I purchased Whirlpool washing machine on 26th June, 2020 from Croma. The washing machine has 2 years warranty and in a year on 29th June, 2021, I raised a complaint with Whirlpool as it was causing electric spark. The technician mentioned spark was due to water going inside the panel and he cleaned it. After 2 months, my maid god an electric shock again from teh machine. On complainoing on September 11, 2021 again, the same technician comes and gives teh same reason. The water should not enter inside the machine panel and yet the only resolution they are giving is taping the wire internally. Just taping the wire will eventually cause wear and tear causing electric current again. On asking to change the top panel, Whirlpool is denying and is asking to use Liquid detergent instead of powder detergent. But in the manual, it is clearly written usable for both powder and liquid detergent.
The technician does not get Job sheet to take our signature. They are forging the customer signature too.

    I am briefly explaining complaint regarding whirpool double door refrigerator.cooling problem.
    My refrigerator (360 ltr, Model-FF 2D3754S/2019) had a cooling problem 31 week back. Hence I raise the complaint to local whirpool service center. your technician visited and replaced some faulty electronic component and after that freezer compartment cooling started property.but cooling in lower section was not proper.hence I again requested technician to recheck.He visited again but told everything is ok.He shows me temperature of lower section of fridge @13 degree.But he could not explain regarding low cooling problem in lower section.I requested their local service manager, regin5al service manager at Nagpur to resolve this issue but it is still not solved .I wrote the mail to whirpool CEO and cmd aslo but nothing happened.

    I have also sent the images of decomposed vegetables due to this problem to these officers

    Request to do the needful.

      Poor Customer Service, CHEAT Company, forcing to buy products by saying parts are not available

      I had raised a complaint to [protected]@whirlpool.com, dated 09th Sept 2021 that my refrigerators LED display light is not working properly, due to which I am not able to see in which mode my refrigerator is working. There is not other problem with appliance apart from LED light display.
      Ticket number raised DEH[protected].

      On 10th Sept I got a call and I explained the service issue, and later I got a mail confirmation...

      I am writing this after getting tried with customer care, Whirlpool official AMC providers/callers and technicians who are unable to get my AC repaired or serviced because I don’t have a copy of AMC 19905/AMC Plan HPW1911033 which is currently valid and subsisting.

      I had purchased a Whirlpool Comprehensive AMC for my Split Air Conditioner for 2 years and 6 months by paying a sum of Rs. 8035/- on 21st July 2019 (“New AMC”). I even have an email from Whirlpool's representative (i.e. Mr. Gaurav Singh) regarding the same. After making payment of the aforesaid amounts, I had also received a SMS confirmation from AX-WPLSVC (Screen Shot of SMS Confirmation of New AMC is added).

      At the time of purchase of the aforesaid New AMC, I already had an existing running AMC of 2018 (Copy attached AMC of 2018) which was valid till 27th December 2020. I was told by the aforesaid representative that the New AMC will commence after the expiry of the said 2018 AMC.

      In view of above, the AMC contract with Whirlpool is valid till 27th June 2023 (i.e. 2.5 years from 27th December 2020) for my split AC.

      Even after raising the above concerns, compliant and email to Whirlpool they have not resolved or cared to reply on the same. The simple resolution is to issue the copy of the New AMC and send it to my email address, so that I can get my AC repaired and serviced.

      Hoping the above issue will get resolved at the earliest and I will have the copy of the New AMC and my AC gets properly serviced and repaired at the earliest.

          New Complaint Ticket Number: 609793 / CHE[protected]

          My earlier Complaint Registration over your customer care no: CHE[protected] for replacement of Refrigerator dated 14.08.2021.

          I am constrained to express my displeasure and resentment at the supply of a defective refrigerator by you.

          I bought a (WHIRLPOOL FF 500L IF INV CNV 515 AS 3S[protected] from Croma, BSR MALL, Thoraipakkam on 29.11.2020 and installed it on 20.12.2020 by Whirlpool Representative.

          I am sorry to say that the refrigerator didn't give me a trouble-free and satisfactory service after spending a huge amount. The main trouble started in both the freezing section as well as the main section on 08.04.2021 and your representatives visited our home on 12.04.2021 for attending the complaint and found there was no cooling action on the fridge and they told us to replace the fan and also insisted to buy Stabilizer unit and we have purchased the new stabilizer and your service engineer changed the new fan as well. After replacement of the fan & stabilizer the fridge unit was working but we didn't have much satisfaction with the cooling system.

          The same trouble happened once again in the first week of August 2021 (the solution by Whirlpool only worked for 3 months because we presume it was only a temporary arrangement done by Whirlpool service team).

          I need not remind you that it carries a standard warranty against any technical fault and also M/s. Whirlpool sold the defective fridge to us even after paying a premium price considering Whirlpool as a premium brand in the market but we have found our assumption was wrong after facing these repeated problems.

          I hope you will replace the defective refrigerator immediately on a war footing basis. Needless to say that if the needful is not done, I will be compelled to go to the consumer court for redress.

            Complaint: Refrigerator stopped Cooling.
            Purchased on 27th Oct. 2020.
            Stopped Working On 10th April 2021.(Approx 6Month)
            Refund The full amount.
            After consistently contacting customer care the executive arrived on 25th, may and told me that the PCB had to be replaced. On the second visit in the first week of August, they said PCB was fine but the compressor had to be replaced. On the 3rd visit on 22nd August the compressor was changed and again broke down within 10 days. another executive visited and couldn't understand what the problem was and asked us to put for replacement, a ticket was raised and on the day of replacement promised our ticket was canceled, to note we haven't received any email regarding the replacement or cancellation. we tried to contact again regarding this but since then there have been no answers to our complaints.

                I have lodged a complaint on 3rd September 21 the technician checked and said the motor has to be changed. We have placed an order for the motor but till today they say it has not reached bangalore. No proper response from the customer care and the service agent. Very unhappy with Whirlpool service..

                        I am calling the customer care for the past 10 days but they still didn't resolve my problem.. A service boy came 5 days ago and he changed the board of my ac that caused some burning smell.. But still I can't even switch on my ac.. And he told that he has to change the the display.. After that there is no response from the boy or whirlpool but am just keep on calling the customer care and they are service boy will come within 24hrs but no one has come till now.. Am just regretting now why I got this brand!

People from head office call up only to ask the status and never return with a solution. Agency manager doesn't respond to calls. Sales vendor carries so much attitude, haven't got any response to my emails wrote to them earlier. What should I do with washing machine which has dent..you guys are forcing me to take it up with consumer forum. Your Twitter handle responds only with a sorry message and no resolution that too after 2 days when I write to you.

                          Such a pathetic brand I have ever come across.

                          Writing this email as one has bothered to check on the grievance I had highlighted through different channels
                          so far, Facebook and emails are two of them. Surprisingly, never ever thought in my dreams that a customer
                          would be dealt in such a fashion. Bought two products yesterday and struggling with their usage. As both are
                          advised for replacement by the installation guy. How would a customer feel after spending 75k in oneshot and
                          asked to wait for 10-15 days for the replacement. On top of this the showroom sales team doesn't have

                              Purchased a double door fridge on 28th Feb 2021. Cooling is not getting properly from last two months. I hv made complaints four / five times. engineer is visited 4 / 5 times also. Repaired & changed some parts all the time but problem is not resolved.

                              Since I am facing issues continuously & it is not repairable also. I have already requested to change the fridge but no body is responding. I have raised this issue to your senior team also & had a talk with Mr Ali

                              My last complaint no is PUN[protected] dt 31/07/2021 is also closed without any solution

                              I once again request to resolve my issue promptly. In my opinion I hv made a deal with brand not with street vendor. Kindly look after it ASAP.

                                I have done online payment for amc for my Refrigerator on 22nd july 2020 with the assitance from whirlpool customer care representative, i paid Rs3499/- for 24months.

                                They informed me that i will receive my soft copy of the reciept on my email in 7 days, but till now i didn't receive any papers by mail or courier.

                                I am calling daily 2 to 3 times whirlpool customer service centre but they are telling they dont have information about AMC and they will arrange a call back from amc team. But till now i have not heard back from amc team regarding my amc details. I even have mailed customer support as well but there is no response from them.

                                I was never expecting such negligence from world class brand like Whirlpool, this is really very bad experience i am having with whirlpool.

                                Please help me solve this issue soon or refund of my money.

                                Hello Everyone, I would like to inform that please stay away from purchasing any online AMC from whirlpool company.

                                Their AMC team, is a cheat. I had made a purchase of my AMC on 22nd July 2021 and till today i.e. on 21st Sept 2021, i have not received my AMC copy.

                                I think i have called them more than 100times at least, but they have standard response that their AMC team will give a call back which never happens. Only once Bangalore AMC team had given me a call back but later they said since its online AMC purchase its been taken care by our Noida AMC and i need to speak to them and they will inform them to give me a call back, which again never happened.

                                Even when i mail them to their support email id: [protected]@whirlpool.com, i am not getting helpful response.

                                There is this one person MR MD Suhail ([protected]@whirlpool.com) he replies once in a while saying he will look into this or help me, but i think it is just for name sake, he once sent me a document with some wrong details about my product and when i highlighted the same to him he said he will correct it and resend it, for which again am waiting.

                                So i want everyone to be aware of this fraud which is happening in whirlpool AMC department and i urge not to buy any whirlpool product or online AMC from them, they really have pathetic after sale service.
                                So far no response received from Whirlpool support team and whenever am calling Customer care they always tell i will get a call back from AMC team but nothing happens after that.

                                This is worst experience am having with whirlpool brand.

                                  I am feeling so disappointed from the services of Reliance Digital(RRL CDIT GIP Noida)

                                  The journey started from purchasing a refrigerator (Whirlpool DC 215L 4S 230 IMPROY INV SPAB) on[protected] from Reliance Digital in GIP Mall Noida. While purchasing the fridge the sales person has explained the features and sold us the product with pitch that the installation will be done by team. Once the product was delivered the delivery person clearly told us that installation is not included in this product. I called up the store and tried to complained but unfortunately I got a casual response that might be sales person is not updated. While it is OK till then as installation was not a big issue and we have managed ourself.

                                  Due to Covid we move to our hometown and we returned in July. We have identified a problem with the door which is not getting closed without a push. We wait and today we realised the problem still persist. We(me and my wife) called at the toll free number([protected]) to register a complaint and here lies a shocking issue we faced.

                                  The engineer visited our place and checked the fridge. He tried to fix the issue but he told us that this is manufacturing defect and you have to consult with reliance digital and to my surprise the service center guy has quoted that why you have purchased from Reliance digital we will not be able to provide the service.

                                  I immediately went to the Reliance Digital store and met the customer support Team and again such a bad experience. The lady on the desk was so full of attitude that she didn't even speak to me and referred to an executive and even after explaining the full details he has given 48 hrs of time for engineer visit. Even for my critical issue nothing has been taken on priority and 48hrs time is given. With everything digital today the person told me that complaint msg will be recieved on my phone number in 24 hrs. Unfortunately the toll free number given by them is the same which is mentioned in the fridge.

                                  10 out of 10 of my friends have advised me not to purchase anything from Reliance but still I have gone for it since I have worked with reliance group for 6 years. But it seems to be a mistake of mine in this purchase

                                  I am a middle class man with limited earnings and I have spent 16990 Rs in a fridge which is defective.

                                  My humble request from you is to replace the product with a new one as I have purchased it from on credit and have arranged money from my earnings to bear this cost and I don't want a defective piece.

                                  This mail I have written to md desk of Reliance digital but there is no positive response yet.

                                  Please help to replace the product asap

                                      I had been gifted a whirlpool triple door fridge for which I don't have the bill. There is a compressor problem for which the service engineer visited but he says the product won't be covered under warranty without the bill. The date of manufacture of the fridge is 05.10.2020.
