No internet last 3 days!
What can i say right now..

Unable to do anything.
Electricity, water, cable line all fixed after the amphan disaster...
But wishnet providers not recover them...

One self-proclaimed authorised installer of wishnet installed obsolete redundant inactive ageing fragile nonoperative rowter modem tplink which is installed by sri bikram saha of barasat kolkata 700125 which one day after installation became non-functional and now my interest is totally off. The old used hanky-panky rowter was packed in brand-new style which i foun costing rs.949 and whenever i emphasized that it's available at rs.949 he was herping on the same string that your speed will be hampered and he promised to deliver brand-new rowter which is old aged having no cashmemo, encrypted with the 300 mbps but virtually it was giving 5-8 mbps. He is the fraudster scamsters sri bikram saha and now after millions of calls he has shut down his mobile. Because his pilferage is tracked by me and i guess by these fraudal ways he amassed crores of money. My account number is 265226 plan bronze 70. My laptop has no access to internet however i tried to shut down and put on but failed. If these type of garbage is working in your company your goowill will surely will be at stake and like these hoodlums many are looming large in your company. I will write tonight to the ministry of broadcasting and ministry of telecom affairs and i will start a massive hailstorm in the public so that they shun wishnet.

On 03.05.2020 one self-proclaimed authorised installer of wishnet sri bikram saha gave me some obsolete redundant inactive rowter modem tplink which from the very first day was giving 8 mbps and finally stopped functioning on 20.05.2020 the rowter was so packed brand-new that it could not be understood that it costs only rs.940 though he claimed the guy bikram saha that it costs him rs.1499 and swindled from me rs.3500 by gpay. I can't understand where the rowter earmarked to be giving 300 mbps it simply provides 5 -8 mbps. Shoud i discourage the people from abhoring wishnet? The cyclone amphan had terrible consequences in our locality, 90, garfa main road, jadavpur, pin : 700075. Since the day of cyclone, all internet connections were cut off. It's been 3 days the internet and cable connection have not been restored. The local service provider is very rude in his behaviour when told about this issue, he says that it will take another 7days for the connections to be restored, making the delay amount to 10 days. Whereas, on personal inspection of the area, we have seen not a single bit of progress that has been made, they utterly lack initiative, and are extremely rude and lazy, based on previous experiences. Many more areas around here, have their connection restored since yesterday. Please look into the matter. My wishnet id is 21068886.

I am regular wishnet consumer providing information regarding non availability of internet connection from 20 may 2020 till date, although i have informed, to local service provider in several times. Therefore it is further requested to please take needful action at earliest as possible because it is earnestly required to perform work from home to continue my office job.

I used to have basic package recently upgraded to a premium one for better connectivity. But no matter what the speed is i have a major problem that is my nat type: strict. I'm unable to play multiplayer games. I was told that i will be able to do anything with their service. But when i came after multiplayer games like gtav, cod i was unable to play. Any modern day multiplayer games requires a nat type: open. And wishnet is blocking all my ports. They didnt give me a public ip. Upon contacting their customer service on phone they told me i have to pay extra to get open ports. This is outrageous. No othe isp is taking such a fee for open ports, even my dada having bsnl broadband is having open ports and public ip.

Wishnet always amazes me with fast internet connectivity issues fix whenever my internet is down, thier net speed also remains upto mark. I'm really happy with their services but if this basic feature is not available then i'm sorry to say that if this continues i have to give up their services and switch to other network. Wishnet is restricting my rights to access the internet freely. I'm very much disappointed.

Do not get my proper internet connection. My plan 590rs - bronge70, but i get speed 6mbps instead of 70mbps, high ping loss, no customer support for the problem, money is wasted, no refund and problem did not resolve for 7th months, i contact to wishnet many times through email and toll free no. But not resolve, theey did not hear my problem, they always neglact the problem. My id - 209320. I want to say that if you did not give proper speed, so give my money of the previous months with installation charge. Why i am cheated by wishnet internet service. Is it the wishnet terms and condition.???

Since 7 may suffering from no internet connection. When i lodged a complain, they sms us it is resolved when in fact problem was still there. On 16 may a technician came from their office to check our router and cut the wire from the main box. Now they are either disconnecting my phone or saying will resolve. Please help me to.in this pandemic period, my daughter has zoom class, my office. All o[censored]s depend on the net. Please help

I am using wishnet for more than 2 years recently i am facing some problem with strict nat in GTA and i need to forward ports. When i tried to contact the customer care regarding this matter they asked me to pay extra charges for port forwarding. Please look into this as no other broadband provider takes additional charges.

I'm using wishnet broadband and i installed it for mainly gaming purpose but now i find out that wishnet has blocked all ports and nat is strict and it is not possible to game on this mode. When i called customer care they asked me to change to business plan for nat open, this is clearly scam!! Why i should change to business plan when i use my broadband in residence? Why they are asking extra money just to open ports? Not a single port is...

Wishnet Broadband...worst service ever..claiming to give 24*7 customer support ..and none will pick up the call at the hour of need..l work in night shift and l do not have internet access from 1A.M tonight..who is going to repay for the loss of my one entire working day ?? Disgusting service.. disappointed..

I have been using the internet service from wishnet for over 2 years now. Bt for the past 3-4 months i am facing serious issues. There are atleast 3-4 times a day we do not get wi-fi connection. On calling up the service operator of our area he says there are technical issues and are working on it. This takes more than 3-4 hrs. Whenever there is rain and thunder storm he switches off the connection because his wires would be affected. What the hell is this. I got damn pay for this. If there is rain at night, he will switch it off but doesn't care to give the connection untill he wishes to do so. I am really sick of this. You better solve this issue. Otherwise i will have to use the social platform regarding your horrible services. Or may be consumer court if i have to.

Kindly note this complaint is regarding santragachi area broadband service. The broadband is disconnected since 4 days and nobody is there to entertain the matter.
I tried connecting to the customer support but they are not recieving the call.
The local dealer is such a nut that he is not providing the service in the area

Speed of this broadband connection has suddenly come down since yesterday, 20th.

Please look into it and vincrease the speed . This is urgent as I'm
working from home.

Since yesterday, the network of our wifi isn't working at all. And as per instruction, we tried to contact he customer service number today but they aren't receiving our calls at all. Also we don't have any contact numbers for the wish net people so kindly please give us a number.

Without my consent and knowledge my account has been changed to pmpl by my local cable operator in march 2020. I wanted to recharge my lan connection on 16/04/2020 and to confirm if it is ok to recharge the pack i called your customer care executive on the same day he told to proceed. So i recharged 499 bronze pack with gst it costed about 550 with transaction no c9qzvia5.
Now kindly return the amount to my account as i am not using the plan.
