I purchased Whirlpool Front Load Washing Machine ( ASIA No WLF 82B0A0 ), Serial Number 0049108 from army canteen, Delhi.
On 12th May 2010, I found that the machine was not rinsing the clothes, but the rest of the machine was functional.
On 16th May, Mr. Amit from Amba Refrigeration (Whirlpool Service Station), Rohtak, inspected the machine and said that PCB Europa Classic ( Type A1 023) is not working and it is required to be replaced. The PCB was not in stock in anywhere in Haryana and ask us to arrange for the same.
On 22nd May, we lodged a complaint in customer care request number HR [protected], but no action has been taken and and complaint was closed any visit.
We lodged the same complaint on 1st June and 22nd June with request numbers HR [protected] and HR [protected], but every time the request had been closed without any visit.
Continuously we are in contact with Mr Nirdosh ( SR Area Manager). Finally the PCB was arranged in last week of July, Mr Vikas from Whirlpool Service Station fixed the new PCB, but machine was stopped working. After that Mr Rajesh from Whirlpool, inspected the machine and asked to send the same to the service station. The machine sent to service station, now its motor, timer everything has been jammed, and it not working.
Please resolve this issue.

Just two months back I had purchased whirlpool magic cook microwave family chef. Yesterday I was cooking rice but after seven minutes the turntable was cracked inside. I was surprised as I am using the microwave since 15 years. But unfortunately first time i hv seen like this problem. After that I had complained to customer service as per them they will charge the money for replacement. Money is not matter but your product quality is very poor. Today the engineer has come and he said that the turntable motor is defaulted. FYI I will not pay the money for replacement because what is guarantee of your any other part. I am also repeating that your product quality is very very poor. Just look into this matter and replace my microwave . After two months the basic part is defaulted that means the whole machinery is defaulted. I am requesting you kindly change the microwave with new otherwise you refund my money.
