I had purchased a split ac model 3-d cool extreme 1.5 ton on 2nd may 2016. Which is under breakdown from 4th august -16. I had made a complain to customer care on same day. (Complain no:-dn[protected])

Fully auto washing machine water problem, water dictating problem many times we tried to contact whirlpool customer service 5 days regularly no reply from them pipes ok and water flow ok now with out guaranty our whirlpool company service center in thrissur in guaranty period one two times they serviced this same machine now they are not responding...

My fully automatic washing machine is not working. I made the complaint on 5th august. Engineer came on next day, 6th august. Parts has to be changed. Offered to replace it within a day. Today is 8th day of my complaint. I have been calling the customer care number every day. No use. Totally fed up, after paying rs.3200 for amc. If amc was not there, i could have repaired it easily. I am arun i have a whirlpool fridge it got complaint on 5-8-2016 i called whirlpool regarding the complaint they came and checked my fridge and told the compressor has gone and they took my fridge telling that within three days they will return . I waited till[protected]. I dint get my fridge and no one from whirlpool called me . I call the shop and customer care of whirlpool they they told it will take minimum 15 days more to get the parts....

Whirlpool fridge has been diagnosed to suffer problem with the pcp board/mother board. Either not cools or cools vegetables to stone hard state. Milk and all consumables have to be virtually drilled. Problem outstanding since january 2015.. Complained and repeat reminder complaints never had any effect. They orally indicated to pay us totol loss compensation at very unfavourable terms, but have still not made official offer. No repair effectively...

I bought the washing mechine on 9/2/2015. it was around 15 months, the components called Drum broken And your service man replace it, from the day it is getting vibrtion on the finishing stage and the mechine is running and dashing it . what is the result it from your side, reply must. after getting ur reply, mean while i will take vedio of the thing and i will post u on next...

Three month before I can book a service complaints & after fifteen times call & after aprox twenty five days service engineer visit down & I pay him 6500 rupees against refrigerator...

We had given complaint (#cn[protected]) dt.06/07/18, for a/c not cooling at all which was attended by your personell(mr.Venkidesan - from smart services), informed us that there was no gas due to non operation and no leaks whatsoever and filling gas would solve the issue, charged us rs.4500/- (bill no.167 dt. 07/07/16) and filled the gas gave us 6 month warranty and left. One week later no cooling at all, again lodged complaint(#cn[protected]...

Please send well known mechanic, about Dle error code.Iam facing this problem from 15 days.

We are senior citizen living at agartala,, tripura. We purchased one whirlpool refrigerator in 2009, model "ff23/b/2008, mastermind. But since its purchase we are facing a lot of problem. After sales service is so poor, we are completely fed up. Spare parts are not readly available and it appears to be costly than usual. Service is not co-operative.

Kindly take immediate steps to make it functional at my cost as the warrenty...

I complained 4 times and company's engineer attained job but problem not solved. they only teaches how to operate i have been faced many times cooling problem from the date of purchase.

This is regarding some technical issues came in washing machine... And we have given 2 time in 30 days for repair to ace machinery service at bangalore..
The particulars are-
1. Dump volve
2. Drain motor
3. General service
Paid rs.2800 also
The moment it deliver by your service agency... After 20 mint it again gets same problem,
Service agency partner are not good to serve your...

Service center of moradabad took our washing machine for changing tsp after our complaint to them. When machine came back we observed that the problem has increased so they took our machine back and now we found that machine completely stopped working and got jammed. Their engineers have completely ruined my machine. They are not at all trust worthy and they dont know how to handle a machine and a customer....
