I have purchase a new whirlpool refrigerator on 8th May 2019 online through Flipkart. Due to my old refrigerator i lapsed replacement policy.
After that when we use this product it was not cooking properly. So i complainted to whirlpool company. Whirlpool Executive visited 3 times but they could not resolve cooling problem in my new refrigerator and they assure only that problem will be resolve.
I am not purchase this refrigerator...

We bought top loading whirlpool fully automatic washing machine in oct-2014. It worked well for one year as mentioned in the warranty. But from the last month, there was a heavy sound in the spin tub while rinsing and spinning.
We lodged a complaint in whirlpool customer center they said that two year warranty period was over so inspection charge will be rs 350/-. I accepted it and their person came to our home and checked the machine...

My whirlpool fridge went out of functioning from 28th May and I complained the customer care vide ticket no.DL[protected] dt29.5.2019 and then on my complaint remains and the fridge is not giving cooling. On 29th May the engineer attended from M/s, Goel Enterprises, Partarganj, Delhi and on 30th he changed the compressor, charging Rs. 7850/ the machine worked for a day and again started with no cooling, on persistent complaint, sr.engineer...

My Top Load washing machine is faulty since one month (water leakage problem and noise problem) and several times approached to the team but no response. Logged complaint but not got any reference number while registering online several times. During First visit on 22/06/2019 Rs. 500 Charge paid as visiting charge and was told that the faulty part is pulley and will bring in the next visit. During second visit another guy came with the part...

I purchased whirlpool fridge on dt.[protected] and the executive done visit for installation and guiding. but after some days fridge cooling is getting poor due to rubber not fix properly. i had complaint many times by whirlpool site, but not received any update and nobody visit to resolve my problem. why whirlpool company service is very poor. i am very disappointed with whirlpool. please solve my issue as urgent.

I raised a complaint on 2nd June on Whirlpool helpline for my fully automatic washing machine which lasted only 30 months, out of warranty hence it was a paid service. For 2 days my service was intentionally delayed and my private information was leaked to a third party ... who called me and gave me the unique complaint number send to me by Whirlpool convinced me to get the service done for 4200/- but finally charged me 5280/- by adding extra...

As per previous complaint fan has placed on the charge of 2300 rs.the same is not working and water is coming out gave complaint and MR laxman has come again and told as loos connection and he has fixed the same.but mind 3 days same problem.we have called laxman and he informed he will come.i have called almost 30 times he always lies his no is [protected] and servicing centre no is [protected].Pathetic service I never experienced this kind...

I bought a whirlpool refrigerator in December 2018 and it gave up in May 2019. The company checked the fridge and ordered a replacement but it's over 15 days and it's not replaced because of excuses of transport issues and no proper responses. Such a big name with silly excuses of transport. I purchase a whirlpool freeze dated on 7/6/2019 online at web site whirlpoolindiawstore. Com.
After payment I got a sms " Your order received order no.[protected] qty-1, Amount-Rs... "
But after two days no response. Contact no showing this site not working and email address [protected]@whirlpoolindiawstore.com sending mail failed with remark address not found.
Call centre of whirlpool say that no information regarding purchase,...

I made a Complaint 3 days ago about my refrigerator cooling problem but no response is being taken my Complaint no. Is SR Number PT[protected] ...i purchased this refrigerator on 28.03.2019 and it is covered with 10 years warranty but no response from whirlpool company... very disappointed......

My name is Karthick M i am from chennai: My washing machine problem on 31-May-2019 and i called whirlpool customer care for service my machine (Complaint No: CC151693). they send service man 01-June-2019 (Saturday) he check machine and remove the circuit board in the machine and he took the board to service center he told me i give circuit board or new board on monday 2-June-2019 but still not give board and not attending my phone call ....

Synopsis : We brought Air conditioner from Whirpool India & it got damaged. Since the product was under warranty we called up their service centre and the Air conditioner (outdoor unit) was taken up by their engineer for repair. After long follow up for around 25 days, engineer informed that the part is not available with the company hence we logged complaint on Dept. of consumer affair portal.

I have complained on 24th of may regarding very bad smell from AC. When the technician called me, I asked him to bring a water outlet pipe for AC to replace. He came without bringing that pipe and inspected the unit and charged me Rs.530 as visitng charge. He said that the pipe was not in stock and he would bring it the evening of next day, since then he post-poned multiple times and finally stopped answering my calls and also closed my complaint...

Lodged a complaint regarding fridge malfunction through the dealer on 27/05/2019 and representative from the service centre came and checked the fridge. He told us that the problem might be in the sensor but he would not change it immediately and asked us to wait for 1 or 2 days and call the centre again if the problem persisted. My refrigerator had stopped cooling. Owing to the same, i lodged a complaint and the service guy had visited on 1st may at my place. Though the problem was rectified to some extent, still had some issued owing to which the service guys visited my place over a period of a week.

However, today, i. E. 31st may, the refrigerator has again stopped cooling....
