new date till when the contract is extended for AMC or refund and pay me interest thereon – for wasting my money with you and spending no value add time & energy on writing so many emails!!!

                            We purchased Whirlpool refrigerator Model: FF BM 2D 340 B/2020 on 4th January 2021. Within 2 months of starting to use the product, we noticed that the fridge section was not getting cooled enough. We raised a request with Whirlpool customer support and a service technician visited and stated that this was a common problem with the models with freezer at the bottom and fridge section at the top and simply advised to power off the refrigerator and power it on after 24 hours. We followed his advice. Same issue occurred again within 3-4 months and we again raised an issue. In none of the two instances did the technician even check the motherboard or any other parts of the fridge.

                            As this issue kept on becoming more frequent, we got frustrated and requested customer support once again on 3rd May 2022. The technician who visited this time, checked the motherboard of the refrigerator and stated that it needs to be replaced. Also, we were informed that the warranty on the motherboard has expired after a year and we will have to pay for this replacement out of pocket.

                            We find it extremely disappointing and frustrating that as soon as the warranty expired Whirlpool's technician looked at the root cause and suggested replacement which could have easily been done last year as the product was faulty right from the beginning. Not only does this show lack of expertise in the company's technicians but also suggests that customers are being cheated on by giving false warranty promises.

                            Considering the situation, we requested the company to arrange a replacement of parts/full but they replied stating that this is out of warranty and the cost has to be born by the customer.

                            This was a costly purchase and the company is not ready to take responsibility of their faulty product.

                              I would like to inform you something.

                              Today whirlpool service engineer visited our place refrigerator problem. And now he confirmed our current compressor is too small to handle the 3-door fridge, and that's why the fridge is not working properly. IT"S NOT A GAS PROBLEM, it's not a gas problem which is said by your previous technician. Can you please describe this? I am more than willing to know How your service team works. And do still you want me to pay for your team's mistakes ???

                              What are you gonna tell me about your service problem, which I am facing for the last 3 months, we have already changed the compressor twice within the last 3 months and still, it's small. You changed it twice and your service provider used a small one without knowing the fridge's size. Is this seem like a fault from our end? Your person blams us to not complaining again within 45 days. How could some end-user who is not a technician can know this kind of problem ??

                              I have made up my mind to pay a charge to end this spring of mailing and problems again and again, but now we know that this is entirely your fault. Your own service provider checked it and confirmed that the issue is about the compressor again and it's again about the size of the compressor. Now, this seems like not a fault this seems like a threat from your service providers to gain money from your customers who are not aware of the technical things.

                                I have bought a whirlpool Refrigerator on 2018.
                                The Refrigerator did not get cool 5-6day before on 31st may 2022, so I contacted customer support, then they appointed one service man for the checking.
                                The service man told after checking that the gas has been leaked, we need to take the Refrigerator to the service center to fill gas in condenser.

                                then called me and told the fridge is not repairable there is come internal leakage which we can't open to check inside and repair. you need to do replacement,
                                Then Miss Aarzoo contacted me and told your refrigerator price now 10000, you have to pay the rest amount to get a new one.

                                Which is not possible for me at all.

                                I could not afford it anymore, And more over my refrigerator is still at service centre and they are demanding extra transport change to get it back but I have paid the service charge already.

                                  This product I am owning from your dealer located in surat is not working at all.

                                  It's currently under warranty period I have complained and engineer had came on 26th Jan 2022, and replaced compressor and gas [I had paid service and gas charge] then I faced the same issue of cooling not working during whole the month so again complained about the same. The engineer came again to change the compressor along with gas [Due to your mistakes we faced many problems your second person described the issue as the first one added some different sized compressor so the fridge wasn't working - Is this something acceptable at this level ..!!]

                                  Now I have to register a new complaint about the same as facing the same issue again, so I have registered and a person came to check that who's saying our gas is still needed some refill there might be an issue in compressor and they're asking for the charges of gas again. Why do we have to pay this again and again due to your fault I am not getting the proper solution in a single service then why should I pay for that again.

                                  Is that our mistake about the compressor or maybe about gas?? I thought my mistake is just that we are using your product we should buy from some responsible guy who can provide services in a batter way. Currently, this feels like plunder.

                                  Hope to have some proper solution I won't able to pay again and again.

                                        My name is Sandeep . i am resident of Derabassi Punjab. On Sunday 12th June 2022, We have purchased a whirlpool double door intellisense Refridgerator serial no. INA[protected] from Darwesh kirpa
                                        Entrerprises Derabassi. We plugged on the fridge after 5 hour as suggested by the shopkeeper . We placed our dairy products and eating items inside it and in the morning we found that fridge was not cooling and all items were spoiled. Although light was on . We booked a demo for the fridge . Customer care told us that technician will come by today . We waited whole day nobody came . Then we went to shopkeer he asked somebody regarding this issue he told us to keep the fridge in high cooling mode and it will take 72 hours to start due to high temperature these days . We did the same but after 2 days no sign of cooling . After all we booked a complaint and a technician came today he told us that there is no gas in compressor and it is leaked . And now he is saying that it will take a week time to replace this fridge. First of all they ( company and shopkeeper) harassed us by giving a defaulted piece and now they are harassing us by forcing us to live without Refridgerator in this 45 degree temperature . We want a new Refridgerator within 1-2 days . As we have small pet who feed on milk and without Refridgerator it is very hard for us to feed him. Also in this temperature living without cold water is very hard. So it’s our request to deliver a new working fridge by tomorrow or day after tomorrow.
                                        Whirlpool India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
