I called whirlpool service to solve the problem of my washing machine (Complaint no - kl[protected]). The whirlpool india send their service partner namely "om sales & service" 839/1, sarat chatterjee road, belepole, howrah-711104. Mobile no [protected]/[protected]. They provide service & claim rs-5070.00 for materials replacement and rs.400.00 for service charge. I paid them both amount to the service engineer. When i claim the bill he provide an improper bill to me. The bill do not have gst number. I think it is cheating not only for me also to our govt.

This complaint is regarding whirlpool washing machine pcb repair cost.

I called the engineer as my machine was not working, he checked the same and confirmed that there is a problem with pcb mother board and replacement price is 3900 /-

Can you please confirm that what is pcb repair and replacement cost for whirlpool washing machine whitemagic 650sdi?

I have lodged the complaint for the smell coming from my ac. They came after a long follow-up call. After they went my ac wind throwing vent was closing and not opening. I have called whirlpool local authorized service center and they told don't lodge one more complaint and they will send executive immediately. But when i called again manager said repair guy was busy in some thing else and we can't send. And i told i have to leave to home town tomorrow and send it at least today. Then manager reply was any way you are leaving tomorrow to your home town, so today adjust with fan. Once you come back from home town we will send on tuesday. I called when i was returning from my home town in the car. They said they will send in 1 hour once i reach home. But they didn't send until evening then when i asked manager told he is on leave today. Tomorrow i will send
And when you call manager he will cut the call in between

After registering complaint in this site.yesterday local service people come and check the m/c They have changed 6parts !!!?? in the machine now it's running well but I will update in this site if any complaints occur further.

Important news is i have paid 4000rs for this process and now they have extended my warranty for further one year and they said this 4000rs is for this one year AMC

Hello whirlpool pool, i purchased whirlpool washing machine yesterday and the technician came today to install, i am shocked to see the rear the quality of it is delicate and fragile, which is sure cockroach, lizards can enter... I am not quite happy

The product delivered with dents on the body - whirlpool washing machine and refrigerator. I purchased whirlpool fully automatic washing machine from flipkart on 16 oct 2017. This product does not work properly. This product do not work as a fully automated washing machine. So i request for return this product on 4 nov 2017. But flipkart send a message that "return update: sorry the seller is unable to fulfil your return request for whirlpo... With order id od[protected]". So how can we trust online shopping. My order id is - od[protected] and my mob no. +91-[protected]. Please resolve my problem.

I have purchased this washing machine on 24.07.2015 from vasanth&co karur, tamilnadu (Serial number int[protected] bill number;[protected]) problem started after six month from the purchase. Big sound started while m/c running then we called the service and they come and rectify this. Same complaint repeated 3 times and atlast the service people come on june17 and they ask 4500 rs for charging some inner drum parts we denied to give that amount. Now it's running with huge sound and sometimes not working. I really trust on whirlpool brand name but now i really felt bad on that' if possible do something this will really create one satisfied customer of whirlpool otherwise... Whirlpool has separate departments.
1) they sell amc contract's with false promises & 7 days refund assurance, then they don't sent u contract agreement till 45 days.
2) now u can't cancel nor demand refund.
3) incase of complaints, cust. Care is only to register complaints.
4) service center says u amc doesn't cover ur defective parts, on insisting they will simply ask u 2 contact company
5) company will not respond to ur calls properly.
6) u will have to run between cust. Care, service center, contract dept. Making 100's of calls.
This proves whirlpool is run by unprofessional team with the only aim to cheat on customers with false promises & vanish after collecting payments.
I am planning to file case in consumer court.

I'm from ravangla, sikkim, i have purchased one micro oven online and received it on 29th august 2017. I have registered for free installation and demo wide customer registration id kl[protected] dated 30/08/17 as i cannot run it properly. I even called them several times but every time they only said that they'll reach within 24 hrs but they've not reached yet. And this is very disappointing to find that the customer care services are too irresponsible.

Further, i was surprised to note that while calling to your cc number on 5.10.2017, i was informed that the above request number was closed. Your cc officer taken another request on 5.10.17 (Kl[protected]). I am tired of calling them again again. Its almost 2 and half month is over; no one has come to my residence till date from your company. The microwave is kept in the condition i received it. This is of no use to me.

Since from last two weeks i am calling in customer care for repair a machine but always they said we will send our the service person next day but no one is coming. Before this one service engineer come and said "there is a problem in your house's pipe line so not possible to repair and take 250 as visiting charge after that we are complaining every day but always they disconnect the phone and says we will call you and sent you the service engineer but as i said no one is listening there.

I had purchased whirlpool 215 l direct cool single door refrigerator (Silver bliss, 230 imfresh roy 4s) from flipkart and found that micro block for fruit is missing though it is displayed in pictures and demonstrated in given video. I raised return request for this missing part and whirlpool technician visited my place & accepted it and so flipkart accepted my return request. But the replaced one also does not have micro block for fruit. Now i have contacted flipkart again and they have told that they can not make any further replacement but they can take back the product and refund the amount. I am not getting any response from whirlpool too. I have registered complaint for non functioining of above equipment and duly attended by cochin office agent (Gracia services) on 28/10/2017. After the inspection the service engineer told me that the capacitor and diode were defective and it will cost around rs.2000/ for replacing them.in the market the capacitor cost rs, 500/ and diode cost less than rs.100/. Their charges are 300% more than the market value and more than one third prices of the oven.
I request you to use your good offices to solve my problem with nominal rate

Sl/so1718/02664 and i have been assured to deliver the goods with diwali gift within 24 hours on 22/10/2017, but in spite of repeated calls i have not been delivered with the purchased product without any reasonable explanation thanking you, sukanya singha roy

The transformer of my micro oven - model no. 20 c not working properly for last 6 months. I have registered first complaint in the month of june'17. The engineer came and advice the transformer need to be replaced. The product is out of stock and hence require 15 days minimum time. After 1 month, they were not turned up and closed the complaint. Again in july'17 again complaint lodged for same problem but same result. The complaint closed and not attended. Today once again dated 5th nov'17, i register complaint of same problem. Complaint no. Pt[protected].
What i came to know that service manager mr. Rakesh - mob no. [protected] at patna, bihar location every time closed the complaint without resolving it.
If this time my problem not resolved, i have no other option to go to consumer forum.
Such a horrible service and response from whirlpool is true unexpected. I request others not the purchase any product of this company.

Complaint no DL [protected] has been raised 1 week back and we chase customer care on daily basis and every time they gave us same update that technician will visit asap, however no 1 has visit.

I called for refrigerator complaint on 28th oct 2017 from vikaspuri to whirlpool company customer care and their service centre pinnacle services. I have a double door mastermind fridge in which my freezer was giving coolness than the down part which was warm. The service man came on 28th oct and said that the fan motor is not working and hence you have to repair the same which will cost rs.2200/-, next day he brought the spare part which did not have any mrp prices in the box and was told that its part is from whirlpool co. And it is genuine part so this will cost rs.2200/- somehow after bargaining he deducted rs, 200/- and took from me rs.2000/- the photo is attached herewith. I was shocked and surprised that this box did not have any mrp price. After he left, i checked with whirlpool site and the same part picture and it was mentioned only rs.145/- the link is attached herewith. I wonder how the company can charge rs.2000/- for the freezer fan motor part which is just only rs.145/- i tried to call the whirlpool manager, ms. Geetanjali rathore who did not respond well and simply passed on to area manager west delhi zone. I am yet to get answer from them.

Your servicing agent mr monuj gohain, mobile no: [protected] arrived for servicing on wrong date in my absence and asking for my wife's mobile no and to receive him from a different location other than my address. He also missbehaved on phone and has no sense of how to deal with customers. Please take necessary actions against such unprofessional agents to avoid further customer dissatisfaction.

We raised complaints for leakage in my double refrigerator. Some engineer came and told me that board should be replaced. I asked to do it. He said i will bring and fix it. He came after 2 days and fixed some thing. I believed him and didnt check that he is fixing some old used part or new one. After fixing he said now it will work and ask to pay 2700 inr and said it's 3 months warranty. I paid and after one week again the same leakage started. I again called that guy he didnt pick, so again raised a complaint. Same guy came again and said that it's under warranty i will change it again. He said that it will take some time to get that part. We said okay. Again after one week he didnt come. I called him again he said i will come. He came again and did some thing and asked to keep refrigerator off for 24hrs. We did like that. Leakage stopped for 3-4 days and again started. I again raised the complaint. Nothing happened.
Same guy called and told that some senior technician will come,
But it seems that those guys are waiting for 3 months to be over and charge me again. But we are going through tough time and all thing are getting spoiled in refrigerator.
After sales service of whirlpool is pathetic. I will not recommend anyone to invest your hard earned money in this pathetic company.

I am from pune. I had complained about my whirlpool semi automatic washing machine on 18/7/2016. The technician said that the capacitor needs to be changed. He charged me 950 for the capacitor and gave me a bill by the name of s. S. R. Engineers, authorised service of whirlpool india. But the capacitor had no packet and no price mentioned on it. Niether did it have any whirlpool mark on it. He just gave the bill and said, "mam i have given u the bill so obviously the price is genuine."
My question is do technicians use only whirlpool products while changing any part. How can we ensure that the part and price they have quoted for it is genuine? As there is no packet and since they come from the company, we have no option but to trust them.
Secondly, when i called up the whirlpool customer care centre to enquire they had just one reply, "mam i[censored] have to register a complaint u will be charged 350 rs". And for everything i enquired, he just said, mam u must be having the bill of the service centre. So please call them and enquire about the price and the part. So my second question is if it is a authorised service centre of whirlpool india, aren't customer service executives capable of answering to a simple query and why should we call whirlpool india? Next time we might as well call the service centre i[censored] r so incapable of solving simple problems. Why should i have to be told to call the service center? It is ur duty to ensure that your authorised service centres are providing the genuine parts and charging the right amount. So u have to take action and provide the necessary solution. Not we.
