Sir, i purchased new washing machine fully automatic mrp 17150/-rs on 7 oct 2016 udaipur city, but not proper installation and demo by service centre executive aur vah washing machine ka stand aur cover bina mere order kiye de gaye. Ye saman vapis bhi de diya same day service centre per lekin 2000/-rs abhi tak vapis nahi kar rahe h aur service center executive sh maheshji misbehave kar aur dhamki dekar whirlpool ki imege kharab kar rahe h.

    My Top loading washing machine stopped working suddenly. Complaint was lodged with whirlpool service centre and they send the engineer. Who immediately got Motherboard Replaced. The Box does not contain price as its price sticker removed and no warranty period. Am attaching the bill given by the service engineer and he has given oral warranty of 3 months for Motherboard costing Rs 3980/- ????. Further he wanted to take the defunct motherboard back which we do not allowed. On calling the whirlpool service centre again, they informed we are not aware of the warranty period, you need to check the same with the engineer !!!. The company is sending the engineer for replacing mother board of Rs 3980/- and the service centre not aware of the warranty period of Motherboard. I am surprised of the worst service offered by the Company. I believe Whirlpool provides use and throw product as they themselves not aware of the warranty period.

      330 litter DLX proton model snowwhite refrigerator purchased from ELECTRONIC MEGAMART KANGRA NEAR BUSTAND(H.P.) vide bill no.-187 dated 14.10.13 amounting to Rs 29500 suddenly became out of order dated 20.9.16.Then we personally approached electronic megamart agency as well as whirlpool customer care centre to inquire about the defect and repair the same, but no action was taken. Then we registered a complaint in whirlpool customer care centre kangra(H.P) on dated 24.9.16 vide complaint no.29668.
      Mechanics namely NEK RAM and RINKU have visited our house many times for repair of refrigerator. Inspite of their efforts the refrigerator could not become functional. they have also charged amounting to Rs 4400 (visiting fees + replacement of certain parts of refrigerator), still our refrigerator is still out of order. we have faced lot of problems to get it repaired. Kindly replace this defective piece with new one because it is still in the warranty period of 5yrs. Kindly do needful action at the earliest.

        My name is felix residing in mira road. Had booked whirlpool washing machine ultra 360 7.2 kg on 25th sep through a dealer - rahul electronics based in mira bhayandar road. Paid full agreed amount for the product. To my surprise display model of whirpool washing machine was delivered at my home on 27th sep. Immediately it was informed the dealer and the whirpool service centre and it was assure by the company that they will look into the matter but till today whirpool have turned back. Such a reputed company and not bother or concern of the customer at all. Had mentioned to the lady who attended the call to take necessary action on the dealer since it is a cheating case to the client for delivering display piece although it was promised to get it delivered petty pack. We could make out since the outpack was of some other machine and even the wire of the machine was old enough as it could make it easily. Self is placing in record that if no response or action been taken on the dealer, will take it to higher ups. Since 05 days has passed but no action. I am going to serve legal notice to the company for not adhering to the complaint made.

        Sir, tye dealer was arranged from your end. It is your sale service vendor. How come you say to deal with the dealer. I am complaining of overcharging for the parts. You need to take action. How come whirlpool takes away from the responsibility.

          I am having Whirlpool topload fully automatic washing machine.
          There was a problem with its PCB, which I reported to your call centre on 9th Sep. SR Number DL[protected]. Your service engineer took away the faulty PCB and since then never turned back. I even reported this to your call centre again on 24th Sep (SR Number: DL[protected]). Today its 1st October and no one turned up yet.
          Forget about resolution of my complaint, you guys don't even bother to return back faulty part of my machine which you took away. And to my surprise both the complaint were closed. (Why you guys share that Satisfaction Code with every complaint when it has no meaning to you??)

          In between I received a call once from your service engineer informing that the faulty part cannot be repaired. I asked him to replace the same. But he denied that as well and said that your washing machine is junk now.
          I need a reply from you that, if not Whirlpool, who else will repair/replace the faulty parts? This machine is only 5 yrs old.
          I would have never purchased it ever, had I know the level of poor after sales service of your So-Called MNC Brand.

          Stop Fooling Indian Consumers...If my complaint is not resolved..I would have not left with any other option, but to take you guys to consumer court and highlight the matter in print/social media...

              Last week i have complained about service center that because of bad repairing last 2 times, my refrigerator compressor has damaged.               After having a further discussion with our branch we offered discount to you (as a special case) and reduced the value up to Rs. 5000/- for which also you are not agreeing (DOP : 15.10.2009) and asking for the free services only for which we cannot entertain your request.

                I purchased Top loaded washing machine just three years back. And one day suddenly it stop working. I called customer care number and they send his engineer after two three reminder. he told me that main part of machine is not working it will charge high to me. then after conforming with customer care man i agree to pay 4500. after so many reminder to come and change the part his man is saying me that we will change only half part in this rate. within two days part price is increased. they r just fooling us. very bad after sales service. And that engineer also not talk properly. he said we will not do that work. u can do with some one else. NOT RECOMMENDED PRODUCT.

                All so call team member and supporting team everything is wrong. today is 5th till date no up from you side. As i am calling everyday . Only wrong commitment is receiving from your side. as purchased this machine only 3 years back that's why only i am taking follow up from u. Really disappointed by product and after sales service. If we call and ask what happen that man was going to come then only they update us. Otherwise nothing proper reply from your side.
                I just called customer care people. still part not received by them. and they r not sure for date also. So if we want service from them just wait and keep calling them. Nothing sure from them. They just want to finish the call.

                  I have bought whirlpool refrigerators but last few months it is not working. I called to whirlpool service centre (Katihar - [protected]), they fixed it by adding some refrigerators parts (Paid service), but after few hours it still not working. This has happened 3 times and i already given more than 5 thousand rupees. But now they saying compressor is not working and need to change it will cost it around 6500 rs.
                  They are using unauthorised refrigerator parts, because of that compressor is not working. Please help me to fix my refrigerators.

                    Whirlpool Auth Service Centre, Magic Technologies Dwarka, has issued a fraud bill of Rs. 5500 without explaining the problem or giving a cost break down of this massive bill.
                    1. Machine was working but with a frequent dot sound and for this a bill of Rs. 5500 has been issued.
                    2. Service was deliberately delayed beyond the last warranty days
                    3. Plastic coating has been completely removed without any replacement or information. This is now resulting in electric shocks.
                    4. Control switches have stopped working

                    Is this not the worst after sales FRAUDULENT service ?
                    Magic Technologies staff misbehaves and is rude - whom should we go to ?
                    This is abject helplessness of customer

                    Request your earliest support in this case of extreme inconvenience to customer.

                    A complete mess is what your team has made of plastic coating.
                    Hammering the water hose onto the tap is not resolving the issue. Its called a "CHEAP JUGAAD".
                    ***** JUGAADU SERVICE BY WHIRLPOOL !!!

                    The FRAUD BILL has still not been explained.
                    Your team delayed the service beyond the warranty period and then, your service center DUPES customers with a FRAUD bill of Rs. 5500
                    PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TEAM IS STILL NOT EXPLAINING THE BILL AMOUNT OR WHAT WAS WRONG.

                    Quit lying. You have not resolved any matter. Instead,

                    1. You have duped us of Rs. 5500.
                    2. You have damaged the entire Plastic Coating and you speak rudely when we reach out for replacement.
                    3. You have broken the tap fixture while fixing.
                    4. Your concerned team person Arjun has already told us we won't do anything "JO KARNA HAI KAR LO".

                    As per the above mentioned points, this is a case of cheating, fraud and intentionally harming customer rights to resolution of complaints related to product sold.

                    Please forward us your firm's fraud helpline/policy and also our complaint resolution number.
                    It has been more than a month that we have been asking for the same.

                      Machine taken to service center on 14.09.2016 by M/s. Parihar Enterprises against our customer invoice no. 3903 dated 10.09.2016. As informed that spare "PULSE RATER" not available & hence complaint cannot be attended. Contacted customer care ([protected]) on 23 .09.2016, 24.09.2016 & on 26.09.2016 at 11.22 hrs. They said to contact service center & there also no proper reply/status is received. As we are facing problems, kindly do the needful as considerable time has elapsed.

                        Purchased a refrigerator of 310 l around 5 years back. The complaints are coming from last one year. Whirlpool has an authorized service centre at nit area, faridabad but the same is totally outsourced and the service guy charges on his own and doesn't provide bill also. Recently the compressor has failed and this guy is asking for advance payment in cash. On being denied, he is closing the service request by stating that i have declined to pay the charges. Moreover the services are highly poor and corrupt in nature.

                        The issue began last year when the cooling suddenly stopped. The guy came and changed few parts and charged around rs 3800.0 without giving any bill. Again, there was same complaint after few days and again some new parts were changed.

                        Now after less than a year, the issue arose of excessive ice formation in the cabinet. When the complaint was registered, the guy came on 29.06.2016 and changed few parts and charged rs 3100.0. Additionally, unnecessarily a stabilizer was also sold to me for rs 2300. Just after some time i. E on 23.08.2016, the same issue of excessive cooling appeared and and the guy came, repaired some tube and charged rs 400.0.

                        However, in less than month, the cooling decreased and when the guy was called, he cut the capillary tube from top and bottom after releasing the gas from the compressor and thereafer refilled the compressor with gas and charged rs 1700.0.

                        Just next day, there was no cooling in the refrigerator and there was noise coming in. Again when the guy was called in, he said that the compressor is out of order and need to be changed. This was absolutely surprising that the compressor stopped working just after being touched by the technician!

                        Finally when the supervisor was directed to install a new compressor, i was conveyed that an advance payment of rs 7000.0 has to be handed over and the same shall be done next day only post handing over of cash.

                        As i refused to handover the cash in advance, the guy closed down the sr stating that the client has refused to pay!

                        Isn't this a matter of concern! I have decided never to purchase any product of this company in future but at the same time also decided to bring this to the notice of maximum no. Of people for their benefit.

                          Unfortunately i purchased whirlpool split a/c without knowing about it. Within 2 to 3 months of time its pcb board has been dead...

                          I called then customer care... After 2 days one technician has come he checked and he was unable to find what was the problem... So he went back.. Here i want to say, whirlpool has no professional technicians to identify the problem.
                          I am in chennai, it was heat & humid in nights also, so i could not sleep in nights in my home... So i booked outside a a/c hotel & stayed for 10 days... And paid for that heavily...

                          I again called customer after 3 days... They send another technician.. He checked and found that the pcb board has problem.. So removed from its place took it to service center.. After 2 days.. Dealer said he is sending new pcb board... The next day another technical came and fixed the new pcb.. But still the a/c not started...
                          The person again took the new pcb board back to service center...
                          Then no response from the technician and the dealer. They are not responding to my phone calls at all.
                          Then again i called to customer care number... The customer care officials speaking abnormal english.. They only speak tamil... And i don't know tamil...
                          Still my a/c problem is not resolved... Now i am telling all my friends, colleagues and relatives and every one.. That please do not buy whirlpool products... Its absolutely [censored] product... Two losses for those who buys the product... The money you spent go waste... And your valuable time and energy also go waste... Your will mentally upset like me, after buying this product... Please... Please... Please... Please... Please... Dont buy whirlpool product. Some times the customer care number also will not work.

                            I purchased an automatic washing machine from patra electronics, cuttack.

                            Model : whp wm 360 world series 72h; sl - 02716.

                            The spin/dryer section is not at all working from day 1. we have got engineer visits from the first day regarding the same and the result is none. we are said ' spin is working fine'. due to inefficient spin, clothes remain wet and are getting torn. really fed up with the product.

                            Is this what ' whirlpool ' stands for?
                            Please refund the money and take back the machine. i don't want any other alternative. it has been a pestering problem now. please resolve it at the earliest. refund and take the faulty machine.

                              I have purchased Top Loading washing Machine model WM STAINWASH ULTRA 65H GRAPHITE (6.5 KG) from Vijay Sales, Khar Road. Company engineer came to install the same promptly. He came with a trolly and installed the machine on the same. He then demanded Rs 1400.00 as the cost of the trolly and my wife who was at home at that time paid the same. I came to know about same on arrival In the evening. I called the service engineer and asked why he has supplied the trolly when we had not asked for the same. He replied that the trolly is a must for this machine as it would get damaged otherwise as there is very little clearance underneath the machine.

                              Now I have few questions from the company Whirlpool
                              1. Is the trolly a must for this model of the machine and it will get damaged if not installed on trolly?
                              2. If the answer to above question is YES why company has not provided with the machine as standard accessary
                              3. If answer is NO why your service engineer has installed the machine on a trolly and then charged for the same.
                              I want a clear answer to my questions and refund of the amount charged for the trolly OR I will be forced to post the issue on all online consumer forums.

                              I had purchased Semi washing machine Ace 7.0 on March 2016. but i felt bad when they using that product after one month it's created problem regarding washing automatically stop and then running. I gave complaint mechanic two times came, but went back without repairing, unfortunately same problem has happened now I never expected such services.

I never confirmed that the installation engineer did not force us to buy the trolley. He never asked us and installed the machine on trolley.

                                I would like to bring your notice that, we had purchased one appliance model-31036 and serial no-INF[protected] on dated 25th may 2015 from Patna, Bihar

                                After 4-months we found some issue in wash as not functioning properly so we did check with customer care team, they had visited and found that had some issue related in power supply of cut-off functioning, he said it not repairable we have to exchange this appliance model with another one of same model.

                                So, after few days they replaced appliance with another one but features were not same as like previous model functions had the functionality of hot water, and also differ in looks and design. So we asked with dealer about this he was not agree to exchange another one with same features.

                                I understand that we didn't registered any complain to customer care since last appliance replacement due to haven't need this feature (i.e. Hot water) till span of time, as we could know about this when we would have to need this features. So few days back we have to use and came to know don't having this feature with replaced model.

                                As you know some additional feature we don't know until it need even this features are also not default/common one that everyone knows about this features.
                                However, if we made request for any alliance issue and you found it’s not working and non-repairable, need to exchange then you should have replaced with either same model or same features, if don't have same model/features at the span of time you should notify/inform to customer about lack/extra/additional features.

                                Also I have some concern as well:

                                (a). Didn't disclose/inform about functionality of replaced model.
                                (b). Hide the lack of features in a replaced model.
                                (c). Even you didn't provide any service demo to customer after last appliance replacement.

                                Also, my parents don't have the knowledge, aware about the whole features of appliance by which they can verify and find out about missing/lack of features with replaced model.

                                Even last 3-4 days back they had requested to dealer regarding cloth washing was not cleaning, you know problem was only something strip covered inside machine from beginning, so service request guys came and just uncovered/opened it then it works fine for us, even they were washing cloth with this issue (i.e. not clean) since 8-9 months, now you can understand how they can know about hot water functionality.

                                As I told you that replaced model appliance don't have the features of hot water, as you know very well this features are not default/common feature that everyone can check, verify 100% and compare all features with previous model at the span of time.

                                We are requesting you to please have a look of all our circumstances and situation and help us to understand and proceed for further steps to resolve this lack of functionality issue as earliest possible.

                                  It is highly disappointing and frustrating with whirlpool, we bought a Whirl Pool Eco - Brand washing machine on June 2016. The Delivery was made and 2 days later the product was demonstrated.

                                  The way they demonstrate, they would never never disclose any caveats, like Water Blockage, they would explain to buy various products like accessories along with the washing machine that would cost us around 6K.
                                  These products are not available in the market as they manufacture for their brands.

                                  I was asked to buy a Magnetic Water Absorber for 2K, that absorbs that impurities or any dust in water. Then later i was given a Liquid that cleans the drum and each packet of it cost around few hundreds. When they identify the issue with their brands, why cant they add the solution to their product. Why we need to buy like an accessories, when it seems a necessary for the product. More over the new accessory will not come under any warranty.

                                  I would advise people not to buy any product that would later ask them to buy extra accessory to solve the issue to the original product. Now days they are creating the problems and knowing the solution to it, and identifying a new strategy to make more money by selling the solution.

                                    Dear Sir/ Mam,

                                    I had raised a Service request on 10th of September, at Customer Care No. [protected] - Service Request No. GB[protected] for Whirlpool 360 Washing Machine not Working, for which the very next day in the morning only, the executive had promptly arrived.
                                    The Executive said the PCB is bad, and have to be replaved with a new PCB, for that the Charges
                                    will be Rs. 4000/- an advance of Rs. 1000/- was received by the executive. This day was Sunday.
                                    On Tueday I received a call then regarding the replacement for which it was discussed that the
                                    following Saturday the Parts will be replaced

                                    I had called the Whirlpool Service consumer on 17th September right from the morning at 10:30 AM. My phone was never picked. Then I contacted the Bharadwaj Service Ambedkar Road, Ghaziabad. I had a talk with the lady at the Reception from 14:00 hrs till 19:30 hrs in the evening, every time she picked up the phone, every time she said that the Executive is on the field, and will be arriving any minute.

                                    Lastly at 19:50 hrs on 17 th of September I again called the Customer Care No. [protected], again called and again I was given a new Service Request No. GB[protected]. This time again it was said that the Customer will revert in 24 Hours.

                                    Today it is 18th of September 2016, 12:04 PM, nothing has been heard from any Whirlpool representatives.

                                    As the time is passing, the renowned companies are fading away in their Quality Assurance Services.

                                        Dear sir/mam

                                        I had purchased triple door refrigerator from G.S electronics, Dharampura bazaar, opposite. Mid town plaza, patiala on 31-oct-2015 as the occasion of diwali, I gifted this product to my sister for her 1st diwali celebration in laws.but I felt bad when they using that product after 6 months it's creates problem regarding cooling, heating and too much noise.when I contact with dealer where I buy this product he gave me the mobile number of concerned service man but he checked and service that product once, twice and thrice but unfortunately same problem has happened now, and the concerned area manager name harpreet is didn't pick my calls, I tried so much to contact that person and asked to his service man to arrange the call but no respond yet, well I am too frustrated to see this kind of intension by your company employee.so that would not be good for your brand reputation and also break the trust of customers.so I request to the whirlpool senior heads to please change this product or give my money back to switched some other particular brands like LG or Samsung.
