Purchase the refrigerator with 3 door on april 2018 and used for one week. After that we went out of town for six months and we switched off the refrigerator. After returning when we started the refrigerator it was not colling even after keeping the refrigerator on for the whole night. We lodged complain and then the service person came and told the refrigerator has got chocked. And after one day he again visited with the required parts to fix and worked for almost 3 hours it's started cooling but after 15 mins its stopped cooling. And he told us to keep the refrigerator off for two hours and the start to see if it's cooling or not if it does not cool again then switch off the refrigerator. Worst service by whirlpool and useless product ever i have used. Purchased it from bhubaneswar from raj electronics bapujinagar.

      Dear Sir,

      I am writing this mail after I got fed up doing daily complaints with Retails shop where I had purchased the Whirlpool Refrigerator, this thing i never expected to have after purchasing a product of such a reputed company like you which is Whirlpool.

      As per retailer the refrigerator was of second and was being under very good condition only fault was on the body with dents due to which it was sold under seconds.

      But after one week only I realized that I was cheated and I even called up retailer so many times but there was no response, and after 2 weeks of repeated phone calls complaints he mailed to Green Dust Company who is a third party company for warranty related issue of second hand fridge, but even it was a waste of time as no body responded to our mail and phone calls.

      After few weeks when there was no response form retailer, Green dust company and whirlpool service center I went to shop where I had a good high voltage conversation with the retailer shop owner as he was the one who has sold us the fridge but he told me that I cant do any thing as I am only a retailer and you can go to Consumer Court and I (Retailer) gives a dam.

      Now the problem is this that I have purchased this fridge and it is not working Retailer, Greendust Third Party Service Company and Whirlpool Service Company they are not giving me any service and my fridge is not working after my purchase of fridge i.e 28/08/2018.

      The most important thing this fridge is installment based and financed from Bajaj Finance thus my address is what it is given in the company i.e L-79, Second Floor, Kirti Nagar, New Delhi, Delhi-110085. but the shipping address is of my shop where the fridge is being used and still today also it is here we have not changed any place.

      Please help me as I have paid 22, 500/- for fridge and it is a hard earned money and due to cheating and unethical behavior of Retailer M/s Nutan Electonics, B-4/148-150, Sector-7, Rohini, Delhi-110085. I have being cheated and feel harassed by all the parties who are involved in the process.

      I need my money back and want to return the fridge back or i will go to consumer court to settle this deal and make every one party for not resolving the problem and cheating with consumer as the fridge is only 1 month old.

      I am attaching the bill along with this mail which was given by retailer which has all the rules and regulations protecting him (retailer) written down below and cheating with the consumer and providing only one sentence that you can go to consumer court i cant help you. As this is between Whirlpool Company, Green Dust Company and Whirlpool Service Center and I am not responsible as I have written all the Laws under my bill.

      what a strange way to cheat consumer is there any one from Whirlpool company who can help me.

        I have washing machine nd it was in warranty period... I raised so many complain but no action... Now finally visited and saying warranty is over... Very very bad service at all. T they have time to call for warranty extension but every time i told pls repair my machine issue then i will think... But every time they told we are registering your issue and wi share with concerned department but nothing happen till warrant support period.

          Bought on 26 dec 16 from bismi appliances kozhikode. Does not heat up on checking, the service representative told due to less voltage at wayanad, it is not getting heated. Now the oven has been shifted to kozhikode, still not getting heated. That shows that the problem is not voltage, but some technical fault. Till date the oven is not used, which is a waste of money. Request for necessary repairs/replacement please

            Have been a loyal whirlpool customer for over past 25 years. However my experiences with your incompetent technicians over the past 7 months has left me regretting my decision to buy your products.
            I have a fully automatic white magic washing machine purchased in 2010.
            This year it started giving me problems in march with le code flashing and it not going beyond the wash cycle.
            A technician from j k enterprises came and replaced various parts for 6435/-
            Again i had problems in september and a technician from the same company came and replaced parts worth 2505/-
            The same problem recurred in october and this time i spent 9000/- on various parts.

            However within 2 weeks the same problems started. And now i am expected to shell out money for parts replaced in march.

            As you can see over a period of 7 months i have spent almost 18000/- on this machine.
            I contacted your haryana branch coordinator mr. Rohit after getting his no from the customer care. He was extremely unhelpful and rude.

            I want this issue resolved and my machine to be in working condition again. My opinion is that your company is either repairing the machines with refurbished parts or spurious parts.

              I bought a front load washing machine from croma, new delhi during 2012. June, 2018 i shifted to hosur, tamilnadu. The machine is not working. Launched the complaint. Someone has visited and opened the top panel and told that the board is faulty. Will come back for repair. Since the. It’s in open condition and no one has turned back. I launched complaint at least 10 times. No use. I have sent the message to their md through messenger. He is also least bother. This is my last option. Hope some genuine guy from the brand will do the needful.

              Disgusting Service. The Delhi team has really helped. Based on the confirmation, i made the draft on whirlpool. I was told that the local team will come and collect the DD and the machine will be picked up. Post draft made, the local team started refusing and demanded me to handover the machine at their place and asked me to send the courier to their TN head office. The joke is here that no address was shared.
              Now today when i got a call, i told them about the courier of the draft and then they shared the address. Once I made the courier cover, again i got the call and raised another issue that I have to keep the box of the machine which i bought it during 2012. Is there any logic. Now i am compelled to drop the plan and cancel the Draft. Wasted 5 months.
              This is my last try. If anyone in the company to listen to my concern and keep the local service guy away from this transaction to complete the task smoothly. Or on 7th Dec, i will cancel my draft and through this machine and will switch over to other brands at least who are ready to listen to their customers.

              As per the instruction I made the DD for replacement. Today, i was told that i have to send the machine at my cost to their service centre whereas I was told initially that they will pick it up. I am really upset with their casual approach here in the service centre Hosur. However, the response from their Head office is welcoming one.

                I purchased refrigerator in oct 2017 till than the refrigerator is not working properly and the refrigerator not giving cooling and ones changed compressor than again fault is doing that same problems than repair refrigerator now once again same fault. Thare are 3 times same fault in a year. And service man is also come late as 4 to 7 day so it's not a good so i want to change the refrigerator they said they are not possible in our policy so thay same fault 3 times in refrigerator in a year is possible

                  Hi,
                  This is chaitra from mysore karnataka i had as washing mechanic of whirplool which had a problem on last 7 months back i called whirlpool authorized service center srikasra services mysore and got repaired and they charged the bill amount of rs 3122 for bearing, starhub, oilseal s block, service charges, gst. Now i am getting the same problem technician visited and says the same parts to be replaced and says there is only 3 months warranty for the parts and says to take amc.

                    Extremely poor service by aj services (Whirlpool's authorized service provider), the service personal from this service center don't visit the serviceable home even after multiple calls nor do they give a courtesy call 2 to 3 hours after a complaint has been registered on whirlpool's toll free number, and when the service personal do come to service the washing machines, they give excuses to change a part and are lazy enough to give even more excuses and postpone work saying it will get right by itself. Either get rid of such poor service providers or get them to provide a service that is worthy of whirlpool's name. As a user of whirlpool products for over 18 years i demand proper and timely service.

                      Water draining problem in top load washing machine
                      Sr no : cn[protected] dated 15.09.18
                      The complaint was attended only on 25.09.18 from “ sri sastha enterprises “ thoraipakkam, chennai – 97. The service person analysed and advised to change the drain motor for proper functioning of the machine. He said it would cost around rs 2500 (Inclusive of service charge). He guranteed 6 months for the new spare part and 1 month warranty for the service. Since i felt it was reasonable and changed as per his advice and paid rs 2407 on 25.09.18. (Bill copy attached)

                      Water leaking problem

                      After 20 days of the first service i had problem of water sprinkling from the bottom of machine which was not there before changing the drain motor. The service person from the same service centre said oil seal in the centre hub of the machine has to be replaced to solve the problem which would cost appox. Rs 4500. Since it was not a major issue for me and the machine was in working condition. Also the service spare part cost was not reasonable and acceptable i did not want to repair

                      But now, less than a month of changing the drain motor, the problem of draining has recurred. Now the machine is not functioning. Again i had raised a complaint, but i didn’t get any call from the service partner till 23.10.18. So i contacted “ sri sastha enterprises “ on 23.10.18 morning at 10 am and 6 pm. The service person did not come till now. They contacted me through phone at 9 pm on 23.10.18 and asking to change the oil seal instead of attending the problem. They are saying the problem is now central hub and because of that the draining problem is there. All this details were only conveyed through phone conversation without inspection. The water leaking problem was only after changing the new drain motor.
                      I am not convinced with the whirpool service. If the problem was with the oil seal in the central hub they could have analysed the problem properly and informed us before changing the drain motor. We would not have changed the drain motor unnecessarily for rs 2407. Now they are asking to change oil seal in centre hub at rs 4500 to make the machine work. It is not acceptable to ask a customer to bear rs 7000 to repair a 7 year old machine without any guarantee on the service and does not make any sense on spending.

                      The service person did not identify the fault properly and made to incur of rs 2407, which did not solve the problem. Now i am very much burdened with a machine which is not working even after spending rs 2407 as per your service partner advice. I request you to contact the service partner and ask them to take back the newly fitted drain motor and refund the amount for wrong service provided.

                        I have logged a complaint for repair of my top loading washing machine on 09/10/2018 on the toll free no. [protected] and one of the person from service centre visited and checked the machine and charged rs 400 as service charges. The person told the pcb is not working and need to be repaired and will cost 1600 rs. He then took the pcb and got it repaired and fixed the machine and we gave 1600 rs. The machine did not work even for an hour after that and we again called the service person and since then we have been chasing them to get it fixed. They have fooled us by taking the charges and the machine is still not working and every time we call the person says we will come tomorrow and that tomorrow has not come yet. They are not even talking respectfully on phone and when i said i will raise a complaint about this the person replied"haan haan kar lo complaint". Please do something such kind of people are putting the whirlpool services in bad light.

                          Sir,
                          It is true that products of whirlpool are good, but unfortunately if something goes wrong, after sales service is very bad. I have lodged a complaint on 12.10.2018, your service engineer visited and told that a censor near motor will be changed, and the same will be changed tomorrow. Next day another engineer visited, checked thoroughly and told that previous engineer easy wrong, wiring and capesitor will be changed, asked to sent to service centre and to pay rs.500 in advance to tempo driver for to and fro charges. Machine was lying at service centre since 13.10.2018. Service engineer also told that it's just 2 hours job and on 14th despite holiday we will come to centre and repair and return by 14th evening or latest 15th morning. I have called on 15th to ms. Kiran at service centre, she informed that engineer is on the job and same will be sent to you by today evening. No call from them. Again i enquired on 16th forenoon madam told your machine got repaired and put on trial run will be sent around 6 pm. I hv telephoned at 8 pm, madam not picked up the phone and sent one sms that please talk to mr vishal jain at......
                          This number, i have called that mr. Jain informed that pcb of my machine got demeged and you have to pay around 4000. Rs for its replacement. From the above it is clear that pcb got demeged at service centre, why customer should bear the cost of fault made by whirlpool staff. I am a senior citizen, i have also called to mr. Dixit area manager, jaipur but no relief was received. I have also mailed to corporate office, they always made contact and every time confrance call was connected with area manager and manager of service centre. It is also informed by your engineer that pcb got repaired locally but still machine is lying with service centre.

                          Last i want justice, otherwise i have no option to go court of law.

                          It is humble request to all citizens if you really need after sales service never purchase whirlpool product.

                            The whirlpool split air conditioner i bought in delhi on 29 june 2017 stopped cooling in september 2018. A complaint was registered on 23 september, 2018 over the company website. A service team visited my residence on 24 september after my re-registering the complaint over telephone on 24.09.2018. The team claimed that they needed to refill gas and that i had to pay rs.2750 for the same. I agreed and the process was started. I was in office and was then contacted by the service team from my residence and informed that the gas would last only for three to four days as they had now detected a faulty condenser coil. Now the same had to be replaced and would cost me another 7000 odd. I took it up on the whirlpool facebook page enquiring how within just over a year, i. E., 13 months, a multi-national company with a reputation could expect customers to spend so much money after having paid around rs.30, 000 for the air-conditioner.
                            It is grossly unfair if the customers are fleeced by such companies who spend so much on advertising. Why can't they rectify such defects without charging customers? Why can an ac not be guaranteed for at least 4 years? Why are they not being given isi / bis standardization?
                            The company said the condenser coil was out of stock and it would take a while for replacement. They brought a replacement and realised that the coil did not fit the external unit. Then they sent another team after a couple of days to take measurements of the external unit. Finally on 09.10.2018 they replaced the condenser coil and made me pay rs.8190. I also own a samsung brand air-conditioner located in the adjoining room which has worked trouble free from 2013. So the company has to admit that the fault was with their product. I demand a refund of the entire amount of rs.8190 that i had to spend on repairs. I had trusted the company and bought their product at such a high cost.

                              We brought whirlpool washing machine top load s/n : inf[protected] in 2009 from kannur, kerala. We are facing lot of problem ever since its purchase. The main pcb has already been replaced 3 times. Now again the technician is telling to replace the board. We dont know what is the actual problem with it. Kindly find a solution for it.

                                I was very disappointed about the whirlpool service.

                                I have raised complaint nearly one month back and that day only I got call from technician and he visited my home and checked the issue, after checking the issue he said that one of the part need to be replaced and he will order it then install it soon.

                                I have waited nearly one month and not received any call from technician/whirlpool.

                                Today I called to customer care number and I came to know that my complaint has been closed.
                                I want to know why my complaint was closed without resolution. Why whirlpool not confirmed with the customers if it is resolved or not?

                                After discussion with whirlpool customer care they opened the new complaint : GR[protected] and said that they will resolve the issue within 24 hrs, after opened the new ticket I received call from technician
                                he told me that new parts are not available but he will replace with old part.

                                My washing machine still warranty status and I was really shocked why he told me he will replace with old part.

                                Now I need explanation from whirlpool

                                1. Did whirlpool received any customer signed copy about the previous complaint if it is resolved ? without resolution why whirlpool closed the ticket?
                                2. Why you are not proving the new parts for replacement?
                                3. When it will be resolve the new complaint?

                                Today again i called to customer care and they said that new complaint also closed status: gr[protected]

                                Not sure why whirlpool closing the complaints without resolving the issues, at least i haven't received any calls from technician/whirlpool team. Just they simply closing the complaints without resolution.

                                  It was very shocking to know that company like whirlpool is so ignorant and having worst customer service. I will never ever purchase any whirlpool product throughout my life.
                                  I have raised complaint on 08/09/2018 but the service center visited once without giving resolution and later he informed that he will order compressor (Which is not working) and install but since then he is not picking up the phone and neither my compressor is replaced. I am suspecting that on my name he has taken compressor and sold it in black market and accordingly closed my complaint.
                                  Today when i called your customer care number [protected] i came to know that my complaint has been closed. Whirlpool did not even bother to cross verify with customer to know whether complaint has been actually resolved or not.

                                  I want to know:
                                  1. Why my complaint was closed without proper resolution?
                                  2. By when will be issue resolved?
                                  3. Give grievance redressal mechanism of your company.

                                    I purchased 360 bloom wash whirlpool washing machine during aug. 2013.
                                    The machine started giving trouble in june 2018. The machine was taken to authorised whirlpool workshop for repair. After repair amounting to rs 8000

After 1 month i have called them but they told another month. After that they told no complaint taken that time.                                         I purchased whirlpool washing machine on 31.01.2013 through emi from you amount of 29240.0 rupees. Order id: od[protected] from flipkart.

                                        It was worked successfully about 4 years, after that problem happened.
                                        Then i cantact to whirlpool custermer care, they visited and told that mother board has gone. Whirlpool person has told that we will replace mother board within a week.
                                        After one week, they told to me mother board stock not available. We can't replace mother board, better replace new washing machine by charging half of the amount.
                                        Then i accepted no problem you replace new washing machine.

                                        From 23.10.2017 onwards i am trying for replacement of washing machine. Whirlpool persons are telling next week we will give... Like that one year over. Still they are not responding.

                                        Now they are telling we can't replace mother board and as well as new washing machine also.


                                        Please.. Help me and find the attached documents.
