I am a active user of Wishnet Internet and the representatives are continuing harrasing me and depriving me from my OTT services which is applicable for my pack and they are denying to solve it.
I have already notified earlier for the subscription of OTT and the same case has been happened with me two times also.They are harrasing us with registered user id 119573.

I am unable to Access any Anime Streaming Websites...but when I am using VPN to access it is opening that means The Websites are blocked by the ISP
Please Solve this as soon as possible

Sub: Complaint Letter for Poor Internet Service

Respected sir,

With due respect, I am writing this letter to inform you that my internet connection is disturbed from last 5 days. I am facing trouble as I am having exams and my most of the work is done online and for that, I need a proper internet connection.

I have already made a complaint but no one took any action upon it. I request you again to send someone from your office to check my connection. I expect a quick response as satisfying your customers should be your first priority. Thanks

I have asked my connection provider to shift my connection from one place to another 4days ago
They haven't done it yet and aren't answering any phone calls

Internate service was poor, After giving complain no body respond about this

No connection at all.

This is my fourth complaint against the service provider at Jodhpur Gardens in general, and Wishnet services in particular. The local representative of Jodhpur Gardens, near A.K Ghosh memorial Higher Secondary, have consistently been providing me with unsatisfied service. Whenever a problem with the Wishnet arises they never complete their due servicing. It takes several days to get it right.

I have been facing Internet issues from yesterday. There is no Internet connection. I had called the local service provider but unsurprisingly he didn't show up. Today as well he didn't show up. I urge the company look into this unnecessary harrasment at the earliest.
As I stated this is not the first time. If this continues any person would find it rationally better to switch to another network connection that has better representatives and does their work on due time. Words of complaint are a complete waste of time and a degradation of precious words itself.

You people should be ashamed unless you're aiming for fraud- taking money and not caring to provide the service.
If this continues I see no use in wasting my time energy and effort behind this connection.

No connection since last night

This is my second review. Despite my previous complaint, the customer service remains frustrating and unpleasant. This is why I try to maintain as minimum contact with those people as possible. They appear threatening and unapologetic about their degree of cheapness. With the last issue, they resolved it late.
After resolving they didn't lock the connection and despite my various attempts to persuade them to provide my connection with a password, they didn't. They just simply didn't reply to any of the calls/messages ( Now everyone can use my connection which makes me a little frightened because I don't know what people are using it for)

This month again they created trouble. I don't know if they just trouble me or everyone the same. I was facing a router problem, I called them and asked them to see if anything could be done. They said they would look into it positively but they didn't show up. And ofcourse I wasn't surprised.

I make regular on-date payments. These people are the worst and laziest people I've ever come across. I never met anyone so lethargic about their work that they never do it. But since they do take the payment on time, I can conclusively state that they are complete fraudulent people. Their behavior is cheap, disrespective, and arrogant bastards. Wishnet should maybe consider replacing these lot unless Wishnet itself is just like them.

It's been 4-6 months I'm using Wishnet broadband. Trust me their internet service will be your worst nightmare if you're considering taking their service.
It's been 2 days there's a a huge connection drop in internet service in my local area. I have complained about it thousand times in their customer care but no action has been taken by them to resolve this issue yet. I missed one of my exam due to their irresponsibility yesterday. The customer care are blaming it all on local ISP and the local ISP would never pick up their call and talking about the internet speed, the mobile data speed is more than it's internet speed.
So do not make such mistake as I made, do not even consider the Wish net broadband internet service if you really want to get your work done.

I have 70 mbps plan where half of the day there is packet loss of 10-15%
Although at night the packet loss issue reduces the speed drops to below 10 mbps
Contacted the local dealer, he did not help and asked to contact the company. When called the company customer care, they have no idea what they are talking about. WishNet needs to understand that always saying "we are working on it" will not make me(or us) happy.
I have sent few emails as well with the detailed description of issue along with screenshot. No action taken.

No internet without any reason there is no climate issue as well and there customer care number so pathetic never get connected to them

Internet is not working

Everytime it rains, the internet goes away, we should get the refund of the days internet doesn't stays due to which we face issues in work.

Broadband connection failled since last 5 hours. It is very often happening. Please do needful

Internet connection has been going down very often in a few hours and it's been 4 hours already since the connection has gone. It's happening every day

Had A Local Provider For My Broadband But Not Available If There I Any Issue With My Connection Thaty Why Want To Register My Mobile No. So That I Can Deal This Through The Wih Net Expertise Am Try To Register But Dont See Many Option How To Proceed

No internet access.

Dear Wishnet,

I, Somenath Paul, hold a Customer ID 329998 in your organization. In my account, I want to change the billing details, and want a GST Bill.

I request your executive mane as Bittu (Mobile: [protected]/[protected]) on 26th April 2021 approx, to change the billing details. He told me on 12th May 2021 that your details will change successfully. But on 30th May 2021, I’m seeing that wish net portal only my name will show. Then I’ll call Bittu so many times, but not reply to my calls. After that contact our local operator executive Soumen (Mobile: [protected]) and tell him everything. After that he talked with Bittu and informed me on 31st May 2021 that details will change from backend. And say after recharge you can receive the GST Bill.

As per the information received from local people, on 1st of June 2021, recharge the connection. Then I received a personal name bill copy from the website. Call your executive Bittu so many times, feedback is the same as not received calls. After that on 9th June 2021 at 10:19AM, I sent a WhatsApp to Bittu that nothing will update. Within a minus he replied that today (9th June 2021) all things will be up to date by evening.

Now today is 17th of June 2021, nothing will change, and the main thing is that you’re executive Bittu, not give any call to me or a message from him till date.

That type of service received from Wish Net, I can’t imagine. And I can't understand, why do you appoint this kind of executive.
