I have already booked a complaint that refrigerator is not working for the last two weeks, Technician Mallikarjuna( Mob:-[protected]) attended and confirmed that problem is in inverter board. He assured it will be replaced with
in 4 days.After that we again contacted him for resolving the problem.He told that New branch opened in Attapur and given the contact number of Technician
sampath([protected]), Later we have contacted Mr.Sampath on last monday, He assured the problem will be resolved by[protected].Yesterday again i have
contacted him, he told that he is on leave and simply given the Manager number [protected].Yesterday i have contacted the manager no he was suggested to dial at 11:30 AM on 23/05/2018.Again i have called him but simply he has referred to Technician Mahesh([protected]), After that i have contacted Mr.Mahesh simply he has forwarded to sampath([protected]),
again i have contacted Mr.Mahesh simply he has forwarded the same to Mr.Ramesh([protected]).He told that there is no spares available at Newly opened branch and it will be resolved shortly.Simply your people are passing time simply referring to some body, and response of manager is worst.This indicates gross negligence of your staff and poor customer care.How many days required for your people to solve the problem 1 Month, 1Yearor 10 Years.So it requested to solve the above greivance at the earliest.

    I purchased a window ac, after one year i purchase amc in every year... But now this time i m facing a lots of problem due to uneducated engineer those came 3 times in a week and the problem was same as earlier. And they cannot detect any problem and said that ur ac is not working properly and we have to carry in a warehouse for repairing and demand for the conveyance about 1200/- rs.. It doesn't matter about the money but u have to clear all the problem due to this we are facing lots of problem...

      I have not got any micro block tray with my refrigerator vitamagic pro 200ltr. As show in picuture that they are providing the tray. Resolve this else i will go to consumer court and file a case against whirlpool. First i have purchased whirlpool product and i got incomplete product.

      I need that tray because i have paid. It need to be resolved asap. Or else in 24 hours i will file a complaint against consumer court and i will show everything that in pictures you have shown me that you are providing micro block tray

        My double door refrigerator is 7 yrs old having compressor fault inspected by a whirlpool technician. I replaced the compressor and relay last year (I paid extra for the relay but relay already available with new compressor) and it is working fine for 3 months and again went to fault. Compressor starts and immediately stops. I checked with a clamp meter and it takes 0.9a while running and it shuts down immediately. I informed this to whirlpool service centre villupuram. But they replaced timer and relay once again. It is working good for just half an hour after that it get faulty again. I visited the whirlpool authorized service centre in villupuram and we have some arguments with them and they finally accepted their issue and inspect once again. This time they replaced the relay with another type and the machine works well. Now after a month, the compressor again stops running and the service people itself didn't respond for this issue. Three time i have raised complaints in online portal. But there is no use of this. I don't know whether this issue is because of service centre / whirlpool, but i am getting frustated with this refrigerator. I spend more than 10k with 2 days leave of mine. Even i just throw my whirlpool washing machine and got lg washing machine. I have the proof for all of the problems i have faced till now. For the cost and time i spent for this, i can buy a new refrigerator without any problems.

        No, after two months it has the same problem and the technician confirmed it is due to compressor and advised to replace the compressor. Since I bought the compressor exactly 13 months before that time and so warranty is not covered. Though I was not able to use the replaced compressor. So my suggestion is not to depend on whirlpool's authorized service center as they replaced the compressor and it makes problems and problems and the warranty period was finally gone. Go to the local repair station which handles your refrigerator reasonably.

        Finally I bought Haier refrigerator which is running fine without any hassle and also got 10 year compressor warranty and also cheaper than whirlpool. Their customer service is also good.

        I have been getting unnecessary calls from whirlpool. Even after telling them repeatedly that i am not intrested and not to call again, i have been getting calls from different numbers.
        Please stop calling, it disturbs my privacy and is serving as mental trauma to me.

          I ordered ice magic refrigerator 215 impwcool roy 4s (Order id: #[protected] on 8th may 2018 through www.whirlpoolindiawstore.com, money got deducted immediately and order confirmed. But till now i did not get a single mail about delay on my order delivery status. They always have a standard reply 7 working days for delivery. Now it is more than 15 days when i tried contacting whirlpool customer care [[protected]], no one know the status and kept on just redirecting the call. I was given another number [[protected]] to know about the order status. This person redirected my call and gave another person contact number [[protected]], which is 24*7 busy and i was not able to contact that person. I am completely disappointed with whirlpool customer service and till date no update on the delivery status, no proper contact to get the status of my order.

          This is very unprofessional that money got debited, but no information on my order and no response from customer care.

          Please do the needful to deliver my product asap.

          I booked the refrigerator on 8th may 2018. No response from customer care ever. Kept diverting calls forever. No response for the email that I sent to you. You cancelled my Order after 3 weeks without even letting me know. Even for this compliant you are responding after 20 days. Let me suffer and now you are saying "We hope your concern has been resolved". You never resolved my compliant.

          Worst customer service ever!!!

            I have purchased a refrigerator of whirlpool brand of 215 ltrs. Capacity from m/s. Leo electronics, ntpc jyothinagar, ramagundam, peddapalli - disti. Bill. No.1033 dtd.[protected]Enclosed). From the date of purchase the fridge is not working and complaints lodged online (03 times) withwhirlpoolcustomer care the details of which are given below :

            Complaintsnumbers hd[protected], hd[protected], hd[protected], delayed date from ;[protected] but till pending the service mechanic attended and not rectified the problem and told that we are unable to rectify the problem. The details of the service engineers who have attended the complaints are given below. The service engineer closed the calls without information and signatures.

            I have contacted the dealer of m/s. Leo electronics at ntpc ramagundamwho is not attending to my complaint and threated me that you can do whatever you want and warned me not to come to his shop. Even the service engineers have responded in the same way. After facing a lot of problem and humiliation by the showroom and the service engineers, i am forced to approach you for needful action and justice.

            I have bought above noted refrigerator in April 2008, But i am very sorry to inform you that this filed item fails in every summer. It stops cooling in every summer. In the initial year of purchase, your company has repaired it for 2 or three times I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE REPLACE THIS REFRIGERATOR .

              Whirlpool has approached me through planet b solutions and offered annual maintenance for 3 years for my washing machine. I have issued cheque fvg whirlpool india and the receipt was handed over to me by their representative planet b solution in chennai dated 04/03/2018.

              After a week on 26/03/2018, i have received a amc activation letter from whirlpool stating it is for 2 years period. I keep on complaining to customerservice every fortnight and i have not received any reply till date. Planet b solutions have confirmed that amc for 3 years telephonically but hesitant to give in written.

                We have got whirlpool 360 washing machine brought in 2014, since we are living aboard so machine was used very little during these times and everyone we come to india we have no other job but to start complaining about not working of machine sometime earlier about its main shaft and now about its drain problem with lot of other errors but nobody is seriously considering our request and everyone from cc side giving us complain number but workshop in contact after giving one call never show up to visit and solve problems.

                Does it means that whirlpool having no after sales service support to customers?

                  My complaint about the replacement of 2 ton split ac compressor is still pending even after 2 weeks. The complaint was lodged on 2nd may 2018 after which the technician visited and confirmed that the compressor has been damaged and needs replacement. They were paid 512/- for their visit charge; since the compressor is still under warranty they said that it will be replaced.

                  After regular follow-up & repeated calls to customer care, the issue is still pending. The local stockist whose number was shared with me doesn't have a clue about when the replacement will come. He refers back to the company while company's customer care does the perfunctory reminder and refers back to the local contact.

                  The peak summertime has been lost due to their lethargy & unprofessional approach. This is what one gets when one buys the more expensive 2 ton split ac. This is the service that is provided.

                  I want an immediate resolution of the issue (Within next 2 days) failing which i shall approach the legal recourse and request for replacement of the air conditioner unit or the refund of the money paid for the air conditioner.

                    Before visiting he was demanding different charges.
                    After visiting our place he said he will not install outdoor unit at 12th floor.
                    He asked us to ask someone to remove window bracket and door and get install outdoor unit ..then he will install indoor unit.

                      It is more than 2 months since we raised this complaint and we do not get any response.
                      For the complaint raised whirlpool technician came and ensured that machine totally fails and we got electrical shock. We are made to run from pillar to post. Irony is product is just over two years quality is very very bad and oven is not working.

                      They are neither responding but are rude to demand extra payment from our end for replacing the equipment for the damage done by them. On top of that they say they will even take 3 months to replace and as customer we do not have tight to question about their service.

                      Even wrote to whirlpool global team, bringing to ytheir attention as i am fed up with india team for no response and rude service technicians. My wife received an electrical shock after your technician tried to service. Service team is totally incompetent rude. Please do jot buy whirlpool as their service technician only purpose is to damage equipment. We are forced to replace the line at a cost more than oven cost. Horrible company

                        I have complained in customer care about 3 months ago that my washing machine is not working properly but there is no response from their side. They just allocate a service engineer who calls and tell he can't come for service bcoz it doesn't comes under his service area
                        Now, the machine stops working completely and again i have complained in customer care about the issue and they take about 10 days for assigning service engineer who was the same person and the same reply. I am fed up with their after care service try to resolve my complaint asap.

                          A c was installed in my house on 19 th of march 2018. Cooling was reduced from 25th of march. I got this ac gifted by my brother through amazon, where installation was free. After a month when i booked for the service, s. Arun kumar from smart solution, marathalli, bangalore started demanding money for installation. He said he will not repair until i pay the money.

                          Can i know from whirlpool

                          1. Are your products so bad that they should be repaired with in 5 days, what kind of products are u people selling. We can buy other brands why whirlpool.

                          2.ac is under warranty for one year, how can a person demand money for installation instead of repairing and providing service. He should have settled this issue when installation was done. Mr arun was incapable of doing his job.

                          3. Mr arun can't talk to customer like this and demand money or email with regard to installation.

                          4. Kindly arrange some other service center to repair my ac at the earliest.

                          5. These kind of demand is not appreciated.

                          6. I want my ac to be serviced at the earliest and immediate response from whirlpool.

                            We have bought a Window AC in Dec 2017 from Flipcart as per contact it was supposed to be installed in 24 Hrs, We waited for a week few technician came and went nothing happened .As we live abroad we came back from Kerala.
                            Now This month from May 2 My wife is in India, we have talked to service manager & ### Manger mANY TIMEs fixed up May 7th,
                            But today –May 7th we are getting another set of excuses, can you take back the set and refund as you are unable to deliver what is promised.

                            Kindly note it is still not resolved.

                            Kindly donot frivolous such an issue it is indeed very serious of contract violation, as per contract installation is unconditional.

                            Kindly note an Air conditioner (Window) cannot be fixed by one technician alone alteast two people are required . I donot think I have to teach on this matter .

                            We had taken prior appointment on this matter on May 2nd, for May 7th installation and we spend taxi hire charges of INR 6000/- to reach there .Appreciate if you study the case before sending emails.

                            Since we have suffered mental, physical harassment we would need compensation and refund of the full amount .

I have complaint so many times, So many Service engineers come from last One month but no body can solve it. So its request you to please replace my Washing Machine on an urgent basis. I have faces a lot of problems.kindly consider my request and replace my washing machine immediately

                                I was charged an amount of rs.500 respective of the transportation cost for my whirlpool refrigerator by the grazia services, ravipuram, kochi. Also my fridge was taken away for more than 20 days. They said it's the compressor issue. It's not fair to charge any such amount from the consumers under the period of warranty, as the warranty should cover all necessary costs and service charges.

                                  I have purchased the refrigerator 6 years ago. I wanted to get the chiller tray replaced. The people at the authorised service centre are just not bothered. I gave been trying to follow up so ce 3 weeks as to when the new tray would be available but nobody seems to be bothered. First i recive a reply that they had placed the order and it would be coming from pune. When that didn't happen i called up the authorised service centre (Shreeji enterprise, andheri east, mumbai) again to which they replied that since they didn't get the part from pune they have ordered it from faridabad and it would reach them on 4th may. I called them today to which the people replied that it is not available and they have no clue if it would available. They have asked me to speak to their manager whose number they promptly provided. After which i called customer care again. The person mr. Manish to whom i told everything coolly asked me whether i want to put a fresh complain t or speak to higher authorities. When i requested for the latter he put my call on hold so as to transfer the call n after a few minutes conveniently disconnected the call.


                                  I must say what a customer service!!! You buy a whirlpool product. After that we are simply not bothered. Why fool people with phrases like prompt customer service and all.in fact there is no service at all.

                                  P. S. Just by saying that the product is discontinued what do you expect customers to do. Buy a new product every 5 years???

                                    Worst customer service with installation. Pathetic and worst. We bought whirlpool inverter ac 1.5 ton from croma store indiranagar, bangalore. Hidden service charge was one surprise the installation agency head telling we have lot of customer and you can return the product and abusing the customer is another surprise. One of the worst nightmare. Unprofessional and unethical.

                                      But, the out door unit has giving loud buzzing sound noises and water leakage from body.
                                      I have complaint this matter to the hira electronics.
                                      But, the hira electronics has failed to solve this problem.
