Purchasing whirlpool is foolishness in india as they are useless. Its my personal experience.
On 27th february 2020 i purchased whirlpool 2 ton 3 star inverter split ac, it was installed on 3rd march 2020. After a week air conditioner stopped cooling so i registered a complaint. I was charged rs 500 just for replacing the fused bulb and i think 500 is very high for the job. Whirlpool should fix charges according to the issue. For minor issues charges should be less....

I dropped the request for whirlpool machine, as it was not working.
