New Fridge Cooling issue : From the day I got the refrigerator, I saw cooling issues. I felt maybe it was some setting on my end, or the AI is using less power because the load was less. But this issues continued and got worse, at this point I realised that it was a persistent issue and contacted customer care, few months back,
Customer Care : So customer care was contacted within the warranty period and the representative came in, accepted the issue and replaced the damper motor / or some ECU. He was not transparent about it, but the fridge was working fine after that. The cooling was fine.
Cooling Stopped working today: Now again, cooling has stopped working. To the extent that all items in my fridge are spoiled, ice creams have melted. Perishables are gone. I know this issue had happened before in the warranty period, but now the same issue has repeated.
I talked to the customer technical executive, and he quoted some visitation charges and then approx. 4k to replace the faulty part. I would go through with this replacement, but there is no guarantee that the issue won't happen again. I can't keep replacing the part every 6 months. It's only been 1 year and 4 months since I got the refrigerator.(Also, this part was replaced within warranty period, is there no 1 year warranty on the part from the time it was replaced)
Reading more on this online, it seems like a persistent issue with other customers, where people have replaced the part upto 3 times in the warranty period.
The amazon link shared, contains multiple comments from people complaining of the same cooling issue.
It is a defective model, and I need a replacement for the Fridge, with some other model of the same value.
I believe this issue is known in the company. Why cant you do a recall of these fridges, to be honest enough with customers and replace parts for free.
In this case you have created a faulty product and expect the customer to keep replacing, the part which will surely go bad every 6 months or so.

Updated by Sunny Iyer It has been more than a week. I have been calling customer care and asking them to respond to the mail/issue. Still no response from their side. I have sent 7 mails, 1 mail everyday.
When calling the executive says that the concerned person call back in 30 mins, or 24 hrs but I never get a callback.
