my fridge is not working properly with the problem of no auto cut so i made the complaint at jaipurservice station namely beeta services which is authorised service centre by you,complaint noted by them and deput a engineer.he visited the fridge and got no idea about the mistake in the fridge and by tukka he changed the thermostate and charging the amount for material and visiting and ok the complaint,instead of that the fridge is not working yet. The servise centre is paying no attention.kindly help.

    Whirlpool /Refrigerator — not freezing

    i purchaged the refrigirator on 07/10/2011. But now since 01 week its not freezing.and i gave the complaint to whirlpool.that technical person came and told the trouble about compressure and gone. till to now nobody was came.and the cus complaint no is HD[protected]

      This is to inform you that i have taken a Whirpool fridge on March 2011. Since then, the fridge never worked properly. There is no cooling, no ice formation, door does not close properly. I have made numerous complain to customer care and spent more than 8 thousand rupees on its repair ( I bought the fridge for 12 thousand rupees) by your Company engineers. I had to purchase a Auto Defrost system and a stabiliser within the Warranty period( this was not informed to me at the time of purchase) and still it never worked properly. Again when i made another complain , an engineer( named Daman) told me the gass is not passing and again i had to pay for some installation. Now the fridge has stopped working completely.

      Whirpool is a brand name and I did not expect such problems either with its product or with its enggineers. The engineers are completely worthless.I request you to take immediate action to repair my fridge else, I would be left with no other option than to take legal action against your company for substandard product and utterly disgusting post-sale services.This is a sheer harassment to a buyer who beleived in the brand name of the product.

        I have been fighting with this company to update the AMC date validity to 12/06/2012, as their record show -09/0-5/.2012 for the past 3 montgs
        I am having their service cum money receipt as proof and sent the same to their HO and local office
        Not updated.

        Now call centre refuse to service as the date barred

          I have been very frustrated with Whirpool service - my fridge is not working from 5 days and there is no response from the company. One person visited to do basic check on first day and then told that he doesnt know how to troubleshoot - so he will send somebody else (For that also, he charged Rs. 280 visit fees!!). Then, I have made numerous calls to Whirlpool customer care, numbers given by service technician and emails written to their helpdesk - but everytime, they give only one reply - wait for our call.

          This is the height of bad service - though when I visited complaint list against Whirlpool on this website, I realized that I am not alone!! There are many people who have not got service for weeks and this company is just cheater which doesnt provide after sales service at all.

          Now, I dont think there is any meaning in waiting indefinitely from these guys who have not got even time to call back once in 5 days - so get it repaired with some shop (even though need to pay for it) and then file complaint in consumer court for mental agony and compensation.

            My Whirlpool washing machine Model no. 7230 ,H-65 purchased in Nov. 2007 is under AMC renewed on Feb.2012 at the cost of Rs. 2550/-. Now it has noticed by service engineer that its wash tub has developed crack and it need replacement for additional Rs. 1700/-, on pretext since wash tub is a plastic part and hence not covered in AMC.
            This is quite unfair,since TUB is the internal part and part of machine mechanism and neither is of ascthetic value and nor is a body part ,which can be damaged externally.
            The Tub being the integral important of mechanism should essentially be covered under AMC .
            I request authorities to look into the matter and fairely interpret/operate the AMC clauses ,so no feeling o[censored]ndue cheating arise in consumers and TUB should be get replaced under AMC without any extra cost to me.

              I had purchased a Whirlpool F410 Proton DLX double door fridge from Hometown, The Great India Place, Noida. Delivery was made to me, from Pentaloon Retail India Ltd, Ghaziabad (Invoice No.[protected] dtd. 09.04.2012).
              When I noticed, there were black spots all through the upper door of the fridge, I made a complaint to customer care, I was promised the replacement of the door, however, later I was delivered a completely different piece as per ARA Doc. No. [protected] dated 23.04.2012 .
              To my utter shock, this replacement too, was a used one and possibly a rejected one.
              It had a clear scratch mark on the side body, scratch marks on the side of the door and scratches on the inside plastic body, besides bubbles on inside plastic moulding.
              It had black glue marks and oil marks inside, which clearly indicated the fridge was a used one. The first invoice was for the full value 35500, which I paid, however the second invoice was for the 30% less value, which again indicated that the second piece delivered to me, was knowingly a second hand piece.
              I had made several complaints to the customer care and even talked to their Area Manager Ankit Bansal, who, instead of resolving the problem, was rude enough to mention that we had perception problem.
              I FEEL CHEATED BY WHIRLPOOL SALES/LOGISTICS TEAM ON DELIVERING THE DEFECTIVE PIECES REPETITIVELY AND GIVING A DEAF EAR TO MY GENUINE CONCERNS.
              WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND AND COMPENSATION ON THE INCOVENIECE CAUSED TO ME.

                I purchased Whirlpool Washing machine on Aug-2008. It was a frontloading one - model Number Neo. It's hinges of the door broken. Lodged number of complains to customer service. One engineer came after multiple call and made the product unusable. I keep on lodging complain in customer service, but no response from the service center.. I feel like cheated. Will never recommend any one to purchase Whirlpool product..

NOTE THAT MY FATHER IS DIABTIC PATAINT, WHO NEEDS EXTRA CARE & I AM REALLY SUFFERING THE PROBLEM DUE TO MAL-FUNCTIONING OF THE SAID FRIDGE, FOR NOT PRESERVING THE ESSENTIAL COMMODITIES/VEGETABLES ETC, ???

                      I purchased 2 new split a/c's (Whirlpool) from Metro Cash and Carry on 1st April 2012. Had a tough time for someone to come and install them (took a week) Within 3 days of installation one of the units stopped cooling as the gas had leaked. Have made 5 complaints on the company service centre number - All to deaf ears. Really regret the purchase !!!!!!

                        I was buy the Whirlpool 3 Door (Model - 12114 DLX) 300 liters Refrigerator on[protected] at NTPC Shope Name is Leo Electronics,
                        The Product Cost is RS.24000/- and Warrenty of Product is 5(1+4) Year Warranty,
                        This product work only 4 month after that it was not cooling and i was book a complain many time on same shope which i was purchage the refrigerator.

                        Please don't Buy Product of Whirlpool.

                          We bought a Whirlpool Split AC about 2 years back. We had a sensor problem 2 months back and we registered a complaint (Complaint ID CN[protected]) once we faced the problem.

                          Initially once the complaint registered, they contacted and verified the sensor problem. They told that, they will replace the sensor board, within a week. Till date we are following every week, but we get answer like "PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE, WE WILL UPDATE YOU SOON". We fed up with Whirlpool customer care and service. There was no proper response and reply, even though we called many times.

                          Whirlpool home appliances service was the worst service, i have ever seen.

                          I simply dont recommend Whirlpool home appliances (any) to avoid your headaches.

                            I have an AMC with Whirpool who has earmarked this to M/s. Sheetal Electronics, Shop No. 2, Sreenivasa Somsekhara Apartments, Tilak Nagar, Nallakunta Hyderabad 500044. The contract No. is 3349/HP04129925 dated 20.8.2010 valid for 2 years. Few weeks back I have made a complaint on the basis of the door not closing properly and the cooling being wasted and food geting rotten. One technician came and bound the door with nylon rope by fixing the gaskets with some glue and asked me to keep the same for 24 hours. I did as I was told. It worked few days but once again the same problem of door not closing is recurring on and off. I have written a letter to M/s. Sheetal Electronic on 9.4.2012 and send the same by registered post, but no one has since visited the door. I was told that the door has to be changed and the same is not available with the manufacturer.

                            I do not know what to do in this case and request your intervention and guidance to solve the problem.

                              i buy whirlpool refrigerator in may-2011 but door problem its not close tightly or not close properly. i have many follow and complaint than my refrigerator is replaced with new one. but again i facing same problem in replaced refrigerator i complaint many time but no body ans he says your refrigerator will not repaired what i do?
                              i have talk to whirlpool customer care center,it service district head, their service state head also but no body ans me my refrigerator still in warranty company didn't ans me i m tired from the problem.

                                Sir My A.C was sent to IMPULZ HOME CARE SERVICES (Whirlpool Authorised Service Centre) 4/20 West Patel Nagar New Delhi 110008 on booking of complaint with Whirlpool on their service no.[protected] dt 8.4.2012 for filling the gas and change of AC Display PCB. Rs. 3000/- Advanced money for this work was taken from me by the person namely Sukhvinder singh. The A.C was taken from my home on 10.4.2012 instead of 9.4.2012 date given. The A.C was sent back without solving any problem. Neither the AC is repaired nor money is refunded by them even contacted many times on phone at their so called authorised service centre or whirlpool contact no. Today a mechanic attended my house and changed the Display PCB but when started the AC it was not cooling. Gas was got checked from the mechanic namely Mustqueem who after checking told that gas is not in AC. On my request he told the fact to his employer who call him back. 15 days have already passed when the company taken advance for the repair and gas charges but the same is not provided till date. How long I have to suffer when a reputed company after taking money in advance doesnt work or cheating the customer by taking their product in their factory and sending the product without repairing and not informing customer that product is not serviced by them. What is happening?

                                It seems that the services of M/s IMPULZ HOME CARE SERVICES are absolutely dishonest. Fleecing the customer seems to be their policy. My TVS Whirlpool Washing Machine was not performing the wash action only while all other functions like rinsing and drying were being performed all right. The Service Engineer (Chander Pal) insisted that its TSP or Gear Box needed change. I told him to do the service at my place and he gave me an estimate of Rs. 3600/- to be paid in advance. Next day I received a call from these people that the machine is being shifted to the Workshop as the repairs were not possible at spot and the machine will be delivered back in 2 days. When I contacted them 2 days later I received a Call back asking for another Rs 1080/- for repairs of Control Panel/ Power Board. I refused and asked them to return the machine without repairs. Two days later (9.05.2013), the machine was delivered to my place and I paid Rs. 3600/-. The invoice is mentioning that they have changed the TSP or Gear Box, put in a Balance Ring and repaired the Power Board. No receipt of charges is issued in spite of asking for one. Machine is so far working all right but when I checked with an engineer, I was told that the Gear Box has not been changed. Maximum they may have done is putting the Balance ring (Rs. 450/-) and the original fault possible of Power Board disconnection may have asked for some shouldering. I was also confided that it is a habit of these people of lifting all sorts of Machines to their workshop and then fleecing the customers. Undue charges levied on me should be refunded. It shall be advisable for Whirlpool to dissociate from such an organization if wish to retain their goodwill in market. Not believing me, they Whirlpool can investigate of their own and find out how many of their customers gave back the satisfaction code, which the Whirlpool is providing so confidently. These people did not even bother to ask me for one.

                                  sir,
                                  we have purchased a whirlpool fridge REF 310 MAXIGERATOR STEEL from a well known shop at Tripunithrua Ammini Traders 7/9/2009. Within these period 2times faced major complaint. now 29/3/2012 we register a complaint at their service centre but they responded on 17/4/2012.
                                  19/4/2012 they supplied the repaired fridge but which is not working now. the service personel intimated us they had replaced the compressor. and they not serviced the inside part of the product like deep freezer door and its beeding etc. Global whirlpool service centre SRM road Ernakulam is your authorised service agency who are rendered the service but we are not satisfied with them. kindly take up this matter.

                                    I had purchased this refrigerator on 25th Feb. 2008. On 10th June 2010, refrigerator stopped working.

                                    On 23rd June, company changed the compressor of the fridge and charged Rs.1645.

                                    On 16th May 2011 refrigerator stopped working.

                                    On 18th May 2011, timer was changed and company charged Rs1345.

                                    On 9th June 2011, there was a cooling problem in the fridge. Company charged Rs. 850 to change the gas of refrigerator.

                                    On 3rd April 2012, again there was a cooling problem, but refrigerator was working. Company representative started repairing refrigerator and after that he said the refrigerator is dead. He charged us Rs. 695 and said the Company Executive will speak to you. Company Executive spoke to us. They were willing to give us a BAILOUT of 30% price of the refrigerator to be adjusted against a WHIRLPOOL REFRIGERATOR.

                                    But as the refrigerator was in working condition and it was damaged by the company representative so it is the duty of the company to replace the refrigerator free of cost.

                                    Kindly help me to get a replacement of the refrigerator as I’m facing this problem since last 2 years and I have paid a lot of money to the company for its repairs.

                                    whirlpool ref 310iceberg dlx steel — poor quality of the fridge

                                    unfortunately i have purchased your abovereferred product from you distributer Maharashtra electronics corp2, tilak road pune 30.on 21st of oct 2007. from day one i m not getting satisfactory performance from your product. on 26th march 2008, my fridge stopped cooling thus the stuff kept in the fridge started getting spoiled. on that day i tried to contact the person who gave us demonstration, but he spoke to me with a very rude language and asked me to conact service centre and not to call him again. he said to me that you do whatever u want, write anywhere u want, but donot give me trouble by calling me again.
                                    after that tried to contact ur service centre's phone nos.24221500/24221400/24221585 all these numbers given in ur book are incorrect. so again i had to contact that bloody person he gave me ur mumbai call centre no [protected]. after getting this number the next day service engg mr vinay singh came .one major part asked us to purchase voltage stabilizor which we did immediately.but again the same problem has occured.yesterday i e 12/5/08 i again had to contact ur call centre no [protected].to lodge complaint. i recd complaint no4515. but even after a period of 24 hrs, nobody has turned up neither even called me.it is very disgusting.i request u to look into the matter immediately, . i want immediate replacement or refund the amount i have spent.expecting instant action from u or iwill have to either go to press/media or go to consumer court against ur company.pls reply on mobile no [protected]. waiting ur reply

                                      I have purchased a RO from whirlpool Agra centre a couple of months back. It is not working properly now. I have lodged complaints many times but no body came for getting it repaired.There is service person name Nitin ..his no is : [protected]...whenever I call him he neither pick my call and moreover he switches off his cell phone..there is one more person Deepak..he told me that he will be visiting my place next day..but no body has come till now to get it repaired..can you please help me so that I can get rid of this issues on urgent basis.
