Hi,
Recently we purchased whirlpool neo fresh double door refrigerator on jan 27 2018. Refrigerator sensor was not working and demo person told it needs replacement and he told he will create ticket for that.
Replacement ticket was created on 1st feb 2018 and after that there was no update from them for 15 days. We called whirlpool customer care to get update and from that day, we are getting same update that, they are having some technical issues. Being world's famous brand i am not sure how many days they face technical issues and we are still waiting for replacement.
This is worst worst experience and we are really frustrated.

We tried to escalate it and still there is no hope about replacement process.
They are not refunding our money too.
Whirlpool India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Whirlpool customer support called me but I don't see any update on this.
Still they have a same reason that, they are not able to process our replacement request due to system related technical issues and same reason we are listening from them almost from 30 days.
Being world's popular brand does it take so much time to fix system related technical issues?? or is it just common reason they tell to all customers (I am wondered***).

    I have purchased front load washing machine model no.12066 explore 1055 lcw 5.5kg. Date of purchase is 28.04.2012 and registered mobile no. Is [protected]. Machine is dead and it is said to me that it can not be repaired as parts not manufactured. Let me know what can be done. Is it fare to replace machine after every 5 years.
    What can be done for repair and what action can be taken by a victim for resolving it?

      I had put amc for my washing machine 20 days before, & my washing machine start button not working properly now, when i complained they send service person.

      Who capture video of not working machine and said, our policy does not allow any fault of a machine before 1 month of amc period & it has to be decided whether to replace my part or to cancel my amc.

      My wasing machine annoys a lot in drier mode. Sound annoys me and my family a lot.
      When i said about this, service person asked me to put drier with only 3 clothes and when runned only little noise came. Then he said there is no noise why are you complaining.

      Whether i am a fool to buy this washing machine and put amc for not servicing my washing machine.

        Hi,

        I want to register a compliant on the repair services provided by whirlpool washing machine executive. There was an issue of water not flowing in to the machine for which we had raised a compliant. When the executive came, he has put a new inlet valve and calstrait to the washing machine.

        The issue is the threaded inlet pipe (Connected to machine water supply) to which the calstrait is connected is shaking. Before the repair is done, this was tightly fixed and was not shaking at all. It is not properly fitted and water is leaking throughout at the joint. We have paid totally rs. 3722 for the entire work. I was not in india and my wife asked the whirlpool executive to fix it properly as it was shaking. He said that it is fine and is not an issue.in my absence, my wife could not argue with the executive much on this. I am back to india couple of days back and have noticed the problem. The thread is not getting tightened properly and the water is getting leaked and we have to manually pour the water in pipe. I need whirlpool team to take immediate action and send some good executive to fix the problem free of cost. Else, i will escalate this to the higher management. I am attaching the copy of the receipt which shows we have paid the amount of rs. 3722. Kindly do the needful.

          I have bought a new refrigerator of whirlpool from great eastern, bagnan showroom. They delivered the product, technician is refusing to install the refrigerator, as they commit to do this by today. From tomorrow i will be out of station. I have already elaborate the whole thing to them. Still they are not taking any action.

            My fridge complaint 4-5 times whirlpool service centre.They have replaced repair all major parts @ amt to rs 11000/-approx. Service reps have come 5 times @ service charges are rs 530/-the fridge works for 20-25 days then again cooling issues are there.Problem remains. Modus operandi of whirlpool fooling customers pathetic, hopeless services.

            Every time service reps visit carry out some hit and trial pocket service charges and the problem remains as it is.It is basic sense that if said repairs are beyond your capability you should admit and stop charging /fooling poor customers.I request the matter be taken at appropriate level and needful be done, my fridge be repaired on priority and service visits should be free of cost till product is fully repaired.

              Whirlpool consumer complaint

              Product details: whirlpool w/mtl 6.5kg sw ultra65h f-grey

              2 years warranty

              It was an high end product in top-load washing machine category. Salesman has appreciated it a lot while selling it to us.
              This product has worked without any issue for till 26th jan, 2018. Exactly for 2 years.

              Now, it cannot be the co-incidence that whirlpool was trying to sell the extended warranty to us which we didn't buy and
              The product immediately stopped working after 2 years. The motor is not spinning and engineer is saying the gear box has an issue not the
              Motor (Which still covered in warranty).
              As a customer, i fail to understand this.

              Service engineer has visited and estimated a cost of 6000 for repair. I don't need a repair rather i would love to trash
              This stupidly engineered product.

              Gameplan:
              This seems to be like a gameplan wherein product is designed to work for 2 years. As a customer, i would not recommend any
              Product line of whirlpool now onwards (Not evrn any far-off or distance relative/friend).
              It's definitely not a sorry case.

              It's a big negative use case wherein whirlpool is trying to fool customer so i will definitely do my best to increase the awareness among user
              And promote this negative use case on all public consumer complaint portal.

                I brought air conditioner last year april 2017. Withing 6 to 7 months of my purchase ac got repaired. I called customer service for complaint on december 2017. From day on i call them daily for fixing this issue. None of them responded. This is really very bad customer experinece i faced. I feel that i should have not opted wirphool. Going forward i dont suggest my friends to purchase products from wirphool.

                Its really very bad experience i had. Dont ever buy this product. Also attached screen shot of my cal history with here

                  I had called on customer care no.[protected] on 28.01.2018 to register a complaint for washing machine not functioning.

                  The customer care person registerd the compalint and informed that technician from s s solution services will call on the registered number for visit. It was informed that service charge of rs. 350 will have to be paid. Any part replacement, repair will be charged at actual, the cost will be informed after inspection by the engineer.

                  Engineer (Harsh - [protected]) called and fixed a visit. Upon visit on 28.01.2018, he inspected and informed that the panel is damaged and needs to be repaired. Charges will be rs. 3450 (Inclusive of service charge). He was also informed about water leakage from the bottom of the machine, which he informed he will check on the next day when the panel is ready to be replaced.

                  He visited the next day on 29.01.2018, and replaced the panel and made the machine functional. Water leakage also he did some setting and was working fine that day.

                  Next day when the machine was used, the leakage started again. We tried to contact him on the given number, but no one is picking the call. We tried to call on the numbers given on the bill[protected]Temporarily out of service), [protected] (This number does not exist) but no response.

                  On calling the same customer care number of whirlpool again on 6/2/2018, i was informed that the service charge is valid for one month, so i requested the customer care executive to register another complaint. This time the executive gave the name of new sri ram services. Another call was received from new sri ram services. After hearing the details, the person of new sri ram services informed that i will have to pay a visit charge of rs. 472. He informed that there is no registered service provider by name of ss solution services.

                  On calling the customer care on 7.2.2018, the details were explained to the executive named nitin. After checking the details he informed that there was no registered service centre by name ss solution service. He checked and could find my call details of 6.2.2018, but was unable to find call details of previous complaint.

                  I informed that on both the calls for service on the customer care, no service request no was provided. I was informed that no call was received for service on 28/29 jan 2018.

                  Customer service executive informed again that ss solution service was not registered with whirlpool, and requested to try calling on the numbers given on the receipt.

                  Upon trying again, there is no response from the executive harsh, who visited for the panel repair, neither the two numbers given on the receipt.

                  The problem of machine not working is resolved, however the leakage still persists.

                    Yesterday morning my refrigerator was not working. The whirlpool service centre at andheri west promised to send their technician till evening but they didn't come despite making several calls. Today morning, i co-ordinated with vijay sales (From where the refrigerator was purchased) but it said they will take at least 2 days to resolve the issue. Due to constant follow up on my part, they finally sent a technician who had no knowledge with respect to the repairing aspect of the refrigerator. Eventually, he called a senior technician who removed the thermostat and concluded that the damaged part shall be replaced tomorrow. This is very poor quality service being offered by whirlpool and does not auger well with the brand name. You are requested to replace the refrigerator since the same was purchased on 11th october 2017.

                      I bought the whirlpool fridge on 09/22/2017 and my experience with Whirlpool customer care and the fridge(Protton series) has been horrible.
                      I have made a call to Whirlpool every alternate date since 11/12/2017. The first time my so called Frost free fridge started frosting, Biswajit Mondol was handling the issue. He took one month to get my replacement and their delivery guys also asked me money for delivering. Before my fridge was replaced I had to keep calling and begging and mailing Biswajit Mondal again and again due to lack of pro activeness. My Second fridge(replacement) got delivered around Dec 11th, 2017. Within a week it started frosting again and the technician visits started to acertain what was wrong but no cause was found. Now there was a bad odor circulating in the fridge due to which I also bought some stuff which their technician sold me for Rs. 200 and a stabilizer.
                      Since then I am interacting with Ms. Sangeeta Sarkar and it has been a nightmare. Either she is not available or she comes up with some excuse or the other to avoid me. Sometime the issue is stuck with the Quality team or she has to check with someone else for approval or she wants me to speak to her area sales manager but none of these hypothetical departments are reachable. Till date I do not have a concrete update from anyone. I do not want to take this issue further hence I would want Whirlpool to return all my money back (The fridge+stabilizer and the stuff which keeps odor away). They have harassed me since 3 months and I've made nearly more than 100 calls and mails to them without any resolution. I have a very bad experience and lost all faith in Whirlpool.

                        V ve purchased fridge model ff2d2554s/2013 sl. Noina[protected] from pnv agency mavelikkara 4yrs ago (29/042014). We are very disappointed bcoz it has burnt. Inside the refridgerator fully burnt. We complaint to pnv, but they says they have no responsibility and only for that company. Electrician checked and says no electric pblm. Hope ur positive response.

                          Only while spinning heavy noise is coming, i have raised service call (Cn[protected]). On 20th jan'2018 at 1.30pm whirlpool technician by name d. Yuvaraj ([protected]) addressed the service request (Cn[protected], and he told water went into barring due to that noise is coming. He put 1200 grams (12 packets) of whirlpool scalegon powder in washing machine and charged me rs.2, 280/- for this. I expressed my unacceptance of the amount charged and argued with him and his manager, finally his manager instructed him to charge rs. 2, 160/-, i paid the same in cash. He left my home by telling that few more service call i have to address, while return back to office will come and take your machine to service center for repair. He didn't came back.
                          Next day 21st jan'18 deelip ([protected]) came @12.30pm, dismantled the machine, he took wash tub along with motor to service center.
                          Next day 22nd jan'18 deelip ([protected]) came @10.30am along with wash tub and motor, told to us that he changed the spares like oil seal, bearing, drive hub, drive assembly, mounting plate. He fitted it and operated the machine in spin mode, while it is running we observed and told to him noise is not reduced to normal level, he ignored our observation and left. Same day we tried to wash clothes, but huge vibration while machine in wash mode and alarming no water signal. We called to customer service center and reopened the service request (Cn[protected] and escalated the issue to mrs. Sravanee.
                          On 24th jan'18 yuvaraj ([protected]) @3.30pm came and observed the noise and vibration, he changed one of the spare and applied solution like m-seal, asked us to run machine from tomorrow only.
                          On 25th jan'18 we run the machine, while it is in spin mode abnormal noise and in addition to that vibration is also coming.
                          I am requesting you people, please assign this service request to another good technician, who will address this in proper way. Thanks in advance.

                            I did the mistake by buying the whirlpool fridge,

                            I am getting calls to enroll for amc, every second day.
                            I shared couple of times that i am not interested and pls donot call me, but getting the calls every second day. I sent the email to [protected]@whirlpool.com 10 days back, no response of email and even today got the call for amc.

                            If whirlpool will run amc campaign this way, people will not buy new products as well. I am not going to buy whirlpool product in future and sharing the same with my known circle.

                              Even After completion of 24 hours from raising complaint, no one responded on my complaint. This shows the level of negligence towards customer grievances.
                              Dear Whirlpool India Customer Service Team,

                              After changing the barring, Still Noise is not reduced to normal level, In addition to that Abnormal Vibration is coming with wobbling while washing machine in the wash mode. Really we got disappointed with service of Whirlpool Technicians.(Mr.Delip.N [protected]). He didn't clearly checked the performance of machine in all possible levels. Kindly arrange a good technician to reinstate the performance of my washing machine, As soon as possible.

                                This is to state that i had bought a whirlpool washing machine fully automatic front loading sports 6th sense, few years back only and the lock of the door has got spoiled, due to which the machine is lying nonfunctional,
                                I have been continuously, calling up the customer care, the service engineers have come, but every time the have the same excuse that the company doesn't have the spare parts with them, and we are helpless...
                                Can some one explain if the company has made a product how can they say that the spare parts are unavailable with them.
                                If that is the case either they refund us the money or give another washing machine as a replacement..
                                Please take a immediate action, since its been long time now

                                    Dear team,

                                    I have registered subject complaint on saturday, jan 13th for my top load washing machine which is out of warranty.

                                    Ram kumar visited and suggested to get the tsp replaced and dealing done for 5200 and 2200 respectively.

                                    Machine was picked up on same day by cool care enterprise and delivered on jan 16th evening.

                                    When used for the first time, we found that bar is not moving but the 1-2 1-2 sound is still coming.

                                    Today morning i have called them at their mobile number and explained the problem. Since then they are not picking up my phone calls and also there is no response from them.

                                    Please suggest if i need to go to some other forum to get this addressed or if you would be able to support?

                                    Water motor not properly respond. Motor issue n technical issues. Plz resolve this issue or I call consumer guidance. Then better help

                                      Wbite magic purchased in feb 2016 with 2 years warranty and 2 yrs extended warranty.
                                      Machine not working properly (Wet clothes, spin with noise, vibrations etc)
                                      2 complains, reported ok performance without any repairs.
                                      Problem persists
                                      And increased as the time passes by.
                                      I m told there is a problem with the motor of the equipment and needs to be repaired

                                        I have submitted a service request hd[protected] on 21st dec for a complaint in my microwave touchpad (Few keys of touchpad were not working properly). They sent a technician named chandrasekhar and he told he will come with a new touchpad. But he couldn't resolve the issue even after trying for long time on his next visit. He then told pcb needs to be changed. After his trial n error my microwave had more problems. None of the keys were working properly. And that technician was not even attending my call. So again i complained to hyderabad whirlpool service centre. They send another senior technician named mohammed. He came and did his round of trials. And he took the touchpad &pcb part of the oven but didn't turn up until now. Whenever i call them they r giving lame excuses or they won't attend the call. I want to escalate this issue to higher level. I want my issue fixed otherwise i will file a complaint with all the call and cctv records.

                                        This is to inform you that many times it has been complained to Whirlpool care but on one is attending my problem.

                                        Earlier also this has been informed to company and their engineer changed compressor and took charged of Rs. 6000 but still loud sound is coming from body and there is no proper cooling.
