I bought whirlpool refrigerator in 2019 and had cooling issues.
March 8th 2022 I had called whirlpool customer care [protected] and raised the complaint for repair.
Next day technician from Sai Kiran Services visited the house and diagnosed the refrigerator and told that there is an issue with PCB board, and changed 500 Rupees. he said he will place the order and will come tomorrow.
10th I tried calling him he didn’t answer my call whole day, I had called customer care again and escalated the issue. On 11th he came and tested the new board he said it’s issue with compressor again went told he will other technician for replacing the board.
On 12th the another technician came and replaced the compressor and charged me 4000 rupees for filling the gas usually everyone changes 2000 rupees they charged me 4000 but my issues was not resolved then technician told there might be issue with it need to be replaced, he said he will come and replace the fan on 14th but he didn’t receive my call, again I called customer care and gave a complaint.
On 15th they have sent another person Royal tech services, that person told there is issue with board and fan, it will cost 4500, instead that take R+1 AMC insurance for 3200 so I don’t need to anything for pcb board and fan.
Total amount I paid - 7700
Still they are figuring out who has to come solve the issue.
In these 8 days of struggle with whirlpool customer care it was very pathetic experience and worst customer service.
Now I am asking for refund 4500 which I have paid for worst customer care experience and for not solving my issue.
They have closed my ticket without solving the issue.

Technicians are not trained on the products, there is not coordination between whirlpool and their service centre’s.
It’s hard earned money they changed double amount and 8days of pathetic service, kindly help me to get my money back.
If whirlpool is not providing proper service kindly ask them to stop selling the products.
Whirlpool India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
