Hi am facing issue in the refrigerator which I had purchased in 2010. it is giving buzzer issue, every time we switch on any switch its buzzer starts giving sound continuously. Also facing issue of cooling.

I have raised complaints many times. Engineer says that main controller box issue, need to be replaced. But controller box is not available.

Same issue I had faced for washing machine. None of the engineers/ technicians were able to resolve the issue and ultimately we had to buy new product . we had to change the product, instead of buying whirlpool we bought LG.
Now if we don't get resolution then will again have to change the product.
Expecting the earliest solution of the issue.

Spoken with the customer and final communication shared that, part is obsolete (H2 CORE BOARD BOX SUB ASSY-ONYX DLX) and refund/replacement is also not possible as the appliance is 10 years old. Suggested to purchase a new appliance. Hence case closed.

    I bought a Whirlpool 6Kg Fully Automatic Top Load Washing Machine on 2nd June 2021 from Flipkart. The Water Inlet pipe broke in less than 5 months. I raised this issue to the customer care as it is still in the warranty period. She wasn't helpful at all, infact she was very rude. Sometime later, i receive a call from the technician asking for 550/- for just a pipe.

      I am Amisha, a highly dissatisfied and cheated customer who have fallen prey to these big frauds who are putting on a mask of so called multinationals and looting peoples hard earned money... i purchased a whirlpool waahing machine in 2019 and from that day till today, my life is revolving around these frauds asking them, rather begging them to replace this machine as the technician also...

I'm sick of complaining about the washing machine that was delivered on November 29, 2020. what occurred because our complaint was ignored.

            We also have video proof of the machine not working properly, which we provided to the higher authorities of this fraud company, but they were uninterested in hearing our concerns, including Anshul, the allegedly "customer service head of Lucknow."

            they can fall to the limit of blocking ur number and changing ur adress in theor company's form.

            NEVER EVER TRUST THIS BRAND.
            THIS IS A BIG FRAUD.YOUR MONEY WOULD BE WASTED COMPLETELY AND YOUR SELF ESTEEM WOULD BE CRUSHED TO ZERO

            earlier i was using IFB for 15 years and have never had a problem and if i had, the company cared enoigh to provide timely resolution..i still repent my decision to go for a change and that too in such pathetic bramd this time... Even my relatives use washing machines from various manufacturers such as Samsung and LG, and they have stated that if they have any problems, their concerns are prioritized and resolved swiftly.

            GO FOR SOMETHING BETTER LIKE SAMSUMG OR IFB
            DONT GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THESE CHEATERS.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I am Shivam Gupta, a dissatisfied washing machine client. I'm sick of complaining about the washing machine that was delivered on November 29, 2020. I must have complained at least ten times and even sought a replacement of the product due to a manufacturing problem, but you have yet to respond positively. Even the technician that came to visit indicated that the machine needed to be replaced, but I'm not sure what occurred because our complaint was ignored. After several complaints, we contacted the service centre, who stated that the shockers were causing the problem and changed them; nonetheless, our problem remained unresolved. The machine was vibrating violently from its position as if some crackers are bursting inside the machine.

              We also have video proof of the machine not working properly, which we provided to the technicians, but they were uninterested in hearing our concerns, including Anshul, the allegedly "customer service head of Lucknow."

              These customer service representatives have taken their disregard for us to the next level. I regret putting my hard-earned money into such a dreadful firm, whose after-sales service is even worse than that of fresh start-ups. I've been using IFB for 15 years and have never had a problem. Even my relatives use washing machines from various manufacturers such as Samsung and LG, and they have stated that if they have any problems, their concerns are prioritized and resolved swiftly.

              I would never advise anyone to invest in a firm such as Whirlpool. My hard-earned money has been completely wasted.
              If you want to have a tranquil mind, you should never buy anything from Whirlpool. Other companies, such as Samsung and IFB, genuinely care about their clients. If there had been an issue with another firm, they would have replaced the machine or returned the money because this is a manufacturing flaw.

              I am a highly dissatisfied customer. The customer service is trying to suppress our voice by blocking our numbers, changing our house address, saying that everything is OK without even contacting us once. This is like a limit to how much one company can mentally harass their consumers.

                I purchased Whirlpool Double door fridge on dated 14/6/2021 from Kohinoor Electronics Dadar. Delivered on 15/6/2021. On 14/6/2021. I found crack on upper compartment on 9/10/2021 on same date I informed in Whirlpool service center with photo but they denied about fridge issue. As per them it is customer mishandling mistake. Need complete refund or fridge replacement for issue.

                    We have raised service request for machine not working. A service professional from Eswar Services, Santhipuram, Visakhaptnam - 530016 has attended and replaced the PCB board and left. As the machine is out of warranty, we have paid rupees 4400.

                    The machine is not working as before that whenever power goes and comes back the machine is starting from beginning rather than the point where it stopped. We suspect the service professional has fixed wrong version board or defective board.

                    We have called service office but they have very worse response and keep on delaying to address the issue. we are struggling from past one month. Request the concerned people to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

                      It's just been 50days this product is been bought, yet
                      I am writing this complaint for second time in a week with an issue on coolness/freezer. Please note the freezer is not getting frost. PFA as a proof where ice-cream has been In melted state even with deep freeze option.

                      We have been recommended to use it for limited option(by service agent on Oct4th'21) out of which is ice-cream, even the given options are not enough to be cooled?

                      How else an refrigerator can be used for?

                      Can we expect an proper resolution from agency

                      We have been using Godrej product for past 15years never had any complaints till date. Didn't expect this kind of issues from Wirlpool product.

                        The issue still no resolved. Now its weight balance issue. The dry function is loosing its balance and banging the walls of the machine. Raised a new complaint and then the same old technician came once again and his primary focus is upselling. Told the sound and weight balance issue. The resolution he gave me is take the cloths and manually manage the weight to avoid the issue. Wow what a resolution and collected RS. 470.

                        Whirlpool do you even have qualified technicians who understand customers problem in first place. Such a horrible support you have and I have decided to buy a new Samsung washing machine which has better customer support

                          I bought the new model freezer bottom fridge on 14th Feb 2021 and till now six complaints have been lodged on the same issue of frost formation in the freezer portion. A PCB and fan motor has also been changed and the same problem persists. Details of the recent complain is as under

                          It is yet to be resolved. As the same problem persist I feel there is a technical flaw in the product. It has to be referred to factory for rectification.

                          The whirlpool company responded stating that the issue is being discussed internally and
                          They would revert back with a positive result. Hope they will get back to me early and relieve me of my mentfension T this age.
                          I am dropped like a hot potato. No one from the company is speaking to me. Though a replace has been agreed, I am charged more than the market price but I am being told that it is the company price. Strange statements. I am being left high and dry for my mistake in the old age. I have to now pay 13000 thousand as penalty for choosing the fridge from whirlpool. I don't know what to do.

                              Hi Team, this is very pathetic and disappointed experience with you

                              I have register my compalint dated on 30th Sep for gas leakage engineer came and take the gas charges and fill the gas after that machine is not working next day again he came and fill the gas again machine is not working next day again he came and ask your machine comparsor is not working and I'll fill the compalint dated on 01st Oct engineer visit 03rd Oct take money for replacement and ask 04th Oct we change the comparsor

                              Today again I'll call to service centre he said it will take 2 to 3 days

                              In this summer season with a child and family how can we manage these thing did you understand I think not

                              It's your responsibility to provide the status to customer for regarding compalint but No one can call to customer for compalint status

                              With this experience I never ever suggest anyone to go with whirpool equipment

                              If your company not ale to change the product which is under warranty please confirm the same so being a customer will Take another machine from other company

                                I bought an Whirlpool AC from Vijay Sales in Nov 2020. It’s not even a year the cooling coil of the AC is apparently damaged. Throughout these 10 months, I have not received a single call from their end to get the AC serviced. Every time, I have called them they have logged a complaint and closed it without having anyone actually visit the house.

                                Finally in September 2021, the AC stopped working and I called them to have someone come and fix it. Their website claims visit in 24 hours but I had to make several phone calls for 2 days in a row to get the issue fixed.

                                The technician who came I don’t know what he did and the AC worked only for 2 weeks after that. He informed that company has to get a replacement of the cooling coil. I logged the complaint on 30th September and for the next 2 days I didn’t receive any phone calls from neither whirlpool nor the service center.

                                When I called whirlpool again asking for the status, they very casually said sorry and didn’t do anything. I requested to speak to the manager, the manager got me conferenced with the service center head who doesn’t manage the AC section and again no fixed dates or time provided by when the issue will be resolved. This is so pathetic with a brand like whirlpool. They also advertise that you can send a complaint to them on their help desk email and the funny part is no one has even acknowledged that mail till today.

                                The worst after service. After spending so much money, I am only getting to use the product for 10 months and in-spite of product being in warranty the company is not helping me at all. AC is not a luxury but a necessity for us as there are patients in the house who are having sleepless nights due to heavy hot flashes thanks to the medications.

                                Hoping I will get a help here.

                                  We had got a call from you saying that a technician will come and recharge the gas as your service guy had not charged the gas properly and welded it wrong at the first time. But again your technician is asking Rs 4500 from us. Why again we should pay as the gas charging warranty is for 3 months. So mortified with your service. And even we are updating the complaint there is no call back from you. I swear other companies give way better service than this. Please look into this matter and until then I will be updating the happenings on Twitter.

                                    1) Your service guy lied to us telling warranty is only for 1 month for gas charging but we got to know it’s 3 months

                                    2) Your technician took the money of Rs 450 + Rs 2800 for gas charging and then asked us to wait for 2 hours and later fridge will start cooling. And ofcourse fridge didn’t start again.

                                    3) when we complained again your service provider rudely said that he can’t recharge the gas again because it will be a loss for him while he already charged Rs2800 for Rs 600 gas

                                    4) He is asking us to take our fridge to his shop at our own expense because he didn’t weld the pipe properly

                                    5) your customer service people are also told they can’t help with it

                                    What I understood is Whirlpool people will cover up for one another and finally escape after spoiling our appliances. Either refund or come and repair it for us
                                    Such horrible service you give, learn from Panasonic and IFB. We will make sure to bring this everywhere until you sort out things for us. I will be attaching the

                                      Sir,
                                      I have bought a whirlpool refrigerator on 23.8.2019 from the Central Police canteen, Calicut, Kerala. Contrary to our expectation and the good will of the company the product is not working for last 4 days. We have reported this matter to Krishna Agencies the authorized service center of whirlpool products in Calicut and a service personnel came promptly and done the service by obtaining a service charge of Rs.500. As soon as the technician left the place we have noticed again that the cooling system is not working and the complaint still persists. On enquiry it is learned that we have to replace the fan inside the system urgently.
                                      We are just in wonder why a product from a reputed company like whirlpool is having such problem within such a short period and why the service personnel is not competent enough to resolve the problem efficiently .Kindly look in to the matter urgently and initiate action at the earliest so as to keep up dignity of the company and relieve us from the existing difficulties
