Have a whirlpool refrigerators, i have lodged a service request for my refrigerator, as i technician (Mr mujeeb of bangalore) did replace some equipment, i paid 3000 rs to themfor my service through phone pay, i asked him for the bill. He did not provide the ball, said me to send in whatsapp, did not send it, it did not work after one day, i raised complaint again, he is not bothering to come here to provide service even after making many phone call, he is not responding to my call, while i called customer care, they are replying with harsh response, they said to call again to technician again, even though i said technician are not responding to my call, they did not bother to respond properly, really frustrating service centre of whirlpool. I have paid him 3000 rs and then they don't want to provide service
