    I want a full justification from whirlpool by replacing the refrigerator.

      I purchased a refrigerator from wstore on 25 July 2021. Misplaced the invoice. Fridge is not working. I have sent a photo of the warranty page to customer care. They sent a rechnician, he changed one board but issue not resolved. Now they are saying they need invoice copy. Whirlpool customer care has all the installation details in their system, name, address etc. But they are not giving me a copy of invoice. Now I am unable to get it serviced.

      The refrigerator was installed at my residence on 27th July 2021. The warranty page was filled in by your Installation engineer. A snapshot of the same is given below.

      The Service request ID for the installation is HYD[protected]
      All the above establishes beyond any doubt that I have purchased and paid for the refrigerator and that you have received full payment for the purchase.

      2. On the 29th of March the refrigerator stopped working.

      I raised a complaint with Whirlpool Service center. I had sent them a snapshot of the Warranty page of the manual as warranty proof. One Engineer, Mr. Murali, Ph.[protected] visited and checked the appliance. He changed one PCB but that did not help. He left saying that he is unable to repair the same. No service charge was collected as it was a warranty service.

      I followed up on the service complaint as Mr. Murali told be that the problem is bigger and for that kind of Warranty service, I needed to show him the Invoice copy. He also confirmed that the Service center records do show the installation details as in the warranty page and that the appliance is under warranty as on that date.

      3. Request to Wstore team for Invoice copy.

      Following an issue with my laptop, all my old emails were deleted and I am unable to retrieve the invoice copy from Email.

      I have written to Wstore multiple times with the above details . I have not been able to get a copy of the Invoice from Wstore tea.

      4. Personal visits to Service center

      In the absence of any response from Wstore team I personally visited the Service center in Lower Tank Bund, Hyderabad and Met Mr. Ranjit Ph. No. [protected]. He checked the records on the computer system and confirmed that there is record of the Installation with the Service ID and that the appliance is indeed under warranty as on that date. He promised to send a Senior Engineer to resolve the same.
      On the 8th of April one Service Engineer Mr. goud Ph. No.[protected], [protected] visited my residence, checked the appliance and left stating that this can not be repaired by him.

      I visited the Service center again and discussed with Mr. Ranjit. He spoke to the Area Manager Mr. Naresh. They both told me that they can not do anything unless I produce an invoice copy.

      Wstore, as the seller is obligated to give me a copy of the sale invoice, which they are not doing.
      Whirlpool has, on their computer systems, records to show that this appliance is under warranty.

      Wstore has sold me a defective product that has failed within its warranty period and Wstore is shirking their responsibility to fulfil their obligations under the warranty offered for the appliance.

          I have raised a AC complaint ticket 2 weeks back as my AC was displaying F6 error, after two days ticket was closed abruptly. After that again I have raised a ticket for which technician visited my home after 4 days of raising complaint. Even after requesting for senior technician repeatedly they have sent a trainee guy who doesn’t even know what is F6 error was and he was continuously guided by seniors on phone as he don’t know anything.

          Somehow he managed to make AC work and left my home and I have paid him the service charge, once he left after 1 hour again I am facing the same issue. Again I have raised issue and it was again closed stating that non productive task.

          Again I have escalated it and tried reaching out Area sales manager and service center manager who never reachable by me as well as whirlpool support . So again I had to raise a ticket for the 4th time and it’s been two weeks since I am facing this issue with my AC and no support was provided by whirlpool even I have paid the service charge but yet issue was not resolved . I tried reaching their customer support for around 20 times and same answer I get we will resolve which was not happening .

          It’s pathetic service by whirlpool looting the customers without proper service . Resolve my issue as soon as possible . It’s been many days and I didn’t get any resolution. More over the technicians you guys sending are worthless and don’t know anything please send good technicians to resolve the issue soon.

          It’s been more than 2 weeks since we are facing issue and even after raising the concern request here in this forum still I didn’t get any update or support form Whirlpool. They don’t even care just a pathetic service.

          Again my ticket which was raised on 28th March(4th ticket for the same issue) was closed stating that improper address but the thing is that technician has visited on this Monday and issue was not resolved yet as they need to replace the PCB it seems.

          My ticket was closed without resolving the issue even after me stating not to close it untill issue got resolved that too with the fake reason.

          It’s been more than 25 days since we are facing the issue now they want me to raise new ticket. How many tickets you guys want me to raise for one issue to be resolved??

          There is no use in raising concern in this forum . Whirlpool don’t even care about it and it is as pathetic as it was. Still issue was not resolved . Now no one form whirlpool are answering my call even the SOS escalation executives from Gurgaon are also avoiding my calls
          Till date Whirlpool didn’t resolve the AC issue..!!
          It’s been near to 55 days and still there was no proper response from Whirlpool and issue was not resolved.

              I'm getting UB issue in washing machine continuously.
              Service Technician attended the Complaint . But the issue still persists.

                Hello Sir/Madam,

                My Whirlpool 205 CLS 3S 190 L Single Door Refrigerator was not working from March 27, 2022. I bought this product on November 6, 2015 from Flipkart. I remember the warranty was one year on product and nine years on compressor.

                When I checked with the Technician (Mr. Yakkaih) from Sri Venkateshwara Services and Customer Support on the same day, they mentioned after verifying the invoice details, the Warranty will be covered. They said one year on the entire product and nine years on Compressor will be covered and asked the bill details, which I had shared on his WhatsApp Number. The technician said the Compressor would be replaced; however, I must pay 2500 for the gas refilling in the new Compressor.

                Today, March 28, 2022, another technician from Sri Venkateshwara Services visited to replace the Compressor. He said that there was no sticker on the Refrigerator and also product ID was not listed hence warranty will not be covered. I'm shocked to hear this. Again called the customer care person, Mr. Sunil from Whirlpool, who said the warranty will be covered. I made him talk to the technician. After the discussion, Mr. Sunil (Customer Care Team) said he would call back, but I've not received the call from the team. It is so weird. I am not sure what to do. There doesn't seem to be any resolution. So, posting here for justice.

                        I have been using Whirlpool fridge for almost 7 yrs. The fridge stopped cooling so I contacted the customer care and gave them the details. They informed me about the visiting charges Rs 550 and the service expenses would be extra. Till here fine. The service person visits my home and checks the fridge. He says the PCB is not working and would need a replacement as they don't repair the faulty PCB. Two days pass I contact the service person he says the PCB for my product is not available and nothing can be done. Case closed. I must say Whirlpool has the worst after sales service. If they don't repair their product why the hell have they kept their service center. Just to mint money through visiting charges.The service person are only there for looting the visiting charges. Don't buy product of this company. My previous Godrej fridge worked for 15 yrs without a single problem. I replaced that one with this expensive piece of crap. Worst experience ever.

                          I have bought two Split Air conditioner from Flipkart of Whirlpool. Booked Service for from last week, no on response, when the service engineer is coming he asked on phone for bills and location, I have sent him location and Bills of both AC.

                          Now he and his boss both are not picking up the call. Worst service I have faced in Installation (Gas Leaked) & Also Finding Worst Service in Service.

                            I bought a double door refrigerator on last year April (purchase bill is attached with this mail). Details are below

                            There was a issue (no cooling and noise) with this refrigerator a month ago.

                            The service guy came a month ago to check the issue and he replaced the compressor. After this, the refrigerator was working good for about a month and all of a sudden, the same issue showed up on Monday (21.03.2022).

                            I was very disappointed of this issue which is occuring soo frequently within a year and I know that for a brand new refrigerator will not be faulty soo much as I am facing this problems. All the items in my refrigerator is spoiling and it happened twice.

                            The service guy/representative told today that he will change the compressor and I am not at all happy with this solution.

                            It is my humble request for you that please replace the whole refrigerator and provide me a new one instead.

                            I hope you will consider this issue and my request as a repeated customer of whirlpool.

                              We brought whirlpool 6th sense deep clean machine in 2018 feb ..we were maintaining it perfectly like using soft water, liquid detergent, water filter, scale cleaning. we are two adults n one toddler in home .after 4 yrs in 2022 loud noise is coming during spinning..we contacted whirlpool service centre.one guy came he charged 470 just for visiting n looking..after that he told bearing needs to be changed it will cost 6500..n waranty will be increased to 2 more yrs ..

                                I purchased whirlpool refrigerator from online after searching so many your outlet where whirlpool appliances were sell . No any excutive of whirlpool told me that I must have purchase a stabilizer with this fridge after taking so many questions replies and my worries about a new brand which I never used i purchased from TATA click in June 21 after using i was not happy from this bcz all specifications was wrong which u given to costumer my fridge smell food mixture and 5days back suddenly stopped working i tried calling your costumer care no 3rd day your person came and told me that you should purchased stabilizer it was mandatory to this fridge and i was surprised bcz no electricity flactuation in my society and never use stabilizer since 10years my question is that regarding stabilizer why i was not told before buying

                                  I have bought whirlpool refrigerator from chroma center, it is 7 years old, the company has given 10 years warranty of the compressor but last night when I opened the refrigerator to get the water bottle, it suddenly exploded. I could have lost my life in that, when Whirlpool's technical came, it would cost Rs 4500, the heater has exploded, he said. What should I do if the body of my fridge burns, he said, I will replace the heater in 4500. But what do I have to do with that burnt body? When the company came, he said that there is a heater blast, but not only did the heater blast happen because of the compressor, then you send your bhangar to the person and take him away.

                                      New Fridge Cooling issue : From the day I got the refrigerator, I saw cooling issues. I felt maybe it was some setting on my end, or the AI is using less power because the load was less. But this issues continued and got worse, at this point I realised that it was a persistent issue and contacted customer care, few months back,
                                      Customer Care : So customer care was contacted within the warranty period and the representative came in, accepted the issue and replaced the damper motor / or some ECU. He was not transparent about it, but the fridge was working fine after that. The cooling was fine.
                                      Cooling Stopped working today: Now again, cooling has stopped working. To the extent that all items in my fridge are spoiled, ice creams have melted. Perishables are gone. I know this issue had happened before in the warranty period, but now the same issue has repeated.

                                      I talked to the customer technical executive, and he quoted some visitation charges and then approx. 4k to replace the faulty part. I would go through with this replacement, but there is no guarantee that the issue won't happen again. I can't keep replacing the part every 6 months. It's only been 1 year and 4 months since I got the refrigerator.(Also, this part was replaced within warranty period, is there no 1 year warranty on the part from the time it was replaced)

                                      Reading more on this online, it seems like a persistent issue with other customers, where people have replaced the part upto 3 times in the warranty period.
                                      The amazon link shared, contains multiple comments from people complaining of the same cooling issue.
                                      It is a defective model, and I need a replacement for the Fridge, with some other model of the same value.
                                      I believe this issue is known in the company. Why cant you do a recall of these fridges, to be honest enough with customers and replace parts for free.
                                      In this case you have created a faulty product and expect the customer to keep replacing, the part which will surely go bad every 6 months or so.
                                      Hope you do the right thing.

                                      It has been more than a week. I have been calling customer care and asking them to respond to the mail/issue. Still no response from their side. I have sent 7 mails, 1 mail everyday.
                                      When calling the executive says that the concerned person call back in 30 mins, or 24 hrs but I never get a callback.
