I purchased a fully automatic washing 360 Bloom wash 9.5 kg in oct. 2019 from Vijay sales since from the very first month we are facing one or the other problem. The main problem still harassing us is that during the time of Drying the machine the machine shakes & vibrates so hard that it literally comes forward the wheels of the trolley are also broken. Every time we complain they come to resolve, but still the problem is unsolved.

First they said not to be overload the machine, then they said the part which is there during transportation Was forgotten to remove during the time of demo now you will have no problem but still not solved
Recently they changed the motherboard & now they are saying that the actually the rods on which the drum is placed have to be changed.

Its such a headache to use this machine it is as good as semi automatic machine we can't leave it to process by its own. I am attaching a video and please take a look at this mess and help us to coop out of this problem.

So i really request you to please replace our product. We are not satisfied with it. I hope you will not disappoint us.

I purchased a fully automatic washing machine 360 Degree Bloomwash 9.5 kg on 29/11/2020 which was installed on 02/12/2020. We have been using machines for the last 35 years or so. During this period we used Videocon for about 20 years and IFB for about 15 years. We faced literally no complaints in any of these brands. Heard a lot about Whirlpool, so this time I tried it. I regret to state that just after its purchase several technical nags and issues started coping up. Each time we complained on Toll free numbers and Technician visits. Machine works for a few days then again another problem crops up. Just in a span of less than a year hardly any month would have passed that we didn’t lodged any complaint. Since the last 2-3 months we are pressing for getting this defective piece replaced, but no technician is helping it out to get it replaced. They say that we are here to serve you. But the question is this that is this not our right to enjoy the hassle free and complaint free time with the Whirlpool machine?? Do we have to pass full warranty period like this only that when we complain, a technician comes, resolves the problem, the machine works for a few days then again the same cycle repeats. I request the concerned authorities to seriously look into this issue and get my problem resolved. Had the machine been running trouble free I would have been the last person to make such a request for replacement. In the light that Whirlpool maintains its name and reputation my complaint will be resolved finally.

WP Ref 702 FD Bottom Mount was not having cooling from 1st June-2020. Since lockdown, service was not available and I raised my 1st complaint on 17-June-2020. Technician came, checked and advised there is PCB complaint and need replacement. He took the PCB with him. Issue is not resolved and company is offering another refrigerator WS SBS 570(SH) after a buy back value and depreciation value I need to pay 9000 Rs from my pocket since they couldn't get the exact parts. I asked for the same capacity refrigerator without an additional cost. The replacement machine DP they quoted is 77000 and the same model price is Flipkart is 58990. Because of Whirpool company issue I am suffered and I need to pay extra money from my pocket is not acceptable

Fridge got heating issue and whirlpool has send one technician from one touch solution(fake company) and they have taken money and we did a mistake, gave money on the basis of brand.
And now everytime they postpone the complain that we have not received a part etc.

It seems whirpool has not any service and it seems to be a fake company!

i am regular customer of whirpool products. We have renewed the amc upto 26.06.2021 on april - 2000 by paying rs.3000/-.

In april2020 we have raised the complaint in washing machine directly to annai agencies ( our residence is locating in ponneri - 601204). The person attended the complaint by your nominated annai agencies, but the problem not resolved & the service person said he will attend after a week. Due to lockdowm of covid they not attented our fault upto june-2021.
Again we have raised a complaint through whirpool cc on june - 2021 before the validity that complaint also not resolved.

While we contacting your agencies & they are not responding well & our problem still not solved.

Due to your annai agencies we are not able use the machine more than 3 months.

Pl do the needful & take the action. If anything see my call records in your system.

Bought a 3 door refrigerator 5 years back and now facing shock issues. As per request placed on 14th July a technician visited and told a glass heater has to be replaced and informed that it will take a week's time. Its been 2 weeks and every week I get the same response from the service center ([protected]) "There is no stock, it will take a week". When asked for their escalation matrix, I was blindly told" Wherever you go they will tell you the same thing"

I complain to tollfre and they suggested call to Motihari service center, but when the technican came to check my refrigerator he only open the door without check and said your electricity power is weak that why it's not cooling, but iam facing this problem from 10 days, I am disappointed to service center, they couldn't solve the my refrigerator problem, when I insist to check again but technician said I am not your servant

Hi,

The government should take some action agaisnt these fraud companies, they are launching defective product in the market and cheating the customer.

Even after so many complaints about bloomwash washing machine still the product is being sold in the market,

Machine vibrates too much, even our switch board was broken and cables got damaged, it understood the product is not designed well..then why it is still being sold, why should consumers suffer for there mistake.

Please send a technician at our house for solve the problem in our whirlpool semi washing machine under warranty

But technician check only door open and said ur fridge is ok
But my issue not solve yet

These companies " Whirlpool India" are doing an
"Open Loot". When we have some minor issue in Refrigerator they instantly talk about charges and taxes no relevent information about problem and any possible solution..is provided
They charge Rs 400 for a single visit for 15-20 Minutes. For just a Look at appliance..
Thereafter takes out some minor part and opt for buying a " New Part " which costs terrible than market price..a clear "Loot" if not want to buy new part then pay the price for their visit..
Even the local and Highly talented technicians charge just 100 rupees for visiting and resolving errors if possible and provide fairly valued " Accessories

These companies are violating and Exploiting Consumers Rights.

I have a to door refrigerator and cooling issue from 2nd year of purchace.service person from your company repairs ..and after 3 month i have the same issue...worst brand .i would never recomend this brand to any one

More than 8 days no body come to service my complaint

With great disappointment, I would like to bring my issue to your notice that I purchased a Whirlpool 292 litres refrigerator intellifresh from Amazon ( order ID#[protected] on 9th October 2020 which was delivered on 11th October 2020 and as that time it was already winters so I was not able to assess the cooling as little ice was there I thought maybe it’s frost free but in March 2021 as the summer was there, I noticed no ice at all and no cooling, I called up your service department but as it was lockdown and no one answered, I again called them in May and they gave a vague solution of increasing the cooling of the freezer but in vain and it was of no help .
Finally again after my complaints they did sent the technician from service centre, Ashish, who was very rude and before seeing the refrigerator, he started saying “it is not my fault if you got the defective piece”. After inspection he said, Compressor is not working, PCB is not getting current and there is a gas problem in refrigerator and he left and when I refused to sign the job slip, he started threatening us so I signed. I called up Amazon to intervene and they again sent a technician who after inspection said that I will fill the gas as the company fitted pipes are leaking and before I can understand, the pipes were cut, gas released and again pipes were welded and gas filled and all this was happening inside my home putting us in hazardous condition. After this, Really disappointing to tell you that I am back to square one with my whirlpool refrigerator as I stated earlier that they came for gas filling and there was little improvement in cooling but now again there is precipitation on the inner lining of freezer as it was doing in March 2021 and same thing happening again. Please take this defective piece and refund my amount as I don’t want to waste my precious time and money again and again for reporting to you
Now this 7 months old refrigerator is just like a second hand refrigerator you can get in repair shops and I am not fully satisfied with the solution as once the gas filling in refrigerator starts it’s a frequent issue plus, not to mention the amount of food waste and things deteriorated because of this from last 3 months and I want replacement or refund and you can take back this refrigerator as I am still paying the EMIs of the same on amazon.Please do the needful and either replace the refrigerator as it is still under warranty or refund my amount and take the refrigerator back. I am very much disappointed with the brand itself and will never purchase anything from whirlpool. Waiting for a amicable solution from your side,

We have purchased a bottom mount fridge in November after 2 months it started giving issue, it was not cooling, technical team replaced it with another fridge in march, now after 3 months again this replaced piece is having an excess cooling issue, the technical team has replaced the motherboard but no use...issue continues.

We requested for change in the model itself as bottom mounted has serious issues, any convertible model we were ready to buy by paying the difference if any.

But when you look at whirlpool site price they are charging is 7-8K is higher than the sites like amazon etc.

Worst service and worst area manager...its waste of time

We had raised a complaint with the name of Ramchandra Ghatkar on .
We We repaired our washing machine by whirlpool technicians, they have cost us Rs 8400 [2000 by cash and 6400 by GPAY] [Breakup : Capacitor of 650, another capacitor 1250 and Drum of 6500] for drum replacement where they have provided us an used drum by saying it's a new one. They Repaired it on 28th June 2021 and it did not function for a single use. When it comes to spinning, it's stopped. We tried reaching so many time to the person/repair center from where they had sent technicians, they did not answer our calls at first, but after a while when we called from different number they received finally and they were only telling us that we will re-visit, but they haven't. It's been more than 20 days.
When we paid they told us we will provide bill online, but that even they did not provide.

Recently i had rquested the whirlpool service team to change the thermostat for my fridge and they did repair but they denied to give me the box for the thermostat piece which they replaced. I wanted to see the MRP of that spare part as the service executive charged me 1250 for the spare part apart from Labour charges.
