New Fridge Cooling issue : From the day I got the refrigerator, I saw cooling issues. I felt maybe it was some setting on my end, or the AI is using less power because the load was less. But this issues continued and got worse, at this point I realised that it was a persistent issue and contacted customer care, few months back,
Customer Care : So customer care was contacted within the warranty period and the representative came in, accepted the issue and replaced the damper motor / or some ECU. He was not transparent about it, but the fridge was working fine after that. The cooling was fine.
Cooling Stopped working today: Now again, cooling has stopped working. To the extent that all items in my fridge are spoiled, ice creams have melted. Perishables are gone. I know this issue had happened before in the warranty period, but now the same issue has repeated.

I talked to the customer technical executive, and he quoted some visitation charges and then approx. 4k to replace the faulty part. I would go through with this replacement, but there is no guarantee that the issue won't happen again. I can't keep replacing the part every 6 months. It's only been 1 year and 4 months since I got the refrigerator.(Also, this part was replaced within warranty period, is there no 1 year warranty on the part from the time it was replaced)

Reading more on this online, it seems like a persistent issue with other customers, where people have replaced the part upto 3 times in the warranty period.
The amazon link shared, contains multiple comments from people complaining of the same cooling issue.
It is a defective model, and I need a replacement for the Fridge, with some other model of the same value.
I believe this issue is known in the company. Why cant you do a recall of these fridges, to be honest enough with customers and replace parts for free.
In this case you have created a faulty product and expect the customer to keep replacing, the part which will surely go bad every 6 months or so.
Hope you do the right thing.

It has been more than a week. I have been calling customer care and asking them to respond to the mail/issue. Still no response from their side. I have sent 7 mails, 1 mail everyday.
When calling the executive says that the concerned person call back in 30 mins, or 24 hrs but I never get a callback.

    I have purchased whirlpool stain wash deep clean top loading fully automatic machine in year 2017.
    I have been told machine comes with 2 yrs comprehensive warranty and 8 years extended warranty on prime mover and motor.

    Spin in my machine is not working properly and maikes noise while spin. I raised compaint and a guy came and said it will take 4000 to fix it.

    Now i feel cheated by whirlpolol service centre agra for stating other terms for prime mover which is under warranty.

      We hv purchased a fridge before 4 years. Since 2 years its not working properly. After few months of servicing it again stops working ... But now since last 6 months my refrigerator is totally not working...and from service centre we get just a msg that repairing is not possible and we will replace this...and then to now its 2 months no responce from company.. We contacted many times every time we get a msg that in processsss...now its too much time for a fridge to repaire. And no one is responding from company...

        Hi Team,

        I bought whirlpool refrigerator in 2019 and had cooling issues.
        March 8th 2022 I had called whirlpool customer care [protected] and raised the complaint for repair.
        Next day technician from Sai Kiran Services visited the house and diagnosed the refrigerator and told that there is an issue with PCB board, and changed 500 Rupees. he said he will place the order and will come tomorrow.
        10th I tried calling him he didn’t answer my call whole day, I had called customer care again and escalated the issue. On 11th he came and tested the new board he said it’s issue with compressor again went told he will other technician for replacing the board.
        On 12th the another technician came and replaced the compressor and charged me 4000 rupees for filling the gas usually everyone changes 2000 rupees they charged me 4000 but my issues was not resolved then technician told there might be issue with it need to be replaced, he said he will come and replace the fan on 14th but he didn’t receive my call, again I called customer care and gave a complaint.

        On 15th they have sent another person Royal tech services, that person told there is issue with board and fan, it will cost 4500, instead that take R+1 AMC insurance for 3200 so I don’t need to anything for pcb board and fan.
        Total amount I paid - 7700
        Still they are figuring out who has to come solve the issue.
        In these 8 days of struggle with whirlpool customer care it was very pathetic experience and worst customer service.
        Now I am asking for refund 4500 which I have paid for worst customer care experience and for not solving my issue.
        They have closed my ticket without solving the issue.

        Technicians are not trained on the products, there is not coordination between whirlpool and their service centre’s.
        It’s hard earned money they changed double amount and 8days of pathetic service, kindly help me to get my money back.
        If whirlpool is not providing proper service kindly ask them to stop selling the products.

            My name is SYED ARBAAZ MY ORDER NUMBER is [protected] . I have booked a single door refrigerator on 7th march 20202 for my home (mob : [protected]. I still not received the product and also I can't track the product. So can you tell me the status of my order?
            I have sent an Email 3-4 days ago. But no responses.

            After the purchasing I have gone through the review. That time only I understood whirlpool has worst customer service in India.
            I would like to get money back or my product. In your website mentioned, I will receive the product in 48 hours. I was using whirlpool washing machine last 12 years. It is purchased from local shop. Now I understood, local shop is much much better than whirlpoolindia. I won't do this type of big mistake in my life.
            I have contacted the customer care again and again. But, they are saying they don't have any option to track and they can't say anything about the status. They were just saying just Email. I am so frustrated. I have ordered this product for my parents. I am not in India. Whirlpoolindia doesn't have any other number excluding Toll-free.

                  I ordered a refrigerator on 28Feb on Whirlpool's online portal. It confirmed receipt of my payment and indicated 3 business days delivery.

                  Every time I contact customer care to know the status of the order, I receive an advise to send a mail to [protected]@whirlpool.com. I have sent so many mails but no reply.

                  The toll free number is only for service and have no clue on new orders.

                  I want to know if the item will be delivered today (the 3rd business day) ?

                      My name is Abdul Wahab Kazi.
                      I bought Whirlpool refrigerator back in April 2021. Last 15 days ago some problem came and technician came and replace the part, did gas welding and filled the gas fix the problem. Again after few days dame problem occured and I requested for replacement as same problem is keep coming. I am 70+ guy I had same problem with my old fridge that's why i bought the new one but again I ended up keep calling technician simply i wasted my hard earned money. Company is denying my requfor replacement. I explained my situation I am sick and old guy i can't keep calling company for servicing and also it's covid time if technician bring some infection i will be very seriouufor me. But company people are very rude and they don't have any respect.

                        The service promised and what Whirlpool is doing in the name of service is the most worst service anybody can ever get.

                        First I received a call from an engineer who said in my pincode he can not provide service. It is 560099. He provides service in 560100.

                        However the My next building pincode is 560099. Anyways he REFUSED to provide any service and did not even listen what I am trying to convey. He said someone else will connect me.

                        Even after raising a request and reaching out to Customer care again and again no engineer reached out to me over call.

                        I do not understand, It this the standard WHIRLPOOL (leading company) follows for customer support?

                        Whirlpool is selling products with so much promises for what? Your engineers neither know how to talk nor know how to listen.

                        Please employ engineers who are Human not robots.

                        The Engineer is still busy acting GOD (not showing up neither showing indication of vilibility) and WHIRLPOOL proved yet again, they are FRAUD when it comes to service.

                        In the mane of What WHIRLPOOL provides is bunch of false hope. No regard or value for the customer time and problem.

                        Worst of all, WHIRLPOOL thinks, with a "SORRY" all the lies will be undone.

                          I am very upset and frustrated . The Whirlpool India company is playing with me in past 6 month without fixed my issue.

                          I complaint lots of time regarding my washing machine issue. I have a top 360 degree bloom wash pro fully automatic washing machine . I have a 3 years warranty of my machine and now only 8 months are remaining .

                          My issue is that there is a voltage fluctuation error...

                          Dear company the retailer of your company in kanpur which name is roli electronic from him I bought a refrigerator model name is proton and I bought in 2014 now its compressor is not working so I complained of it but I have no orignal invoice . First retailer take my refrigerator at service centre but now he is asking for money to repair and refused to give duplicate copy . Pls tale action on it

                            Calstrait product overpriced and bill not received

                            I have purchased washing machine through Amazon on 08/Feb/2022. And the installation by whirlpool has arrived on 09/Feb/2022. The problem here is along with the installation the service guys are forcing us to purchase some extra products like in my case with Whilrpool washing machine, the service guy advice me to take Scalegon product for cleaning the washing machine. I said big No for that. But again he asked me to take calstrait water energiser...

                            I bought a Whirlpool microwave oven from Super Elect. Uttam Nagar West in August 2021. I'm facing issues with this product from day 1. Raised multiple complaints but none of them got resolved. and 2-3 weeks back microwave oven stopped working, when the service agent came he said it's an internal part called Magnetron is not working and they will get it replaced in maximum 3 days. But It's more than 3 WEEKS and still, it is not repaired and I didn't get any response from the service center. Their way of talking is so bad that they don't bother about my issue. Even the store Where I bought this product also doesn't care about my issue.
                            Please help me to solve this problem. I want my money back.

                            I have bought whirlpool refrigerator from chroma center, it is 7 years old, the company has given 10 years warranty of the compressor but last night when I opened the refrigerator to get the water bottle, it suddenly exploded. I could have lost my life in that, when Whirlpool's technical came, it would cost Rs 4500, the heater has exploded, he said. What should I do if the body of my fridge burns, he said, I will replace the heater in 4500. But what do I have to do with that burnt body? When the company came, he said that there is a heater blast, but not only did the heater blast happen because of the compressor, then you send your bhangar to the person and take him away.

                                  Impeller is under 3yr extended warranty
                                  Firstly dey r refusing
                                  Secondly charging for rotary separetly which comes wid impeller ...all company r providing impeller which disc with rollers n rotary but dey r charging rotary seperately even technician first said its for 350 den after a talk d senior said its 250 den again stem rs 50 extra

Den it's clearly mentioned it has disc on which hexas n rotary which helps to wash clothes ...rotary has springs which helps to perform dat function n this complete is called as pulsator ...even i[censored] go in d market n ask to buy impeller this complete dey provide ...but here simple disc is providing n charging stem n rotary separety which is cheating n disappointing...even in others all comes together

                                  Firstly I don't understand wat denied n who denied even its really wrong statement used no technician visited secondly estimation cost is given by ASM n thirdly how can u say d complaint is closed...

                                  Technician visited earlier said mam uwill get complete propeller ...from dat day I complain after dat he did not come
                                  Secondly ASM Mr abhishek send d estimation on watsapp according to which d company is considering only impeller disc with hexas pads worth rs 360 in warranty n is not considering rotary stem (rs250 impeller assy n rs 50 washer rotary stem) n even for rotary stem cover I hv to pay extra apart from service charge of rs 354

                                  Infct i said mr parvinder ( head care) for bifurcation n even Mr abhishek dat my 100%physically challenge is not well give me 2-3days as my parents r no more n I n my elder sister r looking after him n dey said its ok n meanwhile Mr parvinder will mail me bifurcation for the same dat I didn't reciv yet ... so how by saying such false sentence sumone visited n denied its really worst n wrong way just for closing d complaint...it's like deciveing instead of coperation of 2-3 days such behaviour is harassment
                                  So it's my kindly request not to close the complaint

                                  Nothing solved infct asm local service centre cheated at par they played they betrayed
                                  Infct give more estimation n that is also through cheating...again disc slip n gave estimation of 1200 for gear box n they create betrayed n fooled customers this happened because the technician didn't tight the screw well because of which disc was slipping n they r making buisness by fooling customers ...even the help desk people just speak the written script as everytime u call they connect m merge ur calls with local people n don't solve the issue infct even don't want to connect on call...wen I discuss the issue they all back out the help desk person avoided n refused to listen infct even don't want to connect . I here by attach the bolt they provide is hilarious
                                  Be aware they will fool u with their technician

                                  Infct charge wrongly for impeller rotary all ...definetly I will protest n take action against such fraud n fooling charging wrongly

                                    Hi, I have purchased a whirlpool inverter ac on 10/04/2017. We have a compressor issue now and it can be claimed under warranty. But I lost the bill and request you to send a copy of the bill to archana.[protected]@gmail.com. Appreciate any quick response as we are nearing the end of warranty.
