I had purchased a washing machine on 19.06.2019, the bill is attached. It is fully automatic topload machine (360 bw) and have been facing drainage issues in the machine for past 4-5 days. I have been trying to register my complaint for over 4 days. Since no one responds on the contact no. [protected], ultimately, i got my complaint registered through whirlpool 's twitter handle whirlpool_india. Now, today i. E., on 29.12.2019, the service center in poothkalan, rohini sector-23, sends one mr. Rahul who says that the machine will need to be taken to workshop and it will cost rs. 3, 230/-. He doesnt answer that what is the issue, he doesnt answer that why do we need to pay when the machine is under warranty (3 years comprehensive warranty)?
Please resolve the issue as soon as possible without any charges.
