I had taken Whirlpool washing machine top load fully automatic in the month of September 2020 and as the company says it has 2 years warranty but I am not getting my bill so I just want a duplicate copy of my bill so that I can service my washing machine within the warranty period

    I have purchased a worpool refrigerator before 2 years which always gets not working. Not get cooling and many other problem.

    I have complaint many times to customer care they visit and repair the parts after charging huge amount. But the same day it's get defect.
    And stop working .

    Today dt. 29.05.2022 i again got repaired the freez and again stoped working .

    For which I paid 5200/-

    The worst product I have ever purchased.

    Never purchased this product ever.

      Raising this issue on behalf of Deaf and dumb couple cannot communicate comfortably in the forum.

      Closed Problem Ticket(s)
      BAN[protected] (closed by Whirlpool without any action stating this was a duplicate ticket, they are unable to provide the so called original ticket number)
      BAN[protected] (worked upon post multiple follow ups and waiting more than a week; no priority provided even after pleading about the situation)

      New Problem Ticket : BAN[protected]

      Whirlpool 260 L Frost Free Triple Door Refrigerator stopped worked for the 3rd time from the day of purchase in 2019. Whirlpool is not taking ownership of the issue and blaming DIGI power backup system causing the compressor issue. There are 30 other refrigerators in the same apartment and the same Digi setup without any issues.

      We have spent 2K plus twice as a part of gas filling into compressor. Additionally service charges were also imposed.

      Not sure why Whirlpool does not engage own technicians and sends 3rd party technician (assigned by Whirlpool) to work on the issue who haven't shared any receipt for the work that was done.

        I have purchased a side by side whirlpool refrigerator in Feb 2022. There is hinge problem identified by engineer in last visit by service center. When I check the status with call center after 1 week I found that my service request is closed with resolution. I have already escalated multiple time and no resolution is given by whirlpool. Falsely closed complain numbers are BAN[protected] and BAN[protected].

          George pet whirlpool service centre cheating customers with high service charge and talking rudely.
          Sree Lakshmi from whirlpool customer support also behaving rudely and not helping with George pet service centre fraud. We can’t entertain such kind of cheaters pls cancel their service centre license. Got the call from this number +[protected] which service centre number, saying if you want take otherwise go can’t expect such a BIG COMPANY SERVICE CENTRE CAN BEHAVE LIKE THIS.

          Whirlpool customer support said rs 472 for top 7.2kg fully automatic machine and rs 530 for front load fully automatic
          George pet service centre said rs 530 for any fully automatic washing machine
          Who is correct here ?? Are anybody there to help us ?

            I bought a automatic washing machine 8kgs from Digi1 Retailer, Ulhasnagar on February, 2022. During spinning, there is a loud noise that even neighbour can hear the sound. I have raised 3 tickets so far,

            Ticket 1: Service engineer asked me to pause the machine, align the clothes manually and then start again.( If i need to stop and align manually, why did i purchase automatic washing machine)

            Ticket 2: Service engineer came and applied oil on the plates and said it should work

            Ticket 3: Service engineer asked me to keep the washing machine on the floor.He says issue will not come

            Despite of all the fantastic ideas by the service engineer, I am still getting such a loud noise.
            When i tried calling customer support team to connect call to Escalation team, they are stalling me by saying escalation team will call in 10 minutes. This is happening for past 3 days.

            Please help me to fix this issue or replace the machine

              I am writing this mail to you after being unable to get any resolution from the whirlpool service team in the last eight days. The service support line was rude to me and did not even share the complaint ticket number with my email id or my registered number.

              To give you a brief on my issue:

              As per the service engineer, Mr Naveen of Excellent Service, Bangalore, who attended to my machine of 3 yrs old, my premium PCBA board was faulty and required replacement. So I paid Rs. 9731 to get my machine board replaced on the same day. He committed that the machine would function appropriately once the board was replaced. So he replaced the board on May 16th with the new one (as per him). However, after running for 15 minutes the next day, the machine again stopped working.

              We raised the complaint to the whirlpool service helpline on May 17th, but the representative didn't register the complaint nor share any customer complaint id. I thought the service team would call us the next day, but it didn't happen.

              Finally, however, we reached the service line again, and the representative told us there was no complaint against our machine. How could that happen?. He registered the complaint, but the technician only came the next day and spoke rudely to my wife and my mother that we asked for the replacement of the board so early. To let you know, we didn't make multiple calls or ask to install a faulty part to our machine, which worked for only 15 minutes.

              I do not understand what is happening at the whirlpool service centre. Are they putting faulty spare parts into people's machines or gaming the customers?

              Now, I am making multiple calls to the service line, but the representative sitting there spoke rudely and said that person would visit and call you, which never happened. So I ask her to share with me the complaint id and tell me in writing that the senior technician will visit our place and give me my machine in working condition, but she is not ready to share anything. So now, I do not have any status on what I should do with my machine, either scrap it or file a consumer court case so that I at least get my Rs. 9731 back and buy a new machine.

              We bought this machine in 2018 for Rs. 34, 000. Let me know what I can do with it.

              Even dropping a mail to Service Head, CEO and the customer helpdesk no one is responding nor interested. We will file a court case against Whirlpool of harassing customers and taking away people money and installing faulty spare parts.

                  I baught a fridge on 13/1/2022 with 10 year warranty. But refrigerator top and bottom is leaking water comming out one guy from customer service came and informed it's manufacturing defect after that there is no response. Request you to pls help.

                    Purchased the Whirlpool AC from TATA Cliq.

                    As I relocated to work location and didn’t get time to check the AC after installing. Noticed the AC is not working at all in the very 1st day o[censored]sage and found wrong. Informed TATA Cliq and requested return or replacement. But they suggested to check with Whirlpool team, as the return window is closed .

                    So I keep on informing that I received a defective AC Which not even worked for 1hr properly. They came and that AC’s PCB is damaged. And given jobsheet on 20 April 2022 that PCB is damaged. As the AC not even worked for 1 hr. So I directly requested return m/replacement for the product because PCB is the main for AC Unit.

                    After long 1 month struggle and without assisting well. They made me to agree for PCB repair. As I’m in mid summer on May 15 finally agreed to fix the issue by repairing to replace PCB. On 16 May when they came for repair. They said that PCB is Ok and issue is Gas leak. So they said that they fixed the issue within 1 hour.

                    But even after that, AC is not working well and the room is not getting cooled even after I kept it in for continuous 8hrs.

                    Raised the complaint again. But they are not responding well.

                    Tata Cliq carefully side lined by saying that try window is closed and to check with Brand team for further assistance and Whirlpool is not at all assisting well. After 1 month, they came to fix the issue and not done well. Room is not gettIng Chilled. Same like initial day. My Cooler is working better than Whirlpool’s AC

                    *Purchased the product on 17 March 17 2022, raised the complaint on 14 April. Product is still under warranty. Whirlpool is not assisting and not even ready for replacement. Even after they stated that the AC PCB/Mother Board is damaged*

                      On 18th May, I ordered a washing maching (Order No.[protected], fully automatic, Gen X). On 22nd May, I get an intimation saying the order has been cancelled, without any intimation or assigning reasons whatsoever. I have not got a refund despite escalation to various authorities.

                        So I Bought a whirlpool fridge and before the buy date called several times to extend the warranty through amc and the next day of completing 1 year product buying date . The whirlpool serviceman came and talked how he can make it so that we bought the amc before the purchase date and took some extra money even though I started calling them 1 month prior but they did not pick up and even when they did they did not came . What kind of behaviour is this to get some extra money service man did not attend our calls just imagining how many more people they took money make me fell uncomfortable.I would like my 200 rs back cause I should not have had to pay them money.

                          My whirlpool a/c had a problem of faulty motor device running very slow since i purchase the product. i booked my complaint on 2-5-2022 my complaint no is CHE[protected] is registered, On 5 May 2022, 1 technician visited my location and he checked and stated Motor fan problem and need to replaced he also checked Air and said Air is full and i can still use the AC, But as soon as technician left i switched on the Ac but stop running .. i have called several times to technician and manager Mr Vishnu, they keep giving reason their is no spear part available..
                          Now its almost 15 days my Baby and myself suffering without Ac .

                          This is an humble request to do needful.

                              With reference to the above subject, I had lodged a complaint to the customer care on 19 /4/2022 with an error code of F26.

                              Next day I was allocated with Technician of my branch area service care center, i, e 560049 KR Puram Bangalore,
                              He diagnosed the machine, and came to conclusion saying power board & user board has failed to run the machine, which costs Rs 9800/- and Drain motor with wiring has also failed need to change which costs Rs 3500/- + Rs 500 for service charge. Total you have to pay Rs 14000/- .

                              I Called Customer care service to verify how i should get to know technician giving me the genuine reasons or no, customer care suggested me to talk to Service head of my branch area,

                              Next day Senior technician visited to diagnose the machine with some spare part, changed the spare parts for demo purposes, after troubleshooting the Machine was running in the condition, suggested me to change the spare parts, which cost Rs, 9800/- agreed to get repaired done.

                              Annoying part was Senior technician was very rude and arrogant and was not responding properly i can understand COVID phase affected many peoples daily bread, but still i was humble and politely requested him to order new spare part,

                              It's almost 2 weeks over, technician is giving me the reason saying spare parts are not arrived from the company.
                              Customer Care has only inbound services, for better service customer care can follow up with outbound services with customers for expedite the complains closing timings with dealers/Franchise centers.

                              It would be good for the customers if the Escalation Matrix is provided in the website.

                              Requesting you to help me out to expedite the process, Below are washing machine details and complaint No furnished here for your reference.

                                  I have ordered a 6.5 Kg top load automatic washing machine on 28.04.2022 on whirlpool website. After some time order got cancelled automatically and the amount has been debited. While contacting customer care for the refund they told to write the mail to whirlpool. But have written 4 mails, tweeted yet no proper response from them. Please refund the amount Whirlpool!

                                  Still no update from Whirlpool. Whenever we call they say complaint is sent to back end but no reply yet. This is worst customer service from Whirpool, give us our money back!

                                    I ordered double door refrigerator from your official site last month on 25th april which gets delivered on time but still no invoice copy or bill is shared with me. Every time i called ur toll free number they told me to send mail to ur mail id [protected]@whirlpool.com but i haven’t received any reply even after 10 days of mailing. I am fed up after following up for my invoice copy from your site via mail and over phone.                                         I'm new customer of whirlpool.

                                        I was purchased one refrigerator double door one month back.
                                        And now i'm facing gas problme in that, i raised one complaint regarding this three days before but till now complaint not resolved, when i'm calling to the technician he is talking in rude way and he is saying we are not playing here we are working, when we are free will come!

                                        The way technician talking with the new customer of whirlpool is not correct, he has to apologise that, and do need ful regarding this issue.

                                        And arrange the technician as soon as possible.
