I have purchased wirhlpool freeze from m/s kay dee audiovision p ltd, p-5, ocean plaza, sector-18, nodia-201301 vide bill no p-304 dt 5/5/19. But it is surprise that goods delivered different or incomplete as per pics shown and discussed at show room. The first aid kit is missing.

The product must be delivered as per commitment. The company may either return the money of missing items or supply the missing items. No action has been taken by m/s whirpool.

My ac is not working properly. Very less cooling calling to customer care many times they are not responding.
How many times we have to call. When called with in 24 hours u will get a call but after 24 days also i am not getting any call

I have recently bought a Whirlpool AC from flipkart. And I have been calling them for an issue. It has been 8+ days since I logged in the complaint. My request No: BG[protected]. NO RESPONSE SO FAR FROM ANY OF THEM. I am calling them everyday, still no repsonse. please do go for Whirlpool products. If service is pathetic, So will be their product.

    I raised a complaint with whirlpool authorised service center on 08.05.2019 for 1. Refrigerator not working 2. Change of freezer frame 3. Change of freezer door 4. Change of bulb.
    On 09.05.19 service technician mayank tiwari visited and changed one part refrigerator started working.
    Regarding complaint point no. 2. Change of freezer frame 3. Change of freezer door executive told me that part is not available and company stopped providing these parts as same are obsolete.
    Authorised service center in nagpur akshay refrigrator given the same in writing in its letter head that they dont have parts and company also dont provide these parts.

    I raised the issue with whirlpool on 09.05.2019 by phone call on customer care no. And also sent an email on 09.05.2019.

    Again i followed up on customer care no on 11.05.2019 and 12.05.2019, an email reminder also sent on 11.05.2019 but till date no resolution of the same is provided.

    Even i did not get any reply on my email regarding the status of my complaint.

    You are pls. Requested to raise the issue and provide the resolution as the authorised service center providing wrong information in writing and customer care also not able to provide the resolution.

      We purchased a refrigerator from whirlpool in 2015.

      In 2016 april, a service engineer who had come for amc renewal for other whirpool appliances suggested us to avail amc for refrigerator at a discount for 2 years for the period november 2016 to november 2018.

      In 2016 november, another engineer contacted us for amc renewal. We had forgot that we had already availed amc and paid him for one year for the period november 2016 to november 2017. This means we were double booked for amc for same period.

      When we found this out and contacted, they told they will extend amc till november 2019.

      Last week, we had a problem and called for service. The service manager told amc is expired. They came and did service and charged us 2300 bucks.
      Dont you feel this is cheating?

      I am attaching the image proofs for your reference.

      Please treat this as priority and request you to respond at the earliest.

      I want nothing less than a refund.

      Or else, i am planning to take it in public forum (Social media) and file a complaint in consumer court.

      If a loyal customer who owns whirlpool fridge, washing machine, ac, water purifier is treated like this, what will you do for a normal customer?

        I raised the issue with the whirlpool customer care regarding the noise coming form the machine. Since the product was purchased only 2 years back they said its warranty period is over and we will need to pay for the services, which i had agreed. Based on the complaint a service engineer from whirlpool had visited to check on the issue and said its due to the bearing of that the noise is coming and that needs to be changed. Upon asking the cost of changing the bearing i was told that it would cost around 5500/-. This was really shocking for me as the product is hardly 2 years and right away i am facing with the product due to its poor quality. I am surprised to know the charges they levy for this. And i even informed him that the product holds a 10 year warranty for the motor, but on this he said its not part of the motor so will need to pay for changing. I really dont know if i have to believe him for the charges he quoted.

        Definitely would not recommend this product to anyone else. Both coz of its poor quality and pathetic service.

          Last three months my ac not working properly, after 3-4 minutes of switch on the ac when compressor starts running that time automatically tripped, not running at all. So calling to nearest service center (Kancheepuram) but nobody responding. They are saying will come tomorrow/day after tomorrow/withing 1 hr./on the way etc.

          Is this whirpool support service?

          I got a call from your service support chennai team and he asked about the issue in my ac, after that he took in line to nearest service center person in concall. First of all that service center person talked in bad manner. Then your chennai support team person told should not talk like this, then after long discussion, he told definitely our mechanic will attend the ac issue on 18-May-19. But nobody came on that day and i called but no response.

          It's really worst service.

          Either you take it away your ac, returned the money or else i will go for legal.

          This is too much as am following last 4 months. disgusting

            I purchased a brand new whirlpool window ac on 4th may 2019 from amazon. It wasn't cooling so i logged a complain so far there is no response from amazon or whirlpool. They just said a technician will come but whenever i try to reach any technician from their provided number of local service center and also on their global email id of cs team [protected]@whirlpool.com and [protected]@amazon.in. They just say someone wil come but technician says on call they dont handle complaints or installation for ac. Someone else will come.

            Please help me as i paid full to amazon and purchased a new ac and nobody helping me

              Hello team,

              I own a whirlpool 3d cool 1.5 ton split ac. I got it serviced on 1st april 2019 availing an annual free service.
              After the service the ac worked fine for 3-4 days and started having problem since then.
              I logged a complaint on 29-april-2019 to get it checked.
              Service request : sr no hr04190199
              Problem statement : ice formation, noise in ac and cooling issue. Maximum time issue faced at night.
              Action taken : engineer md noor came to my house and i explained the issue to him.
              As per him at that time ice was not formed hence he cannot check the issue however he did clear the filter and checked the gas which was fine.
              He asked me to take a picture of ice formation and he will call me tomorrow again to check it.
              Surprisingly he never called me and when i called he never answered.
              Challenge faced : ac is still not working fine.
              Engineer was lacking confidence and was not able to troubleshoot even when problem was explained properly.
              Ice formation and water spillage is common ac problems which is known to almost all engineers still he asked me to take a picture by opening the vent my
              When i called customer care sahil picked up the phone i explained him everything he confirmed case is closed and i need to re register the case which i have done today.
              I asked him help me with the escalation matrix he shared me a number on which i called then the person who picked up said the number is no more being used by whirlpool. Number was [protected] and has been reissued to someone else since last 2 years.

              If a normal customer has to go through these things to get his product repaired then he will never opt for this brand whirlpool again.
              Seriously i am facing a hard time this summer, kindly get this resolved.

              Note: my ac has been always handled by whirlpool engineers and its only an year old with valid amc.

              Today Again I have raised a Service Request and Complaint.
              I got call from Area Manager Rajkumar and waiting for the corrective Action to be taken.
              I was informed that I have purchased AC from Vijay Sales and now Vijay Sales onsite support have placed the call to Whirlpool Internal team for service and repair.
              I will not close this case until its resolved.

                We purchased whirlpool intellisense double door refrigerator on 19th august 2018. Within 2 months of buying, there was an issue with excessive ice formation. On registering a complaint, service personnel attended and solved the issue. Since 1st may 2019, the issue reoccured and after several followup calls with authorize service centre, 3 people had attended the issue on different days but no one trouble shooted the issue and trying to blame the user saying the freezer door was not closed properly and thats the issue. It was a pathetic show by the so called service people who are not trained and dont even know what low-med-high cooling setting in the refrigerator mean. It is clearly evident that, they are not responding well in warranty period. Request concered to sort out this issue at earliest.

                  I bought a whirlpool ac in jan 2019 and after using just 4 times, found there was no cooling at all. Technician visited my place and confirmed a leakage in the compressor. Also, call centre guy named karan cut the call and did not transfer to any senior. Such a pathetic customer service whirlpool has. I want a replacement and will never suggest anyone to buy whirlpool ac.

                  I myself have worked at a customer service centre but never had the guts to cut a customer call. Whirlpool, are you'll so cheap that you cannot afford good customer service guys. Get me a replacement or else i'm going to go to consumer court. You think i am like any other customer who will bear this nonsense. You don't know what is coming up for you'll if you don't replace the ac.

                    I have purchased whirpool refrigerator triple door 330 ltr from amazon on 20th april 2019 and delivered on 24 april 2019. From 1st day onward vegetable box were not working properly and vegetables were getting rotten. I called to whirpool engineer who came for installation and told him that cooling is proper but vegetables were getting rotten, he said it's new product and in 1 or 2 days refrigerator will work fine.

                    But surprisingly from 1st may 2019 onwards full refrigerator compartments stopped cooling. Amazon returned period is completed they said talk to whirlpool for replacement. I complained to whirpool and they sent engineer for inspection they said that gas has leaked. But i requested replacement because when it was working still vegetables were getting rotten. Whirpool call centre executive said you will get replacement but chandigarh service centre supervisor gurmeet singh outrighly denied for replacement. What's the use of buying new product from whirpool if it last for only 7-8 days. There is no escalation matrix where i can complain.

                      I raised a service request with whirlpool india on april 16 2019 for replacing the pipes that connects inlet to ro and outlet pipe, i mentioned in the request clearly that services is for replacing the pipes, sr number is hd[protected], 2 days later technician visited the house and asked about the problem, i told him to replace the pipes, then he said that he thought that service request is for replacing the pre-filter and he didn't bring the pipes, he told that he will bring the pipes next day and left, i waited 4 days no one visited, i called again customer care, for my surprise i found that the sr is pending because pre-filter is out of stock, next 2 days i explained whirlpool customer care people that i don't need filter but require a pipe replacement so that my ro works,
                      Nothing happend for next 10days, and they are not taking new request, after repeated calls to customer care i some how managed to cancel the sr num hd[protected] and raised a new sr for replacement of ro pipes on 29th apr 2019 sr number is hd[protected] after 2 days again some technician called i he said he will attend then nothing happend now it's 22 days over since my initial request, this is how pathetic is whirlpool service in hyderabad.

                          Looks like this is a product defect. I see thousands of complaints for this issue on whirlpool toploading washing machine.
                          It worked well for few years as mentioned in the warranty. But from the last month there was a heavy sound in the spin tub while rinsing and spinning.
                          We lodged a complaint in whirlpool customer center they said that two year warranty period was over so inspection charge will be rs 470/-. I accepted it and their person came to our home and checked the machine and confirmed that the sound is due to the bearing problem. And also said barring must be replaced. And said the cost is around rs 5000/- that also comes with only 2 months warranty. On hearing this i was shocked because actually we use only liquid detergent to wash the clothes and in my home only there are two persons clothes will be washed once in a week. Please dont buy whirlpool washing machine.

                            Never have i ever regretted buying a product like i am doing right now for purchasing ac from whirlpool. I raised a complaint that ac isn't cooling on april 20th and till today the engineers haven't beenvisited to check what causing that? Every day i raise a complaint, they close same day stating some lame reason, customer care dept is very very skilled to provide false expectations. The service center people don't have any skills and nor do their technicians. I have to keep on calling them every time to check if they will be visiting or not. My machine is not even one week old and i need it to be replaced. I even said i have a kid and it's impossible in this heat. But you guys are worthless. Take your machine back!!! Give me my money back.

                              Bought split ac 15 days before now there is no cooling and lot of cracking noise even after complaints at customer care. I had received no calls of executive and no executive visited even after allotted 2 hrs time. There has been very irresponsible behavior from customer care. They provided numbers of senior person st service center who sont have any manners to talk and further no help provided.

                                We purchased split ac last year. Last month there was a problem of gas leakage so we complaind to customer care. They send a technician and he hadn’t fill gas properly. Customer care people and technicians are so very smart that they filled gas that ran for only one month and after every month we have to call customer care and then they ask for like 550₹ + gas charges like 3500₹ so every month we have to call them like fools and give them money. Very very smart strategy *slow claps*. Seriously other brands are giving almost 3 months of warranty. If anyone is reading this please never buy any products of whirlpool. These people are very cheap and there only for money they are talking rudely asking money every month not at all giving proper services even though they took service charges.
                                Do not buy whirlpool products. We are seriously regretting of buying ac.

                                  This is bring to your notice about the harassment which i have gone through after purchasing the your refrigerator in the month of may 2018 previous year and that too when this item is still under warranty.

                                  215 vitamagic pro roy hc 4s

                                  The above model claims to have an auto-defrost functionality but it never worked for me. Since last year the auto-defrost is not functioning at all which resulted in the accumulation of huge amount of ice in the top most freezer compartment.

                                  When i officially logged a complaint sr # hr[protected] last year with the whirlpool customer service on 27/09/2018, they sent a service engineer from j. K enterprises, h26/23, sikanderur, gurugram, haryana.

                                  The engineer instead of replacing faulty part, he misguided me and asked me to switch off the fridge for 2 hours which would make the ice melt.

                                  The problem didn't get fixed and kept on increasing when even after keeping the fridge temperature at the lowest, the ice kept on accumulating in the chamber.

                                  Again on 13/04/2019, i raised a concern sr # hr[protected] with the whirlpool customer support team for the same issue but they didn't cared at all and even after two days no one contacted me neither from the customer service nor from the service center.

                                  Tired of waiting and getting a feel of being harassed by whirlpool india i went ahead and logged an official complaint on 15/04/2019 against whirlpool india at the national consumer forum helpline.

                                  National consumer forum complaint # 1260511.

                                  Even after that no one cared to atleast check with my issue.

                                  When i again raised an alarm by contacting the whirlpool customer service 5 times on 15/04/2019 they sent the same service engineer from j. K enterprises.

                                  The engineer on arrival opened my freezer chamber and used a hard tool (Plier) to break the ice but instead he broke the freezer chamber frame and the door (Pictures are attached with the mail).

                                  The harassment went to the next level when the engineer said that even though the refrigerator is under warranty, i have to pay for the parts which got physically damaged and that too by him.

                                  I complained about the same to the customer service and the manager of j. K enterprises mr. Vaibhav, contact number [protected] who on call said that he will make sure that all the issues were fixed and assured me of replacing all damaged and non functioning parts within the warranty and without any extra cost in next 5 days.

                                  Since 15/04/2019 it has passed more than 10 days but no one came to replace the parts.

                                  The whirlpool customer service and j. K enterprises are the equal culprit and partners in crime wherein the first didn't even do their primary job of following up with the customer and the other party too has put a false claim of "waiting for the parts" for more than 10 days now.

                                  You got an entire system full of thoroughly corrupt people where the customer service is now disconnecting my calls and even throw me back to the ivr option when i call them or ask them for escalation.

                                  The manager of j. K enterprises mr. Vaibhav and the cco mr. Rohit rajput contact number [protected] are not answering my calls anymore.

                                  I am thoroughly disappointed with whirlpool india and will move against you to the gurugram consumer court on monday 29/04/2019 if my issues are not fixed with the next two days.

                                  It has been 5 days since I have posted it under the consumer complaints but the company didn't even cared to contact me even once. They are still not interested in repairing or replacing the fridge which is now not working at all. Due to that one issue, the entire appliance is damaged now and its not functioning. Please help me in getting the damaged product replaced.

                                  On the other hand Whirlpool India is just waiting for that warranty of this refrigerator to get expire on 10th May 2019 so that they can loot me for more money. Their service is pathetic, their product is vulnerable and even worse their intentions are dangerous.

                                  This is clearly unacceptable that they haven't took any single action against this complaint since 13th April 2019 and even worse that they are not afraid of anyone.

                                  The harassment by Whirlpool India stays on for the past so many days.

                                  Received a call from Mr. Chandar from J.K Enterprises who agreed to refund the amount of the refrigerator in the next 30 days.

                                  But after 5 mins Mr. Vaibhav from the same service company refused it saying we cannot refund.

                                  I kept my refrigerator off from the past 3 days as per their instructions but they are again insisting to keep it off for 2 more days.

                                  I want a complete refund for the faulty product.

                                  When I paid Whirlpool India in order to get a working product but they failed to provide me a solution or a replacement.

                                  Please refund the entire amount of the product as I do not wish to go through all this.

                                  I cannot live without a refrigerator in this extreme hot whether.

                                      When first time technician come for installation, he put wrong connection in gas filling. After 2 min he change right connection. Also no check any gas leaking. After technician problem, his charge 4500 for charge.

                                        This is hanumantharaju, filing a complaint against one of whirlpool authorized service dealer “cool zone” (Located in chandra layout, bangalore, karnataka) for charging 10 times the actual cost of the replaced refrigerator spare parts (Timer & cut-off sensor).
                                        The details of the issue is mentioned below.
                                        I raised a refrigerator service request due to cooling issues on whirlpool web portal (http://www.customercare-co.in/whirlpool.php) on 13/04/2019. Then i got a call from a cool zone, situated at chandra layout, bangalore, claiming as received your service request & we have authorized service dealer for whirlpool. The engineer visited & checked the our 9 years old double door refrigerator. Then he replaced timer & cut-off sensor due to cooling issues
                                        The actual cost of these two products are around rs 500/- but technician charged rs 4500/-. I tried many times about this cheating over a phone, but he is not at all responding,
                                        We have invoice bill & replaced old parts with us. We trust the company & their service & price, but how this person can cheat the customer almost 10 times the actual cost of the product. The service provided is also not good.
                                        So, i request, kindly remove this kind of service provider from whirlpool dealership & ask them to refund extra-charged amount with penalty to customer. Let me know if you need any more details on this.
