We bought whirlpool washing machine on feb2019 from saravana store located in t. Nagar. We are facing water tap error from the 1st usage onwards. Twice we called whirlpool service person. Still same issue we are facing. I have already raised complaint on this. Still same issue continuing. Very much disappointed on your product.

Please take necessary action on this. We need solution for this immediately.

Hello my whirlpool washing machine PCB pcb got damaged . I make it repair many times. Every time i cannt pay[protected].

There is no warranty after repair . Service centre person say that this PCB is not in market.

I am not happy with whirlpool service at all

    I have purchased auto defrost whirlpool refrigerator. But the machine doesn't defrost properly and ice formed fully inside the freezer box. Then i have switched off and kept it for about 3 hours still the ice didn't come off. Hence i have manually removed it and while doing so the gas chamber got damaged. I have raised complaint and they said they won't cover this on warranty. The response given by them was, since i used different brand stabilizer the fridge doesn't defrost automatically. This is ridiculous and the dealer or installing person have told me about this. The worst ever warranty cover terms by an company.

      Water inlet valve was replaced by the engineer on 19th. For which i paid cost and inspection charge.
      From yesterday the machine just don't start.
      Again i had to lodge complaint today.
      Whirlpool white magic fully automatic washing machine.
      Out of warranty.
      I have paid for visiting fee and cost of spare on 19th.
      Again i had to lodge complaint today due the failure of the machine.

        We purchased a 25, 000 washing machine in 2013 and have spent 25, 000 for its repairing. There are some issues in every 6 months. We have amc and still we have an expense of[protected] every time. Recently got their rat protection kitfor 1400 (For amc 750) and it was nothing but a 'jali' worth 200 maximum. It's a shame how they are fooling middle class families for their profits. I would strongly advise never to buy any product from whirlpool. If you want to burn money, only then go for their product. Whirlpool company and their products are bad, but their service is worst! Watch out for such pathetic products.

          In april 2019, i have purchase a triple door refrigerator from delhi shop, on dates 14/04/2019 refrigerator installation done via whirlpool.
          After installation, refrigerator giving shock and between today to earth there are 127 volts are available, after placing complaint and one month follow-up refrigerator replace by whirlpool but replacement product is defective also.
          Whirlpool delivered me to a refrigerator with empty compperess there are very low gas is available and cooling like a cooler.in whole day a single half letter water not getting freez in upper compartment and in whole day one litter water bottle cold like matti ka matka.

          For refund, whirlpool taking a very very long time it's 40 days completely over and he taking 30 days more for the same.

            Hi,

              I bought my washing machine in 2015.. But since 1 year it is making huge noise while in spinning phase. I stopped using the machine. I called customer care for the repair. Mechanic came to home and switched on the machine, within 5mins of time he told there is bearing problem it costs 7000 for repair and he charged 450rs for that 5mins inspection and he left. One shocking thing here is he didn't come with any tools and didn't open the machine. I stopped using the machine since 6months. How can i spend half of the washine machine cost for one single repair after 3 years of buying. Why whirlpool is making such a quality less machines. I want post in social networks to suggest my friends to jot buy any whirlpool products.

                I called the toll free number of whirlpool about my washing machine not starting. They forwarded my number to their regional service center in patna. After an hour i received a call and he told me that he has informed his engineer and he would give me a call in few minutes. I received a call from him and told him my address. He came and checked my washing machine pcb and said that it has burnt and need to be replaced by new one. I asked about its repair because it's just the capacitor which has burnt and can easily be repaired but he said it can't be repaired and must be replaced. I asked about the charge and he said it would be 3800. That was a high amount for a washing machine which coated me 15700 approximately 2.5 years back. Any way i went it for it, and paid 4270 as replacement and service charge. As i was not satisfied and felt like cheated by whirlpool company so i checked the price of pcb online and found it's available between 1600 to 2600 inr. I was shocked how the hell he could charge me so much price and the second thing is that what's the use of authorized service center when you just can't repair and in order to benefit your service center by plundering your customer, you have the straightforward policy of replacement. This is utter loot by whirlpool and nothing else as for example if you have a cut in your finger, they will suggest you to transplant your hand. For those who is planning to purchase a washing machine, i would recommend to abstain from whirlpool. Their after sales service is pathetic and inspired by plundering their customer.

                  In continuation of my e-mail dated 19.7.2017, i received a call from mr. Aakash (From phone no.[protected] at 10.43 hrs.) today i. E. 20.7.2019 from whirlpool and he stated that the company would need 15-20 days' time to replace the defective machine. To this, i replied that my complaint has already been lodged 13 days ago and the company still needs 15-20 days time to replace the machine. I also requested mr. Aakash to send me an e-mail to this effect that the machine will be replaced by whirlpool within 15-20 days' time, who committed to me that he will send the mail to this effect immediately.

                  As can be seen, no e-mail has been received by me from your side as yet (I. E. By 22.15 hrs.) to the effect that whirlpool needs 15-20 days' time to replace my machine. It is indeed surprising that a company of whirlpool's repute needs a month's time to replace the machine. From my previous experience of conversation with mr. Gaurav dobriyal and mr. Sadiq, area manager, i can reasonably assume that whirlpool has no clear cut after sales service policy for the customers who were misfortunate to buy your company's product.

                  I would therefore request you to intervene in the matter immediately and replace the defective washing machine at the earliest so that my grievance can be redressed immediately.

                    We bought top load washing machine on 2016, within 3 years spinner is not working.
                    We requested for service support, service man is telling that we have to change the bearing, it cost around 7000rs.
                    We believe in whirlpool and bought it. Within 3 years we are facing this problem, how can we spend 7k? And for bearing 6 months only.
                    Completely disappointed with whirlpool products.

                        Its just so frustrating with this company Whirlpool, and American one but selling products in India without good service or spares for its products. I bought a Whirlpool washing machine front load and it cost me Rs 25000. It gave me several problems right from replacing its motor to digital display. This time the angle supporting the drum broke. Whirlpool service says drum must be replaced. After 1 month they say drum is not available for this model. My machine has become absolutely useless just because the spare is not available with Whirlpool. WHY SELL IF YOU CANNOT SUPPLY THE SPARES OR REPAIR IT???

                          I purchased whirlpool ro water purifier in 2017 for 13k. I was facing small issues from day one.. But held during the warranty period.. I did regular filter replacement every 4 months.2019 may last week, water started coming continuosly from leakage pipe and tank will never get filled. One technician from sri aravindar services attended the issue and told me to replace all the filters inside the box for 5400 rs. Now, into 1st week of july the same issue resurfaced and i raised a new service request. New technician checked.. Was not getting any clue, called his friends, started checking some tubes... Found pressure is low and asked me to change the pump for 3600 rs, so that the product will work without an issue - maybe for another 2 months.. Again the cycle wil repeat and i need to replace another part.. Such is the product quality and the service motto of whirlpool.. Loot customer money after warranty period.. The technician s come, check and do some trial and error experiment by replacing some random parts.. And wants 290 rs for coming and checking the product... Everytime i was asking these guys for the actual problem, but only answer i get - sir replace the part and it wil work... The replaced parts have warranty of 6 months... Why you make a product which can't last even two whole years... Why the hell i should pay 10k to maintain 13k product, which i feel now is total crap.. I have already send a mail to [protected]@whirlpool.com.. And i am waiting for response.. Anyway hereafter i wil never buy whirlpool item and wil never recommend to my near and dear.. If whirlpool team reads my complaint, pls refund my 5400 rs which i paid for nothing.. And pls don't send such technicians who try to bypass the problem by simply replacing parts without finding the root cause of issue...

                          Thanks for the delayed response. In my complaint, I clearly mentioned the irresponsible attitude of the service team .still you guys called and checked with them..are you guys ""the support team" for service team or customers...did any one from your team took 5 min of your time to call me and enquire the issue..pls don't come with the answer of " your phone was out of network area"..I have been waiting for your call before taking the next step...and how the service team can state the issue has been resolved..can they produce any proof of their good service and problem solving skill.because I can...the useless product is lying in one corner of my kitchen and I have been buying can water for last 2 weeks ..in that case, Wil I take my time to write a big essay and do follow up with you guys.
                          Whirlpool team, pls show some respect for customers..my humble request is this-either sent a good technician to resolve the issue or repay my money ..if you guys won't do both and still believe yourservice team, pls respond in the same column..I will take up the matter with Whirlpool management and then consumer court.

                            To summarize I purchased a Whirlpool double door refrigerator in November (FY2018). However, post purchasing, due to manufacturing damages, it stopped functioning. Since then, I spoke to numerous customer executives, who constantly delayed the matter and finally Mr Satish informed me that a replacement would be issued. It has been over 60 days now that the commitment was provided, but it hasn't been delivered yet and no one knows the update.

                            The manager in charge- Mr Ankur Dubey (email id ) does not respond to emails, does not take calls and is least bothered in helping. It is absolutely unacceptable that a company like Whirlpool has employees like him.

                            Now Whirlpool does not respond to emails, have not replaced the refrigerator and I am running short of the warranty time now. Please help, this is cheating. Whirlpool has given me defective productive and after promising a replacement, they are now silent.

                              I have been a loyal customer of Whirpool and I was very satisfied with their products and support quality until the latest incident.

                              My washing machine's water exhaust pipe was leaking and water was coming out. I reached out to Whirlpool to had it replaced. On May 18th, 2019, the pipes were replaced. They charged me Rs. 650 + Rs. 110 + Rs.470 (visiting charges) - total Rs.1230

                              After just 1 and 1/2 months, the components they installed have broken down. I have registered a complaint and they are not responding. The dealer who replaced the pipe and component is insisting I pay them again. One of them just called me and told that it was my responsibility to check the pipe and components thoroughly for defects before they were installed. When I replied that I trusted them on supplying quality material, he said on my face that I made a mistake by trusting them!

                              I don't know what I am supposed to do now. One thing is for sure; I am going to stay away from buying any whirlpool appliances in future!

                                I buy supreme care whirlpool front loading washing machine but it giving problem from first day i hv complaint many time always engineer visit but problem not solved now before two months they asked ne they will change my machine but after two months i recieved call that sorry we received down model o[censored]r product u hv to wait more. I didnt know what will i do its totaly bad experience.

                                The Lower Section of my refrigerator is not working as it is not cooling the products placed in it. The refrigerator is not performing upto the standard. Upper is not even performing well. Please I request you to solve it sooner than possible.

                                  One year repeated complaints and follow-ups still following. Extremely bad service and behaviour of people. The back panel is big for the fit and warranty card not provided. Both have been repeatedly requested for.

                                  Got the same experience with acs as well.

                                  Reported to company again, but do not get any response.

                                  Do not buy whirlpool. You will make blunder of a mistake.

                                    This month 07th July Sunday night 7pm I booked whrilpool fridge in vasanth & co showroom thiruvallur district then received product same day night 9pm delivery boy advice me don't use this machine tommorow morning on I asked reason he told me gas overloaded new prodcut that reason only I accept the reason the on the machine Monday morning 9.15am fisrt 10min working normal condtion then noice started look like mix grinder sound the I informed to show room person Venkat - [protected] informed me sent the service perosn i switch off the machine tuesday 1pm service person Naresh - [protected] check the machine faulty we replace the machine with in 2 or 3 days i also accepted. then i called thursday they telling it will take one week time i very iritated becaue i have 2 kids one 5 months baby you kinow purpose fridge please with out fridge how to maintian milk and regular products then i sent the social media some on called me he promised within sunday or monday itself replacement done. then i agreed yesterday whirlpool service care person Rakshetha - [protected] me she informed today Tuesday morning 12pm i received the fridge but i followup again no body responce properly please resolve my issue or please refund my momey i go to next product

                                      On 03 Jul 19 nearly at 10:00 pm the right side electrical panel of the indoor unit of the AC got burst, heavy smoke was coming out of it. This was sudden and heavy. It could have been a fire hazard also. I registered a complain on their customer care no.[protected] at 08:06 am on 04 jul 19. My complaint number is CH[protected].
                                      After passing 3 days and making 7 calls to their customer care there is no response from their side. No technician has arrived yet, and believe me i doubt that they even bother to come.
                                      Right now I am felling like I am grabbed by the WHIRLPOOL of pain & suffering which i purchased at a cost of 37999/-

                                        I have purchased a 3 door refrigerator of whirpool on 27th october, 2014 from sargam india electronics pvt ltd. Now my refrigerator was not working properly. So we registered a complain regarding same. On 3rd july your one executive came and he asked that its compressor is not working and we have to refill gas also and charges will be 2000 rupees for gas and compressor is under warranty. Then on 4th july your another executive came with compressor and he worked for 1 hr on frige then he asked compressor is not taking load my senior will come tomorrow, mujh se nahi ho raha. On 5th july morning we got a call and he asked that he will come till evening. Now we got a call they are asking that its not under warranty hum log paso mai dhik kar sakte hai. When purchased in 2014 last ist thing its under warranty only they have told us for 10yrs. And we have purchaged 4yrs+ back not 5yrs completed. Apart from your customer service guys we never shown this to any one else as its under warranty, i am clearing this thing on prior notice. Senior are not taking action they are asking we can do it in money. They are asking if you want to go consumer court you can go.
