I'm new customer of whirlpool.

I was purchased one refrigerator double door one month back.
And now i'm facing gas problme in that, i raised one complaint regarding this three days before but till now complaint not resolved, when i'm calling to the technician he is talking in rude way and he is saying we are not playing here we are working, when we are free will come!

I bought Whirlpool 3-door refrigerator a year back. I faced a problem of an abnormal sound from the freezer within a month. Horrendous experience with whirlpool. A one and a half year old AC conks off and nobody from customer service is responsive. A guy came, looked at it, said PCB needs to be replaced ( mind you, it's supposedly an inverter AC which has been been used for a max of 40 days). I purchased a 292L 3 Star double door refrigerator on 16.10.2020. Within a year its gas was choked. the company refills its gas in October 2021. After six months its gas was again choked. Again technician refilled the gas on 03.03.2022 and charged Rs. 650/- for visiting and Rs. 2, 650/- for gas refilling. Again on 16.04.2022, its gas choked. I bought double door refrigerator of whirlpool company and after exactly 1 year approx its stopped working now service support is also very poor from last 1 month it is not working and not cooling and the food products inside are getting wasted....

I bought whirlpool refrigerator with single door in March 2022. After performing well for one month it failed. On registration of complaint service engineer told that compressor of my fridge has failed and replaced it within couple of days. But It didn't work .
