I want to complain about the product mentioned above, which i bought from well known retailer chain “Croma” in Surat city, Gujarat around the end of Jan 2021.
In the product, i had issues of overflowing drain pan. Today is End of Sep 2021, and till now i had complained nearly 10 times to croma about problem of my refrigerator and particularly i had meeting with store manager too for the last three times about this thing. Yes, they have sent technician from whirlpool but still problem is there. They have tried almost all of the solutions which they could gave. In return i have asked to replace my product as it is in warranty and warranty says to replace it if it comes to that point.
They have added one copper coil in series with existing heating coil in order to evaporate the water quickly and in quantity. And now it’s started to smelling bad after doing that thing.
And even after this croma still wants to repair it, but now i am done, frustrated and i want a replacement.
What are your suggestions and what should i do? Can i get any legal help?
