Dear Sir

Last February I called up whirlpool customer service center about the problem of washing machine in Kolkata. Prabhu Roy was the mechanical engineer came and said that PCB was damaged and need to replace PCB. He said that the cost was Rs 5600 including service for Whirlpool PCB. He also suggested to buy Universal PCB from him and it would function same as original PCB, cost would be Rs 3500.

As per his suggestion I agreed to purchase Universal PCB from him and he replaced whirpool PCB.

Unfortunately the Universal PCB did not work like whirlpool PCB what he suggested. Since then I facing lot of problems like water is overflowing, can wash only 1/3rd of cloth at a time compared to whirlpool PCB, the cloth is torn sometimes because it is spinning too first.

I called the engineer several times but he didn't come here to look the issue.

My question is why he recommends to use wrong PCB other than whirpool PCB. Is it his personal benifit to sell Universal PCB?

Kindly ask the engineer Prabhu Roy(Mobile: [protected]) to replace the original PCB and reimburse the damage what was made by Universal PCB.

Please let me know for any clarification.

    I had bought whirlpool dc 305 f 2020 single door refrigerator in November 2020. Since the day I bought it, neither a proper service boy came for installation nor demo. Moreover, water is continuously dripping from freezer into other racks of the refrigerator drenching and destroying other eatables in the fridge. Cleaning it every day has become a ritual. The chiller tray is also of a faulty design since water is leaking beyond it. I have had the worst experience from whirlpool. I also called the servicing agent twice but he also could not solve the issue. I sent this mail to helpdesk and received a call asking me to wait until lockdown is relaxed and inform him once restrictions are eased. I sent a mail two days ago saying that now, restrictions have been eased and please look into the issue quickly. But there is no response yet. This has been the worst experience with whirlpool. Producing and selling faulty model refrigerators.
    The refrigerator is creating troubles within the warranty period, how can we use it for long term ? I want full refund for my refrigerator that cost me 18000.

        The Whirlpool fridge that we bought about 8 months back has stopped working. It is not cooling at all and despite raising several complaints, there has been no resolution at all. Three service engineers came to fix the problem but it is not fixed yet and since their visit, Whirlpool has been silent and non-responsive to our complaints. It is very frustrating and unbelievable that Whirlpool can neglect their customers like this. I vow not to buy any more whirlpool products from now on.

          Last month I called up whirlpool customer service center at[protected].Had a word with one o[censored]r executive about the complaint of washing machine .It's not working till date no mechanical engineer had come for repairing it had been one month and the reason is lockdown in Delhi.Now as we know every thing is going to unlock soon can u send someone who can start so called WHIRLPOOL SEMI WASHING MACHINE which I bought by mistake .will never ever recommend whirpool product to anyone such a poor service u people provide.And it's in warranty period too may be that is the reason u people are delaying .

            I purchased the refrigerator in Faridabad one month ago.
            It has been not working since purchase. The engineer told me to repair but I want the item replacement as I purchased for 40k and only one month ago... the area sales manager Faridabad mr Ashish ([protected])has refused to take the replacement.               I bought washing machine 4 years back for 10000 and now the service engineer is telling the bearing has worn out and will be costing 5000 which is absolutely ridiculous. I hardly used the washing machine.

                Product purchased through CROMA in Dec'20 Invoice no. SLA[protected] Time Stamp: [protected]:37:20
                Model : 355LIFPROBMINV370ELT+3SOS. First complaint raised in Apr'21 when no cooling was observed. Technician informed that ICE formation in freezer compartment ( this model is supposed to be FROST FREE). Technician before visiting advised to switch off for 8 hours with freezer door open for ice to melt. After his visit and some settings the fridge started working OK. Now in May'21 again the cooling problem is observed and ICE formation is again visible in Freezer compartment. This type of product quality is not accepted from a brand like WHIRLPOOL . I was using Whirlpool ICEBERG fridge for 15 years with no such problem...continued brand loyalty when planned to buy an upgraded model. I do not accept this to be a standard practice to be followed.There seems to be an inherent product design defect and therefore need the company to come up with a resolution plan of action immediately.

                      I am very disappointed with my purchase of Whirlpool Refrigerator dated[protected] from your authorized dealer Razzle Dazzle as the product has failed within 2 months of purchase. I am attaching my invoice and also the job card of the repair done on a brand new refrigerator with Ticket number DEL[protected].                         I had purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator (375Cool Illusia 3S N (360)) on March 20, 2021 from Vijay Sales (India) Pvt. Ltd., Faridabad. The fridge had the issue of door misalignment that was duly reported by Whirlpool installation person. The fridge was also inspected by the Whirlpool representatives and they recommended a replacement.
                        The replacement fridge was received on April 10, 2021 and upon installation the same issue was observed in this unit too, also there were stains inside the freezer part of the unit. The door misalignment was noted in the report by the installation team and they assured they would review the matter again after 24 hours.

                        After more than 1.5 months of the purchase of a fridge, I still dont have a new, perfect unit that I had paid for, besides the constant follow up and calls that I have been making to Vijay sales for resolving the issue.
                        I have endured this harassment instead of enjoying my new purchase. The team at Whirlpool are unable to provide a solution to the problem, considering the fact that their so-called new unit has the same issues as the first one.
                        Also, the sales team is trying to persuade me accept the unit as it is and have refused to give me refund.
                        This has been a very disappointing experience indeed.

                                We purchased a Whirlpool washing machine (9KG Front load washing machine, Supreme Care 9014) with 10yrs warranty. Since from few months back, the Whirlpool washing machine door is not opening. We made a complaint to Whirlpool. Whirlpool service team came for rectification but they couldn’t solve the issue, so they told us as this washing machine is under warranty, they will replace this washing machine. So that we paid Rs 7000 for 11kg Fresh Care (Fresh Care 11-7 Kg Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine + Dryer Combo). Now they delivered the wrong model which is 7kg Fresh Care (Fresh Care 7 Kg Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine). Whirlpool Contact Number:[protected]. Please take proper action in this regard and replace the washing machine as per requested.

                                  I have purchased, "WHIRLPOOL W/M TL 7.5KG 360 BW PRO-H GRP" washing machine and within couple of months it started throwing ''Ub" error and even after multiple service centre guys visits it never disappeared.
                                  feels like cheated and we need to wash clothes by hand even after spending 23k.
