Please take necessary step to reconnect net with the id: 261861. We are not doing official work without net. After 15 day, yet not possible to reconnect net! It is to much. We are suffering very much. We do not get money either we can not do work. So, please do connection immediately.

    Internet is not available in my area (Nandi badi mode, nabagram, panchpota, garia) for the last 20 days. I tried to contact the local distributor here but he is bluffing anyway and making false promises. It's a matter of sheer disgrace that he is unable to atleast tell the truth. Please look into the matter as quickly as possible as i am 4th year engineering student who needs to submit assignments through no contact mode via digital medium. If not resolved quickly i am afraid you have to loose a valuable customer.

      The most pathetic broadband service ever in kolkata. Its been 20 days since my broadband connection has been lost and till today it's not been restored. Its lockdown period and without internet work from home is getting hampered. Because of this broadband i have to risk my life and go out for office. I live in kidderpore kolkata area and whenever i try to connect with wishnet support they are very rude and always giving fake promise.

        I am using wishnet internet connection for last 2 months we paid for optical fiber cable but they gave us simple cat fiber cable. After amphan still no connection in our area. Whenever we called the operator and asking for the connection they always misbehave with us in phone even he didn't answer our calls now. The operator's phone number is-[protected] and [protected].
        My address is-avenue east, first street, modern park, santoshpur, kolkata-700075. I am in a it firm and in this situation working from home so it is very hard for me to working in this situation with this connectivity. Please help

          I am using wishnet internet connection in h. B. Town sodepur, kolkata - 700110. I have been using this connection for last 4 years and the common problem since we take the connection is instability. I have to call many a times to customer care then those guys will pick up and just listen without giving any permanent solutions. We are using through a cable operator mr. Benu / mrs. Rumu and these people don't allow us to take other connections. After amphan cyclone things went to the worse. I am working from home and connections was not there for 7 days. On the 8th day when connections came its fluctuating. I tried calling them emailing them no urge to solve the issue permanently. How long i have to tell my office regarding internet issue even they are questioning me?

          They don't allow to talk to senior engineers when asked for it.

          We are paying huge amount on a monthly basis is wishnet going to pay back for the 7 days when internet connections was not there.

            Dear sir,
            This is to inform you that, i, saikat mukherje, staying at disha apartmen, 26 das para roa, thakurpuku, kol-700063, having your best internet-connection for last 6 year, having faced lots of problems in previous days but that problems were resolved within one day, but this time it has becomes a hell condition. From 20.5.2020 i didn’t have internet connection, though we can understand the natural calamities which was happened on 20.5.20., unfortunately the nearby areas got the connection within two or three days but still i have not got the connectio, my kid exam will be held on 1.6.20., but after reminding several times the guyed are least bother to understand the importance of my matte. I have the connection of mr, sajal. If it will be continued like this way i will have to disconnect your line and take another option. Several times i was told that connection will be given within one or two days but all are false commitment. Most important is they are least bother to receive the phone.
            Please do the needful. Looking forward to your strong action.

              Hi,
              It is very pathetic condition that after 10days we are not able to work due to internet broadband service. All are works are pending which are highly importance for us to do to. We are keep calling them in customer care number but still they are not giving any response and time when it will be resolved.

              If the situation will be continue like this i have to switch to another internet service provider or stop it as we only require it for our work.
              Please resolve this issue as we are facing lot of problems in our work

                Since 20th may till yesterday morning there was no service. Yesterday at 2 pm the wifi has just started working and i have got the message that my service is expired and have to recharge. My recharge amount is rs.590.00 that means rs.20 / per day. So it becomes rs.160.00 for 8 days but there was no relux from wishnet and the phone number of customer care is not working. I don't know what to do? My profession totally disturbed during this lockdown period as i can't continue my work from home. If recharge is mandatory then how to recharge as local service provider not available by phone.

                Connection has been taken in the name of [removed[ and this connection is 4 year old. So myself a very old and regular customer though this company do not have any responsibility to take care for their regular customer .

                  I am from bankura. No internet connection till amphan hit and most of all there is packet loss every time. And for gaming nat type need to be open but they told me to get a business plan.
                  It's not kolkata so i have no choice of picking a broadband service.
                  Only wishnet service is in my locality.

                  I need it to be addressed right now or i shall complain to higher authorities.

                    There is no internet connection since amphan has hit kolkata. Now, they are stating (Unofficially) that the internet connection will work if we switch to the fibre optics.

                    1. If you are discontinuing the general plan, return the money for this month's plan.

                    2. Provide an official declaration at the earliest.

                    If that's not the case, i will make sure that this is escalated to the highest authority.

                    I am based in jayshree park, behala currently.

                      My ID is gita_nvcl. My internet not working from last 7 days. Customer care also not saying anything when it will be resolved. All other provider like Alliance, Tatasky, BSNL, gtpl etc has resolved there internet but wishnet providing the worst service .No update nothing they are saying all our locality will deactivate your service and will be move to another provider .

                        After amphan our broadband connection was disconnected. We contacted with their cs and they informed us in would be resorted within 2-3 days. Almost 1 wk over. Still our connection not restore. Wishnet updated a contact numbers list on their fb page. None of this is picked up. Moreover their cs team not receive the calls.
                        All our phone network is disable. In this situation this is the only hope to contact with family. But we can't even contact with our parents for this worst service
                        natural disaster can happen any time. But this is not acceptable from wishnet.

                          Immense mental harassment caused by the incompetency of wishnet and lask of human empathy towards its customers. After the cyclone amphan the entire city of kolkata witnessed loss of connectivity on 20th may, 2020. Now this is something understandable that it would take time for restoration, but it has been 8 days and wishnet has not given any clarity to its customers on the restoration of service. Wishnet is playing blame game and pointing fingers at cese and the state municipality workers for their shortcoming. It has also come to my notice that many other service providers namely - alliance, hathway, siti has already restored connection at most places in kolkata. Whereas wishnet has failed to do the basic - informing customers. Everyday i am being told that it will take additional 4-5 days. To what end shall a consumer be understanding? My professional career is at stake and wishnet has not taken any accountability for its mismanagement and incompetency to resolve things.
                          I am the sole earner of my family of 4. High speed internet is a basic need and a lifeline for my professional career. Wishnet cannot just get away without consequence.
                          I have my faith on this platform to provide justice for the consumers. Hoping for the best

                              I am paying 1000 rupees to for broadband internet every month. Since last 1 week wishnet is not providing internet. I am calling them randomly but they are not picking up my phone. The local channel partner is also not picking up the phone. I already paid a lot of money to them but now they are not responding.                                       Hi I am in trouble for more than 2 months.
                                      It was all ok when I took the internet connection but after 1 week speed is so poot that it was counting as 1 MBPS instead of 90 MBPS as per my package. And whenever I called customer care they said it will be ok in some moment, which never happened. They never provide any estimated time for correction of their services. They repeat the same line " You have to wait, nothing can be done instantly, no estimated time can be provided. " And after recent amphone cyclone, Service is totally stopped. When I ask customer care they say the same line every time, work is in progress and it will take time. I am feeling helpless as their is no other Broadband connection in my locality and my work from home has been totaly stopped. If the issue doesn't get resolved soon, possible I can loose my job. Please help me to save from getting unemployed. Please do the needful.

                                      With all due respect I would like to ask that How is it acceptable response if its happening 24/7 with a single statement we trying to serve you best. And can you tell me how lockdown is affecting speed, if you can serve me 1 MBPS for a package of 90 MBPS. Why not 90 or nearest speed.
