It is true that products of whirlpool are good, but unfortunately if something goes wrong, after sales service is very bad. I have lodged a complaint on 12.10.2018, your service engineer visited and told that a censor near motor will be changed, and the same will be changed tomorrow. Next day another engineer visited, checked thoroughly and told that previous engineer easy wrong, wiring and capesitor will be changed, asked to sent to service centre and to pay rs.500 in advance to tempo driver for to and fro charges. Machine was lying at service centre since 13.10.2018. Service engineer also told that it's just 2 hours job and on 14th despite holiday we will come to centre and repair and return by 14th evening or latest 15th morning. I have called on 15th to ms. Kiran at service centre, she informed that engineer is on the job and same will be sent to you by today evening. No call from them. Again i enquired on 16th forenoon madam told your machine got repaired and put on trial run will be sent around 6 pm. I hv telephoned at 8 pm, madam not picked up the phone and sent one sms that please talk to mr vishal jain at......
This number, i have called that mr. Jain informed that pcb of my machine got demeged and you have to pay around 4000. Rs for its replacement. From the above it is clear that pcb got demeged at service centre, why customer should bear the cost of fault made by whirlpool staff. I am a senior citizen, i have also called to mr. Dixit area manager, jaipur but no relief was received. I have also mailed to corporate office, they always made contact and every time confrance call was connected with area manager and manager of service centre. It is also informed by your engineer that pcb got repaired locally but still machine is lying with service centre.
Last i want justice, otherwise i have no option to go court of law.
It is humble request to all citizens if you really need after sales service never purchase whirlpool product.

Updated by Madhav Bhatt No response is provided, just asked to pay full amount including the part damaged by their service team. I have also sent email to company MD but the same had not even acknowledged. We customer don't expect such service from the company
