I have purchased Top Loading washing Machine model WM STAINWASH ULTRA 65H GRAPHITE (6.5 KG) from Vijay Sales, Khar Road. Company engineer came to install the same promptly. He came with a trolly and installed the machine on the same. He then demanded Rs 1400.00 as the cost of the trolly and my wife who was at home at that time paid the same. I came to know about same on arrival In the evening. I called the service engineer and asked why he has supplied the trolly when we had not asked for the same. He replied that the trolly is a must for this machine as it would get damaged otherwise as there is very little clearance underneath the machine.

Now I have few questions from the company Whirlpool
1. Is the trolly a must for this model of the machine and it will get damaged if not installed on trolly?
2. If the answer to above question is YES why company has not provided with the machine as standard accessary
3. If answer is NO why your service engineer has installed the machine on a trolly and then charged for the same.
I want a clear answer to my questions and refund of the amount charged for the trolly OR I will be forced to post the issue on all online consumer forums.

I had purchased Semi washing machine Ace 7.0 on March 2016. but i felt bad when they using that product after one month it's created problem regarding washing automatically stop and then running. I gave complaint mechanic two times came, but went back without repairing, unfortunately same problem has happened now I never expected such services.
All the details being asked are available in the complaint submitted earlier.

What ever is being claimed by the company that my issue has been resolved is a blatant lie. Nobody has contacted me to resolve the issue. I never confirmed that the installation engineer did not force us to buy the trolley. He never asked us and installed the machine on trolley.
This is highly unethical by company to write that issue has been resolved whereas actually nothing has been done

    Dear Sir/Ma'am,

    I would like to bring your notice that, we had purchased one appliance model-31036 and serial no-INF[protected] on dated 25th may 2015 from Patna, Bihar

    After 4-months we found some issue in wash as not functioning properly so we did check with customer care team, they had visited and found that had some issue related in power supply of cut-off functioning, he said it not repairable we have to exchange this appliance model with another one of same model.

    So, after few days they replaced appliance with another one but features were not same as like previous model functions had the functionality of hot water, and also differ in looks and design. So we asked with dealer about this he was not agree to exchange another one with same features.

    I understand that we didn't registered any complain to customer care since last appliance replacement due to haven't need this feature (i.e. Hot water) till span of time, as we could know about this when we would have to need this features. So few days back we have to use and came to know don't having this feature with replaced model.

    As you know some additional feature we don't know until it need even this features are also not default/common one that everyone knows about this features.
    However, if we made request for any alliance issue and you found it’s not working and non-repairable, need to exchange then you should have replaced with either same model or same features, if don't have same model/features at the span of time you should notify/inform to customer about lack/extra/additional features.

    Also I have some concern as well:

    (a). Didn't disclose/inform about functionality of replaced model.
    (b). Hide the lack of features in a replaced model.
    (c). Even you didn't provide any service demo to customer after last appliance replacement.

    Also, my parents don't have the knowledge, aware about the whole features of appliance by which they can verify and find out about missing/lack of features with replaced model.

    Even last 3-4 days back they had requested to dealer regarding cloth washing was not cleaning, you know problem was only something strip covered inside machine from beginning, so service request guys came and just uncovered/opened it then it works fine for us, even they were washing cloth with this issue (i.e. not clean) since 8-9 months, now you can understand how they can know about hot water functionality.

    As I told you that replaced model appliance don't have the features of hot water, as you know very well this features are not default/common feature that everyone can check, verify 100% and compare all features with previous model at the span of time.

    We are requesting you to please have a look of all our circumstances and situation and help us to understand and proceed for further steps to resolve this lack of functionality issue as earliest possible.

    I would like to bring your notice that, your replaced appliance i.e washing machine model-31106 is not working completely.

    We have already followup many times on your toll free number, but still we didn't get any positive outcome from your side. I would like to know how long it will take to fix this issue and who will be help us to take care of this issue as earliest possible.

      Hello All,

      It is highly disappointing and frustrating with whirlpool, we bought a Whirl Pool Eco - Brand washing machine on June 2016. The Delivery was made and 2 days later the product was demonstrated.

      The way they demonstrate, they would never never disclose any caveats, like Water Blockage, they would explain to buy various products like accessories along with the washing machine that would cost us around 6K.
      These products are not available in the market as they manufacture for their brands.

      I was asked to buy a Magnetic Water Absorber for 2K, that absorbs that impurities or any dust in water. Then later i was given a Liquid that cleans the drum and each packet of it cost around few hundreds. When they identify the issue with their brands, why cant they add the solution to their product. Why we need to buy like an accessories, when it seems a necessary for the product. More over the new accessory will not come under any warranty.

      I would advise people not to buy any product that would later ask them to buy extra accessory to solve the issue to the original product. Now days they are creating the problems and knowing the solution to it, and identifying a new strategy to make more money by selling the solution.

        Dear Sir/ Mam,

        I had raised a Service request on 10th of September, at Customer Care No. [protected] - Service Request No. GB[protected] for Whirlpool 360 Washing Machine not Working, for which the very next day in the morning only, the executive had promptly arrived.
        The Executive said the PCB is bad, and have to be replaved with a new PCB, for that the Charges
        will be Rs. 4000/- an advance of Rs. 1000/- was received by the executive. This day was Sunday.
        On Tueday I received a call then regarding the replacement for which it was discussed that the
        following Saturday the Parts will be replaced

        I had called the Whirlpool Service consumer on 17th September right from the morning at 10:30 AM. My phone was never picked. Then I contacted the Bharadwaj Service Ambedkar Road, Ghaziabad. I had a talk with the lady at the Reception from 14:00 hrs till 19:30 hrs in the evening, every time she picked up the phone, every time she said that the Executive is on the field, and will be arriving any minute.

        Lastly at 19:50 hrs on 17 th of September I again called the Customer Care No. [protected], again called and again I was given a new Service Request No. GB[protected]. This time again it was said that the Customer will revert in 24 Hours.

        Today it is 18th of September 2016, 12:04 PM, nothing has been heard from any Whirlpool representatives.

        As the time is passing, the renowned companies are fading away in their Quality Assurance Services.

          Engineer replaced multiple parts in my refrigerator and filled gas and charged me for this. Now also same problem exists and now again he is asking me rs 1800 and rs 7000.

          He should have knowledge and should tell me exact issue and should fix that. People are not trained and doing hit and try to resolve problem.

            Dear sir/mam

            I had purchased triple door refrigerator from G.S electronics, Dharampura bazaar, opposite. Mid town plaza, patiala on 31-oct-2015 as the occasion of diwali, I gifted this product to my sister for her 1st diwali celebration in laws.but I felt bad when they using that product after 6 months it's creates problem regarding cooling, heating and too much noise.when I contact with dealer where I buy this product he gave me the mobile number of concerned service man but he checked and service that product once, twice and thrice but unfortunately same problem has happened now, and the concerned area manager name harpreet is didn't pick my calls, I tried so much to contact that person and asked to his service man to arrange the call but no respond yet, well I am too frustrated to see this kind of intension by your company employee.so that would not be good for your brand reputation and also break the trust of customers.so I request to the whirlpool senior heads to please change this product or give my money back to switched some other particular brands like LG or Samsung.

              Hello Team am preethi here from Anna nagar Chennai, I purchased whirlpool refrigerator double door on 2nd Feb 2016 it was functioning without any problem for first one month. Then problem started every now and then initially it was not cooling at all. Then it was solved then again it started to over cool and all the things inside fridge was like stone. Many technicians came home and tried to rectify it none was able to solve the issue permanently. Last complaint was raised on 31st August 2016 asking for replacement they said one last time we will check the issue and arrange for replacement. But now again issue has raised over cooling and all the products in the fridge is becoming like ice stone. When we called the same person who promised us to arrange for replacement is not responding properly and disconnected the call. That technician name SATISH who work under the team lead called SUNIL(manager) in 18th main rd Anna nagar branch Chennai I guess if am not wrong. They are very irresponsible in there words. Still our problem is not resolved. Please anyone from higher level in whirlpool help us on this issue. Am ready to take this issue to any level unless we are getting our issue resolved. We need replacement of this refrigerator. We faced enough problems with this. No one will be as patience as we were. Please help us

                We have purchased whirlpool double door refridgerator with model number whpl ref - ff neo fr258 on 28 november 2016 from m/s tv centre, karimnagar, telangana. While purchasing we have specifically asked and sales executive has confirmed that we can use de-fridge for regular use. When service engineer visited after a complaint lodged on toll free number in the 1st week of august 2016, he confirmed that there is no such option in the fridge.
                This is a fraud sale and we need justice.

                  I have purchased Fully Automatic Washing machine in August 2016. Since beginning i facing problem in the product. Like tear the cloths or having the holes in the clothes during washing. I have complaint and talked so many times on mobile about my problem. My complaint no is NP[protected]. Technician visits and photographs have taken and say send to report my office but till date nothing has happened. Machine creates lot of noising and tears or split the cloths. I want please replacement of this defective washing machine.

                  I have purchased Fully Automatic Washing machine in August 2016. Since beginning i facing problem in the product. One time you replaced my product but problems are not rectify. problem are still continue Like tear the cloths and having the holes in the clothes during washing.                     I, Anjali Khandelwal has purchased a refrigerator on 16/11/2015 of Model- WRLPOL-REF/NEO FR258 ROY 3S.
                    Before completing a year crack has been came in lower body of freeze from inside.
                    Same I have reported on Customer Care of Whirlpool on dated 22.08.2016. My complaint been registered with complaint no. as [protected].
                    On dated 23.08.2016 one of local customer service representative a call to me for asking the address confirmation and confirming his visit time.

                    After almost an hour service representatives has came to my home, as I'm a working professional, so my mother has attended the two of them. They have asked the xerox copy of bill from my mother, she replied to them please wait for a while till my father came.

                    As she is suffering with some disease, she cant move much. But the rude guys are started misbehaving with my mother by saying that they don't have much time, they need to attend few more complaints and move out from the house in rush. My father came and asked them to stop for a while, he is showing them bill.but the guy again started to misbehaving with my father too. At the whole conversation running my father shout on him little high then only he came into the house and check the refrigerator.

                    After checking it up he told that one guy will come to collect the copy of original bill, please get it ready, and take the picture of the bill and moved out without making any suggestion to us.

                    I made a call to customer care representative to mark the complaint against service representatives. But whirlpool customer representative has taken the back step by telling that it is the duty of local supervisor to manage them, not ours. Whirlpool only registered the complaints related to appliances.

                    Is this kind of a service whirlpool is providing to the customers??
                    Neither the problem with Refrigerator been resolved nor your service representatives having manners to talk with elder ones.

                    Customer is dealing with Whirlpool not with their local supervisors. So, it is the duty of Whirlpool to make the clients satisfy with these kinds of issue. No body have that much of time to waste in today's world to manage such useless stuffs.

                    As a customer it's my humble and keen to request to you, kindly look into this matter or else I have to go towards the legal proceedings.

And asked me to send her a copy of invoice & few pics of the the cracks which I have sent her via whatsapp same thing was already done by the local customer service representative came to my home on 22.08.2016.
                    She replied me via whatsapp that the crack is linear crack and my appliance will be replaced within 15 days as it is on warranty period.
                    But after that I haven't got any confirmation on email from whirlpool team in regards of this.

                    Today on 08.09.2016, I have received a call from Customer care manager Ms. Mamta at 01:33 noon, and now they are telling that that their concern department has reject my complaint due to lack of documentation, while whatever the documents whirlpool asked from me at the starting step I have availed them. And it will going to take again a cycle of 15 working days to regenerate the request of replacement, while I have asked her for refund she told me it will also going to take 45 days approx.

                    I have asked her to marked me a mail in regards of the entire conversation held in between us at phone, but no such mail received from their side. I am fed up of by following them from the day I registered a complaint. Not a single updation was initiated from their side till of today.

                    I have a keen request to you please help me to get rid of the problem or suggest me what the further process I should select to resolve this. Your prompt response will be awaited.

                    The copy of purchased invoice has been also attached with the complaint for your reference including with the pics of linear cracks noticed in refrigerator.

                    Hello Team, After almost 1.5 months finally the issue been resolved and today on dated 08.10.2016 finally we got our new refrigerator. Yes there is still some disappointments with Whirlpool such as - 1.delivery person has asked from us pick up & drop charges which we paid to him. No receipts been received against it. 2. Delivery person has alone came for giving & picking up of old refrigerator. And we din't have any male at our home, same thing has not conveyed to us on confirmation call. We have arranged the things some how. 3.Last but not the least No additional Warranty confirmation been received from team Whirlpool yet. What if replaced refrigerator too shows some problem in a month or 2. All the three above issues very much disappointing to us on the part of service received from Whirlpool We hope that we will not going to face such kind of problems again. Thanks for the replacement and completing this week commitment.

                    I have received the call from your representative Ms. Amrita, 4-5 days before, and according to that call she has offered us a updated Model df258 roy illusia steel whirlpool 2S, instead of WRLPOL-REF/NEO FR258 ROY 3S. Against the offer I have raised a query to your representative that the refrigerator you are offering to us has 2 Star rating while we have purchased the model of 3 star.
                    In reference of the above conversation your team manager amrita connected my call to one of the senior product manager & he told that whirlpool is offering us a upgraded model just because same model is not available in their stock, and if we required 3Star rating model then we have to pay some extra bucks to them, which I denied. You are offering the upgraded model only because o[censored]navailability of the required model in the case why we adjust with the Quality ratings & why we should pay any extra amount.
                    In reference of my query the product manager has told that they have the same model with them, but the color is different, I asked him about the available color, he asked the amrita to get in touch with their local reprentaive Ms. Richa to check the available colors and promised to get back to us in a day or 2.

                    After two days on a 3rd day I have called to Amrita( after making calls at least thrice she came on call) for asking the status of the query, and she just given me a number of yours one more regional manager Mr. Anurag and asked me to wait for next 10 mins for his calls ( which has not came yet). So now I think it's high time to take decessions. How we can confirm something about we are unaware with.

                    Let me cleared one thing for very sure that NO EXTRA AMOUNT WILL GOING TO BE PAID FROM MY SIDE IN REPLACEMENT OF SAME MODEL OR UPGRADED MODEL NEITHER WE ARE GOING TO COMPROMISE WITH QUALITY RATINGS. If the things can not be possible then better to provide us complete refund we are not going to wait more. It's already more than a month.

                        I am using a whirlpool washing machine. Its dryer got a problem. I called your service centre at venjaramoodu, Trivandrum for the past 2 Weeks. They are not coming.                           Bought whirlpool built in hob in nov 2013. It had a toughned glass and i was informed that it will not temper by normal cooking. But in first week of july 2016 when i was cooking idlis the glass sahtterred into pieces; i was standing there but somehow i escaped injury. Even this accident damaged my designer kitchen tiles. I called up the whirlpool customer care. I was told that a technician will visit ti verify how it happened. And to my surprise, instead of showing concern i was told that i will have to pay for the visit (App rs 540)!!! I argued with them and then after a heated discussion they agreed to make a free visit. Then for 2 days no body came and i had to call them 2-3 times and on 3rd day the technician came.

                          He agreed that there was no fault at my end and also sail that such an incidence hardly happens. I called up customer care/mr. Gautam and told him that the technician has checked the site and agrees that there was no fault of mine and the glass top needs to be changed. I asked him to talk to the technician over phone in front of me but he uprightly said that it is not necessary but he will like to have a written report from the jaipur dealer mr. Sudhir. I asked him that when will it be repaired then he told me that they will get the spare part/ glass top but i will have to pay the cost/app[protected] rs. I was shocked at their callous and irresponsible behavior. 3 of the designer kitchen tiles which broke due to this cost app rs 5000 and it could have harmed me! I when i purchased it they informed me about the tough quality of glass that it will not break in normal cooking methods; so why should i pay???
                          But the story does not end here... I had to face more of it. I used to call 2-3 times a day and faced their apathy and callous behavior. After a week i helplessly agreed to pay the cost of the new glass. But there was no end to my humiliation; i was told that it may take 7-10 days. So i waited patiently. But there was no response from them even after 2 weeks. Then again my turmoil of calling them 2-3 times a day started. They were telling me that there was a delay in shipping.in first week of aug almost after a month i was informed that they are not getting the part.!!! I argued that if they are still manufacturing the same model how can they teel me that the part is not available. But nobody listened to my logic and they told me that they can favour me by replacing my hob wit ha new one but i will have to pay for the 40% depreciation!!!
                          I was feeling cheated. Befooled, helpless and was cursing the time when i purchased hob from whirlpool!!!
                          Then every day i used to plead and every day they act with their so called professionalism?? I was made to call their heads... Mr narendra/ms sanchi/ mr. Sudhir ;all of them were in a hurry not listening to my plea... Then near mid of august i agreed to pay for the depreciation because my kitchen was in a bad shape and it was difficult for me to do cooking in that messy kitchen.

                          They asked for the bill but i did not keep the bills. So they said they need to take approval. They asked me the price i paid for it. And told them that it was approximately rs 15000. And requested them to calculate the amount which i need to pay. And no body figured it out till date.

                          Still i call them every day 2-3 times and sometimes the customer care guy/mr. Pankaj who is constantly trying to resolve this issue tries his best but in vain because the management acts in a beurocratic way. He sometimes puts me in tele conference with their so called heads... If i talk to them in a heated tone, i am told to keep my tone low... Ms. Sanchi had a big ego because of her position and was telling me that she will not like to talk to me.in telecom she asked pankaj to tell me to disconnect the phone. I was feeling so upset and humiliated that i broke up today. No one with self respect can deal with whirlpool guys... There is only one person mr. Pankaj who is still trying his best.

                          But after 2 hours helplessly, i called up again and pankaj again put mr. Sudhir in telecom and again i was told to disconnect the phone as they still need time to discuss and will let me know by eod.

                          I am still waiting for this issue to be resolved... And to pay!

                            We purchased the machine on 19-July-2015. It worked fine just for one year and there after there were numerous issues with the machine. Sometimes, it does not get power on. The technician came and put the deodorant on the machine as a resolution.

                            After few weeks, the drum was making a lot of noise. For this purpose the machine was sent to service center twice. It still makes noise and we are being told that this noise will be there. Earlier the noise levels were extremely low.

                            Then machine stopped working again on 11th August. I raised this complaint on 12th Aug, 2016. The technician came and told that us that one part needs to be replaced. Since then I have called customer care and the technician and they always tell us that part is not available. It's extremely frustrating that it's more than 15 days that machine is not working. I have been told repeatedly that we have escalated the case to 2nd level, 3rd level and even escalations department, but I do not see any impact. No one has called us or even tried to repair the machine. Even there is no communication from your side.

                            Please have a look at previous service requests as well. It is my 6th request for the same machine in past 6-7 months. This machine has been sent to your service center twice. Following are the last three case IDs:

                            1. DL-[protected]
                            2. DL-[protected]
                            3. DL-[protected] - Open since 12th Aug 2016

                            This a faulty product as there are multiple issues with the machine in the past and present. Please get it replaced immediately or else I need to contact the consumer court for the same.

                                HI i am nikhil from jamshedpur i have fully automatic top loaded washing machine it is warranty period its power circuit board found faulty by your service engineer, i had complained it since 20th aug 2016 till now my problem as is it nobody resolve the same, its my worst experience in my life from whirlpool always am contacting service center they are always replying spare parts not available however we are consumer how many day we will wait for yor service.

                                  I P.M .Sahoo purchased a fully automatic washing machine on date 09/08/2015 being serial No of machine is INF[protected] & model No-31111, At the beginning heavy noise came during spinning which was rectified by your technician .Again the same problem came so a first complain lodged with the customer care on 26/07/2016, after repeated complain a technician attained the machine on 21/08/2016 told it is a problem of V-belt, On date 25/08/16 he trialed the machine by replacing new v-belt, but the problem not resolved & the machine is still having heavy noise .As the washing machine is very essential product, kindly arrange to replace the Machine with new one at earliest.

                                    On 2nd August we had logged the complaint with your company - about 2 days later your service guys came and took the control panel with them for replacement. after following up for more than a week with Bharat [protected], he referred us to the manager Afsar [protected]. he told that this particular part is not available anymore. he then referred us to the local manager Prabhakaran [protected]. He told us that the washing machine needs to be replaced with a surcharge on top. we agreed to same. Till today - NOTHING has happened. Prabhakarans phone is not reachable. We called Afsar again - he promised to send an email and someone will call us back. again NOTHING happened and Afsar is not picking up his phone since 2 days.
                                    Now have been referred to local branch:[protected]Ms Reshma More-either phone is busy or nobody is picking up.
                                    This is causing soo much inconvenience to our family - very upset with their service!!

                                      My refrigerator which was working perfectly after 4/5 days stopping is not giving cooling. Compressor and lights are working.

                                      Tried to contact your local Authorised Servive Center at #5-4-18, Ibrahim Street, Behind Nagina Maszid, Kothapeta, Kakinada One Mr Pal talked very rudly and some how registered complaint. He said his technician will visit and I have to pay Rs 400 for the visit irrespective of attending the complaint.

                                      This is very objectionable and irregular on behalf of Authorised Service Center.
                                      I have faced this type of behavior earlier also when my Washing Machine gave trouble.

                                      Kindly look in to the matter and send some one to attend the Refregerator.
