My whirlpool double door refrigerator has problem of over cooling since more than a month.
Local service team changed lot of things in first visit but couldn't resolve the problem. They changed some more parts in 2nd visit but still the problem persists.
Local team seems to be incompetent as they work on trial basis.
Call centers have very poor response. They don't care to contact customer to confirm if the problem...

We have complain on 20nd Aug 2018, and person came for check machine. He told us it will take 2 days if gear box available, then after 8 days gone nothing update from there. very poor service from big reputed company. I feel very sad to complain again and again on same issue, i have been addressing my issue 10th time in this month. No service men responds well, even after i paid a service charge of 4, 600 my problem not resolved yet. I purchased this refrigerator in dec 2010. The ice maker went out and i had it replaced. I called whirpool to see if i could at least be compensated for the cost of the ice maker. After spending over one hour on hold and speaking with two # who pretended to be concerned i was told that if i had called them before getting the ice maker replaced they would have been able to do something maybe. Very bad experience with renowned brand in india. Just got delivery and when i started using machine. The dryer is not working. It even didnt work one day. Have called customer service centre more than 20times. Still they have not come.. On website they promised to give service within 2hours.. Worst service from electronic brand have faced in my lifertime...

Please note following my complaint, on 26.08.2018 at 2030hrs a technician came and the mother board was replaced. Tested and was working satisfactory. Today morning while using to wash cloths again the "ub" error was displayed and the spinning stopped.

This issue started on jan 2018. It's been 7 months now and for the 3rd time this "ub" error is displayed.

Kindly advise...

I have bought a refrigerator a year back and now suddenly its passing current due to which i called up customer care and he says i have to pay charges to the person who visits my house whatever the reason is.. Tell me without knowing the problem how can i be asked to py the money and why should i pay money if it will be your fault

I have made a service request for my fridge door issue to whirlpool call centre. Service engineer visited us and asked to get it repaired locally. He said the plastic border of the bottom door which wad broken is not available. I asked why should i py again to local technician and what is the assurance of their quality? Had purchased a whirlpool refrigerator which is under guarantee and now within a year the plastic portion of vegetable door has broken and now they say plastic portion is not under guarantee which is so pathetic. 3 year old agitronics fully automatic machine. Machine is making too loud noises while wash cycle. They are saying need to replace gearbox. Alibaug service centre have people very much ignorant, they are just delaying the servicebsaying part not available, vehicle not available. It has been more than 20 days. This is complain against whirlpool service center (Sai ram services, airoli). I was made complain of no cooling in my refrigerator on 14th aug 2018 vide complain number mb[protected]. Whirlpool fully automatic 6.2 kg ti6212sdwn washing machine, one number of key (Key no. 2, program key, photo attached) of control panel is not working. And i can't be able to select the program option like only rinse, dry or spin.
It has 12 number of program portion but i can use only one due to this fault. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

1) told me wrong information that every part is covered under the amc (Ex plastic and rubber)
2) i complained for gas leakage and swing kit replacemt
2) charged me for a part replacement which is causing gas leakage.
4) gas leakage issue is still not resolved in last 40 days.
5) no one is helping me and not taking my issue on serious note.
