Since from last two weeks i am calling in customer care for repair a machine but always they said we will send our the service person next day but no one is coming. Before this one service engineer come and said "there is a problem in your house's pipe line so not possible to repair and take 250 as visiting charge after that we are complaining every day but always they disconnect the phone and says we will call you and sent you the service engineer but as i said no one is listening there.

    I had purchased whirlpool 215 l direct cool single door refrigerator (Silver bliss, 230 imfresh roy 4s) from flipkart and found that micro block for fruit is missing though it is displayed in pictures and demonstrated in given video. I raised return request for this missing part and whirlpool technician visited my place & accepted it and so flipkart accepted my return request. But the replaced one also does not have micro block for fruit. Now i have contacted flipkart again and they have told that they can not make any further replacement but they can take back the product and refund the amount. I am not getting any response from whirlpool too.       Sir,
      I have registered complaint for non functioining of above equipment and duly attended by cochin office agent (Gracia services) on 28/10/2017. After the inspection the service engineer told me that the capacitor and diode were defective and it will cost around rs.2000/ for replacing them.in the market the capacitor cost rs, 500/ and diode cost less than rs.100/. Their charges are 300% more than the market value and more than one third prices of the oven.
      I request you to use your good offices to solve my problem with nominal rate

          Dear sir

          The transformer of my micro oven - model no. 20 c not working properly for last 6 months. I have registered first complaint in the month of june'17. The engineer came and advice the transformer need to be replaced. The product is out of stock and hence require 15 days minimum time. After 1 month, they were not turned up and closed the complaint. Again in july'17 again complaint lodged for same problem but same result. The complaint closed and not attended. Today once again dated 5th nov'17, i register complaint of same problem. Complaint no. Pt[protected].
          What i came to know that service manager mr. Rakesh - mob no. [protected] at patna, bihar location every time closed the complaint without resolving it.
          If this time my problem not resolved, i have no other option to go to consumer forum.
          Such a horrible service and response from whirlpool is true unexpected. I request others not the purchase any product of this company.

              I called for refrigerator complaint on 28th oct 2017 from vikaspuri to whirlpool company customer care and their service centre pinnacle services. I have a double door mastermind fridge in which my freezer was giving coolness than the down part which was warm. The service man came on 28th oct and said that the fan motor is not working and hence you have to repair the same which will cost rs.2200/-, next day he brought the spare part which did not have any mrp prices in the box and was told that its part is from whirlpool co. And it is genuine part so this will cost rs.2200/- somehow after bargaining he deducted rs, 200/- and took from me rs.2000/- the photo is attached herewith. I was shocked and surprised that this box did not have any mrp price. After he left, i checked with whirlpool site and the same part picture and it was mentioned only rs.145/- the link is attached herewith. I wonder how the company can charge rs.2000/- for the freezer fan motor part which is just only rs.145/- i tried to call the whirlpool manager, ms. Geetanjali rathore who did not respond well and simply passed on to area manager west delhi zone. I am yet to get answer from them.

                Your servicing agent mr monuj gohain, mobile no: [protected] arrived for servicing on wrong date in my absence and asking for my wife's mobile no and to receive him from a different location other than my address. He also missbehaved on phone and has no sense of how to deal with customers. Please take necessary actions against such unprofessional agents to avoid further customer dissatisfaction.

                  We raised complaints for leakage in my double refrigerator. Some engineer came and told me that board should be replaced. I asked to do it. He said i will bring and fix it. He came after 2 days and fixed some thing. I believed him and didnt check that he is fixing some old used part or new one. After fixing he said now it will work and ask to pay 2700 inr and said it's 3 months warranty. I paid and after one week again the same leakage started. I again called that guy he didnt pick, so again raised a complaint. Same guy came again and said that it's under warranty i will change it again. He said that it will take some time to get that part. We said okay. Again after one week he didnt come. I called him again he said i will come. He came again and did some thing and asked to keep refrigerator off for 24hrs. We did like that. Leakage stopped for 3-4 days and again started. I again raised the complaint. Nothing happened.
                  Same guy called and told that some senior technician will come,
                  But it seems that those guys are waiting for 3 months to be over and charge me again. But we are going through tough time and all thing are getting spoiled in refrigerator.
                  After sales service of whirlpool is pathetic. I will not recommend anyone to invest your hard earned money in this pathetic company.

                    I am from pune. I had complained about my whirlpool semi automatic washing machine on 18/7/2016. The technician said that the capacitor needs to be changed. He charged me 950 for the capacitor and gave me a bill by the name of s. S. R. Engineers, authorised service of whirlpool india. But the capacitor had no packet and no price mentioned on it. Niether did it have any whirlpool mark on it. He just gave the bill and said, "mam i have given u the bill so obviously the price is genuine."
                    My question is do technicians use only whirlpool products while changing any part. How can we ensure that the part and price they have quoted for it is genuine? As there is no packet and since they come from the company, we have no option but to trust them.
                    Secondly, when i called up the whirlpool customer care centre to enquire they had just one reply, "mam i[censored] have to register a complaint u will be charged 350 rs". And for everything i enquired, he just said, mam u must be having the bill of the service centre. So please call them and enquire about the price and the part. So my second question is if it is a authorised service centre of whirlpool india, aren't customer service executives capable of answering to a simple query and why should we call whirlpool india? Next time we might as well call the service centre i[censored] r so incapable of solving simple problems. Why should i have to be told to call the service center? It is ur duty to ensure that your authorised service centres are providing the genuine parts and charging the right amount. So u have to take action and provide the necessary solution. Not we.

                      Am very upset that my issues are not getting resolved professionally. 3 months back i had your technician visit my house saying he will get a new plug for my inbuilt whirlpool oven & fridge handle for my fdbm steel door refrigerator[protected]. No update yet and no response to my call as well. I got a whirlpool kitchen and it had ovens and fridge. Fridge door handle is faulty and has to be replaced and also the oven as it trips on switching on. The plug is faulty and needs to be changed. I was told it will be done in aug but nothing has happened yet. Please help

                          Hi i complained for my washing machine having pe error code in display your service guy replaced. The pcb board and charged me 4970 inr, how come the board is defective if it's showing a error code can't that be rectified, when i asked this question to service guy he did not respond it well and insisted to replace the board. I am really disappointed with the service also he did not shy me that he put a new board. Does this board is this much costly?

                          Hi Sushant,

                          Yes the Board is that much costly. I too recently paid the same amount i.e., Rs 4970/- 2weeks ago for the board to be replaced. Ironically the replaced Board was also defective - it showed PE for me while the Service Agent was available. I had a long conversation with him that this Board may have been defect prone but he assured me that my Voltage fluctuation is more due to this the New Board showed PE. He later pointed me out to get a Stabilizer installed and then this PE error will not appear.
                          I spent about Rs 3000/- more and brought a new Stabilizer as per the Service Agent, but the PE error just continued.
                          After too many attempts and quarrelling with Whirlpool office they agreed to come and check the Board since it was throwing PE error. Note: The replaced Board has 6 Months of Warranty and also Service Agent's visit Fee within same month is not required if the problem is not solved.
                          The Service Agent came to my house Yesterday (23rd Oct 2017) and kept insisting that the Voltage Stabilizer will only increase 15 volts and that the Machine requires 220 to 240 volts consistently else PE may appear and that it is not their responsibility.
                          I am having a NIGHTMARE - I am forced to REPAY again for what I have already paid and also purchased a Voltage Stabilizer as per suggestion from the Service Agent.

                          This PE error is not new to me - I faced this multiple times and that the Board Replacement happening now is for the Third Time.

                          I suggest all the Consumers in this Forum to Beware of the Cheap products that Whirlpool is making and tricking everyone to fall pray to spend a heavy price again and again every once in awhile.

                          Pay more and purchase a BETTER Washing Machines - Newer ever purchase Whirlpool.

                          Please let me know if one can file a Case against Whirlpool in CONSUMER COURT and get some help on the same?

                                My sensation neo washing machine is not working and the technician told me that i have to change v belt but the parts is not available as the model is now obsolete but my machine is otherwise fine. Date of purchase is 19.07.2008. This is a front loaded fully automated washing machine. On 07.07 2017 after booking complaint a technician from authorize service center, zen appliances sales and service kolkata 700159 came to my home and said tsp. Drum. V. Belt defect to be change and next day informed that the parts is not available. This is ridiculous. My 16000/- machine is of no use? Pl inform whether part will be available or not.

                                  I have two year old whirlpool washing machine. The issue is that the glass lid of machine has been broken. I have complaint on customer care and technician has visited to us and told us that within 3 days it would be replaced. Now after 20 days the problem is as it is. I have four times called customer care but getting only single answer that they have forwarded my request on urgent basis. If this type of behaviour is on urgent basis then what can be expect for regular basis. Every time they gave excuses. I never thought that a big company and renowned brand like whirlpool would behave like this. Very poor services and bad customer support. They only making you fool. I feel ashamed to be a customer of such this so called a big company.

                                    service charge without any service

                                    Technician came to our house 12/07/2017 he just saw the ac where likage is from and told washing charge and gas charge. It was huge so i told that charges are more so i told that i dont need service. Then he asked for service charge of rs 531. Just visiting our place cost us rs.531. It is not fair. Company should lower the charges and they can charge visiting charge of 100 or 150. So how can u charge rs 531 with out solving our problem. Very...

                                    I was contacted by the whirlpool company customer care representative about one free service to my ac. As we both are working parents. I requested to fix date for service to my ac on saturday. Date was fixed duly taking the consent of the technician and the customer service representative. But no body turned up. This type of incidence repeated twice. I am requesting to take up this matter whth whirlpool india and provide us free servce as per their policy.

                                      Again the same problem with same product replaced by company,
                                      From last one month the same condition company is not able to solve the problem of my microwave, i am very much harshen by the company,
                                      Once they replace the product after taking rs. 4000/- rtgs to thair account
                                      But after about four month their is same problem with the product, the company men not able to solve it after visiting three to four times at my home in last one month.
                                      Now i want to get back my money i don't want to keep this product

                                      Very much harased from company
