i want infor you that i have complaint ragistered in whirlpool company about my single door fridge not working, and technician come in my home and not properly check and also miss bihaviour with me when present my family and also charges 354 rupees than i have again complaint ragistered then come another technician, change fridge compressor or gas charging solve my problem but he charges more amount whirlpool compressor mrp price 2923 and gas mrp price 650 and not use total gas but he charges total 4000 rupees,
so please help me

    I had purchased a new Whirlpool Washing Machine from M/s.Pittappillil agencies, Edappally, Kochi on 21st June 2016 as per the details mentioned as follows
    Washing Machine Whirlpool FA 6.2 KG SWDEEPCLEAN 62GREY 10YMW
    Model 31104
    Serial No: INF[protected]

    Since we purchased this machine the same is used a little(once or twice in a month). But its very painful to say that at present the machine is under total damage and can't able to use for the washing purpose. Regarding this we had raised a complaint to the Customer Care of Whirlpool vide Complaint No.CO[protected] on 25.05.2019 and suddenly on the same day itself the Technician of Whirlpool arrived and inspected the machine and identified that the bearing of the device got damaged and need to replace the same. Also the Technician said that this is the regular issue which is occurring in this model.

    Its very grief to me that such a reputed company like Whirlpool is making such stupid make and trying to cheat the customer even after paying a huge amount of Rs.18500/- and have no making quality. Before this Whirlpool we used IFB for many years and even a single time we didn't faced such issues.

    So please make an arrangement to replace the the Machine and rectify the issue on free of cost at the earliest

      Reference be made to the request number gb[protected]. The service request was placed on 19th may, 2019. However, till date no action has been taken by whirlpool, this is highly unacceptable for such a prestigious brand. Such negligence is not all appreciated.in such hot weather, where summers are making life difficult, refrigerator also not working is making life miserable.
      Also already refrigerator is under warranty, even then we are forced to call everyday the service engineer for updates.

        I have registered a complaint for the repairing of my whirlpool refrigerator on 23/05/2019. (At dehradun, uttarakhand)
        (Service request) sr number : dn[protected]

        As told by whirlpool customer service executive engineer visiting charges will be 300 + gst. (I agreed for the same)

        The refrigerator has been repaired by the engineer in 5 - 10 minutes with a small part being replaced costing around 600 (As told by the engineer)

        After repeatedly asking for jobsheet/ bill / gst invoice, i have not been provided the bill yet. Engineer told that the bill will be delivered to you tomorrow.
        But no bill received till now.

        The same has been requested to whirlpool, dehradun, uttarakhand, service centre, and they assured the bill will issued. But still not received anything.

        I request you to kindly provide original gst invoice of the part replaced + repairing service, amounting to rs. 900 asap.

        This is highly unprofessional and illegal work ethics from whirlpool india

        For the same i have called customer carer executive who said we dont take complaints like this and mail it to [protected]@whirlpool.com i mailed them, but no one has replied till date... Its better to get job done by a local engineer for all whirlpool appliances rather then paying them extra gst when they are not issuing bill...

        THANKS, received the bill. but still I will say Whirlpool India services are unproffessional as WHEN U CHARGE GST U HAVE TO PROVIDE THE BILL INSTANTLY, not after complaining again and again for the bill ...my refrigerator got serviced on 25th May 2019 and dealer forwarded bill raised on 28 th May, , that is after raising complaint on mail. Writing bill is not luxury it is consumer's right.

          We had purchased the ac unit on 10 feb 2019 from vijay sales outlet vasai west.in the name of bharat salvi vide reciept no 190-r-si-90281the said unit turned faulty & upon calling engineer he said ac motor then circuit & then said even compressor has issue. He said the unit will have to be replaced. Its almost 8 days he did not turn back & we are suffereing heavy heat without ac in house

            Dear sir,
            My whirlpool washing machine stopped working and i reported this issue to pittappillil agencies, kottayam (The dealer) because the product was still under warranty period (Paid extended warranty by dealer). The warranty was up to 30.03.2018. Technicians from hi - tech engineering came home and assessed the machine (Opposite govt. Model school, palace road, kottayam, phone[protected], claiming that they are the authorized service center representatives by whirlpool. They said the issue is with the bearing and they replaced the it. Even after doing so, the machine stopped working the following day itself. I had to contact the dealer again, the technicians came and said that the control panel they replaced was not the correct one. They said that the appropriate control panel has to come from the company. I waited for so many days for that to happen. I reached out to the dealer on 30/10/2018, by sending an email to their head office, as it was under their warranty coverage. There was a quick response, the technicians came and replaced the control panel. Recently, i noticed that the control panel which they replaced, has only 8 programmes whereas the original machine (Whirlpool stain wash ultra) has 12 programmes.
            This is a clear case of cheating by whirlpool authorized service centre. Please make sure that service centres are capable of doing what they are supposed to do as well as replace appropriate and quality spare parts. Also, direct them to replace my washing machine with the right control panel.
            Please make sure that the company conducts annual competency tests and make necessary changes to your staffing policies, especially with your service centers. Better the service, better the profit. We chose whirlpool with a trust because it’s an international brand. But this whole experience was a mess. I owned whirlpool products previously too. But i won’t choose it again.

              resolved my issue.So i wants to lodge my complent against the company
              and also wants to get resolution as soon as possible.

                I am totally frustrated with the way I have been treated with my fridge issue. First of I purchased this triple door 240 litre fridge from a whirlpool dealer named Manorma Electronics around October last year since March I started facing cooling issue so I raised a complaint and the technician said problem with compressor and he replaced it since it was in warranty but still I kept facing cooling issue so I again called him later he asked me to get a Spetbalizer so I did but still the issue not fixed then he stopped ignoring my calls I again complain in company helpline number he said everything ok and leaves. Then again I complain and ask for different technicians then this guy comes and sees the issue and said he will raise complain this that then after going from home he I saying everything all right blah blah which made me real angry finally like this today in may I again dropped 2-3 complaints but never received any response. I think I have to lodge a complain in consumer court since I have not received any satisfactiory resolution in this issue.

                  Here I would like to mention that Whirlpool people are harassing so much for repair of a fridge. We never had such a bad experience with any of the companies. We have spent a lot of amount already and issue is not getting resolved. We have complained multiple times but no outcome yet.

                  Worst service by Whirlpool.

                    Hi, i have raised a complaint for my washing machine which is under warranty. Request no:cn[protected] dated on 09may2019. They have assigned a technician from arivand agencies. I have submitted my bill and warranty card to the technician. They are stating like without purchasing the accessories from them they wont replace the failed parts.                       I made a complaint for low cooling of my fridge on 12th may, an executive from whirlpool visited me and opened the relay, broke it and said it is the faulty part, changed it and left saying the fridge would work fine. The same issue persists and after calling them the next day, another executive visits, and says there are 2 more faulty parts which will be replaced. This is simply fooling customers. Had they given me the entire list of items that needs to be changed with their costs i would have better decided to buy a new fridge. It makes no point to spend over 10000 on an old fridge. On complaining the same to customer centre, they mentioned we do not have any details on pricing of parts or what the service provider is doing. This is a complete fraud being run by whirlpool where they are only interested in getting visit charges and let the service providers do any harm to the customers. This is the most pathetic experience i have had with any reputed brand.

                          I have purchased wirhlpool freeze from m/s kay dee audiovision p ltd, p-5, ocean plaza, sector-18, nodia-201301 vide bill no p-304 dt 5/5/19. But it is surprise that goods delivered different or incomplete as per pics shown and discussed at show room. The first aid kit is missing.

                          The product must be delivered as per commitment. The company may either return the money of missing items or supply the missing items. No action has been taken by m/s whirpool.

                          I have recently bought a Whirlpool AC from flipkart. And I have been calling them for an issue. It has been 8+ days since I logged in the complaint.                             I raised a complaint with whirlpool authorised service center on 08.05.2019 for 1. Refrigerator not working 2. Change of freezer frame 3. Change of freezer door 4. Change of bulb.
                            On 09.05.19 service technician mayank tiwari visited and changed one part refrigerator started working.
                            Regarding complaint point no. 2. Change of freezer frame 3. Change of freezer door executive told me that part is not available and company stopped providing these parts as same are obsolete.
                            Authorised service center in nagpur akshay refrigrator given the same in writing in its letter head that they dont have parts and company also dont provide these parts.

                            I raised the issue with whirlpool on 09.05.2019 by phone call on customer care no. And also sent an email on 09.05.2019.

                            Again i followed up on customer care no on 11.05.2019 and 12.05.2019, an email reminder also sent on 11.05.2019 but till date no resolution of the same is provided.

                            Even i did not get any reply on my email regarding the status of my complaint.

                            You are pls. Requested to raise the issue and provide the resolution as the authorised service center providing wrong information in writing and customer care also not able to provide the resolution.

                              We purchased a refrigerator from whirlpool in 2015.

                              In 2016 april, a service engineer who had come for amc renewal for other whirpool appliances suggested us to avail amc for refrigerator at a discount for 2 years for the period november 2016 to november 2018.

                              In 2016 november, another engineer contacted us for amc renewal. We had forgot that we had already availed amc and paid him for one year for the period november 2016 to november 2017. This means we were double booked for amc for same period.

                              When we found this out and contacted, they told they will extend amc till november 2019.

                              Last week, we had a problem and called for service. The service manager told amc is expired. They came and did service and charged us 2300 bucks.
                              Dont you feel this is cheating?

                              I am attaching the image proofs for your reference.

                              Please treat this as priority and request you to respond at the earliest.

                              I want nothing less than a refund.

                              Or else, i am planning to take it in public forum (Social media) and file a complaint in consumer court.

                              If a loyal customer who owns whirlpool fridge, washing machine, ac, water purifier is treated like this, what will you do for a normal customer?

                                I raised the issue with the whirlpool customer care regarding the noise coming form the machine. Since the product was purchased only 2 years back they said its warranty period is over and we will need to pay for the services, which i had agreed. Based on the complaint a service engineer from whirlpool had visited to check on the issue and said its due to the bearing of that the noise is coming and that needs to be changed. Upon asking the cost of changing the bearing i was told that it would cost around 5500/-. This was really shocking for me as the product is hardly 2 years and right away i am facing with the product due to its poor quality. I am surprised to know the charges they levy for this. And i even informed him that the product holds a 10 year warranty for the motor, but on this he said its not part of the motor so will need to pay for changing. I really dont know if i have to believe him for the charges he quoted.

                                Definitely would not recommend this product to anyone else. Both coz of its poor quality and pathetic service.

                                  Last three months my ac not working properly, after 3-4 minutes of switch on the ac when compressor starts running that time automatically tripped, not running at all. So calling to nearest service center (Kancheepuram) but nobody responding. They are saying will come tomorrow/day after tomorrow/withing 1 hr./on the way etc.

                                  Is this whirpool support service?

                                  I got a call from your service support chennai team and he asked about the issue in my ac, after that he took in line to nearest service center person in concall. First of all that service center person talked in bad manner. Then your chennai support team person told should not talk like this, then after long discussion, he told definitely our mechanic will attend the ac issue on 18-May-19. But nobody came on that day and i called but no response.

                                  It's really worst service.

                                  Either you take it away your ac, returned the money or else i will go for legal.

                                  This is too much as am following last 4 months. disgusting

                                    I purchased a brand new whirlpool window ac on 4th may 2019 from amazon. It wasn't cooling so i logged a complain so far there is no response from amazon or whirlpool. They just said a technician will come but whenever i try to reach any technician from their provided number of local service center and also on their global email id of cs team [protected]@whirlpool.com and [protected]@amazon.in. They just say someone wil come but technician says on call they dont handle complaints or installation for ac. Someone else will come.

                                    Please help me as i paid full to amazon and purchased a new ac and nobody helping me

                                      Hello team,

                                      I own a whirlpool 3d cool 1.5 ton split ac. I got it serviced on 1st april 2019 availing an annual free service.
                                      After the service the ac worked fine for 3-4 days and started having problem since then.
                                      I logged a complaint on 29-april-2019 to get it checked.
                                      Service request : sr no hr04190199
                                      Problem statement : ice formation, noise in ac and cooling issue. Maximum time issue faced at night.
                                      Action taken : engineer md noor came to my house and i explained the issue to him.
                                      As per him at that time ice was not formed hence he cannot check the issue however he did clear the filter and checked the gas which was fine.
                                      He asked me to take a picture of ice formation and he will call me tomorrow again to check it.
                                      Surprisingly he never called me and when i called he never answered.
                                      Challenge faced : ac is still not working fine.
                                      Engineer was lacking confidence and was not able to troubleshoot even when problem was explained properly.
                                      Ice formation and water spillage is common ac problems which is known to almost all engineers still he asked me to take a picture by opening the vent my
                                      When i called customer care sahil picked up the phone i explained him everything he confirmed case is closed and i need to re register the case which i have done today.
                                      I asked him help me with the escalation matrix he shared me a number on which i called then the person who picked up said the number is no more being used by whirlpool. Number was [protected] and has been reissued to someone else since last 2 years.

                                      If a normal customer has to go through these things to get his product repaired then he will never opt for this brand whirlpool again.
                                      Seriously i am facing a hard time this summer, kindly get this resolved.

                                      Note: my ac has been always handled by whirlpool engineers and its only an year old with valid amc.

                                      Today Again I have raised a Service Request and Complaint.
                                      I got call from Area Manager Rajkumar and waiting for the corrective Action to be taken.
                                      I was informed that I have purchased AC from Vijay Sales and now Vijay Sales onsite support have placed the call to Whirlpool Internal team for service and repair.
                                      I will not close this case until its resolved.

                                        We purchased whirlpool intellisense double door refrigerator on 19th august 2018. Within 2 months of buying, there was an issue with excessive ice formation. On registering a complaint, service personnel attended and solved the issue. Since 1st may 2019, the issue reoccured and after several followup calls with authorize service centre, 3 people had attended the issue on different days but no one trouble shooted the issue and trying to blame the user saying the freezer door was not closed properly and thats the issue. It was a pathetic show by the so called service people who are not trained and dont even know what low-med-high cooling setting in the refrigerator mean. It is clearly evident that, they are not responding well in warranty period. Request concered to sort out this issue at earliest.
