    Dear sir/madam,

    It seems that stoppage of warranty extension calls was just for few days..

    Initially, i was getting calls for refrigerator and now i am receiving incessant calls for ac warrantee extension.

    Don't you have an iota of shame left.. No other white good company has stopped to such lows on compromising on privacy..

    Please stop calls for warrantee extension urgently else i have to go to consumer court..

    Be assured, neither me nor any one of my family members and friends are going to buy any whirlpool product.

    Shameless people please stop this. Write to me at [protected]@yahoo.co.in

    Whirlpool is just such # company which passes on the mobile numbers of its customers to various agencies for calling.. Initially, i wasn't sure who passed on as it could be store but now after facing same problem of 2 different whirlpool products bought from different store now i am clear that it is this useless piece of # whirlpool who exploits the data of its customers.

      heavy sound while spinning

      Service is very very worse.
      On 20.04.19 there was a problem related to washing machine spinning ie there was slippage between drive & driven due to v-belt loose. But service engineer replaced all internals (Which was not at all needed).

      After replacement of all the internal parts, new problem started, ie sound during spinning. Discussed with service engineer related to problem, he replied that it will set within few...

      I have whirlpool white magic 123 6.5kg machine. the authorized dealer initially said that the pcb replacement cost is rs 3800. now when he came at my home to replace the circuit, he said that it's cost is 4400rs. and he said that the warranty for the new pcb is one month only. i need a confirmation from whirlpool that the new pcb costs this much only, and also about the warranty. when you charge such an exorbitant amount why don't you provide a 6 month or a year warranty?

        Dear Sir,
        I want to present some facts which proves how whirlpool India ltd is looting the entire Nation, which will open the Biggest Scam of Whirlpool India, who sold defective Items in India and earned profits.
        On 27th September 2019, I had a teleconference with Whirlpool India ltd Delhi office and Area Manager of Mumbai. He said an Air conditioner of Rs 50000 ( Fifty thousand ) required Rs 1.5 Lakh of Spares if replacement required to change all the parts. I requested the customer care and Area Manager to reply the same words in writing by return email. He denies to provide the same. Also they only provide replacement don’t repair.

        I also want to provide some actual facts
        AC Price = 50 Thousand
        Condenser coil Replacement cost Rs = 11000 ( I Replaced in May 2018)
        Outdoor unit PCB cost = Rs 12600 + GST ( Quoted by Area Manager on 27th Sep 2019)
        There are so many other important components in AC which may cost more than 1 Lakh ( as per Area Manager – Mumbai) if we ask for replacement. It means Whirlpool is earning profits by replacing the components of AC which will cost 3 Times the cost of AC.

        I presumes they removes the spares from New AC only, it means they are paying GST for new AC of Rs 50000 to Government and selling the spares @ Rs 1.5 Lacs to customers and generating Rs 1 lakh black money per AC.

        I will also complaint about this act of M/s Whirlpool to Enforcement Directorate of India. You please take necessary action from your end.

          My whirpool single door refrigerators compressor is faulty after just 2 years from the purchase.. And the refrigerator came with 10 years of warranty for the compressor.. Now the service centre people are asking 3000 as gas filling charge.. They say that when they change compressor the existing gas will be leaked out and they ll have to fill new gas... My question is if the compressor fails 5 times in its warranty period and we keep paying 3000 as gas filling charge what is the use of warranty then... It would cost more than the whole refrigerator itself.. The whirpool call support team is bit of confused and they are being so rude at this complaint

            I purchased online Whirlpool 300L 3 door refridgerator, FP 313d Protton Roy, on the 1st of June 2019 S.No. INE[protected], Alpha steel colour from Amazon.in Within 2 months I saw water droplets from the door seal and fungus formation on the outer seal of the vegetable drawer. Technician Rajesh from Max Service Solutions Pvt. Ltd, Bangalore visited me on the 20th August 2019 complaint no. BG[protected] and advised me that if this persists the next few days to call him and share the pictures so he can apply for a replacement as per the warranty conditions. I called and booked a complaint ( Service request no. BG[protected]) on the 26th of August 2019. Provided Rajesh with proof of purchase assuring me of replacement. On the 23rd of September 2019 at 10pm, when the replacement fridge was about to be delivered I noticed it was a Crimson steel colour instead of Alpha steel colour. I did not accept delivery. Tried reaching the service manage Mr. Sundar and got no response till now. From 24th September 2019 at 10.30am Ive tried getting help and nobody has responded back including Sundar who is the head of the agency. However, when my mother tried reaching Sundar mobile no.[protected] from a different number, he picked the call instantly.And to worsen when she asked him why he wasn’t responding to her daughters calls he said he is busy and in a customers residence and hence he couldn’t take my calls. When she probed further he said he was busy and hung up abruptly.The complaint was closed despite repeated calls, on the 26th Sep 2019. I called customer service 3 times today 28th September 2019 and they finally opened a fresh complaint no.BG[protected]. I have no faith in WHIRLPOOL and they need to have stricter policy in customer grievance redressal.

            My washing machine not working yesterday and I call service center, according to his engineer pcb defect. It is only replacement and his cost is 3500+gst+service visit charge. He told It is not repaired only replaced.

              This is regarding hd[protected], hd[protected], hd[protected], hd[protected]& hd[protected]

              These are the calls registered within a span of 3 months on a single machine

              For hd[protected], your technician had replaced condensor, motor, pcb and belt on 19-june-19 but they hadn't given any receipt of change for motor and condensor.

              For hd[protected], technician had replaced pcb and conveyed it would be replaced free of cost and had taken service charges

              And now for hd[protected], technician had visited and saying that he needs to replace condenser, pcb and belt.

              Which costs me around inr4500. And the service charges as usual

              Pls confirm me why i should pay for the spares for every 3 months.

              If that is the case we don't need whirlpool products as till today i had invested more than 7k inr only for your service in the span of three months

              I would have invested the same amount in a laundry would haven't been more than 3k for the three months and they don't consume my electricity and water

              Request you to consider my concern and carry on repair at your cost or else pls refund my machine cost and take this machine back to your premises or else pls replace the machine with a new one

              Request you to pls consider my concern and revert back by tomorrow 11 am or else it may be considered that whirlpool is bluffing his customers legally.

                मैंने एक वर्लपूल रेफ्रिजरेटर ऑनलाइन फ्लिपकार्ट के माध्यम से खरीदा था . जिसका डिलीवरी होने के के बाद वर्लपूल से कॉल आया था और इंस्टॉलेशन के लिए बोला गया था लेकिन इंस्टॉलेशन के लिए कोई भी लड़का समय पर नहीं आया. क्रिकेटर आने के दो-तीन दिन बाद तक कोई भी लड़का इंस्टॉल के लिए नहीं आया । तुम्हें उस हालात को देखते हुए रेफ्रिजरेटर में पावर दिया और रेफ्रिजरेटर चालू होगी लेकिन रेफ्रिजरेटर अच्छी तरह से कॉलिंग कॉलिंग नहीं कर पा रहा था तो जिसका कंप्लेंट में है कस्टमर केयर में किया लेकिन कोई भी लड़का सर्विस के लिए नहीं आया । फिर मैंने दोबारा कंप्लेंट किया विदीन 1 महीने के बाद ।
                तो फिर सर्विस ब्वॉय आता है और प्रोडक्ट की कुछ पार्ट्स का डिफॉल्ट बताता है । और और उसके बाद बिल मांगता है। उस समय मिलना रहने के कारण लड़का कुछ अभद्र सा व्यवहार करता है और बोलता है बिल नहीं रहता है तो कंप्लेंट क्यों करते हैं। उक्त वक्त मैं घर पर नहीं था और बिल की कॉपी नहीं थी जब मैंने उनसे बात किया और बोला कि आप सीरियल नंबर को नोट करके चेक कर ले किए व्यक्त रिजल्ट कब का है और उसके आधार पर आप सर्विस कर दें तो उन्होंने बोला मुझसे नहीं हो पाएगा आप किसी और से करा लें यानी था चार्ज लगेगा । आपके प्रोडक्ट के सीरियल नंबर से ज्ञात होता है कि वह फिर एस रिजेक्टर 2019 में बना है लेकिन फिर भी आपके किसी भी सर्विस वाले ने सर्विस करने से मना कर दिया। मैं यह जानना चाहता हू। वर्लपूल जैसी ब्रांडेड कंपनी कि यह हाल होगा तो बाकी कंपनियों की क्या होगी। कृपया मुझे सर्विस देने की कष्ट करें

                  Hi team,

                  Whirlpool a well know brand in india since decades, but sometime when customer does not receive a good product and service the brand name goes to zero. Same is going on with me, i purchased whirlpool split ac 1.0 ton on 16th march 2019 from flipkart and from the very first day i was having an issue in it, less cooling a very less airflow, it take 6-7 hr to cool a 10 feet x 10 feet room and its airflow is very very less. I logged an complaint online but no one contacted me, then i called your toll-free number and logged an complaint, your technician visited and said yes cooling is very less and might be less gas in compressor is the reason, and for less airflow he cleaned the blower of indoor unit and did top-up gas in compressor, with this he assured me that it will work fine now, i kept it under testing but nothing changed, it’s as like as it was on day one, i don't know whether your technician are not well trained or if they try to fool the customer so that product goes out of warranty and then their job is done and will ask for paid service.

                  This is totally unacceptable service from a brand like whirlpool which can’t be taken forward. Here i request you to look into this matter and get the unit replaced as it was its manufactured fault and i can’t pay for this. I can’t believe on your technicians now as they already failed and now they might give another excuse till it’s out of warranty. Hope issue will be resolved and i don’t have to take it to consumer forum.

                    We purchased the whirlpool top load washing machine (Serial no: inf[protected] in july, 2016. The service engineer visited our place for demo and very casually told us about the extra products that he can upsell along with the demo. Since he had no conviction in what he was selling, we did not trust him. The following year in 2017, the same person visited us for annual maintenance. We told him that the machine was making noise and he suggested that was because the machine needs to be on the trolley for proper functioning and that the sound was normal. We bought the trolley from him for inr 1400 april 2017 (I. E. 9 months after our purchase). Again in the following year (2018) we started facing loud sound while the machine functioning and called the service engineer home for inspection. He told us that this was due some technical error and replaced some spare part and charged us around inr 1600 again. Now, as of today (1 year later) after i moved from my previous place - our machine started making loud sounds again and we called a service engineer to our new address for inspection. Since, it's a new place, a different engineer showed up. According to him, our gearbox has stopped working and the total cost for repair is inr 6200. Thing to note here is that - he told me this is all because i did not use scalegon in the last 3 years of machine use. Now, after being in regular touch with the old engineer and calling him over once every year he did not mention such a big fact to us. If he could sell us a trolley or charge service repair couldn't he sell is a scalegon for hardly inr 595??? If we can buy a machine worth inr 18, 000, can't we really afford this damn cleaning powder?
                    This just highlights the pathetic post sale service of whirlpool india and the untrained service engineers employed by the service dealers. I feel we have been mislead, misguided and looted by the service engineer involved with our case at our old address and i seek redressal for this.

                      This is to bring to your kind notice that, we have lodged the complaint before 25 days stating our washing machine is not in the working condition, how ever we are not getting support from your back end team for the rectification after taking AMC from you.

                      This attributes to the efficiency of the services that whirpool is giving to the costumer, we are writing this mail after many excuses that whirlpool has taken from us after opting for an AMC
                      1.After lodging the complaint the service personal will call us and close the complaint without attending, we wanted to know how our compliments are closed without notice. The complaints were logged on 16th July, 2019 and closed with no technician visiting. We got to know the ticket is closed after 10 days when we called back customer care.
                      Again the complaint was logged on 24th July, 2019. They assured service will be given within 24 hours, but they closed the ticket with no technician visiting. We got to know the this when we called after a week to know the status.
                      This time when we called we spoke to customer care manager Mr Praveen. He gave us technician mngrs number Mr Sunder who is responsible to Doddakennali area. He assured he will sent a technician, but there is no response from his end also.
                      We have bought whirlpool product thinking the service is awesome, but all this struggle made it a bad place for customers.
                      Technicians act as though there is no one to question them. No proper tracking process in place to even confirm with customers if service is provided or not.
                      2.Call center team, A gentle man by the name Mr. Ashish had kept our call on hold for 10 minutes and went for break, later we came to know this from other associates.
                      3.Everyone assures that the service will be provided when we call to call center, the local service providers call us and talk to us in unprofessional way which is really embarrassing being a loyal costumer to whirlpool.
                      4. If a customer opts for an AMC, it’s the fundamental responsibility of the company to provide the service within 24 hrs because AMC’s for the customers are not offered for free of cost from Whirlpool.
                      AMC documents should be handed to us in 10 days of registration. No one bothered to do so.
                      5. We called customer care several times but no technician visited till date.
                      Kindly advise do we have to go to consumer court to get it done by providing all the back ground documents to the court, we will be happy to do that as well.
                      The above-mentioned points are evident that whirl pool is working only with unethical associates and not for the customers.
                      I am writing this mail for the record purpose, kindly advise what is the next level of escalation to solve this issue.

                      Above is the mail conversation with help desk. If they can take up AMC with out the bill, then they should give resolution with the bill. I contacted Ezone for bill, they say they cant access their old database, as they shifted.

                        Hi Team,

                        Since the day we have procured this whirpool refrigerator in the month of March 2018, we are facing issues with the unit. Would like to highlight that the controller/core board was changed by whilrpool service team in first 3 months itself as it was having cooling issues. Subsequently this problem was reoccuring every 2 months and we did report everytime to the service team to address the issue. The engineer used to come and clean some parts which worked for a week or so but same cooling issue reoccurred.

                        Few days before, I raised same issue to your team and pls note that this is almost 6-7th complaint to the customer care. Engineer visited as usual and asked us to get replaced the same controller/core board. We can easily construed that the problem was with unit itself and the service team was servicing to just pass the warranty year. I am really disappointed as I chose whirpool as one of the premium brands. Nevertheless I would request you to please get this refigerator unit replaced immediately so that I may not face repititive issues and pain.

                          We bought top load whirlpool washing machine in December 2016.
                          From the beginning we have noticed some noise during rinsing and spinning. We have IFB top load in our parents home and it is noise free and even after 6 years operation there is not even a single compliant. In the first one year, we have called whirlpool technician regarding this and after inspection he said this noise is normal and nothing to worry. Right after 2 years warranty completion, there was heavy sound in the spin tub while rinsing and spinning.
                          We lodged a complaint in whirlpool customer center they said that two year warranty period was over so inspection charge will be Rs 470/-. I accepted it and their person visited our home and checked the machine and confirmed that the sound is due to the bearing problem. And also said bearing must be replaced and said the cost is around Rs 6000/- and said there wont be any warranty for this new bearings. On hearing this I was shocked, because we bought the machine for around 16, 800/- and now within 3 years we need to invest for repair ~ 7000/-. Instead of repairing it, I thought of exchanging this machine to buy front load machine from IFB or BOSCH. But the shop owner said he can refund upto 1500/- only for this machine. Again shocked after hearing this. Earlier I used to have some respect on Whirlpool brand. This is my first home appliance from Whirlpool. But after using this product, I am regretting for choosing this brand. Only hype nothing else. Machine quality and performance is utterly poor. It seems intentionally the machine life is designed for warranty period (2 years) so that company can earn more on spares. My sincere request to all the buyers please don't buy whirlpool washing machine.

                          Dear Sir, We've been using Whirlpool top load washing machine from close to three years.

                          Right from the beginning, the machine is making slight noise during spinning/rinsing. We have called whirlpool technician couple of times (during warranty period) and the technician said this noise is not a problem and can be used without any hesitation. In fact, apart from noise, there is no problem in washing efficiency and from then onwards we have been using the machine as such.

                          I have purchased AMC plan through online and at the time of purchase of AMC plan we are using the machine as usual for our daily cloths washing. Recently I have requested for technician visit and the technician said that noise is because of some problem in bearings and it is better to get replaced. Later on the owner of the service center called us and said he is not going to accept this AMC as it has been purchased through online and asking us to pay money for repair work and everything. Service center owner is very ill mannered and careless attitude. TEchnical Service requested on 20.10.2019 once and 29.10.2019 once, but he said he is not going to consider AMC.

                          Please note that AMC plan has been purchased as per company terms and conditions only which is Machine should be in working condition at the time of AMC plan purchase. If your company service center owner is not going to consider this AMC plan then please refund my AMC paid amount back asap.

                          Whirlpool customer service is pathetic. It's been more than 2 weeks the issue has not been addressed yet. Talked with multiple customer care executives also written complaint in "[protected]@whirlpool.com", but not even a sinlge reply from company side.

                          This is our first product from Whirlpool brand. Please don't make us regret for choosing whirlpool branded product by not being customer friendly and by not providing timely support.

                            This is regarding a case which i submitted on 1st september 2109 for my refrigerator (Purchased in nov 2017).

                            It's a double door refrigerator and the lower compartment is not cooling because the back compartment of freezer unit gets filled and the heater over there is melteing that issue which further blocks air to flow down to lower comaparent.

                            Service technician is fooling and doing different test on the refrigerator.

                            On 2nd sep: he identified the issue with stabilizer and change it saying it will why would you spend anymore for other component. As per him it had to be work. That day he melted that ice with around 10 ltr of hot water saying issue is resolver now.

                            On 9th i again reported for the issue and i get a new request number although i asked customer care to reopen my previous request,

                            Again next call on 10th then they route me to mr. Satish, sm for whirlpool ranchi but i got update some sensor board is not working and said me to to wait till friday for component. I didn't get any call till saturday, i called mr. Satish on saturday for update, he told me to wait till tuesday.

                            But, because of the issue i my food for around 200- 300 was getting wasted every day, i call again customer care on monday and asked them to transfer my call to some senior. I spoke to mr. Amit and he took my satish on conference and asked to resolve this issue in one day.

                            Yesterday technician again visited and replace one component for 620 and said it will work, would you waste money in sensor board. But it didn't work in last 20hrs.

                            Now, already wasted rs 3600 yet and didn't get any resolution and i know only the heater over there is not melting the ice and that's why fan i not able to push air from upper body to lower body. But because technician is too interested in doing different test on my refrigerator and making a big bill. Although my food for more than rs 2500 got wasted till now because everytime i trusted on company and the service.

                            I don't now where and how to reach yo correct person, i am writing this mail and will take help from social media to sing this act delivered by the company to a customer.

                              After calling the whirlpool customer care they sent some third party engineer who took the PCB controller by saying we will try to repair it first otherwise it has to be replaced for 6000 Rupees.

                              First of all dont whirpool has authentic service center of there own .
                              And secondly the moment they said we will try to repair i knew there major share is in selling the PCB component for which the market cost is 2600 Rupees.

                              I need an explanation on these two things..
                              1. Authorized Whirlpool service center
                              2. Huge difference in the cost of PCB component .

                              As my understanding is the major benefit in buying stuff from these big brand name is Service.

                              However, if you wont support us in the end then there is no use of trusting WHIRLPOOL.

                                  Called whirlpool india, assigned a worker from authorised centre kool care services address: a-23, street 3, chander vihar, ip extension, delhi 110092. Next day after service the refrigerator stopped working. Calling the authorised centre since two days but they don't pick calls, assign worker who doesn't pick calls, when he picks after hours, he allots time but doesn't come home saying they don't have time and so it will be done next day. Next day they say we will send someone today at given time, again the person doesn't come and switches off his phone to avoid complaints. They keep on transferring the responsibility and nobody comes to check for the faults. Careless workers appointed at the authorised centre. Nobody takes the responsibility for any work. We gave so much money for exchanging some disfunctional parts but even then the fridge is not working. There should be strict action against the manager of the company for showing such irresponsible behavior towards consumer problems. Why do they even run a authorised centre if they don't have capability and capacity to handle complaints. We didn't delay in giving them money so why is the service denied??

                                    We have purchased the whirlpool refrigerator proton model and it always had an issue of noisy or loud
                                    We have lodged complaint with customer care and engineer visited (Charges rs531/-) and said that the compressor needs to be replaced and it is under warranty, but later the owner said that it will cost rs.4000/- plus towards gas filling (Where as cost of new compressor itself is around 7000).

                                    This is totally unbearable when the compressor is under warranty. Whirlpool company do not have a transparent policy of its services.

                                    Why should a person pay the above charges when the above aid part is under warranty and recently bought.

                                    Please help look into the matter with whirlpool and kindly let us know.

                                    Also the noise is really unbearable and as i said keeps agitated all time..we can share the recorded videos with disgusting sound of the refrigerator here or anywhere you suggest.

                                    please note that they are asking to pay the amount of Rs/-4000 again and then only they would fix their faulty compressor it seems, so Whirlpool or their service team didn't help here for my complaint.
                                    Kindly let me know where to escalate this issue and talk or file a case for delivering a faulty refrigerator.

                                      We purchased a 35, 000 washing machine in
                                      Have purchased one washing machine from ril in 2017 and within 1 month issue has arise and whirlpool team took the machine and again repair and send it back to me but issue was not fully done and since day one it has a leakage problem. Now after 1 and half years machine stopped working completely and no one to listen the complaint, what kind of machine is this that, it didnt work for 1 and half years. Right now is a piece of junk and there is no one to hear the problem.
                                      Whirlpool india is a worst company to deal with. They make false commitments but never solve the problem even within warranty period. Shame to have such company... Never buy whrilpool product else one will have to repent... Our whirlpool fully automatic front load wasing machine is not repaired even after 2 months... Despite of continuous i tried to give rating 0 unfortunately i don't find it. Very bed customer service. After buying 1 products unfortunately i understand about whirlpool service. Don't go with whirlpool in future
