Respected Sir/ Ma'am,

My name is Joseph George Antony. I have booked a washing machine on 9th August for my home (mob:[protected]). I still not received the product and also I can't track the product. So can you tell me the status of my order? My order number is[protected].
I have sent an Email 3-4 days ago. But no responses.

After the purchasing I have gone through the review. That time only I understood whirlpool has worst customer service in India.
I would like to get money back or my product. In your website mentioned, I will receive the product in 48 hours. I was using whirlpool washing machine last 12 years. It is purchased from local shop. Now I understood, local shop is much much better than whirlpoolindia. I won't do this type of big mistake in my life.
I have contacted the customer care again and again. But, they are saying they don't have any option to track and they can't say anything about the status. They were just saying just Email. I am so frustrated. I have ordered this product for my parents. I am not in India. Whirlpoolindia doesn't have any other number excluding Toll-free.

    My fridge got damaged and I registered the complaint about repair on 02/07/2021. Complaint no is CAL[protected] under the name Shamsudheen.

    The service team came and said the board (rs 3000 ) is damaged and need to be replaced. They said, currently the board is not available in India and is asking us to pay 23000rs for the replacement fridge.
    For a 2016 December model fridge, the board is not available for Whirlpool!!!???. If that is true then whirlpool should shut down, and asking money for a replacement fridge for whirlpools fault is quite unacceptable.
    I called the service centre and they said the whirlpool management is the one saying they don't have the board and is asking exorbitant money for the replacement.
    So I called customer care 5 times. In the beginning, they said they will escalate the case priority and will ask the senior executive to contact me. But nobody called. Then after waiting for 24hrs when I called them again they said the complaint is cancelled???!!!. Yesterday they said they escalated it and now they are saying it got cancelled. This is a pure fraud scheme, when I tried to ask them again to connect me to the executive they simply cut off my phone call. This happened three times.
    I have all the recordings of the calls as proof. I even sent an email to the following email Ids. But no response came from them.

        I wish to complain about whirlpool refrigerator “515 IF INV CNV PLATINA-N 3S ALPHA STEEL” purchased on May 16th 2020 from Reliance Digital, Porur, Chennai-116 ( Delivered on May 18th 2020)

        Our Whirlpool Refrigerator is just a year old. From the time we have bought it, we have been facing this issue of things kept inside get spoiled. All my veggies get rotten, spoiled, gets fungus, dries out (attaching the picture for your reference). Milk gets spoiled in a day or two. I have made several attempts to reach Whirlpool during the initial period within two to three months of purchase, but they say it is a Reliance exclusive model and any product bought from Reliance Digital will be serviced by Reliance only. I have been raising this issue several times during warranty period itself but whirlpool redirected me to Reliance. Hence reached Reliance for assistance.

        First complaint was raised on Dec 2nd 2020 (Service request number [protected]) and the ticket was closed on next day without the complaint being resolved. The second complaint was raised on April 2nd 2021 (Service request number 021 [protected]) after which three technicians came and again without the issue being resolved the ticket was closed on next day. Both the times when technicians came they only adjust the temperature and says it will be fine. Again I used to face the same issue. I am fed up of complaining now. Especially during lockdown I’m not able to store anything inside my Refrigerator.

        I regret buying this brand and especially buying this model. I witness people with other brands storing their veggies and dairy for at least 15 day and they stay fresh. But with this Whirlpool refrigerator it doesn’t lasts for a week or so.

          Why you guys charging 500 rs for lint filter including service charge.

          My lint filter got repaired today through customer care support engaged service engineer. There is no issue in my washing machine. He just came and fixed the lint filter.

          But he charged amount,

          150 - lint filter
          350 - service charge

          Total - 500

            I have been calling your customer service for last 2 days still they didnt able to solve the problem.
            I had purchase the washing machine in 2018 and extended warranty for 3 years in 2019. Its still under warranty and same is confirmed by your agent.
            Technician calling me since yesterday and saying they need warranty paper then only they will come and do repair works. I call the customer service yesterday for warranty papers through email since I am not able to find it on my email. First they told me they will sent warranty papers in 30mins and took my email : qureshi.[protected]@gmail.com but they didnt sent. Then they said it will take 24 hrs which is also finished but still not receive papers. Now they are saying that they dont need any warranty papers and ask technician to come and do repair work then call customer care and they will confirm through phone call that its still under warranty.
            When I call technician and inform same he is saying they cant do like this and they need warranty papers or email.
            For last 2days I am calling customer care and technician but nobody is providing me solution.
            I had not paid for extended warranty for all this trouble.
            I will not call anyone now and I will be posting all this matter on social media and make sure all will come to know about whirlpool customer service.
            I already cancel the plan to extend warranty on my other whirlpool product and make sure nobody in my relative and friends will purchase any whirlpool product or avail any service from you.

            whirlpool india you are liar, nobody ask me any documents, how you can closed the request without doing anything. you took the money for amc and now you r running away from customer. why u didnt check call records where ur officer clearly said that they dont need any docs as they already check amc valid in system.
            i will highlight all this thing on social media platform and make sure that all should know about cheater whirlpool india amc scheme and avoid it

              I have Purchased refrigerator in 2017, Raised the complaint on 5th Aug . Technician visited and said parts need to be replaced and then service centre said parts are not available, we will replace as per depreciation value.But today is the 10th day.No call and update from Team.
              My question is
              1.Why Manufacturing date 2017 product parts not available? It is just 4 years
              2.Why to confirm on Replacement for depreciation value is taking such long time

                We bought whirlpool 6th sense refrigerator 5 years ago, it’s sensor stopped working. Had engineer visited yesterday but he confirms this parts are no longer available with company. Need support to get the issue resolved. Hope whirlpool don’t make fridge to last for only for 5 years. I tried calling your representative Mr Akash (Do you guys make fridge to last only for 5 years?                     Regarding non working of MOTOR in AC

                    We purchased Whirlpool AC in the month of January 2021. Since we live in Delhi, India, we started using it only from the month of last JUNE, when heat was at it's peak.

                    But suddenly since 11 July 2021, when we started running it, a shrill noise came out & it's stopped working all Of sudden.

                    The technicians from whirlpool who came to check said the MOTOR IS DAMAGED & a new one is needed . We came to know that...

                      Front Load washing machine is a BIG FAILURE. The product failed soon after the warranty period. Initially it had water leakage through the detergent pocket and it is unresolved as there is no solution for the technicians. Now i am having irresponsive behaviour when i click on the play/start button. It won’t run and you need to wait and keep on trying until you have the luck. Technicians came and did some clean-up but no solution or fix yet. Why is the company not responsible for such faulty products? Will never buy or recommend any whirlpool products to anyone in mu contacts. Service is good by the technicians but the product is faulty and stupid.

                        Never ever buy any whirlpool product guys. This company is a big fraud . They only know how to cheat customers.
                        I have purchased a fully top load automatic washing 7.5 kg in August 2020 . I had no issue for 1 year. But now the machine has started making problem that is during the time of Drying the machine shakes & vibrates so hard that it literally comes forward the wheels . Every time we complain they come to resolve, but still the problem is unsolved.

                        First they said not to be overload the machine, then they said the part which is there during transportation Was forgotten to remove during the time of demo now you will have no problem but still not solved.

                        During their second visit the technician claimed that it's an greasing issue and he applied some grease at the bottom by of the motor.
                        Third time the technician claims that machine might b overloaded so there might be sound n hence he closed our complaint without providing any solution.
                        Now I have complained multiple times but no technician is responding from whirlpool.
                        Such a worst company with no response to customer. Never ever buy any whirlpool product guys. This company is a big fraud . They only know how to cheat customers.

                              I baught a single door whirlpool refrigerator from Khosla Enterprise, Berhampore, Murshidabad. The very next day it stopped working. I immediately contacted Whirlpool customer service. The executive came and suggested that it should be replaced and he also had a chat with the seller. The seller too agreed to replace the item. The seller is now saying that thay have done necessary communication with Whirlpool and waiting for confirmation from their side. The moment they get the confirmation mail will immediately replace the refrigerator. But Whirlpool is not responding neither to me or to the company.
                              Now my concern is that it's almost 8 days and without any fault from my side i had to suffer by buying an item from Whirlpool. I have to contact once the seller and then the customer service costing my time, money and energy.

                                Whirlpool India — washing machine top loading bearing

                                I bought top loading whirlpool fully automatic washing machine bloom wash 360 degree in july 2018.
                                It worked well for two years as mentioned in the warranty. But from the last month there was a heavy sound in the spin tub while rinsing and spinning.
                                We call the number provided during installation for inspection and repair. The
                                person came to our home and checked the machine and confirmed that the sound is due to the bearing problem. And also said barring must be replaced. and said the cost is around Rs 4800/-. On hearing this i was shocked because actually we use only ariel matic top load detergent to wash the clothes as suggested and in my home only there are two persons clothes will be washed once or twice in a week. I asked him why the quality is so poor, he said all washing machine of this company will work only for the mentioned warranty year afterwards all problem will occur. please dont buy whirlpool washing machine. I have paid and replaced the bearing but don't know for how much time it will work.

                                  We have been using the above mentioned Double door Whirlpool Fridge for more than 10 to 12 years. We requested your authorized dealer (Sri Vaitheeswara Appliances - Thanjavur) for the rectification of this problem starting from November 2020. Each time the technicians visited, they had mentioned different issues but the problem remained unresolved. In January 2021, finally they had replaced the compressor with 1 year warranty but there is not enough cooling in both the fridge and freezer. Due to this endeavor, we spent Rs. 9650.00, which almost warrants the cost for a new fridge itself yet the problems remains unsolved. The technicians never informed us whether to buy a new fridge instead of spending more on repairs. We feel as if our trust has been misplaced and we got scammed (all service bills have been attached)

                                    We bought top loading whirlpool fully automatic washing machine in april 2019.
                                    It worked well for two years as mentioned in the warranty. But from the last month there was a heavy sound in the spin tub while rinsing and spinning.
                                    We lodged a complaint in whirlpool customer center they said that two year warranty period was over so inspection charge will be Rs 470/-. I accepted it and their person came to our home and checked the machine and confirmed that the sound is due to the bearing problem. And also said barring must be replaced. and said the cost is around Rs 6500/- that also comes with only 2 months warranty. On hearing this i was shocked because actually we use only liquid detergent to wash the clothes and in my home only there are two persons clothes will be washed once in a week. I asked him why the quality is so poor, he said all washing machine of this company will work only for the mentioned warranty year afterwards all problem will occur. please dont buy whirlpool washing machine. Dont trust the company service person aswell

                                    The issue still no resolved. Now its weight balance issue. The dry function is loosing its balance and banging the walls of the machine. Raised a new complaint and then the same old technician came once again and his primary focus is upselling. Told the sound and weight balance issue. The resolution he gave me is take the cloths and manually manage the weight to avoid the issue. Wow what a resolution and collected RS. 470.

                                    Whirlpool do you even have qualified technicians who understand customers problem in first place. Such a horrible support you have and I have decided to buy a new Samsung washing machine which has better customer support.

                                      I purchased a fully automatic washing 360 Bloom wash 9.5 kg in oct. 2019 from Vijay sales since from the very first month we are facing one or the other problem. The main problem still harassing us is that during the time of Drying the machine the machine shakes & vibrates so hard that it literally comes forward the wheels of the trolley are also broken. Every time we complain they come to resolve, but still the problem is unsolved.

                                      First they said not to be overload the machine, then they said the part which is there during transportation Was forgotten to remove during the time of demo now you will have no problem but still not solved
                                      Recently they changed the motherboard & now they are saying that the actually the rods on which the drum is placed have to be changed.

                                      Its such a headache to use this machine it is as good as semi automatic machine we can't leave it to process by its own. I am attaching a video and please take a look at this mess and help us to coop out of this problem.

                                      So i really request you to please replace our product. We are not satisfied with it. I hope you will not disappoint us.
