We bought whirlpool proton 240 litres refrigerator on 20th Apr'17. It was working fine till 25th Apr, only for 4 days.. after which the fridge stopped cooling.. we raised the issue immediately and a technician called us and asked us to send some snapshots on whatsapp. He told us the refrigerator will be replaced with new one. We received an SMS with SR no: BG[protected].

AFTER THIS WE ARE CALLING CUSTOMER CARE EVERY DAY BUT ALL THEY HAVE TO SAY IS THE REQUEST IS IN PROCESS..

SOO SOO FRUSTRATED.. I AM NOT GOING TO BUY WHIRLPOOL PRODUCT IN FUTURE..

I JUST HOPE THAT THEY REPLACE THE REFRIGERATOR ASAP..

Please forgive us for choosing Whirpool refrigerator, and do us a favour by replacing this refrigerator.. we will never commit such mistake again in our life again..

    Dear sir,

    I am, unfortunately, a customer of whirlpool.

    Our refrigerator and microwave oven... Both are from whirlpool. So far, everything was good, till i had to seek the after-sales customer care service, which, as seems to me, is virtually non-existent.

    Ten days back, my microwave oven stopped working all of a sudden. I, duly, called the customer care centre and i was referred to bsm global inc, who, it seems, provides after-sales service for whirlpool along with a lot of other brands.

    While i have no issues with such outsourcing if they work efficiently, i am really disgusted with their service and particularly with whirlpool, for selecting such inept service provider. Please remember that i bought the product from whirlpool, not from some bsm etc etc, so it is your job to satisfy me.

    Bsm global people came to my home, charged rs. 450/, told me that the timer needs to be replaced (Job no. Wp8697mv, dated 17/04/2017) which would need another rs. 1350/-, to which i agreed promptly, and promised me that the replacement would be done on 19th, as they would procure that timer from whirlpool only.

    That is the last i heard from them. After repeated calls, the person who came to my house told me that he had already the necessary spare parts in his hand and he will replace it on 24th. Still, nobody came, neither did anybody call me and the microwave oven remains non-working.

    If i ever knew that such is the standard of after-sales service of whirlpool, i would never have bought your products.

    Anyway, i am letting you know about my dissatisfaction and i, really, do not expect any prompt response from your end, as i have faced untarnished callousness from you whenever i attempted to call you.

      I Had bought Split AC on 22/04/2017 but after several follow up my AC is not yet installed. Complaint No HR[protected]. yesterday i had wasted approx 4 hour time to chat with customer support team & Sr. Adviser Puneet but their is no solution and till now i had not received any call from service center also for AC installation.

          Dear Sir/ Madam,

          Greetings of the day,

          I, Indresh Kumar singh based in ghaziabad, (budh vihar, vijay nagar) bought my Whirpool double door 210 ltr. fridge 6 years back.
          Till 30/03/2017 it was working fine.
          I was very impressed and recommend to my 2-3 friends to purchase same and they purchased.

          But from last 15 days what happened to me was a very pathetic experience from company service team.

          it was started when my fridge stopped cooling. I called service center and they sent a service engineer who inspected and said it required gas filling.
          i agreed and paid him service charge.

          Then a gas man Mr. Shankar lal came n filled gas and after that fridge was started working and charged for gas quantity was not mentioned any where.

          After 15 days same problem occurred and same process happened again.
          This time Mr. Shankar lal said ur Fridge inbuilt Jaal is suspected to leaking so we need to put an extra jaal and your problem will get solved.
          We agreed and he fixed it on back side of fridge and refilled gas again and no quantity was mentioned anywhere that how much gas he refilled and charged 800 INR.
          But next day same problem happened again there was no cooling at all.
          I called up call center and asked them to send a senior engineer.
          But same guy came and said that Gas is chocked badly and i'll send the gas guy and he will see.

          Again Mr. Shankar lal came and said that its compressor gone and now you have to pay 4000 INR.

          Now i want to complain against Mr. Shankar lal who don't know how much gass filled and how he fitted so called jaal which resulted in gas chocked and got worsted n compressor gone.

          My question is from a Brand like Wirlpool, is this type of service he willing to provide in which one part repaired like in such a way that other part got damaged, and costumer is bound to pay for company engineer's fault.

          Just being a costumer want sincere decision from company like whirlpool should i pay 4000 INR for service man's fault or company will show any responsibility.

          Please revert on ASAP based, because of this stupid game of service part my Family is suffering from last last 20 days.

            My AC was taken for a compressor change in the evening on 21st April with an assurance that within one day it will be changed and sent. It is now the afternoon of 23rd April, after many followups no action or status has been received. on 22nd after 1500 hours the service engineer said it was being tested. At 1900 hours he said becase of electricity vuts the process was not completed and first thing on 23rd morning it will be fitted. Now since morning we have been told a/c is on the way but for the past 3 hours it has not been reached

              Sir, last year i have taken 2 years amc from 13/4/2016 to 13/04/2018 for my whirlpool window ac under their home care plan vide receipt no. Hp[protected] dt 12/3/2016. This march 2017 when i requested for ac service under amc their representative came but refused to service saying amc has been taken by company in mistake and is against the company policy and is not workable and u will get refund of entire money as my ac is more then 5 yr old company.
              Since then i have been requesting by mail to the company for refund my money, while u are providing any services and in reply i am getting only assurance that my matter has been referred to concerned department and they will get back to me shortly
              Sir, please help me to get my money back and also bring this matter of malpractice adopted by the company to defraud to the knowledge of people at large.

                    For one complaint three time whirlpool ser. engineers are visited to repair fridge two time already collected service charges, third time they asking for ser charges. surprisingly they're not issuing payment receipt, customer care is not keeping our complaint record & officers are either not understanding or intentionally not responding.

                      I am writing to conplain about the magicool window air conditioner, which i bought from your company on 17.05.2016. Invoice no.[protected] dtd 17.05.2016 (See the attached copy of the sales receipt).

                      This air conditioner was installed in my room on 17th may. We make use of it just for 10 days. On 13 feb 2017, one of your company's service representative came for 1st service. Before services ac was cooling perfectly after services we found that a. C was not cooling and making loud noise. We have complained and called the customer service helpline & spoke to several individuals several times however they keep telling us they will come but they don't. We called 10-15 times, literally pleading, after which 2 guys came and said that their is blockage in the a. C and took it to the centre.

                      This sort of behaviour is completely unacceptable. It took me a lot of efforts to purchase this a. C but what i got in return is just disappointment. This kind of irresponsive behaviour will lead to loss of goodwill of the company.

                      I demand that either you replace the air conditioner immediately or refund my money.

                          Whirlpool charged my INR 4000/- for replacement of Washing Machine (7Kgs) mother board, where the issue was one capacitor blown. Thereafter we did nto use the warm wash feature. now when we try the same the unit indicates the same time as for normal wash. when the technician is called he indicates that if not within 1 month they will need to be paid for the visit again.. and perhaps they may not have connected the heater button... but we need to pay even if this is their mistake

                          what it indicates is poorly trained technician and a group just out to make money fooling customers...

                            ये गलत है मेने कही भी किसी को भी नही दिखाया आपके सर्विस सेंटर लड़को ने ही कुछ किया था और कहा था अब ये हमने चालू कर दिया है सही पॉट्स आने पर लगा देंगे जिसका उन्होंने 100 रुपये चार्ज भी लिया था ।
                            सर्विस सेंटर से अभी तक तो कोई आया नहीं हे
                            मेने आज तक इस तरह की कंपनी नही देखी पार्ट्स भेज भी तो वो गलत था ओर आज 6 दिन बाद कह रहे है कि आपने वाहर से फ्रिज सही कराई है । में कहता हूं कि अगर ऐसा होता तो में आपका इंतजार क्यों करता और मेरी फ्रिज गारंटी में तो है नही में तो आपको चार्ज दे ही रह हु फिर क्या हुआ ।
                            सब झूट है आपके पास तो पॉट्स है ही नही अगर ऐसा नही है तो गलत पॉट्स आपने क्यों भेजा और फिर उसने सही कराने के नाम से फ़ोटो लिए जब कि उसी समय उसने उसके तार काटे थे उसको निकालने के लिए । ओर मेरा फ्रिज किसी भी तरह की गारंटी में तो है नही फिर आपको क्या परेशानी है में आपको तरह का चार्ज देरहा हु । आप सब झूठा आरोप लगा के अपनी जिम्मेदारी से बचना चाहते हो क्योंकि पॉट्स उपलव्ध कराना तो आपकी जिम्मेदारी है जो आप कर नही पा रहे
                            Never ever buy Whirlpool products...they never have parts to be replaced even under warranty period...Shame on Whirlpool...My Air conditioner is not repaired since last 2 months in summer as part is not available...

                              I bought a semiautomatic washing machine from a retail store named Raj Electronics in Bhubaneswar. In the first wash it started leaking at the time of draining the water. I lodged a complaint in the toll free number, to my delight the service guy came to me on the next day. He said there is a problem with a spare-part so I will replace it. He has taken the defective part with him and promised to come on the next day. I'm waiting since 30 days for the part to come.

                              Everytime I called the toll free number they said, we are giving a reminder to the service guy regarding this.

                              I suggest everybody don't buy any product of whirlpool.

                                I purchased Whirlpool washing machine with 2 years warranty in Oct 2015. On 13 Mar 2017, machine stopped spinning and we registered the complaint at 1030 am. The call center person promised a visit in 24 hrs. We didn't recieve any call or technician visit in next 48 hrs. After repetitive calls on customer care number, we finally got the mobile number of whirlpool faridabad service center manager. Again after repetitive following up with him, technicians finally visited our house on 15th Mar - 2pm. After inspecting machine for 15 mins, he said a part need to be replaced and he or another technician will again come back. Now its 16th - 3pm. Have called service center people at least 10 times, still no visit. we are stlll waiting really pissed off and regreting our decision to buy whirlpool product :(...

                                    I have many Times to reach whirlpool customer care no.it's always busy.I may wait more than 10 to 15 mnts.it's 5 year old washing machine.since we never face any issues.recently from past three months machine is taking more time for washing clothes& water level is so low..request your engineer to visit for machine checking

                                      Whirlpool technicians visited within this month to service our ac and after a of service, suddenly the panel stopped working. when i launched a complaint to whirlpool the service center people are asking for rs 1900 for panel change. It was working fine before the service.

                                      Why should i pay this amount when the fault happened after service? whirlpool said i need to deal with the service center then why whirlpool is selling ac? service center people should sell ac. Since its a matter of Rs 1900 Service center people would never accept their fault. I request you to take proper action against them and asked them to change the panel free of cost because it is their fault not ours.

                                        I had purchase i microwave of whirlpool company on dated 31.10.2015.

                                        My product was having some problem in working.
                                        I complaint to the company service centre on no. [protected] on dated 04.03.2017 to repair it.
                                        They come to the home and said the frount pannel have to change of the product at the time of registration of complaint the company said that the matter will olve with in 7 t 10 working days.
                                        I said its fine get the pannel change, they say its out of warranty, i said ok i ready to pay the amount to repair it, then they say that you have to pay first then the product will repair, i said that you arrange the part of product and repair it i will pay the amount. They dont agree for one weak after talking on customer care again and again they say ok we will repair it and take the money, but after another some days they said our company is not having pannel so we are ready to change your product by paying some amount by you after daily talk on customer care, i agree to pay the amount they say we are arranging the product for you. After some days they said to me to pay rs. 4000/- on the name of company to change the new product. I pay the amount of rs. 4000/ from my online account but even then they dont get arrange the product for me, i daily call to customer care, and some time their area head mr. Harpreet singh mobile no. [protected] and and mr bajwa local customer service centre mobile no. [protected]. On customer care some time i had a chat with mr. Tarun . On the customer care no. [protected]. I massage many time to mr. Harpreet compnay area head on what app for my problem but did not reply any time.
                                        Now i am very much feed up with the matter,
                                        now i want to refund all my money with claim amount
                                        and harassment of my mental level.
