With great disappointment, I would like to bring my issue to your notice that I purchased a Whirlpool 292 litres refrigerator intellifresh from Amazon ( order ID#[protected] on 9th October 2020 which was delivered on 11th October 2020 and as that time it was already winters so I was not able to assess the cooling as little ice was there I thought maybe it’s frost free but in March 2021 as the summer was there, I noticed no ice at all and no cooling, I called up your service department but as it was lockdown and no one answered, I again called them in May and they gave a vague solution of increasing the cooling of the freezer but in vain and it was of no help .
Finally again after my complaints they did sent the technician from service centre, Ashish, who was very rude and before seeing the refrigerator, he started saying “it is not my fault if you got the defective piece”. After inspection he said, Compressor is not working, PCB is not getting current and there is a gas problem in refrigerator and he left and when I refused to sign the job slip, he started threatening us so I signed. I called up Amazon to intervene and they again sent a technician who after inspection said that I will fill the gas as the company fitted pipes are leaking and before I can understand, the pipes were cut, gas released and again pipes were welded and gas filled and all this was happening inside my home putting us in hazardous condition. After this, Really disappointing to tell you that I am back to square one with my whirlpool refrigerator as I stated earlier that they came for gas filling and there was little improvement in cooling but now again there is precipitation on the inner lining of freezer as it was doing in March 2021 and same thing happening again. Please take this defective piece and refund my amount as I don’t want to waste my precious time and money again and again for reporting to you
Now this 7 months old refrigerator is just like a second hand refrigerator you can get in repair shops and I am not fully satisfied with the solution as once the gas filling in refrigerator starts it’s a frequent issue plus, not to mention the amount of food waste and things deteriorated because of this from last 3 months and I want replacement or refund and you can take back this refrigerator as I am still paying the EMIs of the same on amazon.Please do the needful and either replace the refrigerator as it is still under warranty or refund my amount and take the refrigerator back. I am very much disappointed with the brand itself and will never purchase anything from whirlpool. Waiting for a amicable solution from your side,
