Machine is under warranty. It start giving abnormal sound 3 month ago. Whirlpool person visited after repeated follow up and dismantle complete inner parts. He took away with himself complete inner body of machine. Thereafter repeated follow up he returned the machine and assemble at my home after 2 months. But it again start giving sound after running fine for 15 days. This is really my first experience...

The Box does not contain price as its price sticker removed and no warranty period. Last week i have complained about service center that because of bad repairing last 2 times, my refrigerator compressor has damaged. I have complained ' id: 1390582' about service center but there is no action has been taken. Please change my compressor without any cost. I have already shared all repairing bill on whirlpool service center email id.

Whirlpool Auth Service Centre, Magic Technologies Dwarka, has issued a fraud bill of Rs. 5500 without explaining the problem or giving a cost break down of this massive bill.
1. Machine was working but with a frequent dot sound and for this a bill of Rs. 5500 has been issued.
2. Service was deliberately delayed beyond the last warranty days
3. Plastic coating has been completely removed without any replacement...

Machine taken to service center on 14.09.2016 by M/s. Parihar Enterprises against our customer invoice no. 3903 dated 10.09.2016. As informed that spare "PULSE RATER" not available & hence complaint cannot be attended. Contacted customer care ([protected]) on 23 .09.2016, 24.09.2016 & on 26.09.2016 at 11.22 hrs. Purchased a refrigerator of 310 l around 5 years back. The complaints are coming from last one year. It is highly disappointing and frustrating with whirlpool, we bought a Whirl Pool Eco - Brand washing machine on June 2016. The Delivery was made and 2 days later the product was demonstrated.

The way they demonstrate, they would never never disclose any caveats, like Water Blockage, they would explain to buy various products like accessories along with the washing machine that would cost us around...

I had raised a Service request on 10th of September, at Customer Care No. [protected] - Service Request No. GB[protected] for Whirlpool 360 Washing Machine not Working, for which the very next day in the morning only, the executive had promptly arrived.
The Executive said the PCB is bad, and have to be replaved with a new PCB, for that the Charges
will be Rs. 4000/- an advance of Rs. 1000/-...

Engineer replaced multiple parts in my refrigerator and filled gas and charged me for this. Now also same problem exists and now again he is asking me rs 1800 and rs 7000.

He should have knowledge and should tell me exact issue and should fix that. People are not trained and doing hit and try to resolve problem.

Now tell me what further I have to do.
