I bought my doule door freeze just before 2 and half years in bangalore. Purchase date: october 2015. And now the freeze has some technical problems, it is not working properly. I gave one complaint to whirlpool customer care bangalore but they closed my complaint without solving the problem. The complaint no: bg[protected]. Whirlpool customer care bangalore, is not responding to my concerns. I am very old customer of whirlpool.
Just 2 years old freeze and now it is not working. I need help asap.

    I have brought refrigerator in 2013 may my compressor on warrenty ilost bill please provide duplicate bill repair compressor
    so they have to solve this problem immideatly many time check but take bill paper so refrigerator are very bad because today purchase today fault after 1year again fault so i can help to give compressor on refrigerator immediatly responding

      I had purchased whirlpool fully automatic machine on 26.03.2016.. When the problem occurred their technician came and said to install a filter which costed 2000 bucks.. He said that there wont be any problems after this installation..2-3 days after installing it.. Every time we use the machine a white gum type formation occurs which blocks the water supply.. The service providers (Pinnacle services) are so rude that they dont even reply to calls.. And when asked for refund/replacement they clearly refused and said ki kuch nahi ho sakta aapko jo karna hai kro.. My point is.. Being such a big brand name.. How can they treat their customers in such a manner and service providers like pinnacle services should not be a part of whirlpool..

        My registered contact number with whirlpool is xxxxxxxxxx, serial no:inf[protected] and complaint no:mb[protected]. I have a whirlpool stainwash washing machine which was purchased on 25th july, 2015. I purchased an annual maintenance contract (Amc) from whirlpool and they sent their technician for inspection and he approved my application no. Hp17780599 and collected rs.3030 cheque (Receipt attached) after few days my machine started to create very loud noise so i called the customer service and registered a service request. The technician did not repair my machine. He told that this problem is old. He told that we will close your amc and your money will be refunded to the bank. I was not happy with this response. I called the service center sky enterprises who covers mira road region next day to discuss this issue. They also did not helped me and directed me to contact customer care. I contacted customer service and they told me to contact their regional coordinator named reshma more on [protected]. She gave me assurance that my money will be refunded however it did not happened and now she is not answering my phone. This issue has created a lot of mental distress to me. This is a clear fraud from whirlpool who is not ready to provide me service also and even not refunding my money back. They are forcefully continuing the amc without providing me any service. Please note below requests: 1) i need my money refunded asap along with 6% interest from july 2017 to present and compensation of rs.5000 for the harassment and mental agony. 2) i want a strict action against whirlpool india, sky enterprises mira road, reshma more and the technician named ratish who talked to me in a rude and disrespectful manner so that such fraud does not gets repeated with any other consumer.           I purchased a fully automatic machine and after it's expiration of warrenty period I got updated its AMC (warrenty period) worth ₹3030 for one year on 4/8/17.
          Last week I incurred a problem that its tub was rotating only one side for the same i registered a complaint against the product on 3/3/2018 the mechanic visited on 5/3/2018 and he was so disappointing that he lied us that a part (bearing) of the machine is damaged which costs ₹3200 plus convenience charges for sending the machine to the workshop also told me that this is exclusive of the warranty period that you updated so you have to pay for it..
          We were so disappointed hence called our local mechanic.. he found that there was no damage in any part of the machine rather there was a little problem in connection that he repaired within 2-3 minutes..
          I am highly disappointed by the mechanic's misguidance and lying also whirlpool that keeps such mechanics or either it is a way of bulgaring the customers by lying through group of such mechanics. He lives in village pooth kalan workshop of delhi and his contact number is [protected](personal number) [protected](workshop number)

          I request you to take a strict action against the mechanic asap

              I. D. K. Sharma bought 3 nos whirlppol ac 7 months back, one of the ac was having compressor problem from installation, earlier their service provider denied accepting the same, after confrontation, he agreed to report compressor problem and get it replaced, for over 3months i am waiting for the same to be replaced, there has been absolutely no communication from them against various mails & telephonic calls logged by me, totally disappointed service support, never experienced from mnc company till now. May be in life i will never buy whirlpool products again

                We have purchased whirlpool double door refrigerator from below dealer :

                See how idiotic these dealers are they don't have any knowledge about the product features added by the company.

                Now after 3 years a problem occurred and there is no cooling in lower part of refrigerator, so we complained in whirlpool.

                (Complaint number -)

                Mr. Kamal from whirlpool came and said that "Because of no external stabilizer defrost kit got damaged" and which is costing Rs. 2700.

                Dealer and service center engineer had conversation on this and both are stuck on their points :

                Dealer says no stabilizer required.

                Whirlpool Service Center engineer (Mr. Kamal), says it is required. (defrost tray got damaged due to absence of external stabilizer)

                WHO will pay this amount...????? Why we have to bear for misguidance and unawareness of their products, which they are selling in the market just to make profits.

                Dealer denied bluntly and said that you (we as customer) have to pay the amount. We were misguided at the time of purchase, not sure why whirlpool is allowing such dealers to sell their products.

                Are you guys serious….?????

                THIS IS VERY PATHETIC CONDITION OF YOURS SERVICES ? That we are not getting any response from any end TILL DATE NO RESOLUTION

                I am expecting positive response from WHIRLPOOL (change of KIT free of cost and action against the dealer or service engineer, whosoever is at fault) on this and if no response received then I will have to approach to consumer court for the same.

                I will definitely leave negative remarks on social media as well.

                  As your customer, i am totally dissatisfied with the performance of your subject product, on every 3 months your service team charging of rs.5000.00 plus towards repairing.

                  Now i am not in a position to bear the cost of repairing of said washing machine.

                  I also not able to understand the life of such product which required a monthly budget for the maintenance.

                  Every time your service team charging the parts cost more than the mrp.

                  This is also surprising to me how your team selling parts without a price tag of the big brand like whirlpool.

                      Hi,
                      Recently we purchased whirlpool neo fresh double door refrigerator on jan 27 2018. Refrigerator sensor was not working and demo person told it needs replacement and he told he will create ticket for that.
                      Replacement ticket was created on 1st feb 2018 and after that there was no update from them for 15 days. We called whirlpool customer care to get update and from that day, we are getting same update that, they are having some technical issues. Being world's famous brand i am not sure how many days they face technical issues and we are still waiting for replacement.
                      This is worst worst experience and we are really frustrated.

                      We tried to escalate it and still there is no hope about replacement process.
                      They are not refunding our money too.
                      Whirlpool India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                      Whirlpool customer support called me but I don't see any update on this.
                      Still they have a same reason that, they are not able to process our replacement request due to system related technical issues and same reason we are listening from them almost from 30 days.
                      Being world's popular brand does it take so much time to fix system related technical issues?? or is it just common reason they tell to all customers (I am wondered***).

                          I had put amc for my washing machine 20 days before, & my washing machine start button not working properly now, when i complained they send service person.

                          Who capture video of not working machine and said, our policy does not allow any fault of a machine before 1 month of amc period & it has to be decided whether to replace my part or to cancel my amc.

                          My wasing machine annoys a lot in drier mode. Sound annoys me and my family a lot.
                          When i said about this, service person asked me to put drier with only 3 clothes and when runned only little noise came. Then he said there is no noise why are you complaining.

                          Whether i am a fool to buy this washing machine and put amc for not servicing my washing machine.

                            Hi,

                            I want to register a compliant on the repair services provided by whirlpool washing machine executive. There was an issue of water not flowing in to the machine for which we had raised a compliant. When the executive came, he has put a new inlet valve and calstrait to the washing machine.

                            The issue is the threaded inlet pipe (Connected to machine water supply) to which the calstrait is connected is shaking. Before the repair is done, this was tightly fixed and was not shaking at all. It is not properly fitted and water is leaking throughout at the joint. We have paid totally rs. 3722 for the entire work. I was not in india and my wife asked the whirlpool executive to fix it properly as it was shaking. He said that it is fine and is not an issue.in my absence, my wife could not argue with the executive much on this. I am back to india couple of days back and have noticed the problem. The thread is not getting tightened properly and the water is getting leaked and we have to manually pour the water in pipe. I need whirlpool team to take immediate action and send some good executive to fix the problem free of cost. Else, i will escalate this to the higher management. I am attaching the copy of the receipt which shows we have paid the amount of rs. 3722. Kindly do the needful.

They delivered the product, technician is refusing to install the refrigerator, as they commit to do this by today. From tomorrow i will be out of station.                                 My fridge complaint 4-5 times whirlpool service centre.They have replaced repair all major parts @ amt to rs 11000/-approx. Service reps have come 5 times @ service charges are rs 530/-the fridge works for 20-25 days then again cooling issues are there.Problem remains. Modus operandi of whirlpool fooling customers pathetic, hopeless services.

                                Every time service reps visit carry out some hit and trial pocket service charges and the problem remains as it is.It is basic sense that if said repairs are beyond your capability you should admit and stop charging /fooling poor customers.I request the matter be taken at appropriate level and needful be done, my fridge be repaired on priority and service visits should be free of cost till product is fully repaired.

                                  It was an high end product in top-load washing machine category. Salesman has appreciated it a lot while selling it to us.
                                  This product has worked without any issue for till 26th jan, 2018. Exactly for 2 years.

                                  Now, it cannot be the co-incidence that whirlpool was trying to sell the extended warranty to us which we didn't buy and
                                  The product immediately stopped working after 2 years. The motor is not spinning and engineer is saying the gear box has an issue not the
                                  Motor (Which still covered in warranty).
                                  As a customer, i fail to understand this.

                                  Service engineer has visited and estimated a cost of 6000 for repair. I don't need a repair rather i would love to trash
                                  This stupidly engineered product.

                                  Gameplan:
                                  This seems to be like a gameplan wherein product is designed to work for 2 years. As a customer, i would not recommend any
                                  Product line of whirlpool now onwards (Not evrn any far-off or distance relative/friend).
                                  It's definitely not a sorry case.

                                  It's a big negative use case wherein whirlpool is trying to fool customer so i will definitely do my best to increase the awareness among user
                                  And promote this negative use case on all public consumer complaint portal.

                                    I brought air conditioner last year april 2017. Withing 6 to 7 months of my purchase ac got repaired. I called customer service for complaint on december 2017. From day on i call them daily for fixing this issue. None of them responded. This is really very bad customer experinece i faced. I feel that i should have not opted wirphool. Going forward i dont suggest my friends to purchase products from wirphool.

                                      I had called on customer care no.[protected] on 28.01.2018 to register a complaint for washing machine not functioning.

                                      The customer care person registerd the compalint and informed that technician from s s solution services will call on the registered number for visit. It was informed that service charge of rs. 350 will have to be paid. Any part replacement, repair will be charged at actual, the cost will be informed after inspection by the engineer.

                                      Engineer (Harsh - [protected]) called and fixed a visit. Upon visit on 28.01.2018, he inspected and informed that the panel is damaged and needs to be repaired. Charges will be rs. 3450 (Inclusive of service charge). He was also informed about water leakage from the bottom of the machine, which he informed he will check on the next day when the panel is ready to be replaced.

                                      He visited the next day on 29.01.2018, and replaced the panel and made the machine functional. Water leakage also he did some setting and was working fine that day.

                                      Next day when the machine was used, the leakage started again. We tried to contact him on the given number, but no one is picking the call. We tried to call on the numbers given on the bill[protected]Temporarily out of service), [protected] (This number does not exist) but no response.

                                      On calling the same customer care number of whirlpool again on 6/2/2018, i was informed that the service charge is valid for one month, so i requested the customer care executive to register another complaint. This time the executive gave the name of new sri ram services. Another call was received from new sri ram services. After hearing the details, the person of new sri ram services informed that i will have to pay a visit charge of rs. 472. He informed that there is no registered service provider by name of ss solution services.

                                      On calling the customer care on 7.2.2018, the details were explained to the executive named nitin. After checking the details he informed that there was no registered service centre by name ss solution service. He checked and could find my call details of 6.2.2018, but was unable to find call details of previous complaint.

                                      I informed that on both the calls for service on the customer care, no service request no was provided. I was informed that no call was received for service on 28/29 jan 2018.

                                      Customer service executive informed again that ss solution service was not registered with whirlpool, and requested to try calling on the numbers given on the receipt.

                                      Upon trying again, there is no response from the executive harsh, who visited for the panel repair, neither the two numbers given on the receipt.

                                      The problem of machine not working is resolved, however the leakage still persists.
                                      Whirlpool India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Yesterday morning my refrigerator was not working. The whirlpool service centre at andheri west promised to send their technician till evening but they didn't come despite making several calls. Today morning, i co-ordinated with vijay sales (From where the refrigerator was purchased) but it said they will take at least 2 days to resolve the issue. Due to constant follow up on my part, they finally sent a technician who had no knowledge with respect to the repairing aspect of the refrigerator. Eventually, he called a senior technician who removed the thermostat and concluded that the damaged part shall be replaced tomorrow. This is very poor quality service being offered by whirlpool and does not auger well with the brand name. You are requested to replace the refrigerator since the same was purchased on 11th october 2017.
                                        Whirlpool India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
