Dear sir/madam,
I had purchased top loading fully automatic stainwash ultra washing machine of whirlpool ten months ago.
However, it was only 10 months and the screw of the adapter is slipping (Attachment link with tap) of the washing machine  in july 18.
I go to your authorised service centre they suggest for replace the adapter, till i don't have any problem but they charged rs: 200 /- for that parts. It was very abnormal to me.
I am sending the bill copy please check and revert.

    Dear Sir(s),
    1. I had purchased top loading fully automatic washing machine of Whirlpool in Oct 2017.
    2. However, it was only 06 months and the top opening door (glass portion) of the washing machine gradually started coming off in Apr 18.
    3. This machine was operated single handed by my wife, and despite of such careful usage, and no mishandling, this defect cropped up!
    4. Their reps have not been able to repair the part and now they want to replace the door.
    5. Now, i am finally okay with replacement and payment by me, a spare door is not available with the company. Its been over a month and they have been sleeping over the issue.

      Sir, i bought a washing machine on date 09/01/2014. Now my machine is under tsp wairing in shreya cooling corporation. But this part is not available in company. Company told me to replace my machine. They want bill. But i misplaced my bill. My dealer jhankar electronic refuge to give me duplicate bill. Please solve my problem and help me to provide my bill.

        My name is akash jain and i am from kanpur. I purchased the whirlpool pro 355 elt alpha steel 3s refrigerator dated on 21/05/2018. During the time of purchase the owner of the shop assured me about the quality of the same. He also told me that the refrigerator has inbuilt stabiliser (Stabiliser free) which can face high voltage current and has got auto cut off function. Now just after a year dated on 20/07/2018 after its warranty is over it suddenly stopped cooling and when the service person came and checked it he told me that the circuit or control box has got burned and need to be replaced and the reason he told me was because of high voltage fluctuation and he recommended me to purchase a stabiliser for the product but when i told him that the refrigerator has got inbuilt stabiliser he refused that and told me that there is no such thing.. Now what does that mean, it means that the company is doing fraud or the owner is lying to their customers for increasing sales. And online aswell it is showing that the product is stabiliser free which can face high power fluctuation. I want some strict action to be taken against this.. If its being done then it will be considered as fraud.

          Hi All,

          Dont buy Whirlphool refrigerator. Or if you already bought dont call for whirlphool service if you have any problem.

          They are mentioning warranty period right it is actually the expire period. Dont buy that.

          This is my experience with this company product.

          After 5 years my refrigerator is not working. Called the Whirlpool service center. A service man from the SAI SARAN SERVICE CENTER of Whirphool came and make me bill upto 6000Rs. I paid it is worked for only 35 days. After that i make a call to whirlpool service center. They replay and send another service man from the same SAI SARAN SERVICE CENTER of Whirphool. This time he told com-pressure got problem you need to replace. It charging again 6000Rs. I asked why you had not checked the com-pressure in the previous service. They taking improfessional and saying how can we know.

          Also the second service man took one spare parts relay from my refrigerator. I had found out only after a week when i can back again. They are saying you should call in the same day itself.

          So if you bought whirphool product dont call whirlphool service center. If any service man from SAI SARAN SERVICE CENTER of Whirphool dont trust them. They will definitely make another problem in your product.

            Dear Sir,

            I would like to inform you that i was purchased whirlpool 185 L (Single Door) in the last week of May, 2018.After using not even proper one month i has faced gas leakage problem in the product.I had registered complaint regarding this problem to customer care and after 3 days technician visited and resolve the problem.

            Now i had faced the door lock problem in my refrigerator in last week, after lots of wait and followup with customer care your company's technician visited today to replace a door lock.

            He replaced the door lock and charged me 350/- INR for that and while the replacement of the door lock he damaged the refrigerator interior very badly and also not replacing the door lock properly.The front panel of refrigerator is also scratched badly at many points. The door lock is loose and hanging in the air and also there is created two much gap between the door panel and door lock at front panel & inner side also.

            Now i am fed up with your product, you are requested to kindly replace with new one because your technician damaged it very badly by both side.If you are not going to do any satisfactory solution in this regard i shall have to take serious legal action in this regard through Indian Consumer Court.

              This is regarding to my whirlpool washing machine recent repairing service, I have a fairly good experience with my washing machine this was the first time in 9 years that i suffered any problem with the machine, in fact I was planning to buy whirlpool washing machine only for my new house but the recent experience with Whirlpool's authorized service center washed away all my good opinions about it. My machine started giving PE error code on 8-7-18 and it was a Sunday so complain got registered on Monday 9-7-18, so on Tuesday the technician came from authorized service center of Kota, "Sai Service Care, 22, Kalawati Paliwal Market, Ground floor, Gumanpura, Kota-324007, So when the technicians came the machine showed no error code, now i told the technician that "pe" means something is related to voltage as mentioned in the booklet that comes with the machine(as mentioned in booklet: PE- error code in Digital display/Beep signal- Is the line voltage less than 160V AC, if so machine will automatically recover if the voltage increases 165V AC), and voltage in the house is coming ok as all other appliances are working, and when he started machine just with water filled in it it was showing no error so I was satisfied that it was just voltage issue and it has resolved by itself so I gave him the satisfaction code. Again on Thursday when I started the machine same error PE was showing, I made a video of that and sent to that technician (rabbani), he gave me his personal number so that in future if I have any problems regarding machine I can personally call him without involving service center, so i sent him the video and now he declared on phone without checking voltage or even machine again that the "pcb" panel will be replaced, so as usual we thought the technician knows best and we told him ok, same afternoon another technician came and he replaced "pcb" without even checking the machine or "voltage", I am marking and laying emphasis on voltage b'coz as per the booklet "pe" error is related to voltage problem. So he replaced "pcb panel" and he said that he needs some jig sort of thing to install it and he don't have it at the moment, so he said another technician will come and place it. So after sometime another pair of technicians came and leave pcb voltage problem and every other thing apart he tells me new thing that machine's pressure sensor will be replaced and he will replace it without bill as it will cost us less, my husband says ok, so he replaced pressure censor and he says now machine is fine but as soon as he leaves the house water starts overflowing from machine and we call him back to complain, and he says that the problem is coming coz parts are new so basically he thought that I am highest level of fool, so by now machine's pcb and pressure sensor got replaced and still machine is showing "pe" error, so now the technician who replaced pressure sensor tell me that there will be problem with the new pcb they have installed and they will check it again, so by now its saturday and he come n checks and tells me that the problem was with the new pcb and when i got angry at him that they are taking all this as a joke he tells me its not his fault as he was not the one who replaced pcb, now again another new pcb is installed and as soon as he left the house, the machine was on at that time as i want it to finish that entire cycle so as to check it properly, smoke starts coming out of the new pcb panel, now i was really angry and we talked to the owner and he tells us to relax and informs us that he will send a higher level technician, now who was the higher level technician that same person who installed that first faulty pcb, without even checking that was there any problem with machine's original pcb and without checking voltage and in short without even checking the anything, so that was higher level technician now he asks me if i have any stabilizer coz they want to check the voltage, so one can now imagine the heights of my anger that being a client being a layman i am telling them that pe error is related to some voltage problem but now after changing 2 parts of machine wasting 4 days they come to a conclusion that its something related to voltage, its either high or low, so again another technician come and checks voltage and it shows high voltage, so now they tell us to buy a stabilizer for that, I was so angry that i got into a heated argument with the owner of service center and that first technician(rabbani) in front of his owner says that i confirmed him that the voltage is fine, mind you without any stabilizer or anything i can do that(sarcasm)and these learned technician they don't have a process, the process they follow is to replace every part they have simply a doubt about and keep on replacing them keep on charging the client for these parts and in the end just say that after nine years of working this washing machine now needs a separate stabilizer.
              Still today 16-7-18 machine is not repaired. Now I have a question that i want to ask these high level people at whirlpool, do u really hate the fact that we bought whirlpool's product and if you provide your authorized service center to people who misguide users charge them money mindlessly and tell us basically that we are extremely foolish to call service center when in fact we should call these same technicians personally so they can nourish their own personal income at our expense, at the expense of whirlpool customers who place their trust in your company.
              I feel betrayed, i feel after this endless drama that it was a blunder that i called authorized service center when in its place i should have called a technician from market it would have cost us much less money, saved our time, saved us from all the inconvenience that i suffered and my machine would be working by now and I also mind you didn't have to listen from these so called high level technicians and owner talk to me in degraded manner.
              Till now on repairs i have paid 450(service charge)+3450(pcb)+950(pressure sensor)+200(some solution for cleaning the machine)and now when we will install a stabilizer). so that's the process whirlpool's high level technicians at authorized service center works. when i call i person from market for some problem regarding any home appliance ac, refrigerator, plumbing etc this is how an ordinary technician works, first they check everything then they let us know what the problem is and why it happened and then if we want to install a new part or repair the old one and in the end but most important a rough estimate of overall expenditure.
              Whirlpool's top authority tell your technicians and service center owners to stop torturing consumers and stop filling their own pockets.
              In the end I want to mention this fact that i didn't know that the pcb or pressure sensor that was replaced were damaged in the beginning or they were damaged because of experimentation and not diagnosing the problem at the initial level. I want that service center owner and its technicians to be punished so that this doesn't happens to any other customer.

                My 185 Ltr. Whirlpool Fridge is going to be repaired second time within a purchase of 1.5 months.Such a worst poor quality product supplied by Whirlpool India to me.
                I had submitted complaint with complaint number "DL[protected]" to whirlpool customer care on 11/07/2018 but till the time they are not paying any attention in this direction.
                Whenever i make a call to customer care they just give me another date for part replacement, even one time customer care executive told me that you have to wait 1 or 2 months for part replacement.

                  I have complaint against company employer . which he visited home for previsous complaint regading washing machine . I was not at home my children were there and .he said, your washing machine took for company so please sign this form . After that he will not came back for washing machine.                       Respected sir/Madam,

                      I have purchased Whirlpool double door refrigerator 350 Ltrs in 2016, after purchase of the same I had an issue of water getting formed at the bottom of the freezer door. The same was attended and rectified. But noe again since last 2-3 days again the same problem has arised. Now when I have called to toll free number and repeated the complaint (Attended by Smt. sunita). I was told that your warranty of refrigerator is 01+09 yrs i.e. one year for the compressor and nine years for the fridge. Now if I want to get it rectified I have to pay visiting charges for the person who is attending.
                      The lable put on the fridge is of warranty of ten years and the bifercation of the warranty of the electronic items is not mentioned.

                      How can a person will come to know of the same. Is it not mis guiding the customer? Please explain.

With what deal? Will it be piece to piece or replacement with additional payment? If its on additional payment basis then how much i have to pay? Please clarify.
                      Further i want to say that, the piece which was delivered to me had a problem in very first year and which was rectified by your engineer, that time I have asked to engineer about the problem but he said that it sometimes happens, there is no particular cause to pin point; but again it occurred in the second consecutive year. Now my question is, if the replacement is on payment basis why it should be borne by me? Because though the problem was rectified and could not be traced due to what it is then where is my fault to pay again and get it replaced? So its my kind request that it may be replaced with no dues on me. I don't mind if the cost of replaced piece is same or bit less. Expecting an early and positive reply in my favour.

                      I have put this on 26th July 2018. Warm greetings, I would like to clear my few doubts regarding your services. Your representative had contacted me on phone and said that the existing piece of my model is presently not available with us but it will be replaced with another model, that suggestion is appreciated but my doubt is how will it be replaced? With what deal? Will it be piece to piece or replacement with additional payment? If its on additional payment basis then how much i have to pay? Please clarify.
                      Further i want to say that, the piece which was delivered to me had a problem in very first year and which was rectified by your engineer, that time I have asked to engineer about the problem but he said that it sometimes happens, there is no particular cause to pin point; but again it occurred in the second consecutive year. Now my question is, if the replacement is on payment basis why it should be borne by me? Because though the problem was rectified and could not be traced due to what it is then where is my fault to pay again and get it replaced? So its my kind request that it may be replaced with no dues on me. I don't mind if the cost of replaced piece is same or bit less. Expecting an early and positive reply in my favour.
                      I am yet to receive any kind reply from your end. Please update me so that I can proceed further.

                        I PURCHSED WHIRLPOOL ON 14/03/2018 and since than I am complaining about POOR cooling .
                        Companies representative visited me on several occasions and last visit was on 3rd July, 2018. They inspected the machine and noted down all the parameters. At that time outside temperature was 33 degree and after running the AC for over one hour it was able to bring down the temperature to 28.6 degree.
                        After extensive follow up yesterday their service manager informed me that they will replace internal unit of split AC. When I insisted for replacement of this defective AC, he said give me one day to sort out the matter.

                        To my surprise today they totally reversed their stand and told me that our team has confirmed that AC is OK. They want me to use the AC as room cooler by reinstalling it next to my bed for proper cooling.If that is the efficiency of their AC, they could have informed me at the time of installation as I purchased the same from AMAZON under return policy within one month.

                        You are requested to help me and get me warranty replacement of this AC. I am also willing to pay the additional charges for the better model of AC.

                          This product started having problems within a week of buying it. Called up Whirlpool toll free number and after going through the horrifying experience of making the customer service understand the issue, got a technician sent home. After few more days technician visited the place and diagnosed the problem with the Thermostat (but guess what, the part is not available). Asked for replacement of Fridge (but guess what, the colour is not available). Finally went for a replacement with the only model/color available (but guess what, its been been more than week nothing has been done till now). Thanks to Whirlpool and its customer service I am without a Fridge for almost a month now (but guess what they dont care!!!).

                          The fridge was not functioning as a frost-free fridge. Icicles were being formed in the freezer and moisture was present in everything in the fridge.

                            I bought amc service from whirlpool india on 26th of march 2018 and the same payment was made the very day. The amount was deducted but they yet not shared the bill of the amc till this date i. E 5th of july 2018. Their consumer care rep accept i have bought the service but on asking for proving bill they do not listen. I have been following them up since past 3-4 months but every time they just say 3 or 4 days.

                            I have call recording and mail convo saved with me and still to no avail.

                              Hi,
                              This is regarding a fraudulent activity by so called whirlpool. A month before, a representative from whirlpool came to me to renew my AMC and took a cheque from me for the same. Now when i called the service centre, first they told that i didnt pay. Then i shouted at them. After few days, they told that money got reflected today only. They took money before 20days. I dont know what they are thinking are thinking of their customers. After reflecting i asked them for service. Now they are saying ### reasons. Like they have to close my request file. I asked them to close. They are telling that the representative who got chque from me should close this. Am waiting for nearly 10days.what if the representative is dead. So i should go and dig his body and make him alive and ask him to close my file. Such a fraud company. I need this to be resolved now.

                                I purchased new 5 start split ac from flipkart and then i got call from whirlpool for installation with 2500/-. But local technician is ready to do with 1200/-, and i request to cancel my installation request to that whirlpool engineer. But she didn't informed me that your product will not be in warranty if you are not installing from whirlpool. I tried many calls to explain my problem but your team is not giving any chance to accept your mistake. That you doesn't informed me when i purchase or declined for installation.

                                  I had complained to whirlpool service centre on 17th march 2018 about my refrigerator. My complaint no is bg[protected].
                                  Since i stay in ramanagar and whirlpool has some arrangements with out of bangalore service providers they referred my complaint to some firm in mandya.

                                  Strangely even before the mandya person came to look at the fridge the complaint was closed at whirlpool service centre.

                                  The mandya came approximately a week after the complaint and informed that there is a gas leak. This was to be attended by another person and another week elapsed before he appeared.

                                  Then the series started. Initially it was the gas leak, then it was the timer problem, then some other small part and then ultimately the thermostat.

                                  By this time it was already may. They did change the thermostat and i was told that the it starts working only after 24 hours. The thermostat didn't start working. They came and changed the same. I was told there are four different types of thermostat in the whirlpool refrigerator but i don't know how they couldn't make out which would suit my refrigerator.

                                  By this time it was june and after trying the second thermostat the repair man just blocked my calls.

                                  Also i was provided a voltage stabiliser by the mandya service centre which didn't work. They replaced it and the second one also doesn't function.

                                  The company technician visted but not diagnose and resolve the issue iam still facing this suffering badly becouse of this foulty product felling cheeted and harassed

                                    I bought a whirlpool refrigerator in 2010 and in 2018 i face an issue related to compressor. Then i call to whirlpool service center [protected] and they send a technician to see the problem. When technician come at my home he saw the problem and told me that u have to change your compressor just he told me this then he charge me 355 rs gistin -19aacfi1092g1zh at 08.06.2018 then i told him to send the engineer and change my compressor. Next day 09.06.2018 a one engineer (Gourang das) and a worker came to my home with a new compressor they worked for approx 3n half hour and my problem was resolve and they charged me 5100 rs for all the process they done. Next day again my refrigerator stopped working i again give a call to customer care they told me they will send the engineer. After give a call 5to 6 times the engineer came to my home and he said that "compressor is not working we will change your compressor" and they go after that i call several times to customer care but they reply always the same thing that your compressor not come yet.15 days gone after listening the same thing then a one guy name bappy dutta at customer care give me a no [protected] (Sandipan) and tell me to talk to him beczuse he cant answer me. Then i call to mr. Sandipan at [protected] he listen me carefully the told me give me 5 days i will resolve your problem. He told me that he will reslove my problem at 26.06.2018. But when i call him today he is saying that your compressor is ok we will only change the gas then i was in shock how they can tell me like this from last 15-16 days they r telling me that your compressor is not come yet when it come we will resolve your problem and today they r saying different thing. The all guys r cheating me telling lies from 16 days. I think they dont wants to give me a new compressor. Yet the engineer said to me that compressor is damaged then why they r not changing my compressor even it is in one year warrenty. Then i call to a whirlpool toll free no [protected] and i talk to two employees one by one named mrs siwangi and mr akash they both give me a no of kolkata whirlpool head name deepesh ghosh ([protected]) i called at this no 6 times but no one responed me. I cant understand what should i do i just want a new compressor to resolve my issue. And i am worried why this guys are cheating me. The only thing they r doing with me that they are giving me always a new no to talk. My complaint no is (Kl[protected]). Pls provide a reasonable ans as soon as possible.

                                      Hi, i purchased a whirlpool water purifier (Puratron 8litre model) from the shop sales emporium (Sonarpur, kolkata) on 22.06.2018. They delivered the purifier on the same day and told that they will install it by saturday (22.06.2018). I received a call on that day about them coming to my place, i waited the whole day but nobody arrived. I called them later and found out that they were unable to come and it will be done next day (I. E. Sunday). I called them on sunday when i didn't received any calls about them coming. The seller told me its sunday so they will do it on monday. I waited on monday yet nobody arrived. The sales executive told me to send my copy of bill via whatsapp. I did that yet nothing happened. Today it has been 4+ days almost. Yet nobody has arrived yet to install the appliance. I have so many other works to do.. I can't wait whole day for them and finally finding out nobody will arrive. Hence i am posting it here and hoping for a positive response. They sales executive is not even picking up my calls now.

                                        I am from Pondicherry. Purchased Whirpool company washing machine (6th stage stain wash) four months back online. Top lid came out from the machine because of bad gumming quality. Service engineer came from RR Associate Pondicherry (phone number [protected]) and pasted with some adhesive which lasted for two days only. Once again we made a complaint regarding the same and after several follow-up for one week they said total lid has to be changed with amount to be paid by me. I have not even tampered any parts and it is not my mistake. But stating that plastic and rubber parts are not covered under warranty they wanted us to pay. For bad gumming they are asking me to change the full top part.
                                        This is because of poor quality material used during manufacturing so it came out within warranty period. So it is the responsibility of the company to change the same.
                                        Mailed a complaint dt 17th May 2018 and got reply by saying they will look into it. But after several follow up over phone also they have not replied and final notice given (28.05.2018) and no I need a solution. My number [protected]

                                        One person called and informed about plastic product is not covered. But I told it is not about plastic product. Lid fixing quality is not good so it came out in a short period. After that he told and will come back to me after discussion with their team.
