From last 2 week i have been continuously receiving calls from whirlpool customer service centre. I have already informed them that i don't require any service but still receiving calls. Today i received call from no. [protected] & told her to stop this, instead she started talking rudely to me. When asked name she denied & said you complaint wherever you want. Request you to take necessary action against this immediately.

    I had purchased whirpool supreme care washing machine on aug 2017 but i have warrant for 2 years. Last month i had raised complaint regarding machine issue but service checked and gave a replacement of different model machine. I asked them how can u change the model without informing us. They are simply replying i this only we can provide sir. I[censored] not u can complaint anywhere. Later i acptd atleast pls install this machine for that also ty r denying. Worst response for whirpool customer care. No one taking responsibility. Fedup with the product and team quality. My suggestion don't buy any whirlpool products.

      My whirlpool upper load washing machine when fills water at starting, it starts draining it at the same time.And if the clothes are rinsing or washing, it stops at every minute and starts filling water again.By this the time also doesn't shows any deflection.
      Please help to solve the problem.Thank you.

        We had got whirlpool washing machine repaired under oow. They have repaired 4 times in span of 3 months & charged approx rs. 6500/- but used defective parts all the time. When we have called 4th time post finding washing machine non-functional they have denied to repair whereas it comes under repair warranty as per their policy. We have purchased new washing machine & asked them to return oow charged which they have charged. Earlier, they were in negotiation mode & asked to refund only rs 5150/- out of same but later after one month they have denied for any refund. I have all these mail communications which i can share if required.
        Earlier, i was ready to accept even partial money which they were paying as i am also working & didn't have time to indulge in such arguments. But now, they have tortured mentally to me, so i want my full oow charges money refunded along-with rs. 35000/- which i have spent on new washing machine because of their defective spares & worst service. Also, i want to claim rs. One lakh against mental trauma which i have to suffer because of their poor service.

          Dear team,

          I bought 1.5 ton inverter ac from flipkart. Installation is free. And 10 foot copper pipe got free. But technician said that for extra copper pipe i have to pay 280 rs per foot.
          And also for stand for out unit i have to pay 800 rs.

          This is a very high price.
          So i'm going to return the product as your service is so bad.

          Purchased whirlpool washing machine from shyamlal kisanlal retailer of whirlpool washing machine in subroto park, Delhi.
          4 days passed but no installation has been done by company side.
          They want only money from customer doesn't provide services. Very bad company.

            I have purchased the whirlpool fully automatic washing machine 360^ bloom wash ultra on 18.10.17 from great eastern trading co. Guwahati. Now i have been shifted to kharagpur, west bengal, india
            Today i have experienced an abnormal problem, water is draining out automatically as soon as we inlet eater started and even after switching off water drain out.
            Please resolve the issue as soon as possible by sending your executive.
            I have tried so many times with customer care number bu i failed to register complain of my machine problem.

Unfortunately the technician not came to replace the board even after one month. I have called him many times has said the part not available.               I have purchased a whirlpool washing machine 360 bloomwash on 31.01.2019 from great eastern retail private ltd. 18/2, m. G. Road. Dist. South 24 paragnaa. Kolkata 700137. Budge budge.
              Machine had been delivered on 01.02.2019 and has been installed today i. E 05.02.2019.
              The service person who arrived was insisting me constantly to install a filter with that machine otherwise the machine will damage within few months and company will not bear the cost although if it will be under warranty period. I told him i am not a novice person or not using washing machine for the first time in my life. I am using washing machine for last 20years and last few days back also i was using my lg machine. I had used that machine for last 10years and that machine didn't give me a single problem in last 10years. I went to buy lg again but great eastern salesperson told me to use whirlpool once otherwise i had full faith on lg and now today evening this service person mr. Jayanta dey totally disappointed me by saying this. If the local shop (Which is very renowned great eastern), is aware of whirlpool's service then why they have sold me the machine?
              If you don't have any filter in - built then why the sales persons don't say before selling? Why don't they say you have to buy a filter separately after purchasing the machine otherwise machine will be spoiled and company will not bear the cost. Is it not cheating with customer? That means you don't put any filter and after selling by hook and crook you try to collect extra amount by sending agents to customers home and they make different stories to confuse them and try to collect money by scaring them.
              I need proper and to the point reply for my queries. And if anything happens to my machine within the warranty period which is related with warranty issues except breakage of the top glass and if i don't get the service i will also not stop to move to consumers court.

                Dear Ma'am/ Sir,

                I, Soniya Kapoor, wants to bring into your notice about the irresponsible attitude of the Customer Care Department of Whirlpool.

                Sir, I had purchased Whirlpool Refrigerator ( model 13287 Genius Single door) ) (S.No. INC[protected] on 12th February, 2013 from M/s Gupta Electronics Subathu( Distt. Solan).I am attaching the scanned copy of invoice along with the mail.
                Last year in the month of August, I filed a complaint at your local office ( phone number [protected]) about the outer cover of freezer which was broken. As it was not under warranty period, the technician visited and charged for his visit. He took the pics of frreezer, S. No. and vegetable box( the glass of it was also broken). He came to my place after giving many calls in the month of September. He brought the cover but it was not fitted. As far as glass of vegetable box is concerned, the lady from the office refused to provide another, as according to her the company has stopped the production of this model.

                The technician came again in the month of December ( I had to call a number of times again). Again the plastic cover ( door of freezer) brought by him was not able to fit in. He apologized and opened the freezer and took away the complete body after covering the opened machine with polythene. He said that now he would be able to get the specific cover as he is carrying the body of the freezer with him.

                I have called a number of times in the office, but every time I got the same answer that the company is trying to get the cover, but it is unavailable. I filed a complaint on 31st of Janauary ( complaint number CH[protected] on Toll free number.No technician contacted me. I myself, called at whirlpool local office to at least send the technician to fit in the body of the freezer back, if they are not getting the cover of it. Kindly note that because of open machine my refrigerator has started getting spoilt.To my disappointment, no action was taken from your side. Today,[protected], I called at toll free number again and asked for the phone number of Head office so that I can file a complaint there. I was assured again that the complaint has been highlighted and action will be taken.

                I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the services of such esteemed company. Due to negligence of your technicians, my refrigerator has actually been spoiled. I have been facing mental harassment as well.

                Kindly immediately look into the matter and provide me compensation and justifiable answer within a week's time, otherwise I will be left with no option but to file a case in the consumer forum.

                  Dear sir/mam,
                  This is regarding my double door fridge. I had a trouble of my fridge that it is not cooling properly. I have raised a complaint against it and the service engineer has come and suggested for a gas fill and first taken the visiting charges 400 rs on[protected] and then on[protected] he revisited and filled the gas as he said it will be ok and he collected money 2500 rs from us. After two days the fridge was still in the same condition. When we asked the engineer he visited us and asked us to remove all the stuff from defridge and told us that the fridge will take time and will cool afterwards and went away. Since then my fridge is in the same condition with a little bit of cooling. Now again i raised a complaint on[protected] against that then the engineer revised and now he is saying that the compressor is gone. Since the first service it was in the same condition. If he had told us the same before my first complaint i would have replaced the compressor itself. I need you take action against this orelse i would go further to consumer grievance. Hope you help us in a right way.

                    I had complained about my washing machine not working on 20/01/2019. The engineer visited on 21/01/2019 where he told a part needs to be replaced. But its a week now, but the part is not yet being replaced. After contacting the engineer everyday he says i have not received the part from dahisar service station. After following up with mr akshay at dahisar service station contact no [protected] he says he has not yet received from company. He provided me with the contact no of mr vikas on [protected] whose cell is busy since an hour. After contacting on toll free no [protected], call centre employees name mr aamir, miss himanshi were unable to connect me with their senior. After all i am still unable to know from where is the replacing part going to come.
                    I had purchased machine in dec 2017 & in a years time and i have started facing problem.

                    Kindly solve my query asap.

                      This is my second mail complaining about the faulty service by mr rana and his team for my fully automatic washing machine. I have been robbed off by putting anew sensor and still with the same error, unoperational machine. On contacting them they now are asking for the change of complete panel and some more money.
                      No response from them, have been trying incharge mr rana’s number.
                      Have put my experience in social media as well.
                      Hope the authoristen to customers complaints or will adress the issue in consumer forum

                        Purchased fully automatic washing machine 3 yrs back, which had 10 yr warranty. The machine purchased for rs.24 k. It started troubling after 8 months. Later i have got it repairerd at service center. Harshita services authorised service center at vishakhapatnam. I have paid for repair expenses due to wiring issues, motor issues and every part. And made me pay rs 12k approximately for 3 complaints and they were least bithered....

                        Dear sir
                        This is to inform you for the malpractices prevelant in your company for the service repair of the washing machines.
                        There is a scam going on by your authorised head office service station, wherein they come and replace the parts and within a week the same error occurs and we are asked obnoxious amour to pay every time.
                        Moreover the head incharge mr rana at the service station refuses to come online to address the concern and his technicians keeps missing and send their juniors to come for a repair visit.
                        I have had a very bitter experience with them and inspire of paying for a new sensor and service charges last week my machine is not in working order.
                        I would like you to address it as i am going to put this experience on social media as well.

                        Have tried to get in touch with the incharge of service station on gurgaon mr Rana. Has been not responding since then.
                        Would request for an earliest solution since we are facing a lot of difficulty due to his incompetence.
                        Or please arrange for replacement of washing machine till your team can sort out the matters.
                        Have posted the experience in gurgoan social media as well, they can’t treat customers like this anymore.

                          We bought top loading whirlpool fully automatic washing machine in oct-2014. It worked well for one year as mentioned in the warranty. But from the last month, there was a heavy sound in the spin tub while rinsing and spinning.
                          We lodged a complaint in whirlpool customer center they said that two year warranty period was over so inspection charge will be rs 350/-. I accepted it and their person came to our home and checked the machine and confirmed that the sound is due to the bearing problem. And also said barring must be replaced. And said the cost is around rs 7500/- that also comes with only 2 months warranty. On hearing this i was shocked because actually we use only liquid detergent to wash the clothes and in my home only there are two-person clothes will be washed once a week. I asked him why the quality is so poor; he said all the washing machine of this company will work only for the mentioned warranty year afterward all problems will occur. Please don’t buy a whirlpool washing machine.

                          We have also been facing same issues with our Whirlpool washing machine for same model and have been advised the same as mentioned above, not sure of the correct solution and still waiting for second opinion as amount of repair suggested by Whirlpool representative seems obnoxious considering the age of machine.

                            My whirlpool refrigerator 230 im fresh direct cool model had a complaint of no optimum cooling from 8/1/2019.
                            I have registered a complaint through qrs customer care and get an id 1- 135666 on date 9/1/2019.
                            Unit was collected from my home on 10/1/2019 by new star solutions, balaramapuram, thiruvananthapuram, kerala. And they informed me that the compressor should be changed and will be delivered with in two days.
                            But i am very sad to inform you that i have not get the unit repaired yet.
                            Every time when i make a call to service center, they replay that "will be ready tomorrow". And it is now 10 days passed.
                            I request you kindly take necessary arrangement to solve my problem as early as possible. And also request to avoid such type of delay from your service providers because that will affect the reputation of the company.

                              I purchased whirlpool ro minerala 90 in june 2016 for rs.11200/-
                              Total charges paid towards part replacement: rs.8300
                              Total paid as visiting charges: rs.1160
                              No. Of technician visits post warranty: 8
                              All the services attended by sri aravindar services - chengalpattu

                              Time since filter replacement (Sediment+pre-carbon+membrane+mes) - 4 months

                              Technician attended twice in nov 2018 for issue of water not re-filling in tank and pump running continuously. First visit they told me that a valve has to be changed. It was changed in second visit and still re-filling takes hours and the pump keeps on running along with continuous drop-by drop leakage from the appliance. I even registered a negative feedback with the customer support team who called me up only for a reply that they will revert back. Since then nothing has happened.
                              A total of rs.9460/- spent to maintain a rs.11200 product in just 1 years and 6 months post the 1 year warranty.

                              Whirlpool is earning just by putting consumer to misery!!

                              27-Feb - Technician 2 says one of the membrane filter is choked and has to be changed. This filter was replaced fresh in Aug 2018. (@ Rs.2850)

                              Now once again whirlpool wants to replace parts and put the RO on testing at customer end.

                              Next complaint - replace the next part - that's Whirlpool's approach so far.

                                I raised a complaint regarding my washing machine for below issues
                                1) water intake
                                2) voltage fluctuation
                                Agent has replaced power board and value and collected 4422/- (Bill i have)
                                After 20 mins again issue came, agent again check and informed power board is not issue, issue with voltage and replaced old board in washing machine.

                                He said he will transfer money back for this power board and take back the new product, till now he didn't reached. Still now he didn't transferred money and the new part is with me.
                                Transaction done on 28 nov 2018 and today is 18 jan 2019.

                                  I register my complaint on 5th morning about my refrigerator not working. The first surprising thing happened to me that after registering the complaint some third party engineer (Who was not from authorized whirlpool service center) came to my house and removed 2 items from the fridge. And by the evening no one from authorized service center called me though they say for a call from engineer withing 2 hours of registration. When i called again to customer care, i got to know that some un-authorized guy has taken the parts.
                                  Anyway i got the items back same day but the major issue is that it's been 5 days now and refrigerator is not working. The authorized service senter named "active service center" person prashant has been saying that the part is coming from another location "within city" from "last 3 days". Today they said that they got the part but that is some other part. How it can be a reply from an authorized service center.
                                  When i called to customer care again, i was told that the part will come in another 2 more days. I wanted to know about the service sla and the escalation email id, customer care also denied to provide these details.
                                  It's been 5 days full and the problem is not resolved. I have never seen such a worst service from another brand.

                                  This problem still exist. First the it took 7-8 days to resolve the problem from whirlpool service center. That time whirlpool engineer asked me to purchase a stabilizer also from them and I purchased that in by paying him Rs1000/- more from the market price.
                                  Again the same part failed 2 weeks ago, they fixed it and again the same part failed 3rd time 4-5 days back. I have been chasing service center from last 4-5 days but no proper response. Service center person Prashant keep saying that they are working on that but not telling any tentative date. I don't know for how many more days they will take to resolve the problem. I am really regretting for purchasing whirlpool product as the service is really worst and takes lot of time. By now I have given closed to 15 days for one problem. Pathetic service.
                                  Thanks for addressing this. the problem is resolved now.
                                  Hopefully, our discussion on phone will work as a positive feedback from me.
                                  And thanks to this portal service as well for quick action with Provider.
