I have purchased a new double door refrigerator on 4th june 2020. After 15 days i started facing an issue with water leakage from back side of the refrigerator and because of that our whole floor getting wet. 15-16 times i have faced this issue. I have raised my complain on 27th july and engineer came to my house but he has not given me proper solution and ignored it. From 4 august on daily basis i am trying to call whirlpool in order to register complain but still they are not responding. They saying that they will resolve it but still one one was taking any action. Still my issue is pending. 15 days has gone but still not resolved

    I have done online payment for amc for my whirlpool topload washing machine on 14th july 2020 from whirlpool customer care representative assistance and i paid 3000 rupees for 1 year service. They told me that i will receive my soft copy of th reciept on my email in 7 days, but till now i didn't receive any papers by mail or courier. I am calling daily 2 to 3 times whirlpool customer service centre but they are telling they dont have information about amc and they arrange a call back from amc team. But till now i have not heard back from amc team regarding my amc details. They are making fun o[censored]s after taking our money. I have mailed customer support, there is no response from any side. Please help me solve this issue soon or do refund of my money.

      I have done online AMC for my whirlpool washing machine on 17th july 2020 from whirlpool customer care representative assistance and i paid money for 1 year service. They told me that i received my paper on my mail in 7 days, but till now i didn't receive any papers by mail or courier. How can i receive and when ? I m calling daily 2 to 3 times in whirlpool customer service centre but they r not able to give me proper and correct information.

        We had purchased Whirlpool refrigerator double door 500ltrs. Which is a faulty Refrigerator. As there is a water formation, unwanted voice, cooling issue. Whirlpool service center person has visited more than 8 times & replaced almost 90% of parts in this refrigerator. Still this has not resolved the issue. Whirlpool has given reply that his executive has replied that refrigerator is working properly & on other side there executives are requesting us to give time visit again for replacement of some parts. Whirlpool has lied us in writing that it is working properly but fact is that it is having same issues. We have been complaining from last 2 months but they are not responding anything now as such that customer does not exist. This will now force us to take legal actions against company in CONSUMER COURT. I have already requested many times for replacement of my refrigerator. Companies behaviour is very bad. Even executive are now not responding to our calls & messages. I have attached video of refrigerator you can hear voice & also water formation inside refrigerator.

          I purchased a whirlpool whitemagic royale washing machine in 2017, bangalore.

          It worked well for two years and started giving troubles. For last 6 months, the usage has been absolutely zero since i was not in bangalore. However, i raised a service request to whirlpool and a service engineer came today (July[protected].

          There was a power failure. He didn't even care for that and asked what was the problem. I said, there's a lot of noise when the shaft rotates at a higher speed. He just rotated the shaft and informed me, bearing has gone. It has to be replaced and it will cost minimum 5850/-.

          I said how is it possible since it is just bought 2 years back and the usage has been very less. To my surprise, he told bearings doesn't come under warranty and that's always a problem with whirlpool. Only motors comes with a warranty. Consumers fall for the trap of motor warranty. I am worried what other problems will come from such a cheap quality bearing.

          This has been a very poor quality machine from whirlpool. I had recommended to few of my friends and relatives since i trusted whirlpool brand. I also have a refrigerator from whirlpool.

          Service engineer also charged me 450/- as a service charge and said this service charge is valid only for 3 days. Within 3 days try to get the replacement.

          I appreciate this forum for taking it to the Whirlpool Customer Care.

          My primary concern is:

          1. What is the life of a bearing placed inside the washing machine? This is 50% in the machine cost. Why should someone purchase this machine?
          2. Purpose of washing machine is to use it and not to keep it as a showoff piece. However, I have not been able to use it because of this bearing issue. How is "Whirlpool" going to resolve this?
          3. If replacing the bearing which costs approximately 6000/- is the solution how often it should be replaced?
          4. Service engineer and the manager DO NOT understand the pain of a consumer. Looks like they have been advised to do what they have been doing it for years.

          Building a brand does not happen in one day. It takes years and many peoples hard work. However, the reputation can get spoiled if the concerns are not addressed correctly.

          Poor quality washing machine from Whirlpool. Dealers in Bangalore are refusing to take the machine due to this bearing noise.

              I have purchased a fridge, model : 21290, inv cnv 375 steel onyx, serial no: ine[protected], date of invoice: 19/07/2020, invoice no: gpw/sa2021/00995, from raipur electronics girish park. The fridge was delivered on 22nd july2020 and i found there is a gap of around 15 mm in the lower door, which is not closing properly. I called to the customer care [protected] for the same and got the complaint number[protected]. And got a call from mr animesh from igloo service ([protected]), who is very arrogant by his behavior. And a service engineer named ramen visited on 23rd to check the problem and suggested that it needs to apply hot gun (Although he was not sure) to solve the problem and the gap.

              My question is, i have paid full money for a new fridge not for any damaged one. Then why should i take a repaired fridge?
              Another thing, whirlpool is paying igloo service to support customer. They must be polite to the customer first. Whirlpool must think on it.

                I am really sorry to express my very bad experience faced by me against my complaint for fridge. My complaint no. Was p[protected]My mobile no. [protected]).
                Same day the technician mr pankaj kapoor (Mobile no. [protected]) visited my place & replaced 2 parts & took around 4200 (Approx) from me & instructed to me that cooling will restart after 2-3 hours. But when it doesn't happy. I personally called mr. Kapoor & informed him the status for which he assured me to visit in the morning. But when he didn't turn up despite my various unattended calls. I report back to your customer care center who assured me that by eod you will get resolution but no one even bothered to respond. I was not able to use my fridge in the scorching heat. Next dai i again tried to contact mr. Kapoor who confirmed that he is on the way to my place but resulted in total lye.
                Next day i again contacted your center & stereotype reply given to me that it will be resolved by eod. When i confronted with my past experience., the person named as rahul rudely said that you can lodge my complaint.
                I ultimately have to call third party for resolution of my complaint & paid him the charges for the same.
                From this mail i would like to bring to your attention how irresponsible persons are there in the center & giving bad name to your country.
                I will not refer anybody in my contacts to buy your product & will go to consumer court for sure.

                  I have ordered a fridge triple door on October 2019 and on 8th July it stopped working resulting in cooling issue. I raised a complaint through customer care number and mechanic came to my home on 14th July. He told that compresser is faulty and we need to replace compresser and he told he will do it in 2 days. Till now my issue is not resolved and mechanic is not answering my calls and customer care is giving me false assurances daily that it will get repair today. Kindly resolve my issue ASAP else I will lodge a case in consumer court

                    As i purchased whirlpool washing machine in the year of 2010 and so far maintained with authorised service partner of whirlpool.in the year of 2019 i have made annual maintenance contract with the authorised service partner of whirlpool and also it will expire on 14.08.2020.in this situation our machine makes trouble and i had raised complaint to the authorised service partner on 09.07.2020. But still date they are not attend my complaint...

                    Sir/Mam,
                    I am writing to you in regards of the complaint I made for my microwave which is not working.
                    An executive Mr. Kishore Hinduja came on behalf of Magic technologies dwarka sec 8 and after inspection he told that some part wasn't working so microwave has to be send to service centre and it will take 3 days to fix the same. He assured that within 24hours someone will be coming to pick up and post 3 days it will be returned. However it's been 72 hours and no one has come to pick up the product and fix the same. I have also made the advance payment of Rs.2854/- to Mr. Kishore as per his instructions. I have been calling their office and Mr. Kishore from past 2 days but their is no reply. I am very disappointed from this kind of behaviour shown by your employees and service partner.
                    I want to take this issue to top level so it can be resolved as soon as possible.
                    It's a pathetic experience from a company like Whirlpool.

                      This is worst company if you talk about customer service. From past 3 weeks iam continously taking follow ups and calling them daily approx 4-5 times but every time there word is our technician will contact you in another 1 hour but as of now in 2 weeks i have not get any resolution...2 weeks ago technician came but that time there were power cut in my house i told him wait for another 10 mints but he denied and asked for 350 rs as service charges... Atlast i paid him this amount and told him come back when i will call you... That time he told me that he will definitly come when you call but when i called him first he didnt pick my call and when i tried from different no he told me that he is out of station... Post this incident i am continously taking follow ups from whirlpool customer care but these people are not taking this in serious mode... They are so arrogant.. So i beleive i have only one option left and that is to file complaint against whirlpool and take legal action against them.
                      These people cannot take customer as granted... Team you also understand at this season when summer is in peak if i am not able to use my fridge then what is the use of it, requesting you to pls take this on priority.

                          Below is the details of the mail sent to the whirlpool team.

                          "i akshay satchit naik, registered mobile number [protected].
                          My refrigerators compressor is not working properly have registered a complaint on 5th july, technician have visited and checked but there has been no proper response back from the office. Complaint has been received by santa cruz service station panjim, goa.
                          The employees of service organization neither telling nor giving a call back whether the compressor is available in stock or not, which should just take few minutes of time to check in the system but the people don't even have the audacity to tell.
                          The compressor comes under warranty and it's has just been 1 year and 3 months for the refrigerator. A poor product from whirlpool.
                          I understand in this covid situation there is less staff but there has to be a call back from the service center.
                          Please get in touch with the team or give me the number of area service manager will speak to them.
                          Hoping to hear from you soon as possible."

                                I raised my complaint regarding irritation faced during service of my whirlpool oven.

                                On 11 may 2020 (Sr number:[protected]
                                My oven was not working (Still this not) and for this i raised a service request through your customer care number.

                                Once a service engineer visited my house and then after no calls and no pickup of calls.

                                On 4 july
                                Again i called your customer care number to know the status of my complaint but they again raised a new request. Since then i am still waiting for visit of your engineer.

                                On 7 july
                                Again i called up in morning and they asked me to wait for 2 hours but there was nothing (No calls - no visit)
                                Then again i called the customer care agent (Agent name : babli) and she told me this call is closed and you can contact the service center and disconnects the call.

                                My concern is how the customer will come to know that his call is closed without any resolution.

                                And it's been 2 month now since my first complaint and why this is still to be resolved.

                                I have mailed and tweet everywhere but they don't bothered to reply even.

                                    7 month old refrigerator warranty not covering

                                    I purchased whirlpool refrigerator from chandra traders, velachery road chennai just 7 months back. But i have not used it from long time
                                    Because i have already one old refrigerator. Recently i started using this refrigetor but i got cooling problem. So complained to customer

                                    I purchased whirlpool refrigetor on the date-29/12/2019 with 1 year fully warranty and 10 years warranty on compressor.
                                    On the date 18/06/2020 my refrigetor was not cooling. I complaint to customer care on the date 18/06/2020 but due to lockdown in chennai they registered my complaint on the date 06/07/2020 with complain number-che[protected]. Technician came to my house and after service and they asked amount rs 6000 for coil, gas and compressor. But my product was under warranty. So i was not agree to pay any extra charges. So they remove his all new parts like compressor, coil and even they not connected my old parts to refrigetor also then left from my house.in two technician one with name mohammad ali khan behavior was improper, he was shouting to customer care executive and me. Then both technician left my house without service. So please do needful for service as soon as possible and also take action on technician for his rude bevavior to client.

                                    In this case our service technician visited at customer place and found that freezer has been puncher and estimate share with customer and he is not ready to pay charges.
