Updated by lavinder Now a days AC have Sixth Sense but some people are without even common sense .
I was Complaining from more than one month that my AC is under breakdown to Whirlpool, wrote emails & even called them so many times . Even after that if you are able to write you care for your customer is " big joke".
First of all whirlpool never responded to me even if they responded they gave all kind of illogical things ranging from remote control problem to motor, then from motor to Sensor and now their focus is on PCB.
Everytime whenever they tried to repair they created some kind of additinal trouble to the unit, like parts are not fixed properly, even screw are left behind outside the unit .( i dont know haw safe it is now to use after that).
don't believe that your field executives are trained ( they don't even have id cards if you ask ), their repair quality is totally un reliable . for this reason i dont need any repair it will be tter if replace the unit otherwise i bound to take the legal course.

Updated by lavinder AC stopped working on 17 th May, informed Whirlpool india for resolution,
Complaint was atuomatically closed without doing anything again registered another complaint as they are not able to reopen the Previous complaint which they have Closed on their Own.
Wrote email, reminder emails to their helpdesk but never received any feedback till one month .
in the meantime their people came four time to repiar the Ac unit, everytime htey tried to rectify the probkle was unsucessful and the complete cycle took more than 1 month .
i was facing the summer and these people keep experimenting on the AC unit, even when they tried to repair it they left some screw outside the unit, means they made it truly third hand AC with their repair .
then i requested them if in one month you are not able to resolve it then please give another unit as it is not getting fixed.
reply was company can repair but cannot replace, and nobody was willing to discuss the deteriotation happened due to there repair attempted four time on AC.
Want to have new one instead of getting this unit repaired.
