Since we've bought the top loading machine from Whirlpool, we've been facing exactly the same issue: 'drum gets stuck' for some reasons and because it doesn't move the way it should be, the whole of machine starts moving as the jammed drum tries to move.

This may seem like an ordinary issue but there's not even a single month this issue doesn't surface in our house. We are two people and not many, so you can imagine the amount of clothes which is been washed and yet regardless of that machine jams every month.

Either the company should fix it in such a manner that this issue shouldn't appear before 3-4 months or replace the machine. Regardless it is company's job to look at this issue.

    I purchased a Whirlpool intellifresh refrigerator on 30 Nov 2020. The whirlpool executive who came for installation said that it's mandatory to have a whirlpool stabilizer and I purchased it from him paying 2000 rupees. 3 Days ago cooling stopped working. After raising a support ticket with whirlpool, the executive visited my house and said the compressor is gone and needed a replacement. The charges will be Rs.413(visiting charges) + 2950(Gas refilling). When I asked how can a new compressor get repaired within a year of purchase while the company claims that their product is high quality and reliable. The executive mentioned it could have been happened due to a spike or high voltage. In that case, I don't understand why you people selling Whirlpool stabilizer to customer when it cannot control a spike or high voltage. On the other side, the charges for visiting Rs.413 and Rs.2950 for gas filling are unreal. For the first time, I purchased a product of whirlpool and I lost trust in them. I will never buy another product from Whirlpool or I recommend this to anyone.

      Hi,

      My name is Gaurav Sharma my contact no. is [protected]. I live in Nimbahera District Chittorgarh Rajasthan. I have whirlpool fully automatic top load washing machine. My washing machine has been making loud noises and vibrating for a long time.
      For this I called on your toll free no. and received Mr. DK Arora Sai Kripa Center's contact No [protected] & [protected]. Next day he sent a technician name Aman contact no [protected]. He checked the washing matching and said that there is a problem with its bearing and it will cost Rs. 1300 including service charge to fix it. Then he took Rs. 450 as service charge and said that he will come tomorrow to repair the machine with the parts. But still he has not come yet and even stopped receiving my phone. I called him more than 15 to 20 times. I have also called so may time to Mr. DK Arora but even he is not receiving the call any time.
      After exhausting I called your toll free number. But from your toll free number also did not get proper response and kept saying that today he will come, tomorrow he will come but that day never came. After that I spoke to a senior person named Mr. Vishal Thakur on your toll free number. He assures me that he will definitely send the technician by 10.00 am tomorrow. But still nobody came.
      I have given you my hard earned money as service charge but still my problem is not solved. I find this way of company like Whirlpool quite unprofessional. I cannot expect this level of service support from whirlpool.

      Did I make a mistake by buying Whirlpool's washing machine and drown my money?

      It is my humble request to either send your technician to some other service centre to get my washing machine repaired or else please refund my hard earned money to me.

        I have a whirlpool 3 door fridge. Initially the compressor was failed and it was replaced by whirlpool technician from the service center as it is covered under warranty.

        1. After a month fridge stopped working. Technician replaced some censors and after 5 hours THE FRIDGE STOPPED WORKING AGAIN.

        2.The technician checked and told me heater got broken, had to take it to the service center and waited for 15days to replace and deliver the fridge. and after 3 hours THE FRIDGE STOPPED WORKING AGAIN.

        3.This time technician told me that the timer was not turned on. He did some fix and after 8 hours THE FRIDGE STOPPED WORKING AGAIN.

        4. The technician replaced the timer again this time and fridge worked hardly for one day and THE FRIDGE STOPPED WORKING AGAIN.

        5. Now the technician saying that there may be some wires got cut and the timer is not turning the fridge back on.

        Every time I had to call the customer service to raise the service request. But here my concern is why there is a new issue coming up every time the technician fixes one thing.

        This is completely unacceptable customer service from the Whirlpool. I feel that technician is doing some fishy every he fixes one problem he intentionally creating another issue.

        I can provide the service center details if needed.

        Please help me. Right now the fridge is still not working.

          Sir i booked one complaint on whirlpool customer care number. Then one technician came from G.S.Engineering, palawakkam chennai on 21st october and said the cooling coil and compressor also not working and should be replaced. and he said it will cost around Rs 10000.00 including filling the gas. and i said ok and he did the job. but after one week water was leaking and moisture was all over the outer body of the refridgerator. when i tried to contact the G S Engineering they are not available in any number in the reciept.
          so when i contact the whirlpool customer care number they are sending different agency person now.
          now he is telling the previous person is not done the work properly and it will cost Rs 4800 to rectify it. So how to contact the person who did the job already and get the fridge repaired properly

Now am waiting a month still he didn't changed the board even not picked up my pH call. I called customer service 3 times pls arrange someone ASAP

                Hi team,

                I have done the payment of Rs 6478/- towards AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) plan of 3 years. Have received payment receipt from Whirlpool. Please find attached. Since then I have been repeatedly asking the whirlpool team for any update on the AMC welcome kit and confirmation on the activation with the start date, but there is no response.

                As a customer I am not sure whether AMC is activated or not as there is no welcome kit received yet.

                Kindly help me resolve this issue.

                After the complaint was raised, Whirlpool team reached out to me to gather details of the refrigerator, payment receipts. They escalated the case internally and got a AMC kit from their team members. email id: [email protected]

                  I purchased washing machine and now breakdown is there, i lodged a complaint in the company, their techinision visited and took the servise charges and sugested a part change. i said ok. but now they are sayin that part is not available and you have to purchase whole new produsct, i.e whole new machine. they are lloting me.

                    My name is Rema Samuels my phone no is[protected] my email address is [protected]@gmail.com am I purchased a number of items from Whirlpool in March 2020, including a dishwasher.. The dishwasher dispenser does not work. I contacted there 1800 line on October 2021, i was not able to speak to anyone, because they claimed that they did not have my correct telephone number on file. I was able to get to chat with an agent. she scheduled an appointment with a technician for Oct 10 2021. He came he looked at the problem, and he told me that he ordered the part. I am still waiting to get my brand for my new dishwasher dispenser fix. I have tried several times calling there 1800 number I cannot reached anyone I tried contacting them by email at www.wirlpoolparts, ca Its blocked, I have never encounter such frustration in all my dealings with any company. The only person that I am able to get through is the technician i been calling to get an updates on it. yesterday I contacted him, he told me to texted him with all the detailed, he called me this morning and told me that Whirlpool told him that I them and cancelled the part that is a lie.                     I purchased a Whirlpool dish washer on March 2020 the dispenser is not working I contacted Whirlpool at 1800 i was told by there telephone system that my correct telephone number is incorrect. So i was not able to get any assistance I got a chat agent on Oct 4 2021 and she scheduled an appointment with technician. the technician came and looked at the problem, he told me that he ordered the part for it. I am still waiting to get at part today. I tried several times to contact whirlpool but i encounter the same problem, they system does not have an updated telephone for me . Even thou I spend over $7000, 00 purchasing items from them. Then only person that I am able to reached it their technician. Every contact number for them I tried I am not able to get through not even even there www.whirlpoolparts.ca it blocked me out.. I have never had such a hard time getting a company in all my life, it been frustrated.

                      Hi Team,

                      I brought a whirlpool fridge in the year 2020, and now facing an issue since 12 days. I raised a complaint at their customer service center, wherein they sent a person with visiting charges to inspect. He mentioned that the fridge's gas has leaked and the gas needs to be refilled for which he will send the person the following day. He also mentioned of expecting a problem with the compressor but he did not take that forward to the next person. The next person visited us again in two days and mentioned that the gas is in place but the issue is with the compressor which needs to be replaced. Today, 7 days are completed and there is no sign of compressor replacement. Each day I am informed that the compressor will be arranged the following day and the concerned service will be delivered. They also disagreed to provide for a subsitute fridge for the time being. In these work from home times, its a shameful and mentally draining act by whirlpool, wherein first they have provided us with a defective piece, second they have failed us to provide on time service, third they are not providing for a temperory arrangement.

                          Washing machine ss1 error

                          We have bought whirlpool 360 washing machine.

                          Intially we were getting UB error, then we started getting SS1 error.

                          We have raised complaint to whirlpool washing machine service.

                          Service guy visited and charged 4500rs for mother board + 1500rs for cleaning packets which we haven't given permission or asked him to clean.
                          Total 6000rs charged.

                          Service guy doesn't even have...

                          HI,

                          I am from Bangalore, 2 months back I had issue with whirlpool washing machine and I got serviced from the company by changing the washing machine panel and charged 5K, issue is here the MRP is not specified in that panel. I called them and provided the feedback no proper response.

                          From yesterday I am facing again problem with washing machine I raised complaint for service 18th Nov -21 Morning 8 AM as per call center person they will attend in 24hrs. No one turned back. Today morning again I called at 9 AM and they told will take as priority and send technician. Till now no one is come or even called. I believe quality of service of the company is poor, how this companies are allowed to run in India with providing proper service and showcasing as standard company. How the quality of company is measured, this companies should be scrapped and not to allow to do business in India

                            We recently brought a whirlpool double door fridge and washing machine. The fridge has been giving problems since day 1. First of all, there was ice formation at the back of the freezer. Then the cooling stopped altogether in the fridge. Lodged a complaint at [protected]. They send a technician who was very incompetent. He melted the ice and then left. After 2 days the same problem repeated. After lodging a complaint the same technician came and did the same procedure. When asked what's the issue he said that the thermostat is not working. Need to be replaced. He went to get the thermostat snd brought another technician with him. He said the heat sensor need to be replaced. They said they will come the next day to do it. The next day after the heat sensor was changed my MCB kept tripping. Then the technician called another technician who did something in the back panel and said that the fridge will be working fine now. I also got a whirlpool ka stabilizer. But since today there is heavy condensation in the fridge and big water droplets are falling on my vegetables and other items kept in the fridge. I called and asked the technician to file for a return for the product as it is faulty. He has not done that. I am feeling mentally harassed by all this experience. The technicians treated my home as an experiment lab. My food items get spoiled every day. I want whirlpool to replace my fridge as soon as possible.

                            Hi I have almost the same compliant and has an intelifresh model which has been giving ice formation inside fridge. I enquired outside and gotbto know that this model has such constant complaint and is discontinued now and also parts are nt available. Like you mentioned there were rounds of technician visitings and experimenting and now the only part left to be changed was ordered and guess what it's not available anywhere in India. The offer they have given us now is provide 25% amount of the fridge after the depreciation (fridge is 4 years old) if we can buy another whirlpool fridge. Who would want to take that risk after all these drama. This is not at all fair, expecting someone to understand and resolve.

                                    I purchased bottom mount fridge from Behl agencies put Ltd. Dehradun Product HSN code 8418 sno.3701FPROBMINV CNV N3(S) Omega steel on 13.2.2021. Inside the surface of bottom section ice is getting accumulated and fridge is also making sound like genset. After registering complaint the technician visited and inform the module is to be replaced but still the problem persist. I visited Number of times to the dealer but only getting false promises. I also registered online complaint DEH[protected] & DEH[protected] but still unattended. It's my humble request pls arrange for the replacement of faulty fridge immediately.
