I have brought a whirlpool washing machine which claims to run on hard water. and within its warranty of 2 years it is creating loud noise while running. As per the service provider, its gearbox is damaged and needs to be replaced which will cost around Rs.2250. Additionally, a softener worth Rs.2000 needs to be fitted. I am extremely unsatisfied with the product....

Freezer door of my fridge was broken from one and half month and after launching complaint one service person came on 16th june 2018. He took rs.350/- as service charge and told me next day he will fix the door. But till today they didn't give me the door. Every time i call they say there is no supply of that door. They should know that they have supply of the product or not before taking the service charge!

This is fraud from whirlpool ...I have registered a complaint through Toll free for my front load Washing machine . Engineer from R. K. Cooling tech visited to My place ( contact person [protected]) .

for Error HE1 and spoil the entire system, broke my water tap, took 5k and never returned back even after repeated follow up .

Company provides first free service for window ac in 1 year of purchase time. I have purchased ac at 15th march, 2017. And i have raised request for my 1st free service at 6th march, 2018. Whirlpool closed the request at your end and now when i am calling back, they are saying that your product is out of warranty hence you need to pay the charges....
