After purchase 2 days use of ac, not proper work. After two complain technician come but he says our fault. He charge 4500 for gas filling.
When first time technician come for installation, he put wrong connection in gas filling. After 2 min he change right connection. Also no check any gas leaking. After technician problem, his charge 4500 for charge.
My very bad experience by company and also his technician dealers also.

My ac gas is leaking in 2 months. I purchase ac in my 2020 and first leakage in 2 months. Technician fill gas. After 2 month again leak gas .technician not find leakage point. So please replace my defective ac .

    This is hanumantharaju, filing a complaint against one of whirlpool authorized service dealer “cool zone” (Located in chandra layout, bangalore, karnataka) for charging 10 times the actual cost of the replaced refrigerator spare parts (Timer & cut-off sensor).
    The details of the issue is mentioned below.
    I raised a refrigerator service request due to cooling issues on whirlpool web portal (http://www.customercare-co.in/whirlpool.php) on 13/04/2019. Then i got a call from a cool zone, situated at chandra layout, bangalore, claiming as received your service request & we have authorized service dealer for whirlpool. The engineer visited & checked the our 9 years old double door refrigerator. Then he replaced timer & cut-off sensor due to cooling issues
    The actual cost of these two products are around rs 500/- but technician charged rs 4500/-. I tried many times about this cheating over a phone, but he is not at all responding,
    We have invoice bill & replaced old parts with us. We trust the company & their service & price, but how this person can cheat the customer almost 10 times the actual cost of the product. The service provided is also not good.
    So, i request, kindly remove this kind of service provider from whirlpool dealership & ask them to refund extra-charged amount with penalty to customer. Let me know if you need any more details on this.

      I have purchased an wirlpool top loaded washing machine, 7 kg capacity on 24.03.19. After installation and at the time of cloth wash, it is seen that water leaking from the back side draining pipe in the machine. I have contacted with your customer care executive on 20.03.19 and 23.03.19, but no satisfactory reply was received from them. A person were attended in my home and try to replace said draining pipe. But said person of company failed to replace it and left from my home. Till then nobody is attended for this work.

        I have purchased a Wirlpool washing machine on 24.03.19 from Great Eastern home appliance. I have done complaint vide No.[protected] dt.14.4.19 regarding leakage of inside drain pipe of machine. There after a mechanic was attended and Shaw the drain pipe of inside machine is cracked. He left my home for replace of said pipe but till date no one attended for this work. Contacted customer care service center on 20.4.19 and 23.4.19 no satisfactory answer was received from them. Now I want to flash in local media as virul massage.

          My whirlpool microwave owen was affected by flooding incident last year in kerala. Same was taken by the authorised service centre in aluva after a months time of requesting them. They concluded that the main card touch buttons are faulty and it has to be replaced. Being financially down that time, i asked them don't repair now, will give it for repair once i have the money.
          Upon checking the owen after they returned the same, i found that they have replaced pcb with a faulty one and there was clear indication of foul play.
          My owen was submerged in water only by an inch and i had checked the pcb before giving for repair. There was no water/mud marks on the pcb while when i got back the owen, the pcb is found to be with fully dried mud which is a clear indication that the service centre has replaced my pcb with some other owen which was completely submerged in the water. Im clearly cheated.
          I hope in future, before authorising any service centre, at least you will check the credentials.

            My fridge was not cooling. i called the call center of whirlpool to request a service. i asked them for a technician so that he can check waht was problem with it. After that call executive assured me a call back within 2 hours from my local technician of whirlpool. i waited a day for call back but no call arrived. Then i called next day to whirlpool call center for the same. At last after 3 days a technician arrived. The technician said that the COMPRESSOR is not working and suggested to replace it. i agreed for replacement. After two days he replaced compressor and connected to supply and fridge stared cooling and paid them 4000 for it. When they left i relocated the fridge to its postion in kitchen and supplied it with power. But the fridge doesn't start this time. I called the technician back. Then then came back next day and said that it is your stablizer problem, your stablizer is not giving a sufficient output to fridge and asked me to repair it. Although my stablizer had very good output voltage. I repaird it but still it is not working. I then called them back but they are not responding my call now. I have tried with many other mobile nos but they are not answering them too.Now i am frustrated, not even for a single day my fridge worked. I am suffering. i have paid 4000 for its replacement but still my problem has not solved. please and please

            They will send technician & will charge for it Rs. 400+...It's company money making tactics...first provide worst product...charge hefty for visits in the name repairs...never repair giving invalid reasons & charge again for visits...Surprisingly, , , , , that too in warranty period...Best thing is to throw Whirlpool product & go for some good brands...

              My split ac is under amc. From past one year whirlpool's engineers are unable to indentify the issue. They says that there is some gas leakage but they are unable to find the source from past 1 year, they always come and fill the gas and after every 1 month the gas gets empty. There are always delays in service. I want this fixed asap or replace my unit. One year is more than enough for same issue.

                My name is suman lata gupta from rohini, delhi. I had purchased whirlpool refrigerator in june 2012, SR. No. : INE[protected].
                in feb 2019 my refrigerator was not cooling. I called customer care on 27feb 2019, the engineer came n told us to change compressor, same day he took advance from me and another engineer(sonu) came to change compressor. While replacing compressor there was shot in pcb(mother board) by mistake of engineer. But they were not ready to admit it, after 3-4days argue they changed pcb(mother board) thats also with charges.
                After 20 days by 21march 2019 i again got problem with cooling, again i made the complaint and the service provider mr. Nitin jain took 4-5 days to look after towards my problem, another engineer (rahul) came on 28 march2019 and checked here n there n released some gas from compressor and told us it will work now. After 6-7 days refrigerator again stoped cooling. Again i made complaint to customer care and service provider mr. Nitin, rahul, sonu, mr. Ajay. But no one was ready to handle it, after 3-4 days of calling and argue another engineer(abdul) came to check on 11 april 2019, and told us that your refrigerator will work by 12 april 2019, and asked us pay more charges for another part which is expensive and asked us to switch off the refrigerator for full day n night, till then its been 3 days i am calling n calling everyone but no one is picking phone, even i talked to mr. Sadiq ( manager) two times., but still not getting response. On 14april 2019 mr. Sadiq sent another engineer ( abdul), he changed thermostat in fridge n charged for it. But still its not working, i hav already paid more then 13K but still no use.
                Is there no responsibilty of whirlpool company. An does compant hire nuts engineers who even cant understand wat the problem is.
                Even i came to know from one of their engineer's that its company policy to put loads of charges on customers every time they visit customer's.
                I m tired of calling everyone, i dont know wat to do now, please sumbody help in this matter, or the whirlpool just want to sell their products and no service to their customer.

                  I am trying to solve this issue from last 15 days but its its not happened.

                  My whirlpool brand ac was stopped from 1 april and still not repaired and also not getting proper updated from your side / service provider side.

                  Sir i am request to you that kindly provide new ac as this has made become faulty just within two month.

                  Either provide me temporary ac from your side as its very difficult to handle senior citizen person in this 44 c hot summer

                  I had brought this ac because of whirlpool brand but today brand disappoint me.

                    I had issues with whirlpool water purifiers, and i made request for the service centre, serviceman came after two weeks and he changed some components and charged 3530 rupees, after they did service my water purifiers from the day it is not working, i am trying to reach the same service centre they are not responding properly, they are cheated us. Since two weeks i am calling to the service centre and no action taken so far, i am living outside country and mother is living in my home town she is very old. This the complaint of the product service against of the company.

                      I purchased a Whirlpool AC on 23rd Feb 2019.
                      It took one week and several complaints to get someone from Whirlpool to come for installation. After the technicians spent one full day working on the AC (and charged me Rs. 4, 000 for material required for this installation), they told me that there was "some issue" with the AC, and that we should not use it. They said that they would return after 2 days and fix the problem. No one came for another week - After making repeated complaints to Amazon (seller) and Whirlpool, they came again, and this time, disconnected all wires and pipes and said that the item was defective, and that Whirlpool would replace it within 3-4 days. I reported this to Amazon immediately. However, for 10 days, no one came. When I contacted the technician's manager, I was told that it would take 2-3 days more. When I contacted Whirlpool, I was informed that the item was out of stock, and that they would replace it with a 1 ton AC, but for that I would need to pay more, as that was a latest model. When I refused, I was told that the management would call me in 1.5 hours, to offer a discount and other options. This was more than 2 weeks ago. I called Whirlpool 3 times when I did not hear back from them, and on the third occasion, was transferred to the "Escalation team". The lady (Surya) told me the following:

                      A. "It is not our fault that you received a defective AC, it is 'Amazon's fault' that they sold you a defective item"
                      B. When I asked her to send this over email so that I could seek refund from Amazon, she refused. When I said that I wanted this discussion for my records, Surya's response was "This call is already being recorded, so this is on record". When I said that I would need a copy of the call recording, she got flustered and informed me that a technician would call me within 2 hours to sort out the issue.

                      I have received no call from a technician. I am aware that an email was sent to Whirlpool by the person who installed my AC with a report stating that the AC is defective and needs to be replaced (This was told me by a Whirlpool service center person - that call too should be on their records). I requested Whirlpool customer care team, over email dated 29 March 2019, to send me this email or job sheet at the earliest, confirming that the AC is defective so that I can apply to Amazon for a full refund. It took 5 days and repeated reminders for Whirlpool to send me this job sheet, but since the AC has not been uninstalled, Amazon is unable to collect it and issue refund. I have tried calling Whirlpool and emailing them on several occasions, but have received no response, except the fact that my issue has been escalated and that technician from service team will visit soon to provide options.

                      I have waited for a functional AC, for which I paid Rs. 25, 000, for one and a half months, and spent additonal Rs. 4, 000 out of my own pocket for installation, but I still have no functional AC. Whirlpool is now refusing to respond to my emails, and when I call, they place my call on hold until the call gets disconnected.

                        I purchased a whirlpool 245 l frost free double door 2 star refrigerator on 28th march 2019. The freezer compartment door is not closing properly and opens by itself and cooling in freezer compartment is very poor. I had complained to the installation technician during installation. But, he is very rude and refused to listen to me. I then complained to flipkart and they assured replacement after technician inspection. The same technician visited and after one day i received a communication from flipkart that whirlpool has refused to do anything about this defect and now nobody is willing to speak to me. What should i do with this defective refrigerator even though it is in warranty period?

                          I have got many calls from whirlpool for amc purchase from whirpool service. Centre. There have informed that there will be 2 free service although it was not mentioned in website. I have asked customer care executive, she told that its not updated in website and i assure that you will get two service and this will be mentioned in amc. After amc purchase, i called whirlpool customer service, they told only one service will be free. Earlier i was willing to purchase amc, i purchase based on assurance for two service.

                            I really feel cheated from a company like whirlpool. How can they promise in their advertisement about the 2 years warranty of the product when they are not rectifying the problem of the customer. As per the scheme they will either repair or replace the product if its faulty in first 2 years.

                            Now they are blackmailing me for 20% of the amount. They told me sent them dd first then only they will send the new machine.

                            This is how whirlppol cheat their customer.in the advertisement, they said something else and in reality they are asking for money from the customer. They should show that they will charge money for replacement (If their product is faulty in first two years) as well in their ads and brochure when a customer purchase their products. Why do they lie to the customers?

                            Is this the ethical way of doing business? I request consumer care team to help me out from this cheating of whirlpool corporation.

                            They will send technician & will charge for it Rs. 400+...It's company money making tactics...first provide worst product...charge hefty for visits in the name repairs...never repair giving invalid reasons & charge again for visits...Surprisingly, , , , , that too in warranty period...Best thing is to throw Whirlpool product & go for some good brands...

                              My issue is not resolved by the Whirlpool. I have booked the complaint on 16th March.

                              Whirlpool team have not contacted me till now. And i have just received the mail from Whirlpool that they have closed the ticket. They did not even contacted me.

                              How can they close the ticket with out resolving the problem of the customers.

                              I request consumer forum team to help me out against this fraud of Whirlpool.

                                I purchased whirlpool fridge in 2007. There is no or very less cooling in the refrigerator since january 2019. I had called whirlpool service center, they changed the compressor of the fridge and charged us rs 7500 including service charges (Rs 6500 for compressor and rs 1000 as service charge). Still the fridge having issues with cooling. We have paid a lot and in return want better service.

                                Now its april, 2019, i am very much troubled with the whirlpool service.

                                  In my washing machine water leakage problem was there. I contacted your customer care for repair on 12th march 2019. Service center person came and told it will take 7, 272 rs and problem will be fix. I will take washing machine to my service center. He harassed me about 1 month and i complaint/follow up multiple time then he returned my machine with very temporary fix.
                                  Service center person gave quick demo and shown issue has been resolved and took complete amount and went.in my 1st wash water leakage again started and machine started showing error. That person not picking up my phone. Even service center person not giving proper answer. Only telling you will receive call in next 2 hrs. But still waiting.

                                    Bought new product on 24th Feb 2019 which hardly worked for 1-2 weeks.
                                    Followed up with technical who installed but in vain no productive response. Then raised request, technician visited and arrived to issue of gas need to fill.

                                    Other technician visited and identified no gas issue its pcb issue. Almost wasted 40 days but still issue not resolved and not proper communication from Whirlpool. Daily I call customer care and ask for update. standard response technician will call after 11 but no call received yet for replacement.

                                    Still same. Got call from whirlpool head office confirmed on 4th April they are going to deliver the replacement product in 2 days. But no communication and update on product delivery. After that continuously following up by calling customer care but no clarity or proper information on delivery.

                                    Really very bad experience from whirlpool. Bought product on 24th Feb and still suffering from extreme summer due to whirlpool improper service management system.

                                      My worst experience ever with whirlpool product. The poor quality compressor motor failed within 13 month of purchase. Though it comes with 120 months warranty, the service agency is demanding rs. 5000 to fix the problem. It has been 11 days, the matter was even raised at their head office but nobody is ready to offer a solution. I am just hanging between local service agency, area service manager, customer care, and head office customer support team.

                                      My suggestion to new consumers, never buy this model of whirlpool refrigerator.
