Painful fridge and terrible customer service by whirlpool!
1. We bought whirlpool fridge model# whirlpool 20817 in jan 2020 paying 29k, within 5 months in june it started troubling
2. Vegetables and fruits in vegetable basket were getting frozen with ice, engineer from whirlpool came, tried many things even changed the thermostat also but could not fix the problem
3. We asked them to replace the fridge, which they denied
4. With changed thermostat new problem started, overall cooling stopped, they changed the thermostat 2nd time, also had us change our 'stabilizer' by buying new one from them. Finally after many rounds the fridge started working in june
5. Fridge has it imprinted that 'stabilizer not required' even then they had us buy a new one
6. Now again in april, the fridge started giving problem, the cooling stopped fully. Their customer care number wasn't answered we were trying from several days, then from the dealer we took the number and called today (4th may 2020)
7. The customer care no ([protected]) was answered by a man, and then by a lady 'madhu' who were both extremely rude & abusive, shouted on us and kept on disconnecting our calls since we were asking to talk to seniors about the issue
8. We were talking properly but they were not even ready to listen and kept on telling an engineer could be sent. We want to return the fridge which is what we have been asking since the first time it started giving trouble

I have whirlpool 240 ltr trippel door refrigerator and its compressors in warranty, before one year its stopped working and i have paid rs.2500 for replacing relay and gas filling charge and today my refrigerator is stopped working suddenly and when i call engineer from whirlpool he asking me for charge of rs.2500 inr and giving me excuses that he is charging form gas filling and this is too much charge for filling gas while other company filling gas in just rs.1000, so when i asked him to just change my compressor and i will get filled gas from another vendor then he is refused to do that so would you please tell me what charge should i pay for filling gas because this is too much charge. Please help me

I condemn the service provided by you. The technicians appointed by you are utterly unprofessional. I had lodged a service request around 17.04.2020 and your technician came on 20.04.2020. They inspected the double door 250l refrigerator but did not repair it. They said they will visit the next day i. E on 21.04.2020. They have charged 415 as service charge (350+18% gst). It should have been 413. Moreover, the job sheet provided does not contain any gst number. So why do you charge gst from us? When i am calling this guy in this contact number, he says he will be coming the next day but his next never comes. I have called your customer support a number of times, and each they say they are forwarding the complaint. But i have got no feedback of that forwarded complaint from them.
The technician should not have charged the payment untill he has repaired the same. And it has been around 12days now that neither he nor your service team has contacted me. When i call they just say this and that. I take this as a serious case of fraud. I really repent the service of this brand.

And please dont give the excuse of lockdown because the day your technician came to inspect and take the undue payment that was also during lockdown. Hence your policies are not strict on this.

The whirlpool india manufacturing their washing mechines, refrigerators at pondicherry, pune & faribabad. But their air conditioners not manufacturing in these plants. The company mentioned country of orgin is china but flipkart/amazon product page mentioned it is india & in the product label it is mentioned imported by pune plant registered whirlpool india. So i need to know where & who manufacturing whirlpool air conditioners?

This product is bad, not working properly,
I bought this item and lost 19000 Rupesh,
I'm always sad to buy this thing.
Whirlpool company provide bad product.

My name is parth and i am from gandhinagar. I've purchased 2 x 1.5ton ac of whirlpool on 22/04/2017.

After installation one of the ac having gas leakage problem and cooling was not working at all.

I've registered a support request about it and it took approx 2 weeks & 4 to 5 phone calls to get resolved.

I am looking for refund, i fedup with customer support. I made 7-8 calls, nobody answer properly. I have call records. I purchased my ac but can't use it. It's not functional well since january 2018

I have purchased whirlpool ref ff if cnv 480 alpha s refrigerator on 10th october 2019 in mangal and mangal, trichy, tamilnadu. I registered a complaint regarding the cooling one month after the date of purchase in your trichy, tamilnadu service centre. The service engineer visited the site and ask to check us for another week regarding the cooling problem. But more than three times the service engineer visited the site and could not identify the fault and finally concluded there is a fault in the cooling fan and the same was also replaced after 15 days. After a month i again lodged a complaint to the service engineer over phone. He visited the site and ask to check for another week by changing the cooling setting to no.1. But, again all the things whatever we keep in the fridge gets contaminated within two days. The milk get contaminated within 12 hours. I have checked with different brands of milk products. I have been using your whirpool fridge for the past 10 years i did not have any complaint in it. To upgrade the refrigerator i have purchased thewhirlpool ref ff if cnv 480 alpha model.
Sir, your company has been rendering the best products but due to improper service it leads to dissatisfaction of the consumer kindly do the needful to make necessary arrangements to rectify the cooling problem of my refrigerator at an earliest please.

AsI my refrigerator triple door elite model was not working and technician told that pcb and fan are not working thereafter my machine went to service centre in Kanpur and all parts were replaced but still it is not working, this is pathetic as all charges paid by me but the problem remains the same please look after the matter

I am purchased the air conditioners for my family member i m belong with middle class family after the showroom sales manager suggest we have purchased the ac but this ac not working properly coolling problem after that we submit the complaint in whirlpool service by mail and by telephonic but whirlpool team resolved my issue after some time again report the complaint and service not comes in my home and whirlpool team was saying your phone not in network but my mobile network is perfect and whirlpool team please use excess fake communication.

I purchased 360 bloomwash pro washing machine on 1 march 2020.
It was working fine but in previous wash it create sounds while drying clothes. Sounds increased time to time then we stop/power off the machine. Dear sir/madam,

Refers to the details as mentioned above and subject concerned i would like to bring to your kind attention that i have purchased an ac (Whirlpool 1.5ton magicool 5 star rating) on flipkart and it was delivered on 21st february 2020. And you have sent your technician on 13th february 2020 after a long request & follow up for installation. Please note that on 13th february 2020 you technician was installing an ac, during the installation work the compressor valve damaged because of toughness (L key was damaged) and for the same your technician has requested me to wait till monday 16th feb 2020 for further repair which i don't want. The compressor was new and it was damaged while installing, consequently i want a full replacement including all the cost.

However i have already informed your customer support team and they have informed me that they will send their technician on saturday 14th feb 2020 (Day already passed) for inspection for further replacement. This is very worst service i have experienced with whirlpool, i have other appliances also but couldn't feel any issue yet. Request you kindly take the matter at priority and do replace the compressor for further installation.
I don't want to wait for long as it has already been delayed. Kindly arrange to send an experienced technician with compressor for installation.

I have purchased whirlpool refrigerator model no/year ff 2d 425 4s/2013, type frost free, 4 star, gross value 405 ltr, & storage value is 373 ltr. From vijay sale opp shanti niketan apts surat dumas road pipload surat on dt.[protected].
The refrigerator is so good and cooling is very nice. But some how said refrigeraor’s was burn from back side in mid night at date[protected],
It was horrible fire and back side part & body was burnt in refrigerator.
So please bring your technician as early as possible and do needful some dissicion about the refrigerator and please resolve my complaint with request a refund/return.
