I had purchased a Whirlpool F410 Proton DLX double door fridge from Hometown, The Great India Place, Noida. Delivery was made to me, from Pentaloon Retail India Ltd, Ghaziabad (Invoice No.[protected] dtd. 09.04.2012).
When I noticed, there were black spots all through the upper door of the fridge, I made a complaint to customer care, I was promised the replacement of the door, however, later I was delivered a completely different piece as per ARA Doc. No. [protected] dated 23.04.2012 .
To my utter shock, this replacement too, was a used one and possibly a rejected one.
It had a clear scratch mark on the side body, scratch marks on the side of the door and scratches on the inside plastic body, besides bubbles on inside plastic moulding.
It had black glue marks and oil marks inside, which clearly indicated the fridge was a used one. The first invoice was for the full value 35500, which I paid, however the second invoice was for the 30% less value, which again indicated that the second piece delivered to me, was knowingly a second hand piece.
I had made several complaints to the customer care and even talked to their Area Manager Ankit Bansal, who, instead of resolving the problem, was rude enough to mention that we had perception problem.
I FEEL CHEATED BY WHIRLPOOL SALES/LOGISTICS TEAM ON DELIVERING THE DEFECTIVE PIECES REPETITIVELY AND GIVING A DEAF EAR TO MY GENUINE CONCERNS.
WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND AND COMPENSATION ON THE INCOVENIECE CAUSED TO ME.

Whirlpool /Refrigerator — not freezing
i purchaged the refrigirator on 07/10/2011. But now since 01 week its not freezing.and i gave the complaint to whirlpool.that technical person came and told the trouble about compressure and gone. till to now nobody was came.and the cus complaint no is HD[protected]
