Whirlpool complaint number WAR[protected]

Both items Purchased through Amazon on 03/10/19 & are under warranty period. Now cooling problem araised in refrigerator & service of AC required at delivered address Halia pin- 508377. Complaint already lodged on 23/04, 18/05 & 25/05 but complaint closed without attending complaint by service engineer. Further again complaint lodged on 03/06/2020 but still it is same

Whirlpool representative from Suryapeta called many times but they are escalating complaint by saying that complaint in your area will be attended by the service engineer from Miryalaguda but till now we didn't get any response from Miryalaguda service center

        I raised a service ticket 2 times for a product defect regarding single door refrigerator.

        None of the times did i get an email /sms of my service ticket details
        Your team has closed the service ticket without my knowledge and permission and with no service provided against it.
        My product was in inwarranty when i had raised the first ticket on 02 may 2020 (Please check my bill screenshot), which they closed without providing any response and now your team is asking for service charges. This has got no fault from mine side as a customer
        Neither of your call center executives have any knowledge regarding if they can escalate it to higher level
        They keep customer on hold for half an hour and then frustrated customer has to disconnect and call back the help center. (Please check screenshots when their customer service agents will put call on hold and never reply back)

        Because of their inability to provide product service in time now they are asking me money to get my product repaired. I am raising ticket and these guys are closing them without any response or service

        That's not correct, I called up multiple times to your toll free number to let know there has been no action taken on my complaints... And neither of the times i have got any satisfactory response. Yes every support agent was willing to raise a new complaint rather than providing any information on the existing complaints.

        After Repeated Times calling on the customer desk, instead of resolving my previous complaints they have opened a new Complaint for the same issue raised 2 months Back GHA[protected]

        CALL CENTER DESK KEEPS ON OPENING NEW TICKETS AND SERVICE CENTRES KEEP ON CLOSING THE COMPLAINTS WITHOUT ANY RESOLUTION

        Does Whirlpool customer service has any shame left??

          I had bought a whirlpool protton fridge triple door 260 lt.in march 2018 from vijay sales, from indirapuram ghaziabad. My fridge compresser need to be changed, but service centre is not changing my compresser and asking me to pay money for the compresser. My fridge compresser has a 10 years warranty but still service centre is asking me for the money, as i have misplaced my bill. It is also not possible for me to get a copy of bill as i have relocated to bhopal, mp. I had called whirlpool customer care many a times, but no use, they are also not helping. It's really shocking that a brand like "whirlpool" can harass it's customer like this, because customer care is already having all the data of purchase but still it's harassing it's customer like this.

                I have bought whirlpool ac 5 days back as it is not working properly. I already marked a complaint to whirlpool and when technicians visited still they were unable to resolve the issue which is really a pathetic service from your side. I need my ac to be changed at the earliest or else i have to choose some other way. There is a lot of water leakage problem whenever this ac is in use. We are facing the same problem from very first day till now. Hope to listen soon and do the needfull at the earliest. Alternate no. To contact [protected]

                  Whirlpool ro product with-in warranty stop worked since march-2020 and facing the tremendous problem till now.

                  I bought the unit[protected] through flipkart online sales.

                  After installation, only three month worked product from period of aug-19 to march-2020.
                  In this period i have made 10+ service request due to various problem, please check with your team.

                  Thai services — chennai 600 087 was take-care of the maintenance with that period.

                  Again stop worked since 4th march-2020 and till the time no-one visited or called me to know the issue.

                  Keep on tried the customer care to explain the same and book the complaint. No action from any-one.
                  Another mode of complaint through mail to [protected]@whirlpool.com, [protected]@whirlpool.com
                  No-one ready to own the responsible and fix the problem. As a corporate company it's not a wealthy /good practice to go-ahead.

                  In this situation, customers are how to trust whirlpool products to buy from the market.

                    The product was installed on 28.10.2019. It stopped working from 2nd april 2020. I have been making consists through mail as well as customer care. It is unfortunate that they are closing the complaints even without attending problem.
                    With personal visits to the service center one technician came on 22.5.20 and another technician on 23.5.20 but they could not identify the problem.

                    My complaints to help desk india @whirlpool.com also did not evoke any response. After that only vague promises are made by the service center and no action from them.

                    The worst ever service and poor and inferior quality products by whirlpool india. I strongly recommend that no body should go for whirlpool products.

                      Purchased from m/s ganesh enterprise angul, odisha vide inv. Sl no-931 dated 6/6/18. The product is making unwanted sound since last two months. Contacted the local authorized technician who visited and informed that the bearing set is damaged. The machine is under comprehensive insurance for two years. The technician informed that complain has been lodged and as soon as he receives the spare parts, he will rectify it. Time and again asking him but he stated that because of the present covid situation he has not received spares. I am a 68 year old senior citizen and request you to do the needful at the earliest.

                            My amc plan application no. Hpw2007223. Kindly refund the amount rs.5, 128/- as you are unable to provide any service to me.

                            I registered a service request on 2 may, 2020, the details sr11440155.
                            On 13 may, 2020 i called the customer care number to check status as i there was no call from any technician. No action happened.
                            On 22 may, 2020 i called the customer care number again. I was told my request is on priority.
                            On 23 may, 2020 i called the customer care number as i had still not received any call from technician. This time the representative shared contact number of mr mehra [protected] (Goel enterprises).
                            I called mr mehra [protected] on 23 may, 2020, he said technician will come
                            On 25 may, 2020 a technician finally came to visit. He told me he cannot do ac servicing, and there is no gas in ac. The window ac will have to be taken to workshop. It will take 2 days.
                            27 may, 2020 i called the technician, he told me mr mehra has said not to bring the ac now. I tried calling mr. Mehra, he is not answering my phone
                            31 may, 2020 my ac servicing is still not done.

                              Whirlpool they will only sell their product they won’t give service and the product won’t even work after 2 months bloody cheating the customers i have called them almost 100 above times but they won’t even send a technician at all they will just say some stories all the time after then they won’t respond to my calls also waste of money taking a product from whirlpool and to the new customers only they will send technicians...

                              I bought whirlpool fully automatic top load washing machine on [protected]@ trichy, tamilnadu. Cost 18500/-

                              From march it produce too much of noise during rinse and spin.

                              The visited service engineer said it's a bearing set problem. We have to change it completely. It's cost around 5500/-. After negotiating with the higher officer he said we can make it to 4700/-.

                              I totally upset with this. It's just 3 years o[censored]sing this machine.

                              It's really a hard earned money.

                                I have purchased a 5 star single door fridge model icemagic from local dealer. I have purchased it in between 10-14 june, 2016 and it is in warranty period. I have send an email for resolution from email id [protected]@gmail.com and my reguster mobile number is [protected]

                                After few days someone from service centre visit and asking 6500 inr for replqcement of compressor.

                                What kind of warranty is this?

                                And dont even get response from whirlpool team and i am highly unsatisfied with whirlpool service and technical stuffs.

                                  Hello,

                                  I placed my complain on 9th of may 2020 for my whirlpool ac, upon which i was assured (By vishal jain (Area manager) & deepak dixit (Jaipur manager), that an engineer will be sent next day, after that i am following up everyday with them and they are assuring me for the next day) and now it has become a common practice of fooling me. Because of this i have to compromise my office adherence or just working half day from last 9 days, just because i have to wait for an engineer.
                                  Now nobody use to follow-up back with me its every time i have to call back. Now even i cannot accept the excuse that due "covid-19" they cannot come here because in my area there no such restriction and anyone can come or go with there comfort.
                                  I have been cooperating from such a long and now i have lost my patience!
                                  And want whirlpool to take strict action against (Vishal jain and deepak dixit) (Attaching call logs made) otherwise i will be taking a legal action against whirlpool.
                                  Moreover, i got my ac repaired from external source on my expensive rather than my ac is still under warranty with whirlpool (For which i have attached my invoice) and want whirlpool to pay all expenses made by me to external source unless i am filing a complaint in consumer forum against this.
                                  Hope i will get a positive response and will not be delayed this time.

                                    We had problem of water leaking from whirlpool refrigerator. We called service centre 1 month back and they sent engineer for service for which he charged 4000rs. Even after service, again the same problem is there, we called service centre they sent another engineer he asking same money again for service. Whirlpool has the worst service centre. We called daily but no response from service centre

                                      Dear Whirlpool,

                                      I still remember when my parents decided to bought a refrigerator and they went to a known shop of our local area and they chose you as our first refrigerator.
                                      Then a relationship between you and us was started, later we bought washing machine, AC and few more. But Now I feel that our relationship is about to break because you are not putting the efforts to maintain this relationship.
                                      We are suffering from COVID-19 because the reason could be china but I can surely say that we are also suffering frm the heat because of you.
                                      I just want to remind you how you made back to back calls to sell your AMC service but do you really care about that? Kindly resolve my problem asap otherwise never think to make a call for your AMC, BC, MC and all ###.
