I have purchased built in hob in May and one burner is not on and I have raised a complaint for this on Tuesday i.e 7th September 2021 wide service request number CHA[protected] and till date no body has visited our place for the resolution.

My refrigerator was not working paroparli and not cooling auto cut off problem

I am calling the customer care for the past 10 days but they still didn't resolve my problem.. A service boy came 5 days ago and he changed the board of my ac that caused some burning smell.. But still I can't even switch on my ac.. And he told that he has to change the the display.. After that there is no response from the boy or whirlpool but am just keep on calling the customer care and they are service boy will come within 24hrs but no one has come till now.. Am just regretting now why I got this brand!

What sort of services you guys provide?? A customer is struggling with the product from last 18 days and your team has no courtesy to resolve the issue. People from head office call up only to ask the status and never return with a solution. Agency manager doesn't respond to calls. Sales vendor carries so much attitude, haven't got any response to my emails wrote to them earlier. What should I do with washing machine which has dent..you guys are forcing me to take it up with consumer forum. Your Twitter handle responds only with a sorry message and no resolution that too after 2 days when I write to you.

Such a pathetic brand I have ever come across.

Dear Arvind,
Writing this email as one has bothered to check on the grievance I had highlighted through different channels
so far, Facebook and emails are two of them. Surprisingly, never ever thought in my dreams that a customer
would be dealt in such a fashion. Bought two products yesterday and struggling with their usage. As both are
advised for replacement by the installation guy. How would a customer feel after spending 75k in oneshot and
asked to wait for 10-15 days for the replacement. On top of this the showroom sales team doesn't have
courtesy to apologize and quicken the process to contain the experience. Hope you would take the cognizance
of the matter I would hear from someone from your team.

I am really sad and dissatisfied with the product I purchased today from your showroom at Tonk road.
Surprisingly, even after spending 51k all I got is a product which can't be used. Pathetic!
On top of this no help rendered by the sales advisor.
What should I do with a refrigerator whose door is not closing properly due to gasket issue? What is my fault?
What should I expect from you now?

Stop fooling around your customers. I got 2 calls from your so called Noida head office..surprisingly they only wanted to check of the issue is resolved which means they didn't do any homework of checking what issue have i been facing from last 17 days.. Stupidity at its best..your agency manager Punit Bedi is not picking my calls now while he had assured me last Friday that washing machine would be replaced on Monday as it is not in stock..what are you trying to say that I keep on following up on products which i bought but can't use..I think you are leaving no choice for me but to escalate it to Consumer forum

Purchased a double door fridge on 28th Feb 2021. Cooling is not getting properly from last two months. I hv made complaints four / five times. engineer is visited 4 / 5 times also. Repaired & changed some parts all the time but problem is not resolved.

Since I am facing issues continuously & it is not repairable also. I have already requested to change the fridge but no body is responding. I have raised this issue to your senior team also & had a talk with Mr Ali

My last complaint no is PUN[protected] dt 31/07/2021 is also closed without any solution

I once again request to resolve my issue promptly. In my opinion I hv made a deal with brand not with street vendor. Kindly look after it ASAP.

I have done online payment for amc for my Refrigerator on 22nd july 2020 with the assitance from whirlpool customer care representative, i paid Rs3499/- for 24months.

They informed me that i will receive my soft copy of the reciept on my email in 7 days, but till now i didn't receive any papers by mail or courier.

I am calling daily 2 to 3 times whirlpool customer service centre but they are telling they dont have information about AMC and they will arrange a call back from amc team. But till now i have not heard back from amc team regarding my amc details. I even have mailed customer support as well but there is no response from them.

I was never expecting such negligence from world class brand like Whirlpool, this is really very bad experience i am having with whirlpool.

Please help me solve this issue soon or refund of my money.

I am feeling so disappointed from the services of Reliance Digital(RRL CDIT GIP Noida)

The journey started from purchasing a refrigerator (Whirlpool DC 215L 4S 230 IMPROY INV SPAB) on[protected] from Reliance Digital in GIP Mall Noida. While purchasing the fridge the sales person has explained the features and sold us the product with pitch that the installation will be done by team. Once the product was delivered the delivery person clearly told us that installation is not included in this product. I called up the store and tried to complained but unfortunately I got a casual response that might be sales person is not updated. While it is OK till then as installation was not a big issue and we have managed ourself.

Due to Covid we move to our hometown and we returned in July. We have identified a problem with the door which is not getting closed without a push. We wait and today we realised the problem still persist. We(me and my wife) called at the toll free number([protected]) to register a complaint and here lies a shocking issue we faced.

The engineer visited our place and checked the fridge. He tried to fix the issue but he told us that this is manufacturing defect and you have to consult with reliance digital and to my surprise the service center guy has quoted that why you have purchased from Reliance digital we will not be able to provide the service.

I immediately went to the Reliance Digital store and met the customer support Team and again such a bad experience. The lady on the desk was so full of attitude that she didn't even speak to me and referred to an executive and even after explaining the full details he has given 48 hrs of time for engineer visit. Even for my critical issue nothing has been taken on priority and 48hrs time is given. With everything digital today the person told me that complaint msg will be recieved on my phone number in 24 hrs. Unfortunately the toll free number given by them is the same which is mentioned in the fridge.

10 out of 10 of my friends have advised me not to purchase anything from Reliance but still I have gone for it since I have worked with reliance group for 6 years. But it seems to be a mistake of mine in this purchase

I am a middle class man with limited earnings and I have spent 16990 Rs in a fridge which is defective.

My humble request from you is to replace the product with a new one as I have purchased it from on credit and have arranged money from my earnings to bear this cost and I don't want a defective piece.

This mail I have written to md desk of Reliance digital but there is no positive response yet.

Please help to replace the product asap

Refrigerator's door is not closing properly

I had been gifted a whirlpool triple door fridge for which I don't have the bill. There is a compressor problem for which the service engineer visited but he says the product won't be covered under warranty without the bill. The date of manufacture of the fridge is 05.10.2020. I purchase whirlpool 360 bloomwash 7.5kg washing machine on 16/082021. Machine delivered on 20/072021. Today 22/08/2021 demo person came and gave demo. In the machine bottom side I saw a one black color control board, it is very old look. But other components are new look. Why your company doing this type cheep attitude.

I brought a refrigerator on last 14 August2021.Refrigerator making some sparking sound... And the Whirlpool technician also saying this sound is not normal. And it comes under the warranty...After that also they r not ready to return it.

Please do not buy any whirlpool product. Worst product and customer support. I got a new refrigerator on dec 2020, just after 1 month I started facing issues. I complained about that and 3 times they changed many parts. Still I am facing same issues. It doesn’t cool, makes too much sound. Everytime I have to spend 30 mins in registering a complaint and sometimes they just close it on their own without even attending to it. So weird. Though the product is under warranty, it’s been more then6 months that nobody has rectified the complaint. Even now my complaint is still pending. If I call customer support, they jus provide some number and ask me to call them. Service representatives take their own time. I am still using the defective product from 6 months because of poor customer service

I have an automatic washing machine top loading covered under AMC. The machine, the machine had a problem & we lodged a complaint o 22 July, 2021. After that a mechanic came & said he could not identify the problem. then another mechanic came & said he will repair it. He then said this machine needs to go to workshop & charged us 1850. then another mechanic came & said it will be repaired by him. Then he said machine has to go to workshop, It was taken next day, After that there was no feedback. I called the customer care. They gave me the number of workshop. I called the person Vipin said he will come back. After that he is not taking my call. I called customer care. He gave me the number of Mr Mohit Area Service manger. he said he will caoo back with update. No call & he is not t aking my call

Pathetic service I got from whirpool.
I bought a refrigerator of whirlpool 2 months back & now it's not working. I have raised a complaint multiple times but not received any support from your company.

I am going to legal now. I have wasted my 36000 INR on your product & now I want my complete money back with compensation.

Since last year I am facing this issue and this is my complain id- PAT[protected] and complain- PAT[protected] and every time technician visited and they are changing randomly parts and after they will this part is also not working but not yet they have fixed the issue

I have Purchased refrigerator in 2017, Raised the complaint on 5th Aug . Technician visited and said parts need to be replaced and then service centre said parts are not available, we will replace as per depreciation value.But today is the 14th day.No call and update from Team.
My question is
1.Why Manufacturing date 2017 product parts not available? It is just 4 years
2.Why to confirm on Replacement for depreciation value is taking such long time

I bought Whirlpool 6th sense fridge in 2016 @29900. In this five years it had gone down 3 times and got it repaired. It stopped working again and now the Area Servicé Manager confirmed that the PCB is obsolete and can’t be replaced hence I need to buy a new fridge and they will deduct 75% as depreciation. With negotiations they agreed at 68%. We calculate the depreciation of a product if we agree to sell but this is incapability of whirlpool to repair and forcing us to replace it whit new one. I am not in agreement that I spent another 19k to but a new fridge now. Request your support

On 13th Aug 2021 Fri, I called Whirlpool Customer care as I had an issue in the washing machine. They mentioned that someone from Service Centre will call. Same time I received a call asking about the issue; I mentioned the issue and they said someone will come.

As there was no response from them, next day (Sat) I called and the person said he is busy and will try to come; I asked him to come after 6 pm; he said to call HIM so that he can check if he is able to come (unheard of customer service)

Since Sun was a holiday, Monday I called he was not responding; left an sms as well, but no response. Then I called Customer Care, they said they have intimated the Service Centre again. Till end of day, no news.

On Tuesday, I called at least 6 times to follow up on this and every time they say that they have intimated the Service Centre. I asked for the Service Centre, they are no responding.

Unable to wash clothes since 5 days

I purchased a 1 Ton 3 Star Whirlpool air conditioner through Amazon under Order No.[protected] dated 21-6-21. The product was delivered to me in good time. It took some time to be installed in my bedroom as the same was being renovated. The problem started after installation when it started raining and rain water started entering our newly furnished bedroom. On my complaint people who did the installation came to take a look but had no solution as the core cutting was faulty and instead of water being drained out it was finding it’s way back into my bedroom. Due to faulty installation by Whirlpool, I have had to undergo mental anguish as my newly renovated bedroom gets flooded after every shower.
