      I was purchased on spilt ac in jun-2020 of so called world renowned company “whirlpool” from chawla electronics faridabad (Copy of inv. Attached)..
      Now this ac is giving hot air and need to rectify the problem.
      I have done repetitive call to customer care ([protected]) and service center since last 22 days.
      Every day service center is saying to send the technician for testing & service but very surprising that every day they are just giving bluff to me.
      Being a big company of appliances it is diluting the reputation of “whirlpool”.
      At this juncture as bad experiences the service of this big company we cannot recommend to any our friends to purchase whirlpool products.
      Request you to take immediate action in this regards.

        Sir,
        i had purchased an inverter ac from whirl pool company, it had a one year warrenty.after 1 year 5 months its main board(external unit)main board burnt off .since they told me that the warrenty period has expired paid around Rs 12500.00 as repair cost for the above said a/c after again another 1 year and five monts again the same board burnt off now they are asking me to pay again another Rs.8500 +repair cost.
        since i am having 3 ac of different brand in my house and are working for more than 8 years without any complaint i felt this as a manufacturing defect from the company for this airconditioner.i am not willing to pay since i feel that this same complaint will happen again. if my grievence is not taken care of from the company i will be filing a suit against the company for selling me a substandard airconditioner for a higher cost and cheating me in the name of a brand.

        even the technician send from the company was not up to the standard.the technician came first didnt even know how to dismandle the unit even and he was taking photagraph of each item he was dismantling.

          Mere pass ek split ac model no. 42016-1.2 t 3d cool platinum v white-idu hai whirlpool company ka jiski maine whirlpool india company se 1 saal ki comprehensive amc li hui thi jiska plan application no. Hai hp17902453 jo ki meri 22 april 2019 se 21 april 2020 tak valid thi jiske liye maine 4500 ka amount company ko pay kiya tha. Last month (April 2020) mein mere split ac me kuch kharbi hui jiske liye maine company mein complaint 15 april 2020 ko ki thi jiska complaint no. Ha far[protected] and far[protected] thi. Mere complaint karne ke baad service center se mere ko call aaya 17 april ko jo mujse rupay ki demand kar rahe the maine bola ki maine comprehensive amc li hui hai to unhone bola ki aapka kaam abhi nahi ho payega aap wait kijiye 3 may tak ka, maine jab 3 may ko contact kiya to unhon0e meri complaint ko resolve nahi kiya aur mere se request karne lage ki mein 17 may ke baad resolve kara doonga but after given time meri complaint ka koi bhi solution nahi nikla hai iske regarding meri kai baar customer care se bhi baat hui but koi bhi samadhan nahi nikla hai service center wale jinka naam gulshad hai wo kuch bhi nahi sun rahe hai aur jab maine customer care ko phone kiya to mere ko pata chala ki purani saari compalint service center ne closed kar di hai. Mein 4o days se lagataar inse follow up le raha hoon but koi bhi smamdhan nahi nikla hai. Meri amc 21 april ko khatam ho rahi thi jiske baare mein maine company ko bataya tha to unhone bola ki warrant extend ki ja rahi hai 31 may tak. Ab jab lagbhag 40 days ho gaye hai meri complaint par koi bhi solution nahi naikla hai.
          Kindly mere ko meri amc ka refund dilaya jaye ya meri complaint ko resolve kiya jaye.

            I purchased new brand of whirlpool fridge. As they gave me delivery it not working.. The engineer came and said that fan and many more things are not working.. As they have gave display model. I had suggested that i wanted new not display model.. Now they are saying i will get only repaired same fridge but i want new one.. Not that it's display model. Consumer court please guide me for getting me the new fridge or replace of whirlpool.

              I purchased whirlpool 292 litters refrigerator on 10/06/2019. A refrigerator cooling stopped within 8 month so i request to authorise service center for repair, after repaired again this issue come after 2 month of repairing.                 I bought a water purifyir on 11th may 2020 from amzon.
                So i need a engineer for insatallation of the ro so i tried to call customer care of whirlpool but no response no one recived the call continuosly i tried but same no response.
                After that i sent mail to helpdesk of whirlpool there is also no response.
                And they every time showing the complaint page and services request page i already raised but there is no complaint number provided by whirlpool.
                So today is 17th may no engineer visit no sms no call from whirlpool

                Bad services ever in my life.
                Evere buy any product of whirlpool they dont have any customer service for his customer pathtic services ever

                  Good day
                  My washing machine was having issues in drying clothes and tumble dryer was hard to move. Service engineer visited on 9th may and replaced capacitor rs 650/. He assured that washing machine will work without any issues.
                  When it was used, same issues were noticed from the 1st day after service. Seems service engineer knew the issue of motor and just made money by changing capacitor which was in working condition for sure.
                  Please advise how is responsible for this and if same problem then same service engineer should come and resolve the issues. Authorised service engineer should take responsibility and refund the amount of any part which they just fetched from customer.

                  Name of service engineer company - agarwal refrigeration nd electronics (Jaipur).
                  No response on calls.

                  Pls resolve issue at the earliest and who will be responsible for the amount which they charged in a unethical way.

                  Same info has been passed on customer care no but no satisfactory response. They are just ready to provide service through other service engineer.. But what about the previous one and who will take action against them.

                    I purchased 292 litrs double door refrigerator in may 2018.
                    Within 2 years, refrigerator stopped cooling. Complain was logged to whirlpool customers care on 22/04/2020. Complain no. Is far[protected]. But till now no technician visited to address the issue. Even no response from whirlpool on the issue.
                    Request concerned team to look into this and help me to resolve my issues.

                      Hi,

                      I bought a amc for whirlpool washing machine from authorised service cancer which is recommended by whirlpool customer care [protected], and same is valid for 16th feb 2020.

                      Washing machine is not working and i raised a complaint on 30th january 2020 after that no response from the whirlpool, and called up more than 200 times for complaint status, they told that service center is not alloted and we will slot you soon.

                      After so many follow ups they alloted me a service centre finally i got a call from service center stating that customer care team wrongly alloted we will return the case, again i raised complaint on 5th feb 2020 after few days no call from technician.

                      I called customer care n number of times regarding status of a complaints they said we will kept reminder and we don't have any right other than reminders to service center, mean while i spoke to two higher authorities of customer care they told that usually it will take two working days to solve customer complaints, but in your case first time i seen these many days in complaint is pending wait for today, and i will speak to team i solve the problem tomorrow.

                      I waited two more days to solve the problem no call nothing happens. Then i called up customer care to reach that person who promised me to solve the problem and no one is transforming call to that person and he is simply escaping to answer my call.

                      Lots of follow ups to customer care finally they send a technician he checked mechine told me that board is damaged it's a cost of rs 5000/- which is beared by customer

                      I booked two complaints on 30th january and 5th feb and my amc expired on 18th feb and technician visited onw0th march, with a followup of more than 500 times to whirlpool customer care and they kept me on hold hours together.

                      I have a complaint numbers and names of a superiors who gave a false promises to slove the problem and now they are not ready to speak.

                      Kindly do the needful

                      What information you want from my side, due to lockdown you people asked me wait.

                      How you can close the case if you are not getting the information from the customer for 3 days,

                      But you people are struggling me for last 3 and half months for not giving service. And always escaping from the customer. Everytime what i noticed is to whomever i spoke they just escape from the problem rather than solving it.

                      My sincere request is to take a customer feedback if not possible to all customer or take it randomly, then you will the picture.

                      You people are waiting me for more than three months and now you are people are saying not getting the information from the customer for three days case is closed.

                      How shameless people you are not bothering the customers, if you want to support your lazy untrained, mannersless people don't know how to speak to customers and not willing to support the customers that's your wish.

                      If you want to give a service to customers record the phone calls and train them, ask them not give false commitments

                          I ordered 0.8 a/c from amazon i got that nov-2019 from [protected] (Mobile number). Today i asked general service from whirlpool one service guy came my home at velayuthampalayam karur dist tamilnadu. He said this is free service i am not able to do service properly, i got only 60.00rs this free service he said and he did not complete the dust issue and he broke one screw door at indoor machine after that cooling is not good, service also is not good. I asked to him service is not good he said i will give good service after one year wait you want to complete one year i will do the good service he said.

                            The service engineer ([protected]) visited my home on 8th may 2020. He inspected ac and he suggested need to do full-service and informed me that one condenser needs to be replaced. They informed me that i need to pay rs. 1700 inr and i agreed on the same.

                            The service engineer's committed me that he will pick up my ac to his service center on monday, 11th may on 10 am and i need to arrange a vehicle to collect ac from my home. I arranged the van on 11th may 10 am and i called the service engineer and vasantham enterprise office number ([protected]) as well. But i couldn't get the response till 1 pm. I paid rs.500 for the van which i arranged to collect ac personally

                            I called the service engineer later 11th may evening, he suggested me to speak with vasantham enterprise owner ([protected]). I spoke with owner and he committed me that the service engineer will pick up my ac today (13th may). I was following up with them from 8th may to 13th may. I spoke with owner on yesterday (12th may) and i requested him that let me know if you won't be able to pick up my ac for service. He assured me that my ac will be serviced today.

                            When i call the service engineer today, he suggested me to get the service from outside. I didn't expect this much false commitment from any of my other home appliance service provider. Past one week i was unable to sleep without ac. If they would have told me on the first day itself, i would have reached other service provider on 8th may itself. They wasted my time and money rs.500 due to their false commitment. I was following up with them for the week. You won't, believe me, i made 28 calls starting from 8th may.

                            I'm really disappointed about their poor service and they provided false commitment. I would suggest you to throughout them from your service dealer contract.

                              Whirlpool washing machine not working properly since one month it was bought in nov 2016, we could not regsister a complaint due to lock down.
                              The issue is washing machine water is not draining so that my mother just took out water manually

                                Hi, i bought an air conditioner of whirlpool company in feb. I had opted for extended warranty scheme of the company. But it's now more than 2 months has crossed but i haven't received any paper or communication regarding this from the company. I have called several times on customer care and have written many emails to them but have not received any response from them. You are requested to kindly look into the matter and please help me in getting the resolution of this problem.

                                    I bought ac in 2015 and since 2018, every year i am getting gas filled in ac. Whirlpool technicians were just filling the gas without properly checking where the gas leak is.
                                    This year on april 28th, 2020, they replaced the condenser and filled gas once again, charging me rs.10500. It leaked the very next day. Now the company is not attending to the problem and have stopped picking my phone. I am escalating this issue to whirlpool management and managing director since last one year but no resolution.
                                    I have paid close to rs. 17, 000 in last 2 years but still the problem persists and the company does not want to address it now. Highly frustrated with whirlpool and its management
