My name is Karthick M i am from chennai: My washing machine problem on 31-May-2019 and i called whirlpool customer care for service my machine (Complaint No: CC151693). they send service man 01-June-2019 (Saturday) he check machine and remove the circuit board in the machine and he took the board to service center he told me i give circuit board or new board on monday 2-June-2019 but still not give board and not attending my phone call . again i complaint customer care they told i send service man tomorrow but till date no service man not came and not given my circuit board . this i have over stressed this my reply in customer care

      Synopsis : We brought Air conditioner from Whirpool India & it got damaged. Since the product was under warranty we called up their service centre and the Air conditioner (outdoor unit) was taken up by their engineer for repair. After long follow up for around 25 days, engineer informed that the part is not available with the company hence we logged complaint on Dept. of consumer affair portal.

      We wrote to Dy. Secretary, Dept. of Consumer affairs in this regards on 15.05.19, however till date there is no reply.

      It is almost 2 months now and the AC is returned unpaired to us by Whirlpool India

        I have complained on 24th of may regarding very bad smell from AC. When the technician called me, I asked him to bring a water outlet pipe for AC to replace. He came without bringing that pipe and inspected the unit and charged me Rs.530 as visitng charge. He said that the pipe was not in stock and he would bring it the evening of next day, since then he post-poned multiple times and finally stopped answering my calls and also closed my complaint without informing me. I opened another complaint on 31st asking them to send a technician but no one has called me since then despite calling the customer care multiple times a day and asking to talk to managers. The managers didn't talk to me saying that I will get a call from manager in 5 minutes. They told that each time I called, atleast 5-6 times.

        If suing is allowed in this country, I would have sued them to bankruptcy. I want the company to send a technician to resolve the problem as soon as possible and also refund the amount that was previously charged and also compensate me with additional amount for all this hassle.

        Issue is not yet resolved. The amount which was charged has not been refunded, let alone compensating me for all this hassle. They have also not addressed why it took this long to send a technician.

        They will send technician & will charge for it Rs. 400+...It's company money making tactics...first provide worst product...charge hefty for visits in the name repairs...never repair giving invalid reasons & charge again for visits...Best thing is to throw Whirlpool product & go for some good brands.

          Lodged a complaint regarding fridge malfunction through the dealer on 27/05/2019 and representative from the service centre came and checked the fridge. He told us that the problem might be in the sensor but he would not change it immediately and asked us to wait for 1 or 2 days and call the centre again if the problem persisted. After waiting as per his suggestion, we found that the fridge was not working properly, so we again lodged the complaint to the service centre on 01/06/2019. The service centre assured us that they would send their representative on 02/06/2019, but nobody came, and the service centre was not picking up the call at all on that day. On 03/06/2019 we again call the service centre and they again assured that they would send their representative by the evening. Till then no one has come and after long waiting we again tried to call the service centre, but no one is picking up the call again. It is found to be very much difficult to reach the service centre for getting servicing.
          Being a customer of a reputed company like whirlpool, it is very unfortunate that the service we are assured to be getting is not at all given by your company.

            "whirlpool ac not cooling properly. This happens frequently since i purchased this product. I had registered complaint in customer care, but they do not fix problem properly. This time i ask to solve problem and they ask for fees."

            - why should i pay for faulty piece?
            - every year, i register this problem. Company do not take this matter properly and i suffer even after i paid for product.

            I have registered same issue last year too.. in this portal too!

            I had bought a whirlpool air conditioner from Vasanth and co T.Nagar Chennai // almost 20 days gone, still no one come for installation & worst response from whirlpool, don't buy whirlpool products // they are cheaters & frauds...bastards
            Whirlpool is WORST...My Air conditioner is not repaired since last 2 months as part is not available with company../...even under warranty period...We also paid Service charge to technician ...but still not repaired...False commitments seems to be part of Whirlpool's policy...Shame on Whirlpool

              My refrigerator had stopped cooling. Owing to the same, i lodged a complaint and the service guy had visited on 1st may at my place. Though the problem was rectified to some extent, still had some issued owing to which the service guys visited my place over a period of a week.

              However, today, i. E. 31st may, the refrigerator has again stopped cooling.

                  Dealer : reliance retail ltd

                  Product purchase details:

                  1. 8 no. S of whirlpool split ac (Sac 1.5t, 3s, mgcl dlx, copr)
                  2. Tax invoice no. [protected]
                  3. Date : 01.02.2019
                  4. Delivery number : [protected]
                  5. Place of installation : m6, gkii market, new delhi

                  Where as in reference to above, after installation we have found the product defective and some problem occurred in the indoor unit of one unit and then subsequently second indoor unit also occurred some defect. We contacted the whirlpool and after two to three weeks of follow ups they intimated that some parts needs to be replaced. But they failed to do any action and told us that the reliance will do the replacement.

                  So we started following reliance and for the last four week, we are being given false assurance of replacement. One mr. Ashish arora ([protected]) is being followed up and he has assurred us the replacement by 28.05.2019. But till today nothing has happened.

                  Such an un professionalism is not expected from a company like whirl pool / reliance.

                  We are big interior company and has lost confidence bcoz o[censored]nprofessional attitude of both company.

                  The defective AC(s) has been recalled by the Reliance but we are clue less about how they will resolve the issue bcoz there is no communication from them of any kind. Will these two company solve the issue after the summer is over. Our whole purpose of buying the AC and utilising in summer is defeated.

                      I had purchased a new Whirlpool Washing Machine from M/s.Pittappillil agencies, Edappally, Kochi on 21st June 2016 as per the details mentioned as follows
                      Washing Machine Whirlpool FA 6.2 KG SWDEEPCLEAN 62GREY 10YMW
                      Model 31104
                      Serial No: INF[protected]

                      Since we purchased this machine the same is used a little(once or twice in a month). But its very painful to say that at present the machine is under total damage and can't able to use for the washing purpose. Regarding this we had raised a complaint to the Customer Care of Whirlpool vide Complaint No.CO[protected] on 25.05.2019 and suddenly on the same day itself the Technician of Whirlpool arrived and inspected the machine and identified that the bearing of the device got damaged and need to replace the same. Also the Technician said that this is the regular issue which is occurring in this model.

                      Its very grief to me that such a reputed company like Whirlpool is making such stupid make and trying to cheat the customer even after paying a huge amount of Rs.18500/- and have no making quality. Before this Whirlpool we used IFB for many years and even a single time we didn't faced such issues.

                      So please make an arrangement to replace the the Machine and rectify the issue on free of cost at the earliest

                        Reference be made to the request number gb[protected]. The service request was placed on 19th may, 2019. However, till date no action has been taken by whirlpool, this is highly unacceptable for such a prestigious brand. Such negligence is not all appreciated.in such hot weather, where summers are making life difficult, refrigerator also not working is making life miserable.
                        Also already refrigerator is under warranty, even then we are forced to call everyday the service engineer for updates.

                          I have registered a complaint for the repairing of my whirlpool refrigerator on 23/05/2019. (At dehradun, uttarakhand)
                          (Service request) sr number : dn[protected]

                          As told by whirlpool customer service executive engineer visiting charges will be 300 + gst. (I agreed for the same)

                          The refrigerator has been repaired by the engineer in 5 - 10 minutes with a small part being replaced costing around 600 (As told by the engineer)

                          After repeatedly asking for jobsheet/ bill / gst invoice, i have not been provided the bill yet. Engineer told that the bill will be delivered to you tomorrow.
                          But no bill received till now.

                          The same has been requested to whirlpool, dehradun, uttarakhand, service centre, and they assured the bill will issued. But still not received anything.

                          I request you to kindly provide original gst invoice of the part replaced + repairing service, amounting to rs. 900 asap.

                          This is highly unprofessional and illegal work ethics from whirlpool india

                          For the same i have called customer carer executive who said we dont take complaints like this and mail it to [protected]@whirlpool.com i mailed them, but no one has replied till date... Its better to get job done by a local engineer for all whirlpool appliances rather then paying them extra gst when they are not issuing bill...

                          THANKS, received the bill. but still I will say Whirlpool India services are unproffessional as WHEN U CHARGE GST U HAVE TO PROVIDE THE BILL INSTANTLY, not after complaining again and again for the bill ...my refrigerator got serviced on 25th May 2019 and dealer forwarded bill raised on 28 th May, , that is after raising complaint on mail. Writing bill is not luxury it is consumer's right.

                            We had purchased the ac unit on 10 feb 2019 from vijay sales outlet vasai west.in the name of bharat salvi vide reciept no 190-r-si-90281the said unit turned faulty & upon calling engineer he said ac motor then circuit & then said even compressor has issue. He said the unit will have to be replaced. Its almost 8 days he did not turn back & we are suffereing heavy heat without ac in house

                              Dear sir,
                              My whirlpool washing machine stopped working and i reported this issue to pittappillil agencies, kottayam (The dealer) because the product was still under warranty period (Paid extended warranty by dealer). The warranty was up to 30.03.2018. Technicians from hi - tech engineering came home and assessed the machine (Opposite govt. Model school, palace road, kottayam, phone[protected], claiming that they are the authorized service center representatives by whirlpool. They said the issue is with the bearing and they replaced the it. Even after doing so, the machine stopped working the following day itself. I had to contact the dealer again, the technicians came and said that the control panel they replaced was not the correct one. They said that the appropriate control panel has to come from the company. I waited for so many days for that to happen. I reached out to the dealer on 30/10/2018, by sending an email to their head office, as it was under their warranty coverage. There was a quick response, the technicians came and replaced the control panel. Recently, i noticed that the control panel which they replaced, has only 8 programmes whereas the original machine (Whirlpool stain wash ultra) has 12 programmes.
                              This is a clear case of cheating by whirlpool authorized service centre. Please make sure that service centres are capable of doing what they are supposed to do as well as replace appropriate and quality spare parts. Also, direct them to replace my washing machine with the right control panel.
                              Please make sure that the company conducts annual competency tests and make necessary changes to your staffing policies, especially with your service centers. Better the service, better the profit. We chose whirlpool with a trust because it’s an international brand. But this whole experience was a mess. I owned whirlpool products previously too. But i won’t choose it again.

                                home three times but they did not repaired my refrigerator.They took the service
                                charges of Rs.345/- also for checking of my refrigerator. But till the date they did not
                                resolved my issue.So i wants to lodge my complent against the company
                                and also wants to get resolution as soon as possible.

                                  I am totally frustrated with the way I have been treated with my fridge issue. First of I purchased this triple door 240 litre fridge from a whirlpool dealer named Manorma Electronics around October last year since March I started facing cooling issue so I raised a complaint and the technician said problem with compressor and he replaced it since it was in warranty but still I kept facing cooling issue so I again called him later he asked me to get a Spetbalizer so I did but still the issue not fixed then he stopped ignoring my calls I again complain in company helpline number he said everything ok and leaves. Then again I complain and ask for different technicians then this guy comes and sees the issue and said he will raise complain this that then after going from home he I saying everything all right blah blah which made me real angry finally like this today in may I again dropped 2-3 complaints but never received any response. I think I have to lodge a complain in consumer court since I have not received any satisfactiory resolution in this issue.

                                  When I open the door of refrigerator the above vent finds some leaking.water drops are running down.

                                    Here I would like to mention that Whirlpool people are harassing so much for repair of a fridge. We never had such a bad experience with any of the companies. We have spent a lot of amount already and issue is not getting resolved. We have complained multiple times but no outcome yet.

                                    Worst service by Whirlpool.

                                      Hi, i have raised a complaint for my washing machine which is under warranty. Request no:cn[protected] dated on 09may2019. They have assigned a technician from arivand agencies. I have submitted my bill and warranty card to the technician. They are stating like without purchasing the accessories from them they wont replace the failed parts. Also i have complaint to the agencies manager karthik: [protected], he is also stating the same and behaving very rude. I haven't faced such bad customer support like whirlpool till now. I suggesting customers please don't buy whirlpool products.

                                        I made a complaint for low cooling of my fridge on 12th may, an executive from whirlpool visited me and opened the relay, broke it and said it is the faulty part, changed it and left saying the fridge would work fine. The same issue persists and after calling them the next day, another executive visits, and says there are 2 more faulty parts which will be replaced. This is simply fooling customers. Had they given me the entire list of items that needs to be changed with their costs i would have better decided to buy a new fridge. It makes no point to spend over 10000 on an old fridge. On complaining the same to customer centre, they mentioned we do not have any details on pricing of parts or what the service provider is doing. This is a complete fraud being run by whirlpool where they are only interested in getting visit charges and let the service providers do any harm to the customers. This is the most pathetic experience i have had with any reputed brand.
