This is sherali from chennai, purchased a double door refrigerator from one of your dealers in chennai on 2013
FIRST, The officer can check my records of service, what are the difficulties I have faced by whirlpool product service in last year.
For past two months the product is not working properly, that is no cooling in refrigerator, major issues in the fridge:- Every 4-5 mins there is cut off sound, Last year also same problem after many complaints raised then the issue was resolved.
Same problem now continues, In the month of February I received one sms regarding free service camp from whirlpool, I called the number which was in mentioned sms for service, they came and checked the product and said one spare is faulty have to change or your compressor will burn or something they said and said it will cost to Rs.1800/-, I asked them – you said free service but you are charging me, they said spares are chargeable, I said ok change the spare.
After changing the spare one day the product was working perfect next day onwards no cooling, every 4-5 mins there was cut off sound, I called the person and explained the problem, they came again and said the spare which they changed for Rs.1800/-is faulty, again they changed the new spare, again no cooling every 4-5 mins there was cut off sound and again they came and changed the new spare, but the problem was not resolved the same problem continues till date, again no cooling every 4-5 mins there is cut off sound. Again we tried couple of times calling the person but no response from him.
This is the best service from international recommended brand “WHIRLPOOL”
After 10 days we are going to have fasting period RAMZAN, So I kindly request the senior responsible officer to take an immediate action on the issue and request you to send the well trained experienced person to find first what is the problem and then solve the problem at the earliest.

Pathetic Service - 1 month for arranging a part for AC manufactured in 2018.
