Hi,
With regards to above call number. As of now 3technicians have visited my house. 1st technician replied 1200/- will be the charge and collected rs.350/- in advance (Service charge). Next 2nd one called and informed that your refrigerator is under warranty and please arrange the bill for replacement. As the refrigerator was gifted to me i dont have any bills. Now 3rd technician is claiming 2700/- for repairing. I have never experienced this kind of service from whirlpool. Earlier i have been using a washing machine. I use to refer all my friends about ur best service. But now this time your service is really parhetic.
Hope refrigerators are having 5years compressor warranty and im sure it has not crossed 5years.
Please help to replace the compressor under warranty terms.

    Hi team,

    I am udit dharni, resident of jalandhar city. I am facing issues with the whirlpool washing machine from the last 6 months. After registering the complaint at the service center situated at shop no. 134 a/11 central town, jalandhar city.

    One of the executive reached out to our address to resolve the issue. After examining, he confirmed that one part needs to get replaced and he will replace it as soon as they have that available.

    Then, months past away but no response came from their side. Then, i personally visited at service center. Customer care executive again confirmed that we will replace it asap.

    At present, whenever i call at service center, the only response i am getting is we will send an engineer to your address on monday, saturday... I don't know when will this day will come at their calendar.

    Till now, i am still struggling with the service center team. I don't know what they are doing there if they don't have that part in stock from the last 6 months. Please resolve my problem asap.

      Problem outstanding since july 2016. Complained and repeated reminder complaints never had any effect with vellore services.
      My fully automatic washing machine is not working. I made the complaint through customer service on vide complaint number cn[protected] on 28th july. Engineer came on next day, pressure transmitter need change even though pe error needs power supply issues. He brought pressure transmitter and found same problem and this time he was telling for replacement of complete mother board of washing machine. He arrived after 2 days with mother board and replaced and found same problem finally he changed flow transmitter and the mother board and machine was working without pe error. We found the engineers are not fully trained or skilled technicians who needs full knowledge of the machine and its problem he was doing all with trial and error method and he mr. Vigneshwar, was claiming he was senior engineer in the service centre. He was confirming that there are no any other problems and machine will work without any problem for long time and convinced us to apy for the services and spare charges of rs 5150/- wide bill no. 35 dt 1.8.2016. He did not wait for the full cycle and informed that the machine will work perfectly well. I have paid rs 5150 for the repair because he said there are no other problems and he checked thoroughly. He said that he will come back to attend any problem what so ever if it happens freely. Immediately after his departure the machine started vibrating violently with huge noice with the support mounting steel frame broken. I informed him and he came back next day and blamed the support frame which caused the whole problem, removing the frame, he run the machine and started telling no problem. I asked him to wait for the full cycle and fix the issue. Again same problem appeared and he checked and shown some inner wear and pcb piece bottom of the machine and confirm that the struck foreign objects are the issues and gone without even waiting for next cycle. Same problem appeared on rinse time and we informed him and said he will be back, subsequently never attended the phone. Contacted their service centre and informed them, even after many attempts they could not send the engineer. After 10 days they were informing that the engineer is in out station for a meeting and he will be back after 3 days. I said i cant wait until then because i already spent huge money and machine not working. I asked them to send efficient engineer than vigneshwar. They sent one technician (Shakthivel) and he just heard the scenario of the repair, he agreed his engineer would not have charged us without checking the machine in full. He was telling that the machine having problem of suspension and support springs with the advice of some other engineer from remote call. I found that this technician is just 6 month experience in the company where as i requested engineer who is better than the earlier visited engineer due to their poor performance and lay man approach, just doing trial and error method. It seems the whole service centre operates with bunch of amateurs not with any experienced and skilled persons. The technician informed me that he will send the same engineer and fix the issue. I waited and started reminding them for many times, they send another engineer called parthiban who came and just said the issue is simple and he removed the tiny wheels fixed under the support frames to move the machine. Also suggested to use the machine having the cloths in balanced way, which are all causing problems. He started the unit and machine was on its sequence, he left in 7th minute saying he got some tool to be collected which is kept outside and did not turn up till the machine behaving violently. I called him and informed him that there are no changes and behave same as it was doing before. He said he will come and see and never return knowing the problem and he cant stand before me with his foolish explanations given. I was approaching the engineer and service centre never ever answered my calls. If at all attend, they used to say they will send the engineer who came first time but he never came. I again complained to the customer service and informed the bad service being taken by the service centre and the wrong repairs. They recorded again new complaint number cn[protected]. It seems the service centre has closed the complaint when the machine was not fully operative which is real cheat. Again with repeated call engineer mr. Ishwar arrived and he could recollect that last time he has replaced the set of bearing for the same machine. He did check on rinse and observed the issues, he confirms that the support has gone and need replacement. He confirmed that he will collect the spare and come back after 3 days, but so far no information, the service centre informs every day some one will come.
      Even after 25 days (Almost one month) the machine not working, with wastage of money and my precious time. I would have bought new machine for the time and money i spent. Instead of whirlpool services, if i would have taken help of carpenter the unit must have been repaired by this time with same trial and error method. So whirlpool service is so bad from the authorised service centre at vellore. This really discourages people buying whirlpool products in vellore district because of the bad services.
      Hope you will arrange to repair the unit immediately and ask the service man to wait until works ok. I feel i have been cheated enough by the company with the amount of rs 5150/ for their poor services.

        My whirlpool fully authomatic washing machine purchased on november 2012. After 3.5 years (After warranty), it make loud noise on spin and wash. It was repaired with authorised service personals and cost nearly 6000 rupees. Again it stopped working yesterday. How can we trust this brand as we think a washing machine my last atleast 8 years. Now i registered complaint with company and waiting for repairs. If i have to pay more than my total cost, then this better to go for another brand and new one.

              We purchased the above product on 29th july 2016 from there dealer reliance digital iscon mall ahmedabad but the product came with a default where the sucktion rubber which closes the fridge is not working. The technicians came 2 times and said rubber will be replaced and repaired but still till date nothing has been done n when we ask no satisfactory response is given n the dealors r also not taking things seriouly n back answering us. We r really disappointed n want a earlier response for the same or the product to be repalced or return.

                I had purchased a split ac model 3-d cool extreme 1.5 ton on 2nd may 2016. Which is under breakdown from 4th august -16. I had made a complain to customer care on same day. (Complain no:-dn[protected])
                Next day (5th aur-16) one person visited and attended the issue and confirm that outer unit motor had burned.
                Till 12th aug-16 no action taken. After all i had called to whirlpool gurgaon office and talk to mr. Avinash (Care manager).
                He is committed to me that problem will be resolved till 16th aug-16. But today 19th aug-16.

                  Whirlpool top load fully automatic machine.

                  Washing machine digital board breaks off every now and then and it cost 3500 every time.

                  In a year it breaks 4-5 times.

                  What is the solution for it?

                            My fully automatic washing machine is not working. I made the complaint on 5th august. Engineer came on next day, 6th august. Parts has to be changed. Offered to replace it within a day. Today is 8th day of my complaint. I have been calling the customer care number every day. No use. Totally fed up, after paying rs.3200 for amc. If amc was not there, i could have repaired it easily. With 2 school going children, can you manage a single day without washing clothes?

                              This is my second complaint...1 month ago i complained that the refrigerator didn, t make ice so mr. Harjeet singh came and filled the gas in it and said gas is under 3 months warranty and charged 1100rs but from the past 2 weeks same problem occur and i called him 100 of time and he always made excuses i am here and i am there for the authenticity of the problem i also attached the gas charging bill in it please find the attachment below:-

                                I am arun i have a whirlpool fridge it got complaint on 5-8-2016 i called whirlpool regarding the complaint they came and checked my fridge and told the compressor has gone and they took my fridge telling that within three days they will return . I waited till[protected]. I dint get my fridge and no one from whirlpool called me . I call the shop and customer care of whirlpool they they told it will take minimum 15 days more to get the parts. I bought the whirlpool product thinking the it's a good company i dint knew that this company doesn't have any spare parts with them. If you don't have spare parts then y r u selling ur products.

                                  Whirlpool fridge has been diagnosed to suffer problem with the pcp board/mother board. Either not cools or cools vegetables to stone hard state. Milk and all consumables have to be virtually drilled. Problem outstanding since january 2015.. Complained and repeat reminder complaints never had any effect. They orally indicated to pay us totol loss compensation at very unfavourable terms, but have still not made official offer. No repair effectively conducted and no replacement nor settlement offer..
                                  Have complained on their grievance recording site but facing stone wall again..
                                  Fridge make; whirlpool; date of purchase 27/08/2012; serial number inf[protected]; double door ; person contacted mr babu of whirl pool office chennai (Mobile number[protected]) mr babuis totally is inactive and does not care to take any decision nor even take calls.

                                    I bought the washing mechine on 9/2/2015. it was around 15 months, the components called Drum broken And your service man replace it, from the day it is getting vibrtion on the finishing stage and the mechine is running and dashing it . what is the result it from your side, reply must. after getting ur reply, mean while i will take vedio of the thing and i will post u on next

                                      We bought a whirlpool washing machine 3 years back . its automatic washer. soon after 5 month of purchase we got a problem. it just stopped working. of course we have a warranty these serves people came and just made a small change by just replacing mother board. which is of 5500 (mother board)rupees. because of warranty it went no well . soon it started giving problem . it used to stop frequently we called the serves people again and they used to come and replaces the same part. this new part had a warrenty for 6 month in which it uses to work properly. but as sooner as it crosses those 6 months it became routine for use replace the mother board. it happened for 5 time . The one thing they used to do is just replace mother board . yesterday was the 5th time i am doing it .

                                        I have to call them to book a service complaint ten times in last fifteen days.

                                        But they not give any response me
                                        We not receive any call & visit of service engineer. i tired
                                        This company service is very very bad

                                        Three month before I can book a service complaints & after fifteen times call & after aprox twenty five days service engineer visit down & I pay him 6500 rupees against refrigerator repair

                                        But last fifteens days in my refrigerator give a repeat problem

                                        After many service call booking we not receive any response

                                        I am very mentally suffered
