Again the same problem with same product replaced by company,
From last one month the same condition company is not able to solve the problem of my microwave, i am very much harshen by the company,
Once they replace the product after taking rs. 4000/- rtgs to thair account
But after about four month their is same problem with the product, the company men not able to solve it after visiting three to four times at my home in last one month.
Now i want to get back my money i don't want to keep this product

After that complaint mr. farhan form the company made a call to me and e mail to me to send the video of problem of product, the next day I send the video to the said no. he don’t see the video till date and he is not taking my phone from last ten days, yesterday he call me after my call to the company service center, he said that the product will have to send at service center of company, where as the local service center man saying that the part is not available with company, so that when the part will come then only I will be able to solve the problem, I am suffering the same problem from same product of company which they replaced to me once after charging rs. 4000/- in the m/o march 2017.
I am very much harsher by the company. The attitude of mr. farhan is not good to talk with the consumer. I personally complaint against the mr. farhan the the customer care no. when ever I make a call to the service center they only say we will arrange the call to u to solve your problem. But the call of company person not came.
Now I don’t want to get resolve problem, now I want my all money paid t company back, and I personally suggested the all person to not to buy any product of whirlpool INDIA.

Bad service center all around.

if company is not able to solve my problem then i will have to go to consumer court. with all the records
