I purchased whirlpool washing machine on 31.01.2013 through emi from you amount of 29240.0 rupees. Order id: od[protected] from flipkart.

It was worked successfully about 4 years, after that problem happened.
Then i cantact to whirlpool custermer care, they visited and told that mother...

Purchased fridge on aug 15, 2018. But not able to use it for single day. Raised a complaint on 29th sept and service engineer checked and told that compressor is damaged.I agreed for replacement on 4th sept. they inform that it will take 10-15 days to replace. But till today 5th oct, i didnt received the replacement. The damaged one staying at my home. Servce company not responding well...

I registered a complaint about my whirlpool refrigerator replacement on 6 th sep 2018. My complaint is not yet solved. Everyday i call customer care and service center but no use, waste of time. Customer care says only 10 days for replacement. But no response from service center. When i call service center they told me i will inform you l. What should i do to solve this problem.
I think i want to complain against whirlpool in police...

My whirlpool washing machine was not showing me the correct program function so i called the company technician to rectify the same... He suggested us to change the program panel which was changed 2 years back for the new machine... I asked him for any chances of repairing the panel to which he said "no"... He took a handsome amount of around 700 rs for the visit charges and left without doing anything......

I registered a complaint about my whirlpool ac board replacement on 10th july 2018. Its being 3months and my complaint is not yet solved. Everyday i call customer care and service center but no use, waste of time. Customer care says only 2weeks for replacement. But no response from service center. When i call service center they told me that they didn't get borad from whirlpool. I bought ac for rps 32000 and their response is pathetic....

I am a resident based at Hisar. Though Myself fond of the Whirlpool appliances however recent service from whirlpool is quite surprising.

1) I have lodged a complaint at your customer care on 06.07.2018 about auto-off of the refrigerator after every 8-9 hours and restart after pushing the 6TH SENSE Button

A refrigerator of whirlpool was purchased on 01/08/2012 amounting to rs. 30000/-.in the very first year there was a problem with a part for which a replacement was being done. I am extremely getting dissatisfied with your unresponsiveness on issues with new washing machine. It is making some noise during drying process and technician did not find anything stuck inside. He asked to send the machine to service centre so they can disassemble and repair some broken part. Moreover i pay to and fro transportation charges.

Took new washing machine and from day one machine is not functioning properly if we lodge a complaint engineer will come and only one day it works properly and again it ll stop functioning. We want replacement of machine or else refund. Worst product of whirlpool. Just looking for replacement of machine or refund of money back. Hi, i had complained for the refrigerator issue on 3rd aug.2018 (Complaint no. S[protected] and attended by technician mr. Nasir on 4th aug.2018 and replaced the thermostrate by charging rs.2200/- + 400 service charge. Within a week again same problem started and the person who attended the service is not at all attending the complaint on repeated and continuous calls from me.
I didnt expect so poor and disgusting service from whirlpool....

Bought top loading fully automatic washing machine in nov 2017. Last month i.e in august 2018, its top lid got off / the pasting of the top lid /cap detached from the machine which was pasted with double tape. Its a design /product fault. Now the company is asking for Rs 1850 for the repair saying that its a plastic part and would not covered under warranty.

My fridge stopped cooling two days before and then had lodged a request for service engineer to check and rectify. Service engineer came and checked and told that compressor has to be replaced.
