We purchased whirlpool 360 degree washing machine on Nov 15, 2015. This machine does not have a feature to drain out the dust. Therefore, the dust sticks to the clothe and clothes become faded and white spots appear on the clothes. Contacted the company on many times to rectify the problem but there is no response from the company to resolve the issue. Requested not to buy this product.

I registered a case in whirpool customer service. Since my washing machine producing an abnormal sound at the time of spin. So the service guy called me and asked me about the issue. I explained him very detail. Finally he came to our house Yesterday 08/02/2016 and simply standing near to the machine he said it is due to bearing failure. For servicing Rs.4500/- is required. So I told him I don't want to spend more on this older machine. I will buy a new one.

For that he is asking me a visiting charge of Rs.450/-. He never open anything, simply stand near to the machine for 1 minute and asking me the visiting charge.

If no service has been done, why should I give this much. Even if he spent at least half an hour or above for an inspection. Then there will be logic of paying the inspection charge. But here he spent only 1 min and asking us to pay visiting charge.

So finally I paid him to leave from my house.

I purchased a top load washing machine from croma in Dec 2011 along with extended warranty for two year. During the extended warranty due to recurring problems even after changing 2 times PCB and one time motor CROMA decided to refunded the extended warranty amount alongwith the balance amount i.e price of machine less the expenditure already incurred on machine which was a very nominal amount.

Since June 15 machine is attended by whirlpool service centre and they have already replaced PCB 2 TIMES by charging Rs 4000 each time and the machine has again got bad and require replacement of DRIVE ASSEMBLY involving substantial amount.

It appears that the whirlpool is not producing any quality products now and supplying defective products.

This can be further established by the fact that I was earlier also having the whirlpool washing machine with 5 year warranty and it rarely gave me problem.

Hope whirlpool india shall look in to this as within a period of 8 months I have already incurred an expenditure of Rs 8000 and substantial amount is to be incurred again

Spin and washing is not working properly. For that we are trying to make complaint on your toll free no. for so many times, but it is not connected. then complaint was done in your local service centre by phone. but they are asking for complaint no. at last we did complaint to dealer, but till date no one can attend our complaint.

With the reference of subject cited, Actually I posted my complaint to costumer care for five times but still didn't get my AMC (annual maintenance service documents) .so, kindly do something against whilrlpool AMC department to arrange my documents as soon as possible.

We registered a complaint in whirlpool regarding washing machine dryer functioning properly on 31/10/2015. A person from service centre attended and got around 1500 saying that he need to purchase a part. But till today he dint return. We called him and even walked in to service centre thrice but he dint respond properly. Please take necessary step.

I got my fridge repaired from an authorized service person and next day it again stopped functioning.
Upon calling the service center again, they said that few more things needs to be repaired once again and for that fridge needs to be moved to their workshop and for that they will be charging 1600 Rs again.
Upon asking for the refund for the useless spare part, the rude service person said "ek din k liye to chale tha na fridge, fir kis baat ka refund"...
Such a ****ed up company is Whirlpool that they are not entertaining any complaint on their all India customer care number...
I have sent it their workshop for which they earlier asked for Rs 900...
Now they are saying that their is some problem in the refrigerator's radiator and that also needs to be fixed...
Everyday they are coming up with a new problem and expecting us to pay for that...

It is very much regret to inform u that we have purchased a whirlpool refrigerator of 280lts capacity double door type in the year 2008 and yesterday I gave a complaint to ur cusomer care over phone from my regd mobile [protected] requested to attend as the cooling system is not working .No doubt ur services Engineer visited our house and roplaced two spare parts and we have paid an amount of Rs.1100/- towards repairs.But after that it is oberved that the cooling system not working the repairer has not attended the problem fully.Today I have contacted ur technician three times but invained.
There, fore it is requested to arrange to repair our appliance at an early.we never expected such bad response from ur esteemed firm.It is very difficult to preserve the items.

I have bought whirlpool AC on march 2015. I have called for service on jan 2nd 2016 and service engineer visited me.When checked they found Internal AC blower is broken and they need 3 to 4 working days for replacement. But today it been more than 20 days and still i did not receive my replacement product for AC repair. Worst part is they have took away my broken internal blower so my AC for non functional for many days now. I have made more than 100 calls to service engineer, shore manager, customer care but still no improvement . Very worst service from whirlpool

I am a very unhappy customer of whirlpool, hailing from Trivandrum, Kerala. I had registered a complaint with whirlpool toll free number regarding my washing machine on DECEMBER 2015. The complaint was initially picked by Hi Tech solutions Trivandrum but the service center has closed without even visiting us because of month end. After calling second time a mechanic had checked the machine at first week on January and said that spare parts need to arrive from Kochi. A personnel from Trivandrum service center, hi - tech solutions, Vazhuthacaud, Trivandrum, called and informed that the parts will arrive in a week and would revisit us by 22nd January. Sorry to say that nothing has happened in a week and I am still waiting for them. The washing machine is required since I have a kid at home. So, I called the service center and informed again but no one turned out.

I have mailed my complaint to [protected]@whirlpool.com as well as raised a grievance at whirlpool website. But, no reply from either. I also called the tollfree number too but they say that Trivandrum service center is not performing well and they get complaints frequently about the same. Whom should we inform then ? A month after registering the complaint, I am convinced I will never buy a whirlpool product and will also advice every one to do the same. They make cheap products which will not last even 2-3 years for Indians.

I bought a Washing Machine on 08.11.2015. I used only three times. Now the drum makes too much vibration and sound and machine moves due to vibration. So, I had stopped to use for the past one month. The machine was bought in Cauvery Electronics, Karur, Tamilnadu. I made a complaint in Whirlpool Service Center on 13.01.2016. They assured that they would attend on 16.01.2016. But not came. Then they called on 18.01.2016 and told that they would attend on 19.01.2016 (today) morning @9.00 am. But not came. Then I called them but not attended the call. Moreover, they did not call till this time. I never saw such response less persons. So, I do not need machine and I want my money return back.

My whirlpool washing machine model no-11580 serial no-INF[protected] is not working since past 2 months.spin is not working.2 months back i had lodged complaint(complaint no PT[protected]) at both service centre and toll free no provided.The engineer had come and changed the part on 6/01/15 but again it stopped working after 2 days.There after i had again lodged compaint a many times but now they have stopped responding to call.so i request the concerned authority to do the needfull as soon as possible. I have purchased a whirlpool refrigerator model no. 11894 vide bill no. 3614 dated[protected]Compressor got five years warranty) by name of M.Sekar from Sri Balaji in Tindivanam, Villupuram District, Tamilnadu. Our refrigerator is not cooling. I called customer care dated 21/11/2015 Request number:CN[protected]. The service engineer came from sakthi service center, villupuram. Checked and tolled Compressor got corrupted need to replace once Compressor come from whirlpool company. After 15 days conducted sakthi service center, they told still not receive Compressor, ask whirlpool customer care. Again I called dated 05/12/2015 Service Request number: CN[protected]. They told arrange Compressor within two days. But not done. Whenever call they told within two days. Service Request number-CN[protected] dated 06/01/2016(previous Service Request number closed without any solution) they told your compressor sent sakthi service center. I conducted sakthi service center, replied still we not receive any compressor, ask whirlpool customer care. Today 14/01/2016 almost two more month gone still compressor not received. Customer care person given whirlpool area manager no:[protected] but not pickup call. Please do the speedy action..

My whirlpool washing serial no.[protected] has failed within a span of 1month after repair. The engineer had come and checked the washing machine and has told that the PCB board has a problem and he took Rs. 3400/- for repair charges vide JOB no. 794(Receipt) dtd. 16/11/2015. Similiar problem had come during two years back and the same PCB board has been changed Receipt no. 5224 dtd. 24/07/2013. for Rs. 2800/- only. Now the machine is not functioning well and when the service engineer has checked, he is telling athat the complete mechanicm of the machine has to be changed and it cost around Rs. 7500/- which is very abnormal. Dear sir, my whirlpool 3d cooler ac installed on 21 November 2015 but cooling Not working I gave compliant on 25 Nov 2015. But still now my problem not rectified at the time of installation I paid Rs.5000 without bill. I complained customer care for more than 10 times but my problem could not solved. I called 10 days before from customer care one the staff replied my question and he said to me you complained to where you are purchase the air con. Hi, This is Ashith Son of Anandan, I am whirlpool customer. My washing machine got fully flooded during the recent flood . I have registered complaint on Dec 16th and 28th, But still i didn't got any issue fixed. The Customer support who came to my home for service, not giving correct information and fighting with us and went telling that how i see, how your washing machine is get ready. Hi, PRODUCT SERIAL NO: INV[protected] SERVICE REQUEST NO: KL[protected] MY water purifier not working since from one month. After launching a complaint, one service engineer has came to check the system, he told us that product is damaged & need to be changed. so that I asked customer care to change my product, after few days miss Debarsee[ kolkata ] called me & told that new product is not available in market so we will refund you the amount. then I asked her for sending me a amount refund confirmation mail to my register email ID [ [protected]@gmail.com], but from date day I never get any mail or any call from her end. I called several times to customer care. all the time they are providing me a no[protected] /[protected], & told me to contact with Miss Debasree. I tried again & again but can't reach Miss Dabarsree for talking regarding this issue. each time someone else picks the phone & behave every rudely with me. Which is not at all tolerable. how can anyone talk with a customer like this!! I never expect this type o[censored]n-professionalism behavior from whirlpool.
