I had purchased a refrigerator 3 months back and it has stopped working since 1 week. Technician visited last wednesday and part will take 2 days it’s been a week since complain has been launched and no one has been able to update or commit timelines on when will the repair happen. I have purshased one washing machine 3 yrs ago... Till then this machine goes to service center 3-4 times... I bought this refrigerator on 15 aug 19. I visited the retailer and asked him to show the refrigerator to me once to check for any dents/ scratches. He said that its a brand new sealed pack and there is no need to check it. I was purchased whirlpool white magic washing machine 2015. Now that machine suddenly not work i called whirlpool toll free register my service request.

They sent technician he was checked and said motor and two boards contemn. Warranty only 2 years. This machine usage also very low, no physical damage.

Local brand or korean brand machines also run 8 to 10 years but whirlpool brand machine work only 3 years....

Due to your supply of manufacturing defect refrigerator i lost min rs.50, 000.00 because of spoiled vegetables, fruits, milk which we keeping in refrigerator for the past 506 days. + power consumption cost because of 1°c temperature in fridge part not in freezer.
