I am getting wrong call from this number [protected] i have blocked the number again and again he is calling.6 month before i received this number he used to send wrong text. I blocked the number for some month i have not received any call from him but again for two days he calling me repeatly. When i atten the call he is not speaking and holding the call.

        I have Whirlpool Supremecare washing machine which was purchased in Jul 2019
        Now Machine had started giving problem of high vibrations

        For same, i logged complaint on whirlpool web zoom site

        Thereafter an Engineer came to our home to resolve the machine problem
        Engineer name - (Shubham Pandey)

        He offered me proposal of doing AMC (12500 Rs) for 3 years tenure
        and i transferred the amount in his bank account, details are as below,

          Hi,

          I bought a amc for whirlpool washing machine from authorised service cancer which is recommended by whirlpool customer care [protected], and same is valid for 16th feb 2020.

          Washing machine is not working and i raised a complaint on 30th january 2020 after that no response from the whirlpool, and called up more than 200 times for complaint status, they told that service center is not alloted and we will slot you soon.

          After so many follow ups they alloted me a service centre finally i got a call from service center stating that customer care team wrongly alloted we will return the case, again i raised complaint on 5th feb 2020 after few days no call from technician.

          I called customer care n number of times regarding status of a complaints they said we will kept reminder and we don't have any right other than reminders to service center, mean while i spoke to two higher authorities of customer care they told that usually it will take two working days to solve customer complaints, but in your case first time i seen these many days in complaint is pending wait for today, and i will speak to team i solve the problem tomorrow.

          I waited two more days to solve the problem no call nothing happens. Then i called up customer care to reach that person who promised me to solve the problem and no one is transforming call to that person and he is simply escaping to answer my call.

          Lots of follow ups to customer care finally they send a technician he checked mechine told me that board is damaged it's a cost of rs 5000/- which is beared by customer

          I booked two complaints on 30th january and 5th feb and my amc expired on 18th feb and technician visited onw0th march, with a followup of more than 500 times to whirlpool customer care and they kept me on hold hours together.

          I have a complaint numbers and names of a superiors who gave a false promises to slove the problem and now they are not ready to speak.

            I have noticed that my front load washing machine was not working fine on 16 december 2019 and raised a new complaint (Ti[protected] about the issue.

            After 15 days of technician came and confirmed that the sensor got damaged and needs to be replaced and requested for a new spare part, however, there was no response from their end and confirmed that the ticket has been closed after 30 days.

            Again i have raised a new complaint (Ti[protected] on 25 jan 2020 till now there is no response and called more than 100 times for technicians, vendors and customer care but no luck.

            One interesting thing here is customer care executives are not maintaining any call logs and issue description i need to explain every time and even i asked them to check what was the call description last time and they confirmed no data and no action taken.

            I am a former whirlpool employee still service is so horrible i can't imagine for a normal customers.

            Not sure why whirlpool paying money to this vendor without reason.

            Please refund my amount and take your product back.

              My complaint reference ch[protected] is not being properly attended to despite numerous calls to the service centre. The resolution of the problem is still outstanding even after almost 3 weeks.

              I have also requested for a refund of the amc charges of more than rs 8398 (Reference home care plan
              Annual maintenance contract for machine serial no :inf[protected]
              Plan duration :36 months) (Plan application # hpw2006329) that i have paid recently on my washing machine due to the lack of faith in whirlpool's ability to service complaints.

              I have still not got any response from them - not a word!

                I i submitted a complaint through online complaint booking around second week of october 2017, subsequently after some clarifications from different offices, i was contacted by the service centre in my locality. The service team came here and after inspection they demanded shifting of the machine to their workshop. On 27/10/2017 they came and taken the machine to their workshop. As the machine is not returned after one month i called them several times. On each call the answered that it will be returned with in a short period of time. On february they informed that the board is not working and, it is difficult to service, and offered a replacement. Accordingly i submitted the bill copy by third week of february. My concern is that no replacement is yet initiated and on each call they answered with silly excuses. I reaches more than 2 yeard and the situation is very pathetic. Hence i request to take steps to provide replacement or the machine is get repaired.
                Consider this as most urgent.

                  Vide request c[protected] dtd13/01/2020 non cooling of ac reported and on several calls sevice center take the ac for repair and after one week it is reinstalled. At that time cooling is there. After three days again complaint occurs and reported to the sevice center. After that on calling in my phone they dont take phone. So i again complaint it thorugh customer care for about 20 days., no response. Now i am in a position to what to. No follow up from the part of the customer care whether it is repaired or not. They only receive the complaint. Hence the customer is severly affected in the case of service

                    My Whirlpool top load washing machine suddenly stopped working last week and I raised a service request by calling Whirlpool customer care. SR no. is BA[protected]. Whirlpool technician ([protected]) misguided me through out after inspecting the machine briefly. He informed that Motor & Gear Box are damaged and approx repair cost would be 9-10k. He took 480/- and left my premises. But I got a doubt and called a local technician. He inspected the machine properly and fixed it by repairing the PCB. Now the machine is working fine.

                    Today I called Whirlpool customer support team to lodge a complaint against the technician and demanded a refund of 480/-. But she asked me to talk to the technician directly. When I contacted him for the refund, he denied to do so.

                    At first place company technician gives wrong information, misleads the customer and then denies to pay back the service charge which he doesn't deserve to have. I have never expected such an unprofessional service from a company.

                    Please take strict actions against the company who try to mislead and loot customers and also do the needful for the refund of 480/-. I don't want to pay this fees to these guys because they tried to cheat me.

                      I have purchased the whirlpool washing machine front load in April 2018. within 4 months the machine got repair and was not running. We have raised a service request immediately to the company. The service agents have not diagnosed properly. so the same issue started repeating again and again. now it been more than a year the problem is not resolved for us. Totally the whirlpool washing machine product is not upto to the mark and service provided them which is very poor. Not expected this from such a big company. I would focus more on the service guys, which they are well qualified to solve the issue. i also the escalated the issue to the higher managers they said they going to replace the whole machine itself. but still the our problem is not resolved.

                            My self surumi, my father in law purchased a whirlpool fully automatic frontload washing machine from a retail shop edappully emporium, edappully complex, tana, in irinjalakuda, pin 680121, kerala, thrissur district on 29 june 2017. It had a sudden
                            Functional issue on august 2019 and immediately called to the retailer shop from where i purchased the product and they came a checked and said it's board got ruined and we need to repair or replace it. After 2 weeks we called them and they returned the board and said they couldn't repair it and even they can't replace the board with a new one. So then i called to whirlpool customer service centre and they came to check from their irinjalakuda branch. They came and checked the product and said that this product is a discontinued proct of whirlpool and so even the products spare parts are not even available. We were shock to hear that from them because it was just years that we brought a product which cost us rupees 21900 and with in 2 years just a spare part got a complaint and they could provide it. They asked us make a complaint so that they can replace it with new one so that we need to pay the half price of it. We went more than 3 times to the whirlpools irinjalakuda service center to know the status of our complint. They at last said that they can't do anything, and they opened it up that this product was already an outdated product when whirlpool sold it to the retailers for small rate, and customers we did not know about it and brought it, now just after 2 years with a small issue now the product is useless and company do not even value our spend on the product. So i would like to request to please do the needful so that they could atleast replace this product or pay us half money.

                              Dear sir / madam,

                              I had purchased whirlpool washing machine from snehanjali electronics virar east on dated 5-feb-2020 costing rs.12500/-. On next day machine delivered at my home but it was faulty piece. Drayer of the machine was not working. Therefore i asked to snehanjai electronics and whirlpool to replace this machine. But they both given me reason to delay for replacement. I had purchased this machine for convenience of my old parents. But both were not agreed to replace machine as early. So i registered complaint to grahak suraksha sewa to get me justice in this case. Their executive promised me to do the needful for early replacement and also told they will provide me compensation from whirlpool and snehanjali for whatever delayed done by them and due to suffered by my old parents. Grahak suraksha sewa executive charged me rs. 3250 for this process and to get compensation amount. Finally by lot of follow-up machine replaced after 19 days on dated 24-feb-2020.
                              But till date no any kind of compensation amount received me from any party. I have attached herewith all concerned documents of this case. These are washing machine bill, grahak suraksha sewa snapshot and snap for rs. 3250 paid to them as fees. Letter send to grahak suraksha sewa regarding this case.
                              Now i am sending any email to grahak sewa but it's getting undelivered and if i tried to call or message them through their whatsapp number then they are not replying.
                              I don't understand how grahak sewa can ignore in such case.
                              I am not demanding more amount of compensation. I am expecting to get at least whatever expenses/fees i have incurred in this process that is only rs.3250 and nothing else.
                              Requesting you to please do the needful to get me compensation.

                                Dear sir,
                                I am feeling sad to intimate you that the ac installed at my house in the year 2016 is incorrect. The cooling from the ac was low from the very beginning. When i raised this issue with the service engineer at the time of 1st service, i was told that it was because if the room size.
                                After the 1st free service, there was no further service.
                                The cooling kept on decreasing. Recently i engaged an ac technician, he explained me the reasons for the low cooling.
                                From pictures attached you can clearly see, how bad was the installation. From ceiling even 15 cm gap has not been provided.
                                I would request you to kindly take up the case and do needful at the earliest. I hope you understand the pain of suffering for last 3 years. Also the excess electricity bills which i had to pay because of the fault of technician who installed it wrongly. Ph-[protected]

                                  Timeline:
                                  25 Dec 2019 - product is 2 years old, refrigerator ice box is damaged
                                  26 Dec 2019 - complaint is raised to whirlpool customer care
                                  27 Dec Senior Technician comes in, charges INR 354 for looking at the issue which is ice box has been damaged, and needs replacement with gas recharge
                                  27 Dec Junior Technician comes and replaces ice box and fills up gas, charges INR 4700, asks to monitor issue for 3-4 days
                                  29 Dec Issue is not resolved, no cooling in the refrigerator
                                  30 Dec Junior Technician comes in again to check the issue, refills gas and tells to monitor again, If the issue isnt resolved he informs that the compressor will be replaced under warranty
                                  January 2 week onwards - after calling the service centre employees, they keep on giving contact number of different people in their organisations
                                  February 1 week - Service request number is closed multiple times and new ticket is assigned even i didnt provide with the customer satisfaction number. Case is escalated at the support centre.
                                  February 2 week onwards - Support centre supervisor himself coordinates with the Bengaluru service provider maxserve but no action is taken after telling that the a senior technician will visit the premises and check the problem
                                  February 3 week - after multiple leaves taken by me with nobody showing up as promised, a senior technician comes up and says that there is a just a gas leak and a junior technician will come up and fix it. Even after he was told that a junior technician has already checked for gas leaks and suggested a compressor change.
                                  February 3 week onwards - Multiple calls to the support centre and service partner, neither of the technicians are showing up even after giving time slots for the fix.
                                  Till the time of writing this report no action has been taken

                                  The complaint is not resolved, stop misleading the consumers. Even after this complaint nobody cared to visit the site and come take a look. This complaint will be escalated to District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, with a demand of hefty compensation.

                                    Its really sad to inform you that your customer care team at Gwalior, is not at all vigilant and willing to help their clients, even after calling them so many times.
                                    I have filed a Service Request for my Refrigerator at the Gwalior Customer Care Office.
                                    The concerned person didn't revert back for 3-4 days, even after reminding him daily on continuous basis.
                                    After few days he came and said that something has to be changed, which we don't have right now and will come back tomorrow.
                                    But again, he didn't bothered to revert back. We again reminded him number of times.
                                    This series of action is going on from last 15 days.
                                    The concerned person who is dealing with us, when we call him, he says i am coming one hour/2 hour and so, but he never turned back on the stipulated time.

                                    Its a humble request that please consider this matter at you earliest and i will be highly obliged.
                                    I hope you can understand the difficulty which we are facing.

                                      It is been more than 26 days i have lodged complaint with whirlpool regarding my new refrigerator which has a faulty machine and stopped cooling and lot of deposition of ice. Technician visited told he will change some part and he did not turn up when i enquired again after couple of days he told part is pending from head office. He came again with that part and after opening he told whole conductor is faulty and it is going to take another 10 days to come. I am not able to use the machine since then. Whirlpool is not at all taking initiative to get the whole machine changed as because the problem arised so early. Please get it resolved.
