My amc plan application no. Hpw2007223. Kindly refund the amount rs.5, 128/- as you are unable to provide any service to me.
I registered a service request on 2 may, 2020, the details sr11440155.
On 13 may, 2020 i called the customer care number to check status as i there was no call from any technician. No action happened.
On 22 may, 2020 i called the customer care number again. I was told my request is on priority.
On 23 may, 2020 i called the customer care number as i had still not received any call from technician. This time the representative shared contact number of mr mehra [protected] (Goel enterprises).
I called mr mehra [protected] on 23 may, 2020, he said technician will come
On 25 may, 2020 a technician finally came to visit. He told me he cannot do ac servicing, and there is no gas in ac. The window ac will have to be taken to workshop. It will take 2 days.
27 may, 2020 i called the technician, he told me mr mehra has said not to bring the ac now. I tried calling mr. Mehra, he is not answering my phone
31 may, 2020 my ac servicing is still not done.
