Dear madam/sir,
Although, we purchased your whirlpool washing machine 2.5 years back, but we have used it effectively less than a year due to our transfer. Since last 2 months it sound very noisy, which is unbearable for us as well as for all our neighbors.

We made complain and service technician visited us on 2nd march 2019. The job no. 11597, sri maruthi electronics, khairatabad, hyderabad - 500004. He told us that, full gear system needs to be replaced which may cost more than[protected]/- and also suggested to use water softener (2-3k) else again it may damaged.
Almost all our neighbors either have samsung/ ifb washing machine and they are using same water (Manjeera supply water) since many years... None of them has similar complaints. Further, we would like to mention here that we have decided not to invest again almost half of the price of washing machine, i. E. More than 7-8k inr for 2 year old 15k washing machine. The hard water logic given by your service technician looks unjustified & foolish if we refer other brands using same water/same building.
Requesting you to regain faith of one of your loyal customer in your brand by intervening in this matter asap. We are so frustrated, if nothing can be done from your end, we are planning to donate your whirlpool washing machine to our society to use as dustbin in front of our gate, so everyone passing by should see the correct usage of the same. Many of our neighbors already knows that we are using whirlpool washing machine which make unbearable noise.
We hope whirlpool as big brand would never like to be humiliated due to one of its faulty product and also save one of their loyal customer.
Please intervene in this matter and let us know your corrective steps. Else please provide your zonal/country sales/service/marketing head contact details. We can also find via social networking sites (Linkedin as well), if not provided.

This is to bring to your notice that the previous complaint has not been resolved as yet. All that happened was that one Jasvir Singh came and got us to sign a form where we again mentioned all the problems and he left. (Copy attached)
Now the machine is malfunctioning; not spinning the clothes adequately on a regular cycle and there is a smell of electric burning from the machine. So from a badly working machine we now have a non working machine. I am surprised how your people are saying that the complaint has been resolved!
I have had a Whirlpool washing machine before this and I was satisfied enough to buy the same brand. However, the new machine is not working properly since the very first wash and I am really disappointed with the quality of your service.
Please resolve this issue, or take back the machine. I do not wish to have to resort to anything else.
