17 June 2017 was the most stupid day of my life that I Bought Whirlpool Full Automatic Washing Machine from a Whirlpool dealer in Uttam Nagar Delhi at a cost
of Rs 27500.
.
Since that day, It has become a liability for me and my family.

Since the day of installation, it was jerking, we complaint about it many times but it never fully sort out fully till now.

Then some day some current related issue and some day any other issue kept on coming.

We kept on paying for this to Whirlpool technical team for solution of problem but its problems kept on increasing over time

Now its Motor is not working. A Technician visited our house today and he said its 1) Washing Motor 2) Capaster 3) Belt 4) Tsp all need to be replaced.
and its cost would be 7500.

Motor was in warranty and he was not even willing to replace motor.

I want to remind that we bought this washing machine in 27500 rupeees and we have already suffered and spent a larger amout of expense and energy on it.

and When we did video recording of all expenses that technician was telling then he ran away from home. perhaps, he was thinking to ride on us for some of his commission by parts selling.

Then again we called customer care number. They gave uttam nagar delhi supervisor( Rohit) number [protected] and He gave his centeral head Mr Ram Verma number [protected] . we called Mr Ram Verma 5 times on mobile at different time but he is not picking call.

We are fed up with this poor product and that after sale services of whirlpool. If you cant make high quality product then please shut down your business for ever.
I am very sincerely requesting to fully sort out Whirlpool washing machine issues .

    I wanted to point out and complain about the real bad experience I had recently at Wstore : Online storefront of Whirpool.
    I am a loyal customer of whirlpool with half my home office running on whirlpool machines. I recently ordered a 1T xpand air conditioning unit from the Wstore, which I had to cancel. Then I reordered the same unit again the next day.
    As soon as I ordered the AC I wanted to talk to Wstore regarding information on how I could get my GST number on the bill. But no agent called me back, while getting assurance of a call back numerous times.
    On the third day, I found my recent order cancelled automatically and my previous order (which I cancelled willingly) getting dispatched. By this time I got another AC from a retail store which gave me a GST bill.
    I have been following up at the help line number[protected] for cancelling my orders and issuing me a refund but I have been kept in lurch regarding the same issue and I am not aware of my order or my refund at the moment.
    I just need my refund, plain simple. But processing and acknowledging this request has just not been done by Whirpool and I am really frustrated about this experience.

    Kindly help me out.

      My whirlpool ac is not cooling.I asked the local whirlpool about the problem.
      Even if i have the AMC, why the technician is asking money for Charging the gas??for doing the leak test, he says he will use Nitrogen, and the customer has to pay for nitrogen etc also.what the heck.
      this is totally unacceptable from a brand like whirlpool as your website claims that no charge for gas charging under AMC??but the technician is saying otherwise.dissappointed.please clarify.

        I bought whirlpool refrigerator double door model 21306 bought on 29.07.2021.
        thrice it has cooling problem . In Jan 2022 it was having ice accumulation issue, now as on today dated 20.04.2022 it is not working even after 3 visits of the technician.
        All my stuff in refrigerator has perished.
        Hit and trial is going on the refrigerator, on 18.04.2022 technician told that fan is not working in the refrigerator, next day it was changed but again refrigerator is not cooling so today he told us that ice has accumulated.
        I think he himself dont know whats the issue. In short there is some manufacturing defect and replacement is required.

          So my 1 year 2 months old whirlpool fridge stopped working on 12th April 2022. and i called up to whirlpool tollfree. they assigned a technician and not to my surprise the tech visited the same day and told me that my PCB has gone bad and along with the compressor. it was evident that he was telling me all this due to my fridge being out of warranty and it was the best chance for him to make money. I being an electronics engineer myself could see that his diagnosis took less than 5 mins. since i do not have a lot of time in my hand i asked him to fix it. this made him chuckle with joy and he asked me to wait till next day, the price at this point he told me was : 3800 with complete repair + some 600 rs service charge. even though i was being scammed, i said ok as this time of the year in Delhi its impossible to live without fridge.

          Next day on 13th April 2022, i got a call from tech and surpassingly the cost of 3800 was of PCB and since the compressor was bad too it will be replaced with a new one but i have to bear the charge for Gas which will be 1800. total cost now : 3800+2200+600 = 6600

          for anyone this is insane and i did argue with him but then again summer heat etc etc. i said ok, the next thing he did proved me right that it was a sophisticated scam because he asked me to send him 2000 rs as advance on gpay/phonepay saying without advance warehouse will not send replacement parts. i called up whirpool and they gave me number to a service manager who turned out to as helpless as me. he intervened and said sir this will be done in a day. current date 13th April 2022.

          as of today 20th April 2022, no one from Whirlpool tried contacting me. when i called the service technician he said he has no idea when compressor will arrive, it may take a day, a week, a month, only god knows what kind of incompetent folks are running the show here and i am ready to through this piece of junk for which i paid 30K last year. anyone from whirlpool should know how their brand name is being used to wipe the floor by these 3rd party vendors who have no empathy, no work ethics, no willingness to help the customer if customer does not send them money on phone pay or gpay in advance. it was a learning experience for me and i will be posting this review to every possible forum i find online and let the world know what king of a joke this company is.

          dear consumers, pls do not fall for this brand as this will only lead to being scammed and left alone with a faulty product and one unethical, uncultured moron calling the shots for your asset which you bought from your hard earned money.

          And just as i expected. No changes from whirlpool so far. Fridge still dead and whirlpool still being the incompetent as I've been saying. Guys for God sake do not go near these ### products. You are going to regret like I am regretting my decision to spend 30k on this dead fridge. Going to file a legal complaint against these theives now.

            I have ordered Single door refrigerator 190 ltrs but without delivering the product. Courier/Logistic DELHIVERY Coy had misleaded the information and showing delivered.               Raised a ticket on 2nd April for fixing Oven. Request number BAN[protected]. Chased around 10 times with customer care for update, noone came to home and closed ticket stating door is closed. We have CCTV camera at home and I challenged to tell the time when the repair person came and then they agreed they will come later. Customer care is useless, every time they will say escalation team will contact you, but none called back from escalation team. I wasted much of my time much every day speaking to customer care but no use. Will never buy whirlpool products again and will do my best to discourage everyone in my circles including writing reviews against whirlpool customer service.

                I need a duplicate copy of invoice for my Whirlpool refrigerator as my current bill is faded and cannot be used for warranty claim.
                I have been emailing Whirlpool India customer helpdesk for over a week with no response. Voice helpdesk representatives evade the topic and ask me to handle via email.
                Please either provide me a duplicate bill copy or approve a warranty claim on the basis of my service tag. Attached pic of refrigerator service tag for reference.

                  We bought a whirlpool 1.5 ton 5 star AC from flipkart on[protected] sold by consulting rooms private limited. Our Ac was a defective piece on purchase. The day the technician installed the AC it was not cooling. then the technician filled the gas and told us your problem is solved. but still the AC performance was low at cooling. Then we complained another time and the technicans still recommended us to topup the gas and they charged us 3500 and but still the problem was not fixed. we are really frustrated with the product and mentally harrased as we got a defective product after spending much money and time. The local technican told us your product was defective from purchase and it's efficiency is low even though we filled the gas and it's the fault of the whirlpool company.

                  We are fedup with the repairs. we need a replacement of our defective piece or a full refund of the amount I paid. As I was mentally disappointed for the time and money I have invest on it.

                  worst service they are calling and saying that you have pay the visiting charges of Rs.1200 again. Your AC is faulty then why should I pay the visiting charges. If you can't come at the product location then don't sell the AC's to such locations.
                  Till now I have already lost almost 8000 Rs in Repairs and again they are asking me 1200 rs. and still same problem I'm getting.

                    Sir I have purchased whirpool brand refrigerator on 18th sep 2021
                    in Vasanth and co Purasaiwalkam branch (1103 )

                    From that month itself cooling complaint arises, Any items like milk, idly aata everything starts to spoil.and the motor sound is heavy noisy
                    There after I called customer service.
                    Person came he checked and told Freezer is having problem and he rectify. Then also it was same problem happened .again I called customer care again they came and told compressor problem and went.There is no response from service side, again I called customer service, and one person came and said it was motor problem and went. Again there is no response from service side. Again I called customer service, person came and said gas has to fill.

                    New Refrigerator within a month
                    Above issues, it was like a patient and Doctor conversation

                    1st person told -Frrezer problem
                    2nd person told -compressor problem
                    3rd person told motor problem
                    4th person told -Gas has to fill

                    I strictly told them to replace the refrigerator.
                    With lot of pressure to Vasanth and co show room person
                    Mr.sobi and Mrs Varalakshmi and Whirpool representative Mr Suresh,
                    I received replacement on 25th March 2022.
                    I told them to replace someother model or other brand to them, I ready to pay addnl amount also.but they refused .so we accept to take.the same model .
                    Two days after I switched on the fridge .again the cooling issue was there .after that I went to Vasanth and co Purasaiwalkam informed to sobi and suresh, they told person will come from service center, person came from service replied fridge has to replace.

                    What is this ? Is there any meaning of purchasing the fridge we fed up with that model. Again there was no response from sobi and suresh.
                    I went directly to Vasanth and co H.O.
                    T nagar . I asked receptionist to meet manager Mr.Ravi, they connect the line to me and he replied within 2 days New fridge will deliver you.
                    But no response.

                    We are all in Ramadan fasting
                    Without fridge we can't.

                    So give other model or other brand.
                    If this above complaint also not sorted within 2 days, then I have to file case in consumer court.

                      It's been 15 days I ordered a refrigerator and till now not delivered, customer care is worst and store manager and other staff is completely useless. I went to store and they promise everyday that today will be delivered but every day same thing repeats. I don't know what to do no one responds. I never recommend anyone to go to reliance digital.

                          I had raised a complaint due to issue regarding my washing machine but they make me fool and didn't solve my problem and they closed my complaint noting that they solved my problem. Very pathetic service I experienced twice and will not recommend whirlpool to anyone.

                            I had purchased whirlpool split ac which Sr. no INZ[protected] purchased at 10.06.21 by invoice number SDEX-19390
                            did not work from purchased In this regards I had logged a complaint so many times which com no. AGR[protected], AGR[protected], AGR[protected], AGR[protected], AGR[protected], AGR[protected], AGR[protected], AGR[protected]
                            But your poor and untechnical team is unable to repair the above-mentioned AC, Is this your service standard???
                            Again I have logged the case but still remaining pending and waiting for the expiring warranty date.
                            this is indicating your illegal Fraud and unprofessional behavior,
                            I extremely irritating by purchasing your wasted products and as a reputed customer warning you do repair this bloody product or return the same otherwise I complaint Consumer court for Fraud case for cheating servicing by your so-called traitor team.

                              Whirlpool India Air conditioner is under warranty and the same air conditioner is not working now as the compressor is faulty.
                              The company said that the compressor needs to be replaced but no action has been taken yet even after repeated calls and reminders

                                we purchased whirlpool washing machine from croma TNAGAR branch on 7.03.22, croma sent whirlpool techician for demo, as my age old parents were only in the house, techinician sold a scalegeon product which of month of manufacturing - 10/2021 whith expiry of 15 months, though 1 packet is enough for the usage with his verbal techinque sold additional packet of 2 so totally got 3 packet .

                                It occurred on: 8/03/2022

                                As my parents were not well educated, taking that as the advantage, he sold the product, it is a mere stealing of aged people hard earned, money i expect CROMA TO JUSTIFY this act, and to refund the hard earned money and also not to make senior citizen to run from pillar to post i have enclosed the copy of the bill claimed by the Thai services - Whirlpool

                                  I purchased 190 Lit Blue color whirlpool fridge at Sathya agencies, Tiruvannamalai On[protected]. Product details: Whirlpool Fridge 205 IM power cool premier 3S sapphire Hibiscus. Model/Year: DC205F/2021. Order No: 2101090LCO000733. (Bill enclosed).

                                  Incident 1: After a month, inside the fridge bulp is malfunctioning & over noise while compressor starts. I Complained to Sathya agencies they fwd the complaint and refrigerator mechanic came - While he was checking the fridge the light worked hence he claimed there is no fault and also said there is no remedy for noise problem in compressor. Also included all fridge in this model has the same issue.

                                  Incident 2: Same bulp malfunctioning again. The main problem is OVER COOLING ISSUE. Vegetables kept inside plastic cover gets freezed as ice and after sometimes it melts in liquid exactly how ice melts which is not good for vegetables hygiene. Also due to this water droplets comes out from the the fridge. Again complained again some other service person came and visited - (Bulp thread was slightly loose and he fixed it - problem resolved: But actually that’s not a permanent solution). Then for the over cooling issue, he asked what point you used.. I said 2 - he told me to set into 1st point and simply said over cooling problem solved. What a birliant answer!!!. I was shocked.

                                  Incident 3: Again the same issue with water leaking coming from the fridge - i complained to Sathya in Jan end i think. No one came and attended the service.

                                  Incident 4: Recently On[protected] morning noticed that fridge is not working but steblizer is in on (both input and output) i complained on the same day by 11.30pm, mentioned that I am in out of station... At my home they struggle more due to this so send the service person immediately. On the same day I got call from service person asked all the silly question and giving the ### answers. How can I explain all the electronic goods issue through phone. All the question they asked me through phone. Is this online service or what else.? Finally they said I'll come by evening. Again I called evening they replied surely I'll come. But still now no one has come and attended the fault. Again automatically the fridge started to work on Sunday. Then monday we faced the same issue.
                                  Again, again, again .
                                  how many again i don't know!

                                  Incident 5: With fascinate mood Again I complaint about incident at Sathya agency on[protected]. Still now no response.

                                  Within this 6 months’ time I got very frustrated with this fridge and it's issues. Mainly the service persons irresponsible attempt towards the problem. I am totally disappointed in this regard. Sathya agency also not taking care of the CUSTOMER. We trust whirlpool if it fails Sathya agency (shop) need to take care and support to the CUSTOMER. In my case it didnot happen.
                                  I need a clean investigation of my fridge. What are all the issues in my machine?

                                  If possible solve the issue with the trained and experienced service person. Again I don’t want to face any single issue. If i am not satisfied again pls take ur machine back. I don't want this fridge. I don't now who is responsible for this kindly take this machine and REPLACE IN TO NEW ONE.

                                  Why I need to take all the headaches. What's my mistake.? I have choosen whirlpool brand is this my mistake? Or chosen Sathya agency is my mistake.?
                                  Just think in this summer season how to manage without fridge. How to manage my family aged father mother and children.

                                  I understand that mistakes do happen.. But what made me more angry is the way they treated the CUSTOMERs with no dignity and trying for escapism without doing proper service... Kindly work on it is my request politely and resolve my problem immediately.

                                  I request the higher official to solve this issue immediately !!!

                                    I bought a refrigerator from W store on the 25th of July 2021.
                                    A payment of Rs. 56, 347 was made towards this purchase
                                    Payment was made with HDFC bank card to Ultron Commerce Pvt. L on[protected]:21:34.
                                    The refrigerator was installed at my residence on 27th July 2021. The warranty page was filled in by your Installation engineer.
