My fridge got damaged and I registered the complaint about repair on 02/07/2021. Complaint no is CAL[protected] under the name Shamsudheen.
The service team came and said the board (rs 3000 ) is damaged and need to be replaced. They said, currently the board is not available in India and is asking us to pay 23000rs for the replacement fridge.
For a 2016 December model fridge, the board is not available for Whirlpool!!!???. If that is true then whirlpool should shut down, and asking money for a replacement fridge for whirlpools fault is quite unacceptable.
I called the service centre and they said the whirlpool management is the one saying they don't have the board and is asking exorbitant money for the replacement.
So I called customer care 5 times. In the beginning, they said they will escalate the case priority and will ask the senior executive to contact me. But nobody called. Then after waiting for 24hrs when I called them again they said the complaint is cancelled???!!!. Yesterday they said they escalated it and now they are saying it got cancelled. This is a pure fraud scheme, when I tried to ask them again to connect me to the executive they simply cut off my phone call. This happened three times.
I have all the recordings of the calls as proof. I even sent an email to the following email Ids. But no response came from them.
