We have purchased the machine in november 2016,
the problem started in the month of october 2018 .we had called upon the service person who had charged us 5000 for changing a the drainage motor, bearing and drainage sensor in the month of december .the machine broke down once again and once again we had called upon the service person .and he said that we had to pay a huge amount of 4000 to get it repaired to change a few parts. but the machines total cost is 11000 .we are literally supposed to pay two third the entire amount for which we bought the entire machine.its taking a toll of 4000 every time it breaks down but still we we are given no guarantee the machine will work properly. we are regretting having bought the machine.

    We have bought a 9.5kg washing machine in January this year(W/M TL 9.5KG 360 BE PRO-H GRP) through Croma.

    We are most dissatisfied with the wash quality.

    Firstly the water doesn’t fill and submerge the clothes fully despite trying all different options. So the detergent does not get rinsed properly.

    Secondly the clothes come out completely knotted. It seems they are being pulled apart!

    Nobody seems to respond to our complaints. Please have someone knowledgeable contact us.

    Earlier the machine stopped working completely and a whirlpool technician came and reset some electronic card. The whole experience has been very irritating.

    We had a whirlpool machine since 2003 and it worked well, no knotted clothes and no residual soap.

    Please provide some support.

    Dear sir,

    This is to bring to your notice that the previous complaint has not been resolved as yet. All that happened was that one Jasvir Singh came and got us to sign a form where we again mentioned all the problems and he left. (Copy attached)

    Now the machine is malfunctioning; not spinning the clothes adequately on a regular cycle and there is a smell of electric burning from the machine. So from a badly working machine we now have a non working machine. I am surprised how your people are saying that the complaint has been resolved!

    I have had a Whirlpool washing machine before this and I was satisfied enough to buy the same brand. However, the new machine is not working properly since the very first wash and I am really disappointed with the quality of your service.
    Please resolve this issue, or take back the machine. I do not wish to have to resort to anything else.

      I bought 6.2 kg fully automatic top load washing machine in aug 2015. After 3.5 years suddenly there is heavy noise in rinse and spin cycles.

      I called whirlpool customer service and scheduled a visit. The technician examined the washing machine and said the problem is with the bearing. The gear system with bearings needs to be replaced. As the warranty period has ended, it will cost around rs. 5800/-

      It is almost one third of the washing machine cost. He said this is very normal with whirlpool machines. If this is the way and we need to pay one third the cost of new machine for repairs of bearing then this is totally bad product.

      I will advise to avoid whirlpool washing machines. I was planning for upgrading to front load in a year. Now whirlpool is out of the shortlisted brands. Lucky that i became aware of this problem with whirlpool before buying my front load washing machine.

      Avoid whirlpool washing machine even if it is cheaper a few thousands as compared to other brands.

      Our washing machine was repaired and replaced for a motor and display very recently by end of January and mid of February. Few days back fire sparks started emerging from it. We have been calling customer care many times but nobody turned up for the service. its almost a week or so.

        I regret buying washing machine from whirlpool, back to back this machine is troubling since february, after every check up each engineer gives different reasons.. They are harassing me forcing me to spend more money on washing machine which is under warranty,
        The machine cost is inr35000 already, spent on machine’s belt, on someother things as well after spending this much why would i spend more? If i didn’t get my machine repaired i will take a legal action against this company for charging more money under warranty time.

          Whirlpool is playing worst services in market,

          Our washing machine was repair, so i rise a complaint, service advisor came and attended the complaint on 25/2/2019 and he charged 8000rs, but it's not working,

          He said, i we don't have some spares. I ll get u in 2 days, almost 1 month is finished, no response from him.

          This is very irresponsible form company side.

          I feel very sad to complain again and again on same issue, i have been addressing my issue 21th time in this month. No service men responds well, even after i paid a service charge of 8000 my problem not resolved yet. I gave complaint to customer care 4 to 5 times. Every day i calling to service men and manager . I was fed up complaining again and again on same issue, but no response from your end. As a customer i was very unsatisfied with your services. Is this value you give to customers. Is this the way you treat customers. From past 2 month my washing machine was not working. Even now i called customer care service and service person. Still yet no response. Awaiting a quick response.

          They will send technician & will charge for it Rs. 400+...It's company money making tactics...first provide worst product...charge hefty for visits in the name repairs...never repair giving invalid reasons & charge again for visits...Surprisingly, , , , , that too in warranty period...Best thing is to throw Whirlpool product & go for some good brands...

              I am using fully automatic washing machine and my machine is under and within warranty period. I have lodged a compliant on 25/02/19 as the upper lid had been detached from the hinge. Two mechanic visited the place and fixed the lid with some locally purchased adhesive tape. They have been told that the tape is not fixed and that was not proper tape for the heavy lid but they refused to acceed my request and asking for service charges for rs 1000/- for two person plus rs 100/- for tape charges. But i have instructed from customer care center that only rs 140/ has to be given for mishandling charges only nothing else as machine is under warranty period. On 13/03/19 the same problem again arise and lodged a compliant at service call center [protected] but till date no representative has visited to resolve the issue. I have called for reminder on 14/03/ and 15/03/19 but no one contacted so far.
              It is pertinet to add that ai am your customer since 02.01 2001 and using your product since that time i. E semi auto machine and refrigerator etc but i have never faced such type of irresponsible service from your side earlier. I have also contacted mr raunak your area manager of himachal but no response has been received from him also. Kindly resolve the issue otherwis i am compelled to take up the matter in consumer court.

              I have a Issue with my washing machine that the tub is not spinning . The service man visited and just drained the water from it and it started working... He did not opened a single screw or had done any repairs and demanded for 140 rupees as mishandling charges.. and my washing machine is in warranty period and just 6 months old ... Is this the service are you providing whirlpool ... Why should I pay 140?? Even after the machine is in warranty...
              I think that I had done a big mistake by choosing your brand ..
              You should be ashamed on the service you're providing and demanding money..

                Hi,
                I am writing this complaint because of the sufferings i have gone through after registering my complaint. Your service team took my machine and till now they didn't respond. I have registered this complaint on february - 2nd. Mainly it was making too much noise during washing. So i thought to fix it. Please find the series of events happened

                Feb -2 - i registered the complaint in whirlpool customer care
                Feb-5 - one of your service person came to my home on feb-5 and told that he has to take this machine to your service center
                Feb-11/ feb-12 - your team came to my home and took my machine. I specifically told them that they have to check and let me know how much cost will it take. Based on that, i have to take my decision. They didn’t respond also.
                Feb-16 - i called to the service center. They told that the windings have to be replaced and they will provide my machine on feb-18 or feb-19. They didn’t give the machine
                Feb-21/feb-22/feb-23 - i called many time to this service center and they didn’t attend my call or else they were busy
                Feb - 26 - i called again to whirlpool customer care. They have told that they will check and will call me back after they have escalated to service team
                Feb-28 - since i didn’t get any call back, i have again contacted your customer care and your customer care executive checked with service center and told me that everything got fixed and they will return my machine within 48 hours
                March - 04 - since i didn’t get my machine and your team didn’t respond, i called again your customer care and they told that they will check and call me back. The same thing happened on march -06
                March -09 - i called again your customer care and i explained all these. He told that he will connect me with his supervisor within half an hour and i didn’t get any response
                March -11 - i again called your customer care and this time the service person (Ansib) told that he will connect with the supervisor. But he also didn’t connect.

                Now please return my machine. I don’t want to go with whirlpool. I am exhausted with your service. I called every time your service center and customer care and waited whatever time they have mentioned. Now i don’t have to wait. I don’t want to use any whirlpool machine. Give me back my machine. I will replace it with some other washing machine.

                  I received a call from whirlpool and informed about the amc plans that if i take now 1year amc plan, i would be getting 3 months extra at no extra as the offer is going on. Based on the provided information, i opted for 1 year+3m and paid the specified amount by credit card on the link given. But i received a letter addressed from mr. Anish ahuja for 1 year amc. Initially i sent an email for which i received a reply has been received

                    In february my machine stopped, i called costumer care they, their mechanic visted, he told me the belt is broken and for betterment install water softener i agreed he said he will be back with the products since then now one came iam calling them and they are saying they dont have products available? What this means now? This is harassing! If i will not get my machine repair as soon as possible i will take further legal action.

                      Worst service center, sai saran service called on behalf of whirlpool for providing free service camp.
                      I availed the service as there was water leakage and noise from the washing machine's drum.
                      The representative came without proper analysis of the problem he just sold scale remover and water energiser both are available in amazon (Links are provided down), which will not cross more than 1500 rupees, but the sold it to me for 3000 rupees, and promised if the problem continues they will rectify immediately.
                      It is now more than a week i called them since same problem continues and they just respond that they will come soon.
                      The interesting part is that same guy again called for free service camp.
                      These kind of service centers are just cared about sales target, but not customer service.

                      I request others to be aware of these kind of cheats
                      Do not trust the service engineer, before changing any component do google it and order online.

                        Dear madam/sir,

                        Although, we purchased your whirlpool washing machine 2.5 years back, but we have used it effectively less than a year due to our transfer. Since last 2 months it sound very noisy, which is unbearable for us as well as for all our neighbors.
                        Details of washing machine:
                        Model no.: classic 622d
                        Sl. No.: inf[protected]

                        We made complain and service technician visited us on 2nd march 2019. The job no. 11597, sri maruthi electronics, khairatabad, hyderabad - 500004. He told us that, full gear system needs to be replaced which may cost more than[protected]/- and also suggested to use water softener (2-3k) else again it may damaged.

                        Almost all our neighbors either have samsung/ ifb washing machine and they are using same water (Manjeera supply water) since many years... None of them has similar complaints. Further, we would like to mention here that we have decided not to invest again almost half of the price of washing machine, i. E. More than 7-8k inr for 2 year old 15k washing machine. The hard water logic given by your service technician looks unjustified & foolish if we refer other brands using same water/same building.

                        Requesting you to regain faith of one of your loyal customer in your brand by intervening in this matter asap. We are so frustrated, if nothing can be done from your end, we are planning to donate your whirlpool washing machine to our society to use as dustbin in front of our gate, so everyone passing by should see the correct usage of the same. Many of our neighbors already knows that we are using whirlpool washing machine which make unbearable noise.

                        We hope whirlpool as big brand would never like to be humiliated due to one of its faulty product and also save one of their loyal customer.

                        Please intervene in this matter and let us know your corrective steps. Else please provide your zonal/country sales/service/marketing head contact details. We can also find via social networking sites (Linkedin as well), if not provided.

                          Purchased product from amazon on 4 april 2018 with 2 years warranty worth rs 15490..
                          While using this machine clothes gets too dirty instead of cleaning while washing and drying in the machine.
                          Raised complaint twice to costumer care for same.
                          But still facing the problem as company technician does nothing on visiting my location.

                          Faced very poor and worst service from whirlpool.
                          Please rectify the machine asap.

                            I will put amc last 3month back now my compressor problem service person told not cover in amc in compresor so ur services poor i will change my refrifetor poor services then only money only take the services he told waste services i will not refer any one poor service in world is whirlpool only bad services

                            I will put amc no bill will but update in amc servvice person ask for money change compresor so poor in the world is whirlpool i will every one to don't buy whirlpool because no service vpoor services he ask money for amc client also

                              Dear sir,
                              I bought the semi auto washing machine from tata cliq website on 23rd jan which i opened yesterday (06/03/2019. When i used dryer saction i found dryer water is coming from the bottom saction also. And the body is broken from inside the dryer saction. I am attaching photo of broken part also.

                              We have great faith with whirlpool brand also i request you to change my product as soon as possible.

                                I bought a split ac and an installation was arranged today. I have been waiting from morning cancelling all the appointment and not going to work. Chased whirlpool 2 times and at 5:30 they said that their engineer cant come today. It's so disappointing that they didnt even bother asking an apology or calling me and informing me that they cant come today. Caution for others that dont cancel any appointments for these guys who cant value customer's time.

                                Eventually they installed it. But It took almost 50+ calls to get this prioritized. The guy who installed actually cancelled the appointment of someone else. It proves that people who cry and shout only would get things done on time. else It would not be prioritized.

                                  It's been 1 year and 4 months since I purchased the Whirlpool Microwave Oven. . no power turning up. The customer representative has said that the board is out. Such a bad product which i really did not expect from Whirlpool. What is the use of buying a branded stuff when there is no worth for money. Totally dissatisfied with the customer care experience and the purchased product.

                                    My Fridge had some problem and hence raised a complaint with whirlpool service center by calling[protected]. They raised complaint in August(between 16 to 19) They informed it will be closed in 24hours. On 22 or 23 one guys came in night 10.30 pm and checked copmressor faulty has to be replaced and they will come in the morning again. He phone me that other guy from Katraj centre is coming. Then after some time another guy from Katraj call me and take the address but after two hour he call and inform that another guy from Wagholi centre is coming with compressor.Then wagholi guy confirm the address and came. They came and replaced compressor and told that they going to bring heater and came after two hours and replaced the same and gave me a hand written bill of 8100(compressor+ heater) I paid 350 (labour charge)on first guy who came with compressor as I had told him to come with compressor but came without and atke visiting charges. I trusted them and paid. It after they left I checked online for the price of the items they replaced. It is much less, coming around 2500 rupees only. The bill is issued by Techno care service centre.But after some time fridge stopped working. Then i called the number given in the bill Mr.Dilip([protected])who told me to send the tech but no one came. I called to whirlpool again and they told me that they are not our guys and complain was for tray and they have not get any response from me so they closed the complain. Then I visited one whirlpool fridge agency shop and they talked to Mr. Dileep and who agree to pay repair charge and request to ask any local but after that not responding. Now both of them are not picking. I called Whirlpool service call center[protected] again to inform this, they said they will help and asked for paid receipt and after two days said cannot do anything When i enquired about the service center (Techno service center who issued bill), customer care executive told it is not authorized whirlpool service center. If they are not authorized why did whirlpool call center forwarded my request to some one who is not authorized to take the request.

                                      For service person to visit location why a customer have to pay 475 to 500 rupees. How can a customer knows about the complaint. It is the duty of the service person to come and check. After that a customer can decide whether to repair it or not. Now to just come and check how yiu can charge a customer. Its totally unfair

The technician came home and told that we need to replace the spare part and got 5000rs. we told him that we'll pay after the repair but he insisted to pay to buy the part. till now he dint turn up.
